The Final Word

However, there are still black marks from the past which have either not been remedied or have been settled one way or the other and not followed up on to put them to rest.

We don’t find any recent open complaints with all questions being attended to since at least June 2021. It is possible they have used a term against ‘cheating’ to deny winnings within the last couple of years with their definition of cheating being: (i) cheating (including by counting cards…) but they refuse to give enough information in public to know for sure. The player didn’t admit to counting cards but should have if that was the only problem because the term if ever enforced, is as rogue as it gets.
