Rolling Slots Casino Review Jump to comments
Rollings Slots Casino is an online gambling site launched in 2021. The site is available in English and Russian languages. The casino operating license is issued by Antillephone in Curacao and the operator, GBL Solutions N.V. is registered with the government and Chamber of Commerce there.
Look for more than 2,000 slots and a live dealer suite featuring streams from Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, and Absolute Live Gaming.
Here are over 40 individual studios, labs, and providers contributing to the instant play game selection which includes RNG animated table games and video poker in addition to the live games.
The bonus system looks good with wagering requirements only on the bonus portion of your bankroll. We’ll examine the terms a little later on in the appropriate section.
Players all over (except the USA, etc.) are welcome to play, and the operators do put a special emphasis on serving players in Russia from easy crypto banking to a good selection of games chosen just for the market. With well over 2,000 titles there’s something for everybody!
Banking is well ordered with a 24-hour pending period on withdrawals and immediate payouts thereafter. Look for common methods like Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, Interac, etc., and a few cryptocurrency options. We’ll cover payments in more detail later too.
The gaming hub hasn’t really been around long enough (as of the time of this review) to be involved in any dispute resolution so we don’t know how they would respond to any complaints if they ever generate one - and of course, all online gaming sites will eventually come under fire by somebody even if it’s a novice player who doesn’t understand bonuses, a sore loser out to ‘even the score’ or even an unscrupulous competitor or their shill.
We do find they have a representative available for public resolution of any disputes or just to answer questions, but in the first six months or so of operations they’ve been available to about 150,000 forum members at LCB, and nobody has had a problem.
Even the general comments are overwhelmingly positive so it looks like we can go into a factual review of the product and operation without any inherent bias. We’ll keep a close eye on the terms and conditions as we go along in case we find any indication of brigandage, anything murky or otherwise unclear or contradictory, or even nonsensical - we can almost always find at least one of those.
After a deeper dive into the games and software, bonuses, banking, customer service, etc., we should have a pretty good handle on it and be able to extract a list of potential pitfalls or simply drawbacks to look out for.
To conclude we’ll summarize all we learn and if warranted, pontificate or editorialize a little after we let all the facts speak for themselves.
Shall we..?
Software and Games
One very interesting thing about this gaming site is that it’s not just another cookie-cutter white label with a brand slapped on it. It’s purpose-built, by their own company. I don’t have to be a total nerd or a Bitcoin geek to understand just how cool that is. These guys started out back in 2014 and developed a payment system that allowed fiat (regular) money to process with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, a sort of “payment switch” technology.
Online operators started using it and they eventually branched out into a few different areas, always focused on software development. One of those ventures is GBL - Factory. They created their own white-label solution to help others get into the business as well. If someone signs on, GBL can take care of everything for them to get up and running including hardware & software, license acquisition, games, a marketing program, and even customer support.
Of course, since that’s where they started, they can also handle the payment processing - that’s one reason they can pay out as soon as it’s processed in-house. Thanks to international norms, just like almost every other Curacao-licensed gaming operation they do that through their offices in Cyprus and use the Cyprus-registered Ramtinar Techconsult Limited. That gives them the whole of Europe to operate in as they have an EU-EEA representative.
I can’t say it with any finite certainty, but it is entirely possible GBL is the company that made instant Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals possible. So, yeah, pretty cool outfit and they have their own casino!
While they don’t have any “sister sites” so to speak (as far as I have been able to determine) but they are marketed and share some customer service duties with the folks who bring you Wild Tokyo. They may have also partnered with the WT operators on these two sites but that operator has several more that appear to only share the platform so it’s likely WT and the others are simply using the white label solution, payment processing, etc. of GBL-Factory. All of those operations also enjoy very good reviews and no known complaints.
Navigation and game selection
The only real difference between mobile and desktop play is the actions used to accomplish things. Click, tap, slide, scroll, etc., and the fact that the optimization that makes the lobby so functional and aesthetically pleasing on any type of device does require more activity on a phone or other small handheld. However, that mainly applies to the horizontal game type selection menu in portrait mode. It’s done as well as just about anywhere else, it’s just a fact of life in omnichannel gaming for now.
Granted when there is more screen real estate to fill, visitors can enjoy a slightly different aesthetic and more functionality because more buttons can be provided.
In the main welcome lobby, if you haven’t joined or signed in yet, the first thing you’ll see is the welcome bonus. More on that later!
You’ll probably see the brand mascot too, a rock band. Under the splash screen or slide the main game categories are spread across the page. The menu begins with a way to get back to the lobby and ends with a search button and drop-down list of providers.
- New
- Drops & Wins
- Popular
- Slots
- Roulette
- Live Casino
- Blackjack
- Table Games
There’s also another flyout menu on the side. Access it by activating the drumsticks icon. Login and sign-up buttons are there along with links to the lobby, promotions, the shop, tournaments, loyalty club, and achievements.
Of course, if you just feel like browsing you can always just scroll down the lobby page, most of the links from the horizontal icon menu are covered as you descend on the page. Near the bottom, there’s a section of current and recent winners including the game played, a partially redacted player name, and the amount won. The amounts are displayed in RUB.
We’ll take a peek at a few of the game categories from the bulleted list above.
Drops & Wins
These are all Pragmatic Play slots. It’s possible to run D&W promotions in the live dealer suite too, but table games aren’t found in this section here. For those unfamiliar with Drops & Wins it’s simply a promotional engine Pragmatic lets operators use to distribute random bonuses, hold tournaments, and that sort of thing.
You can win free spins and bonus funds. Real cash can simply drop into your account. All it takes to be eligible is to be playing any Pragmatic Play game with the Drops & Wins logo on it and make the minimum size bet which is usually somewhere around 0.30 EUR or whatever equivalent in another currency.
The eligible games change on a rotating basis, they just need to be activated by Pragmatic Play at the game server or by the operator in the site’s back end. Players can simply play, and when lucky, collect!
Popular games
I’m never quite sure how these are chosen or placed in order. It would seem they should be selected by which games have the most rounds played over a certain period of time - the last hour, last 12 hours, day, week, etc. I’m not sure they do that at most places.
Fairytale Coven from Mascot Gaming topped the list when I visited so I thought I’d give it a few spins, check the pay tables, and look around the web a little to see if it might actually be the most popular game on site.
I liked the game’s presence, artwork, understated animations, and overall theme. The paytable is loaded with ways to trigger free games and there is a “Risk & Buy” feature. I triggered free games within a few minutes with 3x multipliers and did well. It would seem to be the mechanics that make this game so popular as the paytable proper wasn’t anything special.
Bonuses and Promotions
It would seem the marketing department neglected to consult with the maths people when they crafted the welcome bonus. We don’t usually illustrate an exact rendition of casino incentives, especially percentage matches since offers can and do change over the course of time. However, in this case, we really have no choice.
Not so fast there, Turbo. It is absolutely not a 200% bonus as advertised, but rather three separate bonuses in a welcome package that when combined would equal 200% if that is how the math worked. It isn’t.
If offered 100% on the first deposit, 50% on the second, and 50% on the third, and all deposits are equal to $100 - you would have deposited $300 and collected $200 in bonus funds (100+50+50). Two hundred divided by three hundred, which is the percentage of bonus funds received, is roughly 67% over the course of the bonus package.
Silly maths. Adding and averaging percentages can be a tricky thing, but not in this case.
Here’s the best news!
Wagering requirements don’t apply to deposited funds, but only to the bonus. You’ll have a lot less “work” to do clearing the wagering requirements.
Want more good news?
There’s no max cashout condition attached to deposit bonuses so you can win and cash out as much as you win - except it might take a while to get all your money and we’ll talk about that further.
Be sure to check the current wagering requirements for any bonus you are considering as well as the restricted games list and the weighting contribution reduced for RNG games like roulette, blackjack, or the like. These terms can change often but they are always easy to find on the website.
In addition to the welcome bonus package you’ll find near the top of this page, be sure to look for weekend deposit incentives. Weekly offers, cashback, loyalty points, and other offers for the most frequent players.
Most ongoing offers will be found under the Promotions tab, but be sure to accept SMS and email promotions to take advantage of all the offers that could be available to you.
Banking and Customer Service
Rolling Slots is a crypto-friendly casino but digital currencies are not required to deposit, play, or withdraw here.
Players with large deposits or extraordinary winnings may not find the €500 Daily withdrawal limit to their liking but it’s made up for a bit by the monthly withdrawal limit of €10,000.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether (USDT) are among the cryptocurrencies that can be used.
Jeton, MuchBetter, Mastercard/Visa, and bank transfers are available as well as Interac and Piastrix, depending on your location when you log in.
Most payouts are paid immediately after your account is verified with no longer than 24 hours on the outside to get your winnings on the way back to you. Coin transactions process much faster than many other payment methods so that’s something to consider.
Players can contact customer support through live chat and e-mail. The live chat button is always visible at the bottom of the screen. Most questions are easily answered by reading the FAQ pages, but help is there is you need it.
Responsible gambling help is provided on the website but no telephone support is available.
Pitfalls
- Fairly high wagering requirements on bonus (45xB)
- Fairly low daily cashout limit (€500 p/day)
- No telephone support
- Extra spins must be claimed within 24 hours
The Final Word
Rolling Slots Casino is another super casino when it comes to game selection, customer service, and banking methods. Cashout times are instant or nearly instant and regular players will find plenty of ongoing deposit incentives as well as rewards for playing often.
The welcome package is marketed incorrectly whether through slippery decision-making or because the math department didn’t check the sales department’s offer. That can often be a red flag and in every case we find it, we look deeper into the terms for other squishy things as well as at an operator’s history for any cases of taking advantage of its own poorly written offers or terms. We’re glad to say that we didn’t find anything else, so adding the percentage bonuses together and calling the package by the sum of those percentages appears to be the only problem found here.
We like the fact that wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds and not the deposit. The max bet of €5 per spin might make meeting them a little difficult, depending on your deposit size - but not impossible by any means. Since there is no cap on the amount you can win when playing with a bonus swing it right back into the positive camp for this reviewer even though, all in all, it’s far from the most generous first deposit incentive out there. Good, pretty good, not crushable, not great, but I’d take it.
