I played yesterday. I put 3 deposits. I received the different bonus. Normally you receive 20 free spins during 5 days.
This morning there were not there....so i chat with an operator to ask for the free spins. He says me : "sorry but it is not possible because you have a another account ". So I am surprised because i didn t know...However they had verified my documents and accept them ( i have a print screen about it). So i ask the address of my double account...They refuse that!!!! Where is the problem if it is mine??? The support doesn t give a true act.... it is important to know that yesterday my second deposit was 20€. And i reached 700€. I didn t ask a withdrawal... I am sure that i don t have another account. by this way i checked my 3 different mail addresses and in fact, i don t have another account...and if it was correct, he ( mister John) gave me the other address email. I asked to give me back my last deposit ( of today) without to have play with, he refused. He told me : " you can continue to make deposit and play on the casino but without bonus, any fidelity program etc...
It is like a nightmare!!! Another thing interesting : with my deposit yesterday i have the second place in the tournament with a difference of almost 5000 points...and i won't be entitled...They are simply a theft for me!!!! They are scammers. Any issue is possible to join a manager of the casino...It is just for the fact because my deposit was not a big amount...
And for me, it is unfair...Don't let do this method with money...So I give you just an advice...avoid this casino...except if you loose...but if you win...they don't like....There are a multiple other casino more honest. Someone had the same problem with this casino? Or another one...Be careful. I forget, i didnt receive a mail to explain the situation, even if i am sure there's no another account at this casino....

I discovered this casino last week and was glad to be able to cash out on my first deposit. They have great promotions (welcome offers) but seriously lack offers for regular players. Thei customer support always been nice and helpful and they never let me down on anything. I suggest you go pay a visit and see for yourself.

played in this casino, do not understand the negative feedback about him. Customer service works quickly and well. I took advantage of the welcome bonus and wagered it. Verification and withdrawal of funds took about half an hour. Excellent casino, but without raisins.

Not a bad casino, have only deposited there a couple of times. RTP wasbt great and they dont offer a lit of bonuses or rewards for loyalty. Perhaps if australians could deposit using aus dollars i would give it another go but i dislike that i have to deposit in euro. On the bright sode they have my favourite amatic games

Its a nice bitcoin casino, with good interchanging layout ,very complete, the games runs smoothly, with several providers, have a good support staff but dont give too much bonus to active players , like freespins or deposit bonus, it takes a lit bit of time to cashout.

In summary, good but nothing special. Major disadvantages would be being unable to deposit in Euros (via bitcoins - Cubits) and having flaky support staff who were very robotic, even going so far as to deny NDB codes & affiliate that I signed up from.

I took advantage of their offer 50 free spins for new players who made a deposit. Unfortunately I was not lucky and in the end I lost everything, but I really enjoyed playing here. Just visited this brand new casino and was surprised by the layout and different games as we always seen. The games are interesting and the software the casino using are not so usual for other casinos. I like the welcome package, but wagering may be lil bit lower and withdrawal time frame faster. Not a bad try for newbie!
