It can be difficult to sort operations, ownership, marketing, and even white-label services provided to any given gambling site by any given platform. OMG’s assertion about “lending a hand” to marketing efforts for two other Mirage operations confuses the picture. The reason we like to look at all associations is to give readers the best possible overall view of an operation. We like to know if a sister site or even the instant entity has any history of unsavory behavior, is rated and spoken highly of by players, and what any history of complaints and resolutions might be.

It’s not always easy to parse what’s out there. We can also determine a complaint about Playouwin for non-existent winnings that resulted from playing a restricted game was not valid even though the player was very clever in how they went about trying. Another complaint related to currency exchange fees from the player’s bank.

On another support forum, we found a representative for Playouwin as well as a few other OMG-marketed sites. Over the course of about a year and a half, there was only one complaint registered and that player did not return to follow up when assistance was offered. The inquiry was about free spins the player said they should have received.

In trying to weigh the validity of complaints and claimed resolutions what we see here in one case is an affiliate/arbiter who doesn’t promote the brands and doesn’t get cooperation to settle any potential disputes.
