On top of it being really hard to win, I also had issues depositing money into my account. The bonus rules were so unclear that I’m still not sure how to wager them properly. So I’m definitely not planning to play at this casino again.

It was a hassle to get in touch with support, and when I finally did, they had no idea how to fix my issues. The games freeze all the time, and my account is sometimes blocked without warning.

It was ok in the beginning and then I dont know what happened but it keeps getting worse so many issues high wager i dont know you can always try maybe I was the only one unlucky but it was getting getting help and not having to repeat the same thing over and over but nothing to do I just gave up

I’m confused by the super high ratings. Mediocre casino. Okay games but not many specials or promos. Withdrawals is capped. Customer support is helpful but very slow. Definitely not a 5/5 imo.

I played at this casino for a long time and unfortunately I don't have very nice memories. After some time, I wanted to return to them, but it turned out that my account was no longer active and my funds (though not much) were seized. There was no option to call support. Overall, it has a bad feeling, but this is my subjective assessment.
