When you go to the site you're thrown pop ups of game info which is annoying in itself. Gameplay is ok, tournaments are free but the games are slow and boring.

I like the casino. It's very simple easy to navigate, games load fast. I have also been a fan of the tournaments on here. It's a good selection of freerolls, which were comin at least 2, sometimes 4 a day! I like it because I can play them usually right away. I've had moments where I've gotten free spins right off rip but sometimes the tournaments have 100's of players and if you're like me you just have to buy in anyways so your chances winning a freeroll are not a bunch but if you did win.... the money goes straight to you.

TLDR: Fast and very helpful customer service, and good on their word. They honored a bonus for me that shouldn't have been active, which they didn't have to. I appreciate that kind of customer service. You don't have to return bonus funds. Decent selection of providers. ------------Had Giorgia as a customer service rep. They were very fast to respond, and easily answered any questions I had very professionally. The bonus I was given from LCB was not correct, but they honored it anyways, so that shows to me that they're good on their word. They got it all sorted for me, and I was playing within minutes (deposited via LTC). The game selection isn't bad, it's actually quite enjoyable compared to half of the other providers that are suggested by LCB. The RTP didn't feel too bad either. That being said I didn't beat the wager, but I also played for a good long while on $30, which is what's fun for me. It's more fun when you make money, but I hit a decent amount of bonuses, and they paid decently well. Also side note, you don't have to return bonus funds allocated to your account when you use a deposit bonus. What you have at the end of your wager, is yours to keep. That should be a standard everywhere! (looking at you yabby, extreme, brango, ritzslots, and like 20 other freaking sites)

I've successfully cashed out on this site. But like many they do make you wait a while and keep you guessing so don't go back and play and lose it all if you do succeed on winning here. It's best to verify first before even playing on sites like this. Afterwards though withdrawals are pretty swift and easy. Gotta give this a mid grade. Not the best but certainly not the worst rtg casinos.

Tournaments galore! Always lots of free entry tournaments and cheap paid ones with high dollar pools. Their slot selection is outdated, but there are a lot of food classics. I recently was bummed out after expecting a 500 dollar withdrawal that was denied because, apparently, free roll tournament entries count as a bonus redemption - and only ONE bonus redemption is allowed between deposits. I should have known better. The terms are not direct and clear when it comes to that. But I still play there, and probably always will.

I recently tried out this slots game, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The layout feels old and clunky, which makes it harder to enjoy the gameplay. Hitting the spins or interacting with the game feels unresponsive at times, which definitely takes away from the excitement. The design seems to be stuck in the past, and it could really use a modern update to improve usability and visual appeal. Until then, it's hard to fully enjoy the game with these issues. Hopefully, an update is coming soon to address these problems. That's just my opinion

I reallly like the free rolls they have daily and the generous number of no deposit bonuses you qualify for once you level up the vip tier. Once I got to silver I was able to redeem at least 10 no deposit codes in a row before I needed to make deposit. I have not withdraw from liberty yet but so far they are one of my favs.

Don't put your money into Liberty Slots. Idk how they are even allowed to be on this site. They're blacklisted in so many places. They are horrible at paying out. Personal experience is they are shady. I won fairly large ($600) on a small deposit ($5 lightning bitcoin). However the verification process is bullshit, they stalled and stalled saying one document wasn't readable or they can't accept Capital One as a bank statement (they have full banking services despite being known for credit cards) To this day I still haven't been verified and it's been weeks

Basically the same exacttt site as Lincoln, so they get pretty much the same rating, but for whatever reason I seemed to enjoy the vibe here more, but again, I really dislike long pay-out times and the fact that they took away the monthly btc bonus of 250% (at least for me, but a rep told me it was for every1, unless the rep was lying to me which wouldn’t surprise me), and while they take a while for pay outs, THEY DO PAY, so at least you know you will get your money… I used to play here a lot and pretty much never any more but they’re not bad, but for WGS I’d MUCHHH rather play at Miami … I’d give this place like a 3.3/5

Liberty, Lincoln, Miami Club and even Red Stag used to b my favorite places to play. But all 4 of em have been in a steady decline IMO. All em have really good support staff. And that's about where it ended for me after playing at all of em for yrs. A few yrs back they updated their games and the sites. And it's just gotten worse n worse. The machines are INSANELY tight. I’d like to update my review of liberty slots. It takes forever to move up on the vip ladder there and once you’ve used your allotted amount of freebies for your vip status then that’s that. No more. They still had their tournaments which I liked to play. Then I was restricted from playing those since I hadn’t made a deposit in over a month. I’ve deposited there so many times up until then. And when I would request the withdraw they always take like 5 days to process it knowing that I would get bored and cancel my withdraw request. So all the deposits and only one or 2 withdraws. Mo perks until I deposit like 1000 more and now tournaments either? Nah

Was looking for a new casino, saw the award they received from LCB and signed up. Turns out I signed up back in 2012 ????. I was able to reset password and log in. Chatted with support and they were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They expla8ned I deposited a few times back in 2012/2013 using a CC, most likely my netspend card. Of course I wasn’t eligible for a welcome ND bonus but I did look around. Everything looks great to me but I’m not interested in verifying my account and the thought of waiting 2+ days for withdrawal is a show stopper. One of my favorites! Generous welcome bonuses with clear terms, and if you win, withdrawing is always extremely quick. Even if you use conventional CC or USD deposits; your check is typically mailed within a day of returning the standard withdrawal verification paperwork. I was having fun here for some time, logging in periodically to play a tournament when I had some downtime. Today I logged in, and tried to play a tournament. But it didn't let me, something about this account has reached the maximum number of tournaments aloud. Kind of dumbfoundedly, I skimmed over the tos and the only thing about tournaments was, "18. All tournament play and current spins will end exactly at the scheduled end time of the tournament. In-progress spins will not finish beyond the end time." I'm just over it. I won't be playing here again. ????

I like the daily tournament mix they have for freerolls. I don't like how they cap your free bonuses at 5 until you reach another level. Good monthly bonus for Amber level which is pretty easy to obtain. Long initial cash out verifying documents. Still takes a few days to receive a withdrawal. All casinos should be instant cash out because they have no issue taking our deposits instantly!

This casino would be a favorite of mine if it wasn't for the fact that i can never seem to win anything on here and the one time i did win on here they said i used back to back free bonuses so denied my withdrawal. Not a fan of this casino! I used the no deposit bonus code when I started. I actually made it through the playthrough requirements. When I went to cashout they said they wouldn’t honor my payout and deleted my account so I had no way of even contacting them to find out why or get an explanation.

very surprised to see this on LCB‘s best casinos list. My experience with it was not very charming all. And I’ve tried more than once play in this casino and I was even a depositor, but I had such an issue with a customer service and how rude what a loan unprofessional they were. i love liberty! ya the games appear "dated" but the software is constantly being updated (every once in a great while ill find the game they're updating, and it'll give me a message to the effect of "closed for 5 minutes max, be back shortly) Currently, as of Aug. '22 i havent deposited a single red cent and have withdrawn 3x. All funds coming from freeroll/keno tournaments. ya it took a few days, but its literally FREE money for gas or beers so i aint complaining. their customer service/ help chat is absolutley amazing. always fast and knowledgable about whatever my gripe is. would be 5 stars if payouts were a touch faster

This casino seems to be upfront and honest. Yes, you can turn free play into real money and actually get paid. They make you verify, and aren't necessarily as prompt about it as they are say.......verifying a credit card so that THEY can get paid, lol. I am a huge fan of the software they use. There very few places that use it that's legal in the states. And tbh...I'm not sure why? Other than I guess it's not the same ol' RTG or RIVAL backed games that are the majority of what is offered at the casinos, again legal in the states. I play their tournaments almost everyday which is really fun. Don't like that there are no cash back options and it takes an obscene amount of time to climb through the rewards tiers. I just closed my account here. I was given a 25 dollar bonus for my birthday. I won and put a withdrawal request. They voided my winnings due to claiming multiple no deposit bonuses. The kicker is they gave the bonus to me for my birthday. I claimed nothing, they just dumped it on my account and sent me an email telling me I had 25 dollars. Made many deposits and cashed out around 1200 once and that was after trying to cash out 2000 which was declined because I accidentally bet over the $10 amount while playing a bonus - way past play thru amount - which was kinda disappointing but I understood. Haven't won since and the bonuses I get in between deposits are quickly lost. And if I get a bonus of free spins then I might win $2. I have made platinum status because of all my deposits, but sure don't get platinum player treatment. It's a shame because I like the casino. I haven't deposited here in some time since.

Be careful at this site when it comes to redeeming bonuses and information provided by their customer support team. I won on a bonus and was denied a withdrawal because I claimed 3 no deposit bonuses in a row. I was told by the CSR that I had 12 and I could claim 3 in a row without a deposit. So I did . That apparently made me inelgible to withdraw any winnings and was the reason for the denial. When i explained this to the support team, they were not willing to work with me at all and said it was in the terms and conditions. However, when I read the terms and conditions, there were 3 areas discussing no deposit bonses and all had different instructions. One section mentioned the 12 no deposit bonses a year (chips and free spins) another mentions you can use up to 5 in a row and then another just metnnons no mu Little NDB can be used in a row. How is a player to determine what part of the T&C’s to use? I also explained and sent screen shots and the answer was . “The terms and conditions clearly state the rules”., but as you can tell, they don’t. So to be safe, if you claim a NDB, you should always make some kind of deposit, whatever the minimum at least, before claiming another or you will forfeit your winnings when trying to withdraw. I do not play at this site anymore because I feel like they are trying to confuse the player based on how they lay out the different rules in different sections of the terms, and also would not take responsibility for the instructions given by the CSR. If the Casino cannot be truthful a no trusted, I will not deposit my money there. You may experience somethings diffferent, but I am finding more and more casinos are digging to find anything they can to keep you from withdrawing and requiring additional deposits to win further even after they deny your withdrawal. So alway make sure you understand fully the terms of any bonus to the detail. Screen shot all of your chats with the CSR’s and keep your email promos if you claim them for future deocumentation.

I have played here for years and always felt like they've been more than trustworthy and fair. They used to give out free spins at least once a week, usually more. And there were always free spins when a new game came out. The membership levels require a lot of points to go up into the next tier and I don't really expect to ever reach past the level I'm at now, which never would have bothered me but now they changed their rules to limit free bonuses to only 50 at the gold level. So basically I'll never be able to try a new game or get any no deposit free spins here again even if I'm depositing on a regular basis until I hit the next tier. The free tournaments are still there but this dropped off my favorites list completely now, very disappointed. Nevermind the fact that it was always like pulling teeth to get them to pay me even though I never doubted that they eventually would

Probably the worst experience i had with this casino. Somehow i hit the mini jackpot of ONLY US 2,500 i think. So i thought i would heat check, the slot kept on winning that the x100 wagering req finished in about 45 mins. Now i check and see if i can withdraw. That’s where things became clear to me that i won’t get it. I was required a lot of documents and still after all that. Nothing happened. Having little experience with the site, I'm hoping my experience with support was just a fluke rather than the norm & will update in the future if so. They were slow, inattentive & just seemed not to care overall. It took near 30 minutes and speaking to three different staff members just to get some clarification of the bonus terms. I think they might have seemed to care more if i'd been a depositing customer for what it's worth. I wouldn't want my review to keep you from trying it, but keep it in mind if depositing there as a new customer, especially if you're one like me that keeps support busy trying to make sure I'm following all the terms I'm supposed to instead of finding out when getting a declined withdrawal request.

This site does not allow me to use bonuses. I don't even think I cashout on here before. But because I cashout twice on Miami Club Casino ( owned by same company ), they don't allow me to use ANY bonuses. At the same time I was not able to use bonuses at Lincoln, Miami Club Casino, and Redstag Casino. Again, I believe are all owned by the same company. However the monthly bonus after your first deposit for an entire year was pretty aweosme. If they offered better match bonuses id play there more often. The games are fun to play and not clunky like browser games tend to be. The bonuses are fun, depending on which game you are playing, and are the main reason that I play there. Customer service has really improved since the automated rating system was implemented directly after chat. However, they are still very stingy with comp and free chips...usually wanting at least seventy five dollars before even giving a free chip. Sister site to lincoln casino, both are good casinos with unique software games, which can pay good sometimes. I like the table games on those casinos, they are very fast and good limits. Like the bonuses too and and neteller withdrawals never took more then 3 days which is not great but ok. I deposit here sometimes to play table games. I dont like this max withdrawal terms per week/month.

There are some things I dont like about it just like red stag but just as i think about stag overall it is a really good casino, for slots, and good competitive tournaments, and fruitful freerolls, bonuses i would still say are many, and not very far between, if you make deposits anyway, the only thing just like with redstag would say one of the only I dont like about it, is that the majority of all these slot games all seem similar and rebadged in some way,

This is probably my favorite casino to play at. I have had the best payouts here and the games are the smothest running. I guess the slots are fun but don't really seem to pay consistently enough without having to deposit multiple times. The deposit bonuses are a waste with the high rollover amount. their video poker is good. It's all about when the casino moderator decides to lower the volatility in the games. And again, you have to be playing those specific game at certain times which any player cannot find out in advance. Good luck here but you'll have fun though.

Great casino! Have never played any of these games before. The registration process was simple but it took me a few minutes to figure out how to claim the bonus, so have written it here for other users: $18 LCB Bonus: After registering go to cashier and click the deposit tab. Scroll down the payment options to 'instant coupon'; enter LCB18 code. After entering the code, it should show you the bonus amount ($18) and the wagering amount required ($720 I think it was?). Click 'redeem code' and the bonus will be activated. Logout and then log in again. The bonus credits should show on the game client when signing into Real mode. After looking through the games, I decided to play a type of Jack and the Beanstalk game. Played well for an hour and a half. Managed to achieve wagering requirements, but only made a maximum of $100: the minimum withdrawal is $150 which is a bit of a bummer. It's also the reason for my 4/5 rating and not 5/5.

I registered in this casino about 2 years ago at the same time with it s sister casino Lincoln casino, i never deposited on it and i was surprise last week to use a coupon for 5 free i needed to wagger 20x and i made 420$ at the end the withdraw was proceeded by neteller it took less then 48 hours with no verification deposit and no verification of documents so it s very very easy and fast. and i received only 150$ because the max cashout amount was 150$. The thing i don t apreciate in this casino is that the minimum cashout is 150$ wich is a bit high and the max witdhraw is 3000$ for ewallet wich is low. But they are serious they could avoided my winnings because it s not my first bonus on it but they didn t and i apreciate.

K- update to the above comment- I finally managed to download the casino after chatting with Drew while he tried and tried to help me. For some reason I could only reach the instant play casino where there is no download button. Drew was incredibly patient and spent no less than a half hour trying to help me. I finally gave up the ghost and said thanks any way, way too frustrated now to play. I continued trying after we signed off though and finally got lucky after another fifteen min. So I down loaded and up pops the casino. With an acct. number I had never seen and the longest pass word in the history of the world. I got back in touch with drew and said huh? What's this? He said that's your acct number Lois. I said um, no it really isn't Drew. He said yes, it is...and so on. Finally he said well tell me what you think your number is. So I gave it to him. He said okay this is really weird, never seen this before. Then he found the name attached to the acct and asked me who is Tom D******? I almost fell off my chair- he named my ex- a man I was married to for five years some 39 years ago! I said how can this be? Then I remembered, oh! right, he was a guest in our home about a month ago for a few days. He must have downloaded the casino while he was here! So then Drew told me- well it wont be a problem again as he is banned from playing here...what a shock, the guy is such a scuz! I LOVE THIS CASINO. I have to mention that is the first casino I have ever tried AND SUCCEEDED to withdrawl from. However, the check that I received by courier did take over a month to finally clear my bank, but WHO CARES IT WAS FREE MONEY!!! I won $2.00 on a tournament (which they consider bonus money so I had to play the playthrough) and turned that $2.00 into over $300.00! They allowed me to register, and then before I can sign in I get a message that reads "your acct. seems to be blocked". This happened once before. I wrote to security, after speaking with support. Both told me that I would hear from them by email soon. This has been on going for years. They had NO trouble accepting money from me in the past. They wont disclose what the problem is, they were happy to take my deposits in the past, I am at the point now where I think I will just continue to deposit my tens of thousands of dollars each year at the WGS I usually play at- the one where the play through is only 10 to 15 percent, depending upon the nature of the bonus. So tired of being treated as if I were something they stepped in. Never had a cash back, never even had words with support, one day I just found myself locked out. I guess enough is indeed enough.

I respectfully submit that at times the information about which casinos accept players from Denmark might need to be checked. Unless things have changed recently and a lot of casinos have now adopted a policy of rejecting Danish players. For example I played for a few years on and off at Liberty Slots. I just played the freebies but may have made a small deposit or two as well. I liked the software with was different from the more usual playtech and microgaming stuff... I liked that one had to know when to stop in their tournaments, because you could get lucky and accumulate a lot of chips and then if you were in a high position on the leader board you could just stop without risking more chips. These freerolls were different because you could lose the chips you had accumulated you didn't just build a final amount but could bet with your winnings, thus you needed to know when to stop sometimes

I only was lucky once enough to make one withdrawal. It has been couple of years since then but I only make a small deposit every once in a while. i have to agree with PlinyMan78, the playtime for this casino is horrid. It's like you can hear a loud lip sucking sound every time you play and then POOF! your money is gone. while playing triple triple gold at 15 cents a pull i counted 175 pulls and received approx. ONE 15 coin payout. it was almost comical. while playing vampire vixen i counted 325 plays before i got a bonus. i am not a big conspiracy believer but i have noticed that the list of recent big winners has a strange amount of players with last name initials that are the same. there are about 10 last name initial's that they use. I notice the number of participants in the tournaments have considerably dropped and I cant help but think it's because they don't do enough promotions. I have to agree with Plinyman78. I too play at Liberty Casino , as well as Lincoln Casino. I have been very unhappy with the playtime. I play many of their games just to compare what I was seeing. Bonus rounds are far and few between, ( sometimes not one at all ) money gets sucked up very fast...and even at .25 cents a spin before you know it the money is gone. The past 3 months have been horrible. Once you get a good run it turns around fast and gone before you know it. I've played at both casinos exclusively for a few years now and I can say they do have a very good customer service staff, but they need to loosen up the reins on the games a bit...as for me now I won't be back to either of them for awhile. 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for methods of depositing and withdrawels...one star because the games are too tight which makes it no fun to deposit if you get at times less than 60 minutes of play.

I've expressed my affinity for LS in the past, and I can still say that I have never enjoyed the customer service at any other casino as much as I have over the years with the friendly and knowledgeable folks at Liberty. However, as of late - perhaps the past 12-18 months - I have been absolutely pounded by their five-reel slots, without fail. They used to hit occasionally for a significant amount if you played long enough, or bet the sweet spots, but following my five most recent deposits ($100 each - 4 w/bonus, 1 w/o, simply to test that aspect) at varying games, bet amounts and volatility, I have never built my bankroll above $200, only topped $150 once - after which it dwindled immediately, and received so few free spins or bonus rounds (and with minimal gains) that I simply cannot continue to patronize this site with any confidence that their games are still on the level. That is not to say that they are in any way going rogue, but the level at which they have dropped their payout percentages on slots they have become the home of the one-armed bandit for the WGS platform. If I do deposit again, I will only play the classic slots - which I have found to be far more generous in their payout percentages, or the video poker and blackjack. Those are insanely streaky, but they run as hot as they do cold. It's a shame that I can no longer recommend this place to friends or fellow members of sites like LCB. It used to be the best casino on the net available to U.S. citizens.

Liberty Slots is a good alternative to RTG for the American player. I like their classic slots much more than their 5 Reel Video Slots. I also like the Video Poker and Blackjack offerings. I have deposited at LS many times. I could have had one sweet win but I played it back unfortunately. I have never had a nice hit on any of their video slots and the graphics are pretty crude on those. Customer Service is generally good.

I do like this casino. Us players don't have a lot of choice where they can play online and their Wager Gaming technology software gives me another fun choice. As far as bonuses go, I don't use deposit bonuses and they give a few NDB, not many, but definitely more than some other casinos. I never finished my post I don't know what happened but anyway . This casino does have so many different slot games I have never seen that many at any casino I have played at. They also have great tourneys to play. If some day you don't have money and feel like playing you can always play a tourney free once a day here. The down fall was the 45$ deposit I had to do if I wanted to play there because I'm a USA player the other options for depositing were not available to me. But now they have pasteandpay so I am able to deposit 10$ if I want to and the fee is cheaper than using my bank card. Ok I won money a few times at this casino the first time it took a while because I had to register all my documents. But wow I won on Friday had money on Tuesday I could not believe how fast this casino pays out. If it wasn't for a weekend being in there I would of had it in 72 hours. What i do like about Liberty is that one can deposit as little as $10 (using Neteller,like i do) but then one does not get the daily deposit bonuses,thats a shame. I don't see the difference if i deposit $45 by Master Card or by Neteller,in my head depositing $45 is $45,no matter where they come from.But thats there rules sad,but once again,i can deposit $10 and then play some tournaments and have some fun and do win from time to time. Liberty Slots is a good casino if you are looking for fun games. I really enjoy the WGS games. There is a decent amount to choose from and they are all pretty different. I originally signed up with the 15 dollar free chip from LCB but didn't make play through. I made my first deposit with no bonus shortly after because I love the game that has the bonus that is like deal or no deal! After that I made about 10 deposits, but never had much luck. It seems like I would win win win, but always end up going down at the end. This is probably my own fault, not the casino. However, even after 10 deposits, I never received any type of bonuses or free chips from them. Until my birthday which was almost a year later. I got a 10 dollar free chip in my email but I had to contact live chat to redeem. When I contacted live chat they said that I could not redeem the chip because it has been too long since I deposited. I asked why would they send me an email stating happy birthday here is your birthday bonus and then not honor it. They told me there was nothing I could do and then asked me to hold. When they came back, they told me that in addition to not being able to honor my free chip, they had closed my account due to security reasons. I asked what security reason and they said I would have to contact their security department via email and ask. I sent them an email and received a response fairly quickly. I was told that my account was closed due to me not passing their security check, and they could not tell me why, or what I did not pass, but that they are sorry they can no longer let me play at this casino. I was beyond confused. I still am! I liked to at least play their free roll tournaments when I wasn't depositing, but I was a customer for almost a year, they sent me a birthday gift and THEN decided that I could not play there anymore. Just to add to my comments above....I did receive my $150 cashout by bank wire exactly 14 days after it was processed by Liberty Slots. However, due to the fact Liberty Slots charges an outrageous $45 fee to process withdraws, and then the bank they send it to charges another fee (around $8 in my case), and then my bank charges a fee of $13 on bank wires, I only ended up getting about $85 when all was said and done. Liberty Slots needs to get rid of or at least lower their $45 processing fee. That's an outrageous fee on a $150 withdraw.

I think liberty slots used to be one of the best casinos around to play in slot tournaments. A while back they use to have quickie tournaments which started every 30 mins a new one. the buy in was only $.50 rebuys to .The pay on the quickies was bonus money and it added up fast. But they got rid of them and now they have 1 free tournament daily , a play for the pot daily , and have a go tournament daily. they have a few others to but they last longer than a day. There tournaments are still fun to play in but i wish they would bring back the quickies. I would play them all day long , it was so much fun. another thing i like about liberty slots is that on my birthday they gave me $25 bonus money , it was in my account. I did not have to ask them which i thought was cool. another thing also i like is that when using bonus money it counts towards your loyalty points which i find is cool and that your bonus money is used before your cash is. I still go to liberty slots casino daily to play the other tournaments. They have raised the buyin on all of the tournaments , it makes it hard for rebuys. i try not to do alot of rebuys cause so expensive but it adds up quickly. I been losing alot there lately i think i need to find other casino that has tournaments. I really like the lay out of the casino , it is very easy to navigate around. I find some casinos to be difficult to see. another thing about liberty slots is that they have a ticker going across the top of the casino , which it displays all the recent jackpot winners. I read it once in a while to see how the games are treating players , and than go and give them a try. Some of there games seem to be very hard to hit on or maybe it is just me. Am hoping they smarten up and bring back the other tournaments or add some new better tournaments.

I have deposit a lot of money there and never come close to cashing out . I play the tournaments and spin 300 to 900 times without a free spin or a bouns round . the same players win all the time they say it is a ramdon the same players win all the time . so not to happy with the tour.

Been here about a year now haven't deposited in a while though because pretty long withdrawal time but it might be a good thing since i am still making profit here. around 200 deposits around 800 cash outs. This casino is one of few online casinos with Wager Gaming technology software. My first impression was that i loved the games but at the time they get pretty boring.. :/ They offer generous bonuses but not much free chips , actually only free chip's i have received here is the 50 no deposit birthday bonus which is good , but should be more free :D The customer support is pretty weird in my opinion they all tell the different things like on max cash out that i asked on my free chip first agent told that there's no max cash out once i cashed out 150 then i can cash out more or something like that then the other told 150 is the max.. Well, after I groaned and griped about the long bank wire...it was not the Casinos fault. It was my own bank that screwed it up. I want to say that Liberty Cashier was EXCELLENT and ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL. And I appreciate the excellent customer service that I have always received at Liberty. I was intrigued by all the good reviews I found, and even though I can't say something good about the site, I was in the right mood for Slots. Ok I truly wish I could have copied the chat with Kya today. I contacted Live Support because I wanted to go on and try the casino, yes I was planning on depositing, but when I noticed that they did not list Alaska as a state. I contacted live support and asked KYA why this was. Her response" Kya: Alaska is not a US State. when I asked What? Kya: Alaska is a part of North America but not a part of the US. Me: What, what map are you looking at? Its the 49 th State, I noticed Hawaii is on there and it is not a part of Continential US either. WOW Seriously! Where was this person educated??? Been playing this casino for nearly one full year and I either nearly fall asleep while playing because the rolls are so predictable, or I lose all my money immediately....and this is ALL YEAR LONG. Been playing this casino now for nearly a year since they opened last Feb. Games are fun, customer service is very prompt and has always been nice but it just sucks all the money right out of you and fast. In all this time and in all the money I've played and that has been ALOT, I've NEVER, EVER been able to make a withdrawal because as soon as I get close to my play through, it starts sucking it dry...and this is for close to a year. You would think that I'd have come close to making a withdrawal...but nada. I don't know if it's rigged or not, but I do know that no one has THAT much bad luck and certainly not every single time.

Never recieved the $15 no deposit bonus. Then they locked my account until I sent in proper paperwork which I did and they STILL haven't reviewed it. Told one time it would take 24 hours, then next day told it would take up to 72 hours. And; I played a 50 cent tournament, came in 4th but have not been credited my $5 winnings because they locked my account until they verified my paperwork. All this after I've deposited about $250 a week for the past 3 weeks. They are certainly not like their predecessors English Harbor group who were very quick to respond, pay out and credit bonuses. This has been quite a load of crap and they don't seem to care they are losing my business.
