Bally Interactive encompasses Bally Technology's mobile, Internet, and social initiatives. Bally has it's own iGaming Platform and Remote Gaming Server (RGS) offering casino operators on land and online the ability to serve mobile, play for free, and wager based gaming. Their first wager-based games came online April 18th 2013 at various venues including Mr. Green Casino. Bally integrates their cross-platform solution so that players may have access to the games of many makers at the same online casino.
Bally Technologies has been involved online for some time offering a free play poker venue in conjunction with the Golden Nugget Casinos of Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlantic City, New Jersey. They also offer free play on mobile apps from over 20 casinos including The Lodge and Gilpins in Blackhawk, Colorado. Now, wager-based gaming is available from the grand old man of slots makers - having produced their first slot machines in 1936. Bally Technologies is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and has over 25 offices the world over. They employ almost 3,000 people. Bally was the first publically traded gaming company to be listed on the NYSE (BYI) in 1975.
Bally Interactive Online Games
The first release of real money games featured some of their most popular slots from terrestrial casinos. The list includes Big Vegas, Cupid Psyche, Cash Wave, Mayan Treasures, Wild Huskies, Morocco, and Pharaoh's Dream. We expect more to come soon as these inaugural games take off in popularity. Big Vegas is a 5 reel, 40 line slot with a 300x line bet top prize and mid to low hit frequency. Pharaoh's Dream is configured likewise but has a 500x line bet jackpot and a much higher hit frequency. Wild Huskies is a 50 line game with a much bigger jackpot prize of 7500x line bet and an onland hit frequency of just under 34% making it a high variance game. The first two days of launch have shown some problems in integration but as soon as we are able to play the games consistently we will give our readers in depth reviews of these Bally legendary slots games.
Bally is one of the most trusted names in land-based gaming and there is no reason to believe they will be anything other than a top-shelf online game supplier. Their choice of opening venues speaks volumes about whom they wish their brand to be associated with and we can heartily recommend the current releases as well as any new games to our readers.
Bally Interactive History
To come to the Bally Interactive of today we have to look at the roots of Bally Technologies, and those roots run deep. Bally made their first pinball machine called the Ballyhoo in 1932 after Raymond Moloney founded Bally Manufacturing Company. They made their first slot machine in 1936. They ceased production of gaming devices with the US entering WWII to focus their manufacturing on the war-time effort and returned to making pinball and slot machines in 1945 with the end of the war. They enjoyed great success for many years to come. That however was to change with the death of Moloney in 1958.
