Videoslots is kinda average as far as casinos go. They have a strange way of giving bonuses, you had to deposit and play, then get the bonus after you met the wagering conditions. Maybe they changed it now, but it seemed odd. The only good thing was that it had the Wolf Gold and Arctic Wolf slots which I really loved. Other than that not too special.

I have been unable to log in for several months, and I have tried to get help both through chat and email - unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible! 2-3 months ago, the issue was supposed to be escalated, but I have received no response. I have tried to contact them via chat multiple times, but even though I fill in all my information, they still need to verify that I am the one writing. The questions are impossible to answer, and the last time I tried, when I couldn't remember which slot was played the most over 6 months ago, they just closed the chat. It should NOT be difficult to see case history in someone's email. In addition, the chat keeps disconnecting, and I have to start over. I still have no answer to what technical problem is preventing me from logging in..

So this is not likely, this is certainly the best casino in the world right now. I think another casino should create a video slot account and see how it works. I simply don't understand why there are any other casinos in addition to video slot casinos. Those guys are so ahead of their time it's ridiculous compared to others. And I'm ashamed to say that I'm registered in hundreds of casinos and I know what I'm talking about. Although some players complained about the RTP of the games, perhaps because of the financing of the casino tournaments, it is a matter of subjective observation. for some reason this casino will not let me withdrawal. And even thought I have being playing here for well over 10 years every time I want to make a withdrawal its a process that I can not even understand why when I click on withdrawal its disabled I was told months ago it would be fixed after I sent them what they wanted but when I went back to withdraw yesterday the problem not fixed. I angry I spend a lot of money here and had a well over $2000 to withdraw but they had no problem letting me spend it before disabling my account. Why did they not do that when the $5000 was is in it they wait till i spend it all then they make it so I can not play as they wait for irrelevant information to my account that they were sent months ago. I asked customer service, they didn't give me any information either, they just said I could open another account. Everyone knows that you are not allowed to have double accounts in a casino and here it is recommended by customer service. A bad casino for me

I am revising my rating of this casino given some troubles I had with authenticating my account. Videoslots has one of the most comprehensive account verification procedures I have ever encountered. One has to verify with documentation every aspect of one's account. Credit cards have to be photographed and sent in to be approved, address of course and screenshots of online wallets as well as proof of wealth amongst others. My complaint is with the multiple times they continuously required me to do it. Somehow even though it is incredible they seemed to lose the data they had already approved and I had to resubmit the same documentation over and over again. However, it reached a point where they stopped doing this and things got stable again in terms of my account being verified and cleared for withdrawals. I was very enthusiastic about this casino for a long time and won more than I lost there and loved the lightning fast withdrawals. But I could not understand why they repeatedly required account verification over and over. Thankfully they have not done so for a long time, but it was a hassle there for a while and now I do not play there as often as I used to. I would still play there again and did make a deposit last week but I do not regard it as my go to casino anymore.

This casino has fallen from grace in my opinion. They went from 5/5 casino to probably a 2 or a 3. They used to have all the slots on the highest rtp settings, they have changed that and all the games are now on the lower settings. Their rewards have been drastically decreased and the match bonus is not good as it get released in increments as you wager. They also ask for ridiculous types of documents and will not budge no matter what the reason. They will take your money without question if you dont provide them.

Would have scored 5 but not anymore, at first i loved thos casino but now im feeling a bit suspicious of it... Have deposite about 2000 or more eur without any withdrawals cus I won at first and after that all games started to eat my money and lately all the bonuses i have got were measeley 1x - 70x bet which is awful considering i had to spin 200 to 800 times to get one, there are games i haven't still gotten any bonuses. Videoslots was one of my favorites, and the key word here is "was". You can trust this Casino, but that's their ONLY UPSIDE! Apart from their "Battle of slots", the Casino doesn't have anything to offer in return for your money (except from ridiculous weekend boosters of a few euros etc). That also wouldn't be a problem, but you get the idea of their business running (and customer appreciation) only by the way they deal with their players! They just don't do ANYTHING to make you feel special as a player! Apart from that, a site who has millions of dollars could at least optimize it for mobile, and make their search bar on mobile work as it should :D

Videoslots changed my view on online casinos. They really stand out from other online casino's. You really gets rewarded for your activity. Like Steef mentioned below, They used to send voucher codes on Tuesday for free spins but they suddenly stopped it. Then you had Casino Races.. where you get cash prices the more you wager which were paid on Monday and that also stopped. They introduced Clash of Spins that..sort of tournament where you Can get freespins but that is only profitable for High rollers unfortunately. The 2500XP(2500-3000EUR wagering) needed to participate in the Freerolls is way to high(much) mostly requires lots of deposits You can really experience a cut into bonuses etc..They took down the WeekendBooster('cashback') Multipliers on the Wheels of Jackpots..you almost would think they will cut into the Weekendboosters aswel. I only started playing here recently, but so far I have a good impression of the site. I got the sign up package, which was pretty extensive with a 100 percent deposit bonus, access to freerolls for a week and 11 cash or wager free spins on starburst. I forgot to activate my bonus in the my bonuses section. I did not realize one had to activate it I thought it was automatic. Since I had read the bonus is only given in ten percent increments I assumed it would be credited after I had made ten percent of the playthrough in an ongoing fashion. I lost my deposit before I realized what was wrong and missed out on the match bonus. Do activate your bonuses before you start to play at this casino. And another thought in connection with this experience is what happens if you lose your deposit before the entire bonus amount is credited? How can they call it a 100 percent bonus? In any case I am unsure how this bonus in increments of 10 percent plays out, but I assume you can lose before you make it up to 100 percent if they give it in increments, right? All in all despite my blunder I would probably deposit here again. It seems like it might be a top notch sort of casino. And I have freerolls to amuse myself with for a week.

This used to be my favorite. It has crazy a fast payout system. But they changed the bonus system and freerolls. They used to give spins every tuesday but that stopped. Also the freeroll system is very hard to get. You need to make a lot of deposits to be eligeble. The live casino is new though but it has big flaws. Like they miss personel and in many rooms there is no dealer... Still i give it a very high rating of 4.7 because of the payout speed and variety in games.

Even though the new license severely constricts them from offering bonuses and free rewards, VS manages to stay on top of the market. This is because they keep offering new and original ways to reward the players. I have had to lower my rating for Video Slots because of the new changes they have recently made to their casino which is sad as I regarded them as the best casino out there but they have fallen amongst the rest and are just another casino online with many overtaking them in my rankings , the tuesday free spins have been removed which was something that I always looked forward to during the week the slot race has been replaced with clash of the spins which really does not favour low rolling players and rewards far less than the weekly slot race money you won by playing slots weekly , the support have become very arrogant from my experience comparing them to the staff I used to chat to four and half years ago , hopefully they improve from now onwards instead of trying to fix something that was never broken

Okay,so ive opened an account here a couple of weeks ago. Couldnt do anything before making a deposit. Guess i figured they would send a no deposit bonus to test the casino. It didnt happen. I had to make a deposit before i could test the games and see how the winnings are. I like to test each casino with a no deposit bonus before putting money in,but they dont have that option. Let's face it, Videoslots is by far the best online casino in the world. They don't give many deposit bonuses but that is because they already give so much they would definitly go bankrupt if they did! First of all they have pretty much ALL providers and casinos will tell you having all provider is very very expensive. Also they run battles and freerolls for depositors that are very generous. Casino already rated BUT HAVE TO rate again due to issues and experiences. I absolutely can't stand this casino...I can tell you it wasn't like this in the beginning but my views have changed. Their support has become arrogant and unhelpful. They firstly send out promotional codes via email but when you claim it you can't as the game is restricted. This is awful...!!! Only send me promos I can use and not feel like rubbish!!! Secondly if I can claim it some are added to desktop version when they clearly know I pkay mostly mobile and when I ask for it to be changed they bluntly say no and I should "find a pc to play these spins" - I've been told this many times. Secondly, I had a withdrawal in Jan this year I asked that it be processed to NETELLER and not card as most deposits has been with NETELLER and my card (merely a savings card not credit card) was not available. I was asked to do the withdrawal and email them and they would update. Well...!!!! As soon as I asked for this withdrawal it said processed in my end. I emailed them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. TO THIS DAY....I'm still battling to find this money. I gave my bank the ref numbers as given my VIDEOSLOTS but my bank is unable to find this amount. Casino says they can't do anything they paid me. I'm not done with them with this matter. and will fight it. Also players should check rewards earned as they are not being credited on mobile play. Some are some aren't. Dodgy!!!!!!!!

I have account with Videoslots, i deposited here, take the welcome bonus, but like many other players, don't like the bonus sistem, which is paid in 10% increments. I am not a high roller, so was unlucky, and managed to clear just 30%. Since then, they send me few emails with some deposit bonuses, and also with 20 freespins for my birthday. Because I was given a strange bunch of responses to a questionable payout on a chip that I had received, I avoid this casino. I am a bit concerned about them sharing a server, even, with any of the casino s that I play on. Especially while I am playing. Something is off, there, with VideoSlots. I take into consideration that I am the ONLY person saying that...so I assume that it was some kind of cyber glitch that happened to me, only, but I honestly don't know what to make of it.

i have been part of this casino for a few months now. Initially i thought it was a great casino and they could not do anything wrong. But i have a few issues with them. Firstly some of the slot games on their site is no longer available for south African players. Secondly..their slots do not pay as well as they used to. It is difficult to make a decent amount even if you trigger free spins on a slot. A year ago this would almost guarantee a good win. Not anymore. Plus they send an email advising on free spins and provide a free voucher code. You can redeem this code and it works but if the slot is prohibited here you can redeem but not able to play. You would need to keep emailing support to ask for other spins on a different game. Nice to get them but a pain to keep asking. Also i recently made a withdrawal and they had said they would try and change the PMOP to neteller as i recently used this but have used my card before. So i went through with the withdrawal and the system verified it and paid it straight away. I had pleaded for them to change the PMOP as i no longer have this card. This wasn't done and now the cash no nowhere to be seen. Their tournaments are only available if you play a huge amount during a certain period. Plus when you play the free rolls...they make you feel that you have the worst luck ever. Slots are not the same in the tournament - thats what i suspect.

I played there very recently. I took the 10€ free cash altogether with my deposit, managed to meet wager but then I started to chase a bigger win and lost all. Support on live chat was very welcoming and kind, but the only thing is that for me it seems like they don't offer a lot of promotions. I love this casino, mainly because the playthrough requirements for bonuses and free spins are next to nothing, and withdrawals are processed in 2 Hrs or less, in my experience it's been processed within 30 minutes which means I can't roll back my withdrawals like other casinos where I end up spending every cent I won. And the money is in my account in exactly 3 days (2 nights). The only thing that I will say negatively about it is that it's rewards/trophy's system doesn't work on mobile which is my main method of play, so all the games and trophies should have been awarded aren't recognised, Support told me months (like over 6)ago that they were working on linking the mobile platform with the achievements system but as far as I can tell this hasn't been achieved yet. if there is a casino where i will never take bonuses this is Videoslots. their bonus scheme of bonus being paid in increments is the worst on the market. i prefer any day to wager d+b 40x type than this, at least i will have my bonus in balance from the beginning. on the other hand, they are recognized for cashback leaderboards on weekly basis and pretty generous reward scheme by unblocking games achievements. on the cashback i prefer Trada Casino where i get 2 eur cash for every 70 wagered without leaderboard where high-rollers are always in advantage. never had lag in Videoslots, docs took minutes to be approved and withdrawals are sometimes almost instant sometimes up to 4 hours which by my standards in perfect. what i would like to see is WMS and more free spins(wagering free here) given with deposits. Guts being a casino worth 5/5 this deserve 4.5/5 being close to perfection.

I've made my first deposit today, got lucky and maganaged to wager my first deposit bonus (which is pretty strange as you don't get it instantly as Makerik said). I've uploaded my docs to get verified and you know, it's sunday, I was like: Oh, it's going to take few days... And after like 20 min I got emails that all of my docs were approved - really nice! I had had some trouble with a disappearing balance from 10 spins on Fruitoids that I had. The 'technical department' never was able to even locate the plays, even though there was 0.04 cents left on from the spins, which I can see in the bonuses area of my account. That was wierd. Nonetheless, I tried to use steamtower070315. They said it is a valid code but when I entered it onto vouchers I found out it 'isn't valid for your country'.

I made my first deposit here this month and have enjoyed my experience at this casino. Video slots sent me an e-mail saying I had ten free spins on Fruitoids. I played them and won around $5.70. But when I went back on to the main page, the balance wasn't there. I asked support, then tech...they say there is no Fruitoids spins, no $5.70 - the whole thing never existed! ...I will not, nor cannot deposit at Videoslots because there is no way I can believe them. Videoslots Casino is also one of the best in term of variaty and free bonuses. They don't mind offer some free money to their casino depositors. I missed a few bonuses since I haven't deposited some time ago. Cashout time is reasonable. A lot better than Microgaming, Playtech and some casinos. People like this casino for good reason. It's got a HUGE variety of games. Multi-platform, but not 'cheesy'. In fact, opposite. I was on the customer service chat and it was FANTASTIC - reasonably fast, accurate and friendly. The casino runs a kind of intra-RS showing 'such-and-such player just won $20 on Starburst', etc. Many casinos do - but theirs is cheerful and readable - if you want to read it - you don't have to peer right on to the screen. The only criticism I have is that - I went on Agent Jane Blonde, because I only had a few cents left on the small bonus amount that I had won on the 11 spins. The writing on the 'choose coin size', etc, area was SO small that I don't know how many years longer I will be able to see it! (I'm over 50). All told, great casino. Oh, and - as for the 11 free spins - LCB has '$10 max cashout or something - that's wrong. It's $10,000.00 - but that's only because that's as much as you can withdraw in one sitting. Hope you win...hope I do, too. : )

This site used to give out regular coupons to all players but now is only to recent depositors I understand people may have abused their kind nature but I think is unfair to tar all players as abusers. If they gave me free stuff a bit more I'd maybe invest my cash more often but right now I don't think they deserve my money. I did a deposit to try this casino and found it pretty good. Minimum deposit for welcome bonuse is just 10 Euro and yyou got another 10 in bonus, that is paid in increments of 1 Euro whil playing your deposit money. During my play I also got several rewards like free spins with no WR, spins to advance in weekly race etc. Playing was very fun, as they recently added NetEnt games to their large slot collection. There is also 25% weekly cashback, starting from just 0.5 uro losses. Did not try their cashout system yet, so can't comment on this, but would reccommend to give them a try.

This casino offer prob the biggest amount of different slots and games. Also they offer bit more unique deposit bonus. Where you have to bet and then get bonus credited in €/$£10 after you play through 400. Bit dfifferent than what we used to with getting bonus first and then have to playthrough the whole amount. First up I got the 11 free spins no deposit bonus on 'Rooks Revenge' this game is pretty much a straight clone of the Netent title Gonzos Quest. I didn't win very much, less than a pound - a little disappointing, though the maximum cash out for this bonus is only 10 pounds anyway so I figured I may as well make a deposit and see if that works out any better.
