Actual ownership is currently unknown, but we can loosely connect at least customer service at another operation on the same license to the failed Grand Rio which closed up shop in 2016 owing at least one player five digits.

To be fair, this trail may exist due to the way most Curacao casinos are set up and operated. The former or current compliance and management company may have simply been facilitating a point of contact for the disgruntled player.

The Final Word

The lack of transparency surrounding SG and/or SoftGamings operations gives this reviewer pause. The company offers several solutions ranging from a "self-service" package to white labels, turnkey, and Bitcoin operations. The company provides IT support for all of its packages and licensing for some, however, we don't find any form of guarantee for players based on the website and on past casino closures.

The types of services offered don't allow us to state that the white labels (or other solutions) are actually managed the same in all incidences nor that there is a good track record of player satisfaction or even successful operations. Coupled with a Curacao license rather than one in Malta I would be torn to decide whether or not to play at any SG site. Even though Antillephone is the best Caribbean license, they won't collect winnings for players.
