It didn't take much research while looking for player feedback or any complaints to find a representative named Svitlana offering player support and complaint resolution on one of the world's biggest online gambling sites.

The operation may be too fresh as of the time of this review to have amassed much history - but we find it encouraging that right out of the gate they are willing to stand for their product in a forum where any disputes are settled in full view of the gambling community rather than behind closed doors.

The venue appears to run on a unique SoftSwiss platform template along with sister sites such as CasinoRocket, Golden Crown, and Abo on License No. 8048/JAZ from Antillephone. All sites have good reputations among players.

At least one of those sites, Golden Crown, was formerly operated by Direx N.V., the operational arm of SoftSwiss. Open Corporates doesn't provide any links, but it could be a rebranding. The site runs on and is powered by the SoftSwiss platform. Some of the games can be played in cryptocurrency and many of them allow players to access a provably fair widget to check the hash.

Some of the studios have a limited number of titles. For instance, when we clicked through Electric Elephant, only one game was available - Sherlock Bones.

When looking at games from more prolific providers such as Spinomenal you can sort further in alphabetical order by name (A-Z or Z-A), by popularity, or by the most recent releases. 

Relax Gaming has a well-populated catalog here with games like Money Train 2 offering up to 50,000x bet as a max prize. We bought the feature for 100x stake. With a little bit of luck and help from Payers, Snipers, and especially the Collector, we won about 160x and called it "good".

Going back to the main categories in the lobby, when you select a game type, simply hover over the game icon to see the provider. 

The sorting (popularity, newest), once the selection is expanded to “all”, might break down a little bit here as it seems they have pushed all or most of the BGaming slots to the top of the "newest" list - although it is possible they loaded the SoftSwiss in-house studio games last and haven't updated the larger category since launch. Live dealers

The suite of live dealer games covers every base and every taste in gaming as well as it provides several native-language tables for international players.

When we visited they were offering an expansive 5-stage welcome package.

Players in Sweden are not eligible for bonuses, comps, etc., including the welcome offer.

All of the welcome offers came with additional spins over a period of days with none of them being less than 25 spins per day.

Look for mid-week and weekend bonuses as well from "free spins" to reload percentages.

The offers don't list specific terms and conditions so it's necessary to go to the bonus T&C to get the lay of the land.

Wagering would appear to be 40xb only, however, the only term relating to wagering requirements on the welcome bonus simply states: "To wager the bonus / free spin result, you need to make bets for an amount 40 times the bonus / free spin result amount." Perusing the FAQ we find that assumption confirmed.

The loyalty/comp scheme is highly segmented with 6 tiers comprising 5 levels each. The first VIP level is reached after earning 20 comp points which are currently awarded at a rate of 40 EUR per point ($800 wagering to reach level 1).

Events

The site has an events calendar that is populated with offers every month. Looking at the current month we see tournaments starting on Mondays; extra spins awarded on Tuesdays; New games released on Wednesdays and Thursdays, secret (surprise) bonuses on Fridays, and Weekend reloads on Saturdays and Sundays. One special day this month is marked with "Gift for Everyone".

Banking and Customer Service

To be completely transparent as always, we didn't actually count all of the games here to confirm that more than 4,000 titles are available. After about 5 minutes of clicking "view more" and scrolling down the page, we decided to simply accept the assertion.

Ten-minute cashouts and 24/7 customer care (see intro section) are bold claims. We'll see if these are backed up in the T&C and then look for any chatter that confirms or denies this.

On the banking pages, we find all the usual payment methods including cards, wallets, and crypto. No fees or commissions are charged for deposits or withdrawals and all are listed as instant with the exception of international bank transfer withdrawals which are stated as 3-5 days.

Payments are handled through a company subsidiary in Cyprus and crypto payments in and out are processed by CoinsPaid. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount for BTC, etc., is 75.00, no maximum is listed for deposits or withdrawals.

No pending or processing times are listed on the payments page, so we'll go back to the T&C for some guidance.

All Bank Transfer payouts are processed within five to seven (5-7) banking days. Please mind that you will not be able to request a Bank Transfer for USD payouts. Withdrawals in any other currency besides EUR will result in exchange fees.
