I lost my vip status there but not even considered for vip status at bitstarz. I deposit and play nearly everyday, what is the criteria to become vip there. By far one of the best casinos out there. The game selection is massive, they pay instantly, and customer service is always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The one improvement that could be made is the number of free spins (they call them second chance spins, but it isn't listed as a promo because they aren't guaranteed). 10 spins at the given bet amount just don't typically give you enough to play with. Very decent and old respectable project. The only thing I really hate about it - it is not convenient. Their site is very "laggy", those graphics kinda wasting a lot of browser resources, when I am changing slots and clicking search always getting some lags, it is sooo annoying, that's why I prefer to play in other places. I've had very very bad luck at this casino but this is just subjective , ok some facts .... if deposit method is by crypto, cash out time is near instantaneous, bonuses mainly consist of some % match once a week and deposit for a number of free spins also once a week. Support staff on website is helpful but uncaring abt rng matters. Offsite casino reps at places like casinomeister however are extremely helpful and may be more receptive to comp requests. No idea why this place is so highly rated. Look, there is not ever going to be an advantage or odds in your favor on those types of deals. Look for the places that give actual free things if you want or need them. There are several places that give you free spins and have no wager requirement on the winnings. Other than that, they are ok. Same slot selection as most all places. They don't accept several crypto coins that are accepted at other places. Live games are the same elsewhere, their "house" games are not anything unique. Withdrawal is fast if crypto. I haven't played fiat there. They will arbitrarily do a KYC even if you have already withdrawn there before and are withdrawing less than that time, or for any reason they dream up. My self and other friends have experienced this. Some of us did give up our ID and some didn't think their winnings were worth giving their info to total strangers. They did have a point. My biggest issue is several of their slot machines have a per spin rate different than standard. Additionally, their returns on a win is not the same ratio. For example, if Casino Compare has Super Slot spins at 10c each and you win a spin and get a return of 50c then at Bitstarz that same machine only costs 5c to spin but when you get the same winning spin, you get 15c. Math bearing out, you should have gotten 25c. There are too many machines where this bears out. Also, it isn't their provider, other systems on the same network as host casinos do not have the adjustments. They don't cheat you though, they clearly show the payouts in the info section of each slot. But if you are used to a slot, maybe go outside your comfort zone here if you have to play here. My account was closed yesterday. When I was playing I was logged out during my session for some unknown reason and was unable to log back in with my password as it had being changed on me. For an me I was baffled I did not know what to think as it was impossible to log in every time I went to change my password that link had already being used but not by me. When I eventually got to log in again my funds that I was playing with were gone I had 0.40 cents left of my balance. I looked at my history and seen that there was a different ip address that logged into my account and played Dimond strike on the funds that were left in my account. I was really disappointed in support telling me I have to close my account as I really do enjoy playing here but I do not know what happened and am confused by this. My funds were gone it was not much but in the 20 years I have being playing online something like this has never ever happened where my funds were played by someone else. I had just received my $2200 withdrawal from the casino yesterday they are fast and great with there withdrawal process do not know where to go with this I have changed my password and know that I had received emails from the casino telling me someone was trying to access my account. I am guessing they did but how does this happen right in the middle of my session and log me out so I can not log back in. I do not like this casino at all. Will you get paid? Yes. I find the owner to be arrogant. When I played here the site was insanely buggy and live chat didnt seem to care at all about anything. I closed my account. There are too many direx nv casinos that there is no need to play at one that doesnt care about you. Move onto the next.

The site is very slick and easy to navigate. There is an option to sort the games by provider( which should be the norm for all casinos nowadays). There are country restrictions on the bonuses which made me put 4.0 instead of 4.5. Another thing which I don't like is that the minimum deposit is 20 ( it used to be only 5 not long ago).

It cost me at least $30 to get a bonus on any game playing small 30 or 40 cents and every time I got a bonus it paid only $2 or 3 dollars. They could offer me a 500% bonus and still wouldn't go back. Not enjoyable at all and they didn't have some slots I like which most others have. Even using my CC was a pain which it wasnt at most. It also took me forever to even find the games I do like,I spent more time pissing around then actually playing my $120 went super fast, I won't recommend them to anyone.

i played at this casino and didnt remember i have an account created before claimed the fs, then checking another email i noticed i already registered but didnt played, around 3 months before. I have wagered and got 200 usd of winnings, after seen that i know that it will result in void my winnings, contacted support and was right, they just ereased my balance, i was about to deposit with welcome deposit bonus, then the support said me that i will not be elegible to any bonus after 4 deposits cuz i broke that term rule, that was so rude for me, i contacted them 1 month ago and other guy said me the same, thats why i put 3.5 stars, i even contacted support to say them i have the 2 accounts and void the winnings, never tried to lie them, but, that restriction really made me no put a cent, its a great casino, looks and have amazing list of games, i hope i noticed the previous account cuz i really liked to play here, but that answer of bonus restriction isnt in terms n conditions and i can play without bonus, but just was not so respectful answer... at least my point of view, anyway its a very good casino, just my particular case, that was my fault.

Bitstarz is one of my favorite casinos for sure. I liked it better when the min deposit was only $10. The game selection is good however I wish I had access to more of the games. Customer service is okay. Was better about a year ago until they change it. I use to like talking to Mike. They changed the bonus system a while back as well and whilst still good, isnt as good. I do like the quests though they give a lot of free spins with no max withdrawal. Good platform. I find that I am playing here less and less as other casinos up their game. Considering how much I've deposited here I haven't won that much with only one session yielding more than $1k. Ive had bigger wins, more often, elsewhere. Withdrawal time is fairly fast however I lose $25 in fees by withdrawing via Bank Transfer which is annoying if I'm withdrawing from a bonus (max withdrawal $100 - $25 in fees = $75). The good things definitely outweigh the bad though and at the end of the day I trust Bitstarz and that is priceless.

I always wanted to play at Bitstarz it took me about 3 years of wanting to deposit here till i finally did it. But YEP i wish i had read these comments first.. Cause Man it sux hard . Dumb Ass Bonus rules . Total waste of time taking a bonus .The bonus probably not so bad in slots but no good in live casino lighting roulette or black jack. I put 13 x 50 cent whole bets in roulette and u not allowed to bet over $5 , so i told the live chat and the fella took my bonus of , but he didnt confirm to me it was off , i didnt know cause the bonus money was still in my account .So i kept playing live casino with those dumb ass bonus rules. Just another scamming casino they all scared that people will play without bonuses , because they cant put all these rules on your gaming when your playing without a bonus , i seen one rule said they could not pay you if you had a disposible email address , what a clown rule to put in there. Bitstarz used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at, but lately it seems really hard to hit any sizable amount. They still give weekly free spins on Wednesdays and give loyalty bonuses on Fridays and a reload bonus on Monday, but no other free spins are given like they used to. The cashouts I have had here are usually from the bonuses, and therefore are capped at only 5 mbtc. Seems really low considering that seems to be the only time I am able to win.

Unpleasant experience here. Bonus withdrawals are very difficult and this casino does find some or other reason not to payout winnings. Support is very bad and it's very hard to win a decent amount. Slots sometimes spins erratically here and the reputation of this casino is highly questionable now. I used to rate Bitstarz casino as one of the best casinos a player could play at but no longer do I rate them even close to best but rather below the worst of the worst, this is because I had to re verify my account because I lost access to my registered email address and was told by support to register a new account with my new email, upon a withdrawal request they requested docs, I sent the same documents that were approved by binance, localbitcoins, frank casino, Universal slots casino and world sports betting which all have very strict kyc requirements but those documents were not good enough for Bitstarz they wanted a document that had been posted to my address which is very difficult to obtain in south Africa due to our postal services being the worst in the world a Google search will prove this none the less I managed to find one but it was from 2015 granted it is old but it can prove from my certified bank document printed at the bank and stamped by the bank then sent to Bitstarz that I do reside where I claim to reside aswell as a bank generates statement sent to Bitstarz was all rejected a total of close to 50 documents that I uploaded which no other exchange or casino rejected Bitstarz rejected, from this experience has put me off the casino and its sister casinos and I really advise specifically SA players to not play at this casino incase they request the same nonsense document sent by the post office as SA players will know how difficult these are to retrieve due to the state of the SA postal system

I personally don't like the casino due to game selection, player bonuses and rewards are not appealing to me considering they claim to be the best casino around and have some of the biggest bonuses and player loyalty rewards around i actually found this to be misleading and very untrue. I recently joined up this year after reading a lot of positive reviews about the casino and was very disappointed aswell as found the terms and conditions and rules page to be contradicting so I'm quite wary about their credibility. I don't recommend signing up there's better casinos to play at

This one of the first casino that i signed up through lcb. One of the reason was the low wagering. While other casino had 25x or 35 x b+d wagering and some had 50x bonus. Bit starz had 40x bonus. I claimed the entire bonus package. And had 3 cashouts. The bes part is that u can play all games apart from a few microgaming games with bonus. Because they are collecting games. The layout is sleek and easy to navigate. Live chat don't make u wait much and is quite helpful

I have played at Bitstarz for a couple of years now and really like them, rating them in my top five. The slot selection is somewhat limited but enough to satisfy and I have had a few decent wins. My first experience as a new registered player was very bad due to a rude/impolite CSR. My first experience as a new depositor was worst with no bonus at all due to a so called ( you should have accepted bonus.... and spam email when you signed in / and i did indeed opted that back by ticking : Yes i accept to receive bonus ... and crap emails before i deposited but no way to make them understand with such CSRs ).

I do not really understand why so many stars have been placed on this casino, it is no better than others. but you can't say the same about the support service. The impression is that the support service operators deliberately lead to conflict. The rules of the casino are made so that if you do not want to take a bonus on the first deposit, you will automatically be suspended from all other bonuses. You wondered, decided to block forever.

No surprises that BitStarz is 4th for best casino. I love their tournaments, especially like the current one they have on, Bora Bora adventure where you also get free spin prizes for levelling up.. the free spins have no max cash out. Their bonuses are really fair and also easy to keep track of. Live chat is another positive, really quick response time and the agents are always helpful. Minimum deposit of $5 which is great too! The only slight downside I find is the mobile casino plays up sometimes, loading the menues and games - nothing too drastic though

At first this casino didnt appeal to me. I was denied my welcome bonus and subsequent bonus' because apparently there was another account that had claimed the bonus from my IP address. That was either me trying to sign up for the site as it kept freezing, or my friend who showed me Bitstarz. I played through that first deposit and remained skeptical and uninterested for a while. Then one day I had a good and proper poke and realised customer service were super friendly although monotone at times and that the selection of games is by far the best I've found. I am changing my rating because after months of play and talks with friends and other casino streamers online i came to the conclusion that i was just better not anymore. I don't want to pretend to know things i don't so i will only share my experience lately and the one of my friends to explain why i am changing my mind. He opened the window, I made my registration I went to the cashier to make my deposit and: NOTHING. I could not deposit, hand was to withdraw was to deposit. I could not do that either. Me method was to be Neteller, it happens that after leaving and log again, when I entered the page of the bankNOT existed the option Neteller. I want to improve my rating and add some comments about this casino as i played it more recently. I noticed that the free spins that is given to me randomly increased a lot! And i like to do small deposits and cash out redeposit etc and when they noticed how i was they accelerated the process and now when i cash out it's pretty much instant. Bitstarz is one of the best btc casino online. They have lots of games and pay cash outs very fast. I never had any problems with them. They have many promotions and definitly know how to reward their players as if you deposit there once in a while you will regularly receive a email telling you that you have a no deposit surprise in your account. The only downside to them is they only have a few microgaming slots and that is a big issue as in my opinion microgaming slots are a must for any sites that wants to fight for the title of the one of the best casinos online. Used to be one of my favorite online casinos, especially for bitcoin. I recently have came into some negative experiences though, regarding the live chat/customer service and bonuses. I have deposited multiple times, and have been visiting Bitstarz for a little longer than a year. I may not deposit tens of thousands, but my deposits aren't peanuts either. That being said I'm not just another bitter person who's mad I lost and feel cheated, I have won and cashed out plenty of times. For the most part, the customer service has been great, always someone there pretty much instant any time I've needed something. What's making me give it such a low rating, and a long review is that just this week something happened. I don't know how or why, but I do know that they didn't make it right, and even ignored my emails regarding the incident. As you all should know, they hand out bonuses weekly for multiple different things. I received the email informing me of a bonus so I signed on to use it, and noticed something was wrong instantly. There were 7 bonuses, multiple of a couple, and some that were larger than I should have been receiving. I knew something wasn't right so I didn't activate any of the ones that didn't seem right. I did activate one for BTC and one for BCH which I thought were the normal bonuses I usually receive weekly. I even start winning. I was up 15 mBTC when my balance disappeared. I contacted support wanting to know what is going on, and they tell me that I had activated a bonus that was 0.00015000 BTC more than I was supposed to receive which is virtually nothing. Instead of removing the excess funds from the bonus they took everything from my account. I felt cheated, and I was letting the live support help Chris know how I felt and asked if they were going to put any funds back into my account. They told me that somehow their website glitched and gave me all those bonuses and that I'm basically SOL. I asked why they didn't just take the excess funds and they refused to give me a reply. Then I emailed Nick, the owner about the whole situation and still haven't got a reply, ad this was 4 days ago. Overall, I like Bitstarz, and will continue to play there, but how they handled this situation is far less than professional, and really irritates me that they couldn't have even left me with something like 5 mBTC, For how much I play there and how many people I've told to play there you'd think they'd want to treat their frequent customers better, but they don't. Just beware.

its defiantly not my favourite casino especially when they restricted a lot of the slots I enjoy playing. One good thing is new players that register will get a no deposit bonus. I have a hard time rating this casino because I haven’t played here but I’ve been a member for quite some time so I’m going to do it anyways. I’ve tried depositing here with prepaid visa and mastercard but these methods are not accepted. It looks like they have a really good welcome package and decent ongoing promotions. They have a large selection of slot providers and games. I also noticed they always have slot tournaments running with decent payouts. I used live chat once and they were professional and courteous. Probably would like it if it didn't lad so much on Microsoft Edge and I would deposited if there hadn't been a fee for using a debit card. Damn, I should have stayed at Spin Palace tonight. I had very bad playthrough and the welcome bonus addition, I mean the 20 spins you get for a whole week, same. I never had such bad RNG losing not exactly winnings but that's the only casino which changed my point of view completely. The Customer Support after I said I cannot claim my 20 spins in the evening because they gave them differently to others online casinos, sth around 19:00-21:00. There's the difference between when reviewing the games vs. reviewing the casino. The games are fine. The casino, however, has some issues: there have been multiple times when BitStarz has led to large winners having problems with withdrawals (their accounts were seized and blocked). They "limit" the maximum amount that a player can bet by sneakily putting it in the terms, and only enforcing that when someone beats the bonus and is trying to cash out. Conflicting ToS, to which they only enforce one of them. Very shady.

This was the first bitcoin casino I played and I have loved it since. Sometimes I wish there were a few more mobile games and free spins, but that's it. Everything else about the casino is tops. Don't play with Bitstarz, they will not honor your winnings. My initial deposit was 0.58 bitcoin (or over 300 euros). Received 100% bonus with 40x wagering requirement as promised. Got lucky, won a few bigger bets on slots. My balance grew up to 9 bitcoin at one point. I was so happy, wanted to cash out it as quickly as possible, therefore I raised my bets up to the max. All the time while betting I was monitoring my balance and wagering indicator in %. Everything went smooth, and within few hours I managed to reach 40x requirement with over 6 bitcoin in my balance. Decided to cash out and went to bed. Just to wake and read an email from Bitstarz that I breached their terms and conditions of betting more than 0.025 bitcoin per roll, therefore all my winnings has to be forfeited. There's so many ways they could make it right, but they simply refuse to do so. They could make their platform so that it wouldn't be possible to make incorrect bets. They could make so that bets over the limit wouldn't count towards wagering requirement. Even after the fact, they could discard just the offending bets, but leave the other. But instead what they do they just steal your rightfully earned money. I feel like someone had stolen money from me. Don't play with Bitstarz as they and follow unethical business practices.

Support is pretty awesome most of the time but occassionally you will get the chat rep who is having a worse day than you... haha won a little here and there... never attempted to cashout... Bonuses were 10 fold better when i barely deposited... what gives?! Just an FYI to anyone who is considering playing at BitStarz.com -- You should avoid them at all costs. I deposited a small amount of bitcoins (roughly 0.5btc) and I ended up crushing (+20 bitcoins when I was about to cash out). I got to that point by playing fairly, and did not do anything that was against their terms and conditions (or so I thought).. I hit quads at Let it Ride within like 20 minutes (which was about 6 bitcoins?), and then played roulette and a few other table games. I eventually got to a point where I was up about 20 bitcoins, and decided to cash out. I started with a test of 1 bitcoin and sent it to my wallet just to make sure it went through smoothly. Shortly after, my account got disabled, the withdrawal was "discarded" and a live chat popped up from a person named "Mike." At this stage, things started to get pretty sketchy, and I assumed they were going to try to screw me over somehow. I was right... Mike said that I violated their terms and conditions, and that my winnings were "confiscated." I asked him why this happened, as I read the terms and conditions pretty carefully before playing. He said it was "clearly outlined" that you cannot bet more than 25 mbtc when utilizing their bonus. This was definitely not clearly outlined in any way, as I looked over the terms and conditions pretty carefully before playing. Also, I did not even select to receive a bonus, it is automatically applied to your deposit apparently... I asked him where it said this, since I obviously did not see it (or I would not have bet over 25 mbtc)... He then said it was in their "bonus terms and conditions" which I had no idea was even a thing before playing. This is absurd, and obviously just a cheap ploy for them to not have to pay people who actually win at their bitcoin casino. This information is buried deep on their website and very hard to find. Just so you better understand how messed up this is... it's essentially the equivalent of going to a casino, in say Las Vegas, and sitting down at a table where the max bet is $25. You then somehow manage to bet $100 per hand for over 3 hours and win a good bit of money without the pitboss saying a word. You color up your chips and go to the cage, excited to cash out your winnings. When you get to the cage, they say sorry, we aren't giving you the money you won - you violated the terms and conditions that were written in tiny letters on a plaque when you walked into the casino. Even if you read my review, and are aware of these extremely absurd bonus rules, it just goes to show you what kind of people they are. I would not trust them with any amount of money, and would definitely not trust any of their associated online casinos. You should avoid BitStarz at all costs. When all was said and done BitStarz swindled me out of over $8,0000 USD (with btc at $413 USD at the time of posting this). There are much better casino options out there you can play at that follow much more ethical practices. I am so mad, that I am going out of my way this entire month to write extensive, lengthy reviews through every outlet possible exposing them for what they are; a scam. I will not rest until everybody knows about the unethical practices that BitStarz follows.

Looking at the ratings, here, I don't know how bitstarz got an LCB 'top ten' position. I need to correct my rating on this casino. I really liked it in the beginning even though i only made one withdrawal. I still like it and will still make more deposits but i have a few things i need to bring up now that I have been with them for a while. They offer no free things , like free spins or anything like that. One must always deposit to make use of their bonus offers...which (ill be honest) are generous, but with high wagering. Well I'm going to update my review here. Based on the fact from when I wrote the review they've added a nice selection of Soft Swiss slots and Endorphina slots. I can say the US player the slot selection has improved significantly. The only reason why I can't give them a full 5 stars at this point. Is there live casino provider, has officially decided US players were no longer welcomed at there live casino. Which I can't understand why. When there are other Bit Coin casinos that offer live play and haven't had us blocked yet. Otherwise I've had a few nice pay outs here. Support is always online, friendly, and fast. The games seem fair and provide some nice play time. Even if you don't always win. As for the BetSoft slots that I said weren't very good at the beginning. There's no licensing rights for microgaming in the us. same thing goes for igt. even though these companies (or many of them) are US companies, due to restrictions they are unable to be played here for copyright reasons or something. But about this casino- I wish they had more than jacks or better for video poker! the slots are great, the interface of the website is great, the response from the staff is great. One of my favorite casinos, definitely in my top 20 list! I've made several cashouts so far, all fast proceeded. Not a very good selection of slots here at the current time for US players. Most of them are the betsoft slots you can find anywhere and to me they are mostly low paying with the exception of Greedy Goblins of which I've had some monster hits on in the past at other casinos. For US players there are better bitcoin casinos out there with more game selections.

I wanted to try this casino based on the fact that they offered Microgaming slots. Yet when I signed up, and signed in. No Microgaming slots. Just the typical what I can already play at a dozen other casinos Bet Soft slots. So in the end I saved my Bit Coin on this one. I decided since I can play Bet Soft games other places, what was my motivation to playing them here. I didn't interact with support, so I can't give a fair rating on that. Otherwise if you can probably play the Microgaming slots, this might be a good casino for this who are already in love in Bit Coin. Such as myself. I gave them an average rating as for the advertise Microgaming slots, yet once your signed in there locked. So I saved my deposit because the other slots available I can play elsewhere.

One of the casinos who using bits as play money, it is kinda strange when you used to play with your currency. On the other hand, the games are looking great ( with graphics and what not). The only downside of this casino is (same reason as BitBet). there are not a lot games and mainly the video slots. probably in the future more of them will be avaliable.

Although I don't think this is the best bitcoin casino currently on the web, the fact they offer a 1 BTC no deposit welcome package is amazing and means its worth a look even for casual players who maybe just want to find out what the new bitcoin casinos are all about.
