Filter by the provider

Another oddity we ran across was that when filtering by (choosing a) provider, the screen would flash and the top two rows of Featured games reappeared. We had to scroll down past those two rows and past "Choose by game theme" to find the results.

It's really nice to explore developers like Red Tiger Gaming with this tool. We found several games we had never discovered before. Dragon's Fire Infireels was a welcome surprise and so was Reel Keeper.

Especially fun was seeing games like NetEnt's Piggy Riches reimagined by Red Tiger with BTG's Megaways mechanic plugged in. The same goes for Gonzo's Quest Megaways. It's just a thrill to see so many development labs and studios working together nowadays.

The cooperation probably started with the first platforms to offer game aggregation for instant play. In the not-too-distant past you either got only Microgaming - or - only NetEnt - or - only Playtech, or another developer's games at any given online casino.

We're not quite sure how the platform providers, game aggregators, the gaming site itself, or even how Microgaming-proper determines which games to place where within the searchable database here.

These anomalies are probably down to the fact that platforms today can pick and choose between so many APIs and game aggregators so you simply never know if Relax Gaming, Microgaming, or even iSoftBet is the final link between the creator studio and the casino serving you a game.

The Final Word
