Final update from my side as a player from Bulgaria: My complaint regarding Sun Palace Casino remained unresolved. The core issue was that the casino allowed the bonus process, gameplay, wagering completion, and account verification to proceed normally, but the withdrawal was later refused based on bonus/eligibility terms. From my perspective, the main concern is not only the final decision itself, but the timing of enforcement. If a player is not eligible for a bonus, this should be clearly blocked or prevented before the player deposits, plays, completes wagering, and passes verification — not only raised at the withdrawal stage. Casino Guru reviewed the complaint, but the case remained unresolved. They also publicly confirmed that Sun Palace Casino has a No Reaction Policy on their website and did not cooperate with their Complaint Resolution Center, which made mediation extremely difficult. I also contacted Sun Palace Casino directly to ask for a valid additional complaint/escalation path, but no clear resolution or valid alternative path has been provided to me so far. A further concern is that, after support confirmed my account is currently not eligible for any promotions, the system still sent me a “Coupon Redeemed” email for a deposit bonus, stating that bonus money would be credited once a deposit is completed. In addition, Sun Palace is displayed here on LCB as accepting players from Bulgaria, while no-deposit/sign-up bonus offers are also shown on the casino page. From a player’s perspective, this creates a serious inconsistency if Bulgarian players or specific accounts may later be considered ineligible under the casino’s own bonus terms. I am not asking other players to take my side blindly. I am simply documenting how the situation looks from my perspective, based on the sequence of events, the responses received, and the promotional information shown publicly.

Sun Palace casino has a great theme, look and feel. There are tons of tournaments to take part in, although it is costly to add on to most of them. Sun Palace Casino, honestly there aint anything special about this casino the only thing that differs from alot of the casinos online that are available to play in United States is usually the min and max withdrawal amounts and the promos. This casino in particular didnt leave me with the after taste of wanting to come back and play again or even deposit if im being honest. Sun Palace Casino offers great non deposit bonus as well as decent deposit bonuses. They offer a nice variety of slots, table games and video poker as well. I had to contact via chat a customer service rep who was courteous and quickly resolved my bonus issue. This is an RTG platform which is not exactly my favorite software. Sun Palace was the first casino I played among MainStreet Vegas Group. I deposited a few hundred and quickly lost them. And then, I forgot about this casino for a long time. One good point is that they don't set any max betting amount in the bonus play, and you can play card and table games with bonus, too. But, the problem is their withdrawal time. It usually takes 4~6 weeks up to $1000 at max. You will get crazy waiting for it.

There's a saying better late than never, well that could be Sun Palace's theme. They'll pay you but you'll wait a long time. I waited 2 months to the day for my last cashout. Sun Palace is an another RTG site which I just liked. Nothing different than in other clients. Operators are withdrawable in this case , site has all rtg games and much possibilites to win much. Low deposit like $10 is just an advantage, however cashouts are limited to just few methods here.

I deposited at Sun Palace by purchasing an MST gift card. After I lost my deposit, I went on line and chatted with their friendly customer service representative who gave me a deposit bonus even though i probably was not entitled to it. I like their games (RTG) and was impressed with customer service.

I did not enjoy the time I joined and played here. its rtg first off which does the place no good , and the emails I kept getting were borderline spam. I think the support was bad too but I really do not remember nor care too. I would not return to try again and I give it a single star.

I did make a real depsoit here at this site and didn't win at all.I read all the reviews and had actually played here once before.I did get a bonus but like I said didn't last long enough:(I did enjoy playing here and would encourage others to at least try it once!

I have played here several times the first time they gave me a huge bonus and i was hitting great but the play through was to high i lost it all. After that i have made several deposits but the slots are so cold. I feel if its just a donation for the casino . I would like to play on a $100 more than 15 minutes.

Great bonuses!Different type of casino then the others out there.I like the rtg for some reason:)Alot of these places are the same, same downloads.I played the the non deposit bonus and played for amount 10 minutes!!haha...then i decided to deposit after all and didn't win anything.seemed a little tight.I like the slots!

some time when you are free or out of money you look for new no deposit bonuses , the same i was looking for a new casino with sign up no depsoit bonus i found sun palace casino , i registered and claimed my no deposit bonus , i couldnt lasr for 15 minutes even , i lost all i got from them, i dont know much about this casino, havent read much.

Sun Palace is another RTG casino that focuses more on US and Canadian players as their no deposit bonuses I've seen are meant for US and Canada only, my few conversations with their live chat has proven the same. I have played there once with a deposit and lost money quickly. They are a decent casino and I do think they are trustful but I am not a depositor there because I like to have free chips frequently and they don't offer that to me. Other than that- nothing bad.

I’ve found this site to be very similar other than appearance to be very similar if not exactly like it’s affiliated sister casino’s, Las Vegas USA, Vegas Casino Online, and Slots Plus. I’ve played at all of them and deposited here too. Never had much luck as far as winning anything but they do have good customer service with friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable live support operators. I have no complaints they seem to be an alright place to play.

I have been waiting eight days to even receive the documents from the finance department for a $1,000.00 payout (coupon far beyond met). The finance department wrote back stating that they would send me documents in a few days - why didn't they send them then? My payout still has a "Requested" status. The only type of deposits that I made were through the Payment Voucher system. I am requesting a wire. I realize that their website states that it can take up to two weeks to receive payment, but a finance live chat rep said that it could take another ten days or more even after they receive my documents. Again, I have been asking for these documents since day one, but they won't give them to me early. This is extremely frustrating and I wish that someone could help.

I played a free bonus from this casino and i really liked them. I have not played at the casino in a while but i would not mind depositing and giving them a go. They do not send a lot of mailers to me so i never really gave them much thought. Not saying i like spam but it would be nice to receive mailers very now and then.

I retract my good review, this casino has sub par support, I used a 50 dollar bonus, and was only allowed to withdraw 100 after making the playthrough which is fine, but they explained so poorly in chat and email, exactly what was going on, after I deposited they took what they said was winnings from the bonus coupon?!! from my deposit, and have never got back to me yet to explain, there is something sketchy about this group, perhaps?

Sun Palace is part of the mainstreet casino group, who, in comparison to many RTG operations, are basically a decent and trustworthy operation. As a UK player though, you are given very poor service by this casino - they won't grant you any bonuses unless you will accept an outrageously high wagering requirement, even though the same bonus are offered to North American players under much better terms and conditions. I cannot recommend the casino because of this however you can be sure to receive reasonable support and will be paid should you win.

This site has a lot of nice qualities. What I liked the most was the fact that they offer such a wide variety of games to choose from. Here's a place you can invite your US and Canadian buddies to play with. Really nice to see that for a change. They accept UK Pounds, US Dollars and Euros, with English being the only interface language supported. You can use regular payment options, and if you register a Moneybookers account through referral link, you get another $10 bonus.
