Terrible

Just attempted to withdraw my balance of $100 Dollars from Kudos Casino yesterday. My deposit was made with no match, yet i recieved an email after twelve or so hours saying that my withdrawal was being denied due to break the maximum bet limits, turns out they are using a fractional amount of bonus money residual to lock down my whole balance with their bonus terms and are denying me the money because of a single bonus buy of $20 on sheltastic wins. These guys are looking for any technically to not pay out. Be cautious with depositing here. Would not reccomend and Will not ever play here again, there are much better casinos out there that are helpful to the player and not living and dying over stealing $30 deposits.

Kudos doesnt ha e a whole lot of flair in my opinion, but one thjng scertsinly makes Kudos stand out from the pack when it comes to RTG casinos. With Kudos you NEVER have to worry about using two free chips in a row (accidentally or intentionally) and getting all excited to cashout, then support tells you that you wont be getting your cashout. Kudos enforces it on their system where if you would not be able to cash it out, you would notbe able to redeem the code to begin with. That is how it should be, and for that you have my respect Kudos, and are always the first RTG casino i refer people too.

I like that they are fair, and what they say is what they do. So far, there has been no backhanded trickery or spontaneous rule changes like I've experienced at several other casinos. Typical RTG casino. Misleading simplicity in account verification process for crypto currency depositors. Decent payout speed for withdrawal request once time consuming and tedious account verification was completed. They do charge a 3% fee for withdrawals on crypto. Personally not a whole lot to actually give the site kudos for. It’s simply yet another tiring regurgitation from many many many infinite sites that already exists with the same exact games and same exact pettiness that you will deal with with a site like this. RTG games, enjoyed the ND Bonus. TY to LCB and Kudos. Would I recommend it to my fellow on liners? Yes. Would I rate it a 5, no. It is a solid 4 for games. I love the selections of video poker, BUT the 'algorithm ' in the games lets you get up, get even and then plummets like a stone, with each hand after or NEARING playthrough either a loser on the SAME HANDS that hit previously with consistency. And once you are in the plummet, the only winning hands I got were a 3 oak in deuces wild, sevens wild, and loose deuces. The bonus poker hit a pair once in awhile on plummet mode. Enjoy ALL.

After winning on the welcome bonus and making the wager requirements i completed the verification form as per their website. As per usual waited days for a response, only to be told i need to jump through hoops, the time and effort involved wasnt worth it for the measly 100 bucks. Kudos casino is similar to other RTG casinos but offers a slightly wider variety of games. The download version is good and the interface is very user friendly. The games are tested and certified and as a casino under the iNet group you won't have many issue with cashouts and customer support. I just feel that live casino games would be a plus here and would love to see more cashout options on the cryptocurrency side which will make withdrawals quicker.

Have deposied hundreds of dollars here. When I finally won it took 3 weeks for verification. I was told they had concerns be use i had charge backs at Inetbet Casino. I have never charged anything back. 7-10 years ago my back declined an E check as they said it was not legal. I would have tried to remedy that but they left me threatening messages about coming after me and my family. I have only used bitcoin at Kudo. I was told they would go ahead and process my withdrawal and they were sorry for the delay. I was asked to request the withdraw and told they would process it ASAP. So then they declined the withdrawal and told me they were keeping the money to settle the account at inetbet. So they took hundreds of dollars in deposits and waited to being this up after I won. Plus I was lied to when told to request the withdrawal and it would be processed right away. Point is, if I owed money to a casino they are affiliated with, any money i deposited should have gone to that, not continue to let me deposit and wait until I win. I just don’t like being lied to.

This casino was one of my favorites from the start. With RTG casinos it is typical that most of the table games have a minimum bet of $5. As far as I know Kudos is one of only two that has a minimum bet of $1 for these games. Also Kudos has automatic cash back that pays you three times for the same deposit(s): daily, weekly, monthly at a start rate of 25%, 15%, and 10% respectively. as your level increases so does the percentage for example: I am at level 5 so I get 35% daily, 25% weekly, and 15% monthly. it can add up to quite a chunk of change. Love this casino!!!

I had a terrible experience with Kudos. I registered, claimed a no deposit bonus, had $150 left after playthrough was met, and sent in all the verification documentation to withdraw - only to get an email telling me my winnings were being taken away because I had multiple accounts. Turns out my wife, who shares my address and phone number, had joined Kudos Casino in the past. Since we share the same address, phone number, and computer (similar ip address), the casino considers that to be multiple accounts and only one per household is allowed. But I am allowed to deposit my own money and keep what I win from that, according to the rep, despite the one account per household rule. Look, I guess there are those who open up more than one account to abuse no deposit bonuses. But it seems to me that some casinos go too far trying to protect themselves. They don't take into consideration that there are those instances where 2 accounts that share similar info are not fraudster(s) trying to get away with something. Why did their system even allow 2 people with the exact same address and phone number sign up if they only allow one account per household? Maybe this is an easy way for them to get away with not paying. If the rule would let me make a deposit and keep the winnings from that, then there must be cases where they allow multiple accounts per household. Is it a rule or just something they use when it's convenient? If the withdrawal was successful, I would've deposited many times and been a loyal customer. Who knows how many people have had a similar experience as I have and vowed never to play at Kudos Casino again. They may be losing a lot of money that way. Kudos to this casino? Definitely not.

This is hands down my favorite RTG casino and has been for quite some time. Also my favorite bonus system out of any online casino, they start you off with a solid NDB, you can choose between a free chip or free spins, all bonuses never have wagering requirements, you can withdraw whatever you win from your bonus right away always. Kudos is a decent casino. Their 'levels' structure is pretty good. I had difficulties during my only cashout. After finally receiving a check it was: 1) un-cashable at any bank or even check cashing establishment in the US 2) Not the amount quoted in *numerous* emails. CS also became snarky during this time and I missed out on my level's monthly kudos. Closed my account briefly but reopened a few weeks ago. Althougn not returned to my original level (which I understand) I have been placed on Level 2 (which I appreciate). So, there was one bad experience but overall a casino worth trying. Just make sure to read all T & C (especially for cashout).

Well i claimed the lcb code smashed over 1300$ then outta nowhere like what happens it cut my funds to the max cashout "50"$ however i didnt notice till 36$ and guess what? Yeah im so sick of shady online rtg swindling, is so low. This casino is a hoax, I used a No Deposit Bonus from LCB, although when attempting to cash out my Max $50 Cashout from the Bonus after completing a $900 Playthrough, it's impossible because all of their withdrawal limits are $100. Therefore the bonus is crap!

Just be carefull when you complete the bonus your balance turn to 50$ as the max cashout. I contacted the supp i asked many questions. Kudos is a fairly decent RTG casino. Very much similar to sister casino inetbet, they are very strict about bonuses. My first cashout took a while to process (about 5 business days) even after I was already verified, even though it was a small amount. They don't offer too many good free spins or ND bonuses but the games payout pretty good which makes up for it.

I really loved this casino, but have had to change my feedback, due to in unfair following of their advertised promotion terms. I feel that if we have to follow the T&C, then if offered a promotion with T&C, the casino should also in fairness. In example, I was offered a deposit bonus of minimum $0.01 to play no wagering, no max cashout, and with a 10% bonus. I thought it was odd so I consulted with the Chat Rep, Antonio, and was told that it I could deposit that amount. So I attempted to make a deposit and it did not work. I tried 3 more times with, $0.20, $7.00, then $10 after he told me I could with the UPayCard account. Then he told me the minimum deposit for USA would be $26 Credit Card. The bonus is still in my account as active until 5/15/17. Now he requested that I complete another verification form, which had already been approved on 1/12/17. Kudos casino is not a well known casino as they are not I think that long here but offer good and stable RTG client, well bonuses actually are very similar to those offered in the industry however it's still good site offering all RTG best games. they are offering a free coupon now for what level you are on...i tried to redeem it and would not go through, then contacted customer service, after 20 minutes of waiting for them to "check on it" and me asking if they were still there, i signed out! there customer service is terrible! I tried to cash out about 6 months ago when I had won and they wouldn't let me, said i didn't meet requirements...no other explanation, however, I gave them another chance and deposited again. And now this! bad casino!

The name "Kudos" made me a little leary at first (just seemed a little too generic for me :O/). I did receive a ND bonus which lasted me for at least 4 hours but I was only playing .20-.25 bets on slots (Honey to the Bee and Lucky Last). A huge negative for me was the customer service here is sloooow, but I was able to get ahold of a rep. who was able to answer my question. Some casinos just don't understand they need reps. available at ALL times if they want our monies. :O/

Since I'm a loyal player at Inetbet, I was kind of hesitant at playing here. No deposit bonuses, I like having that option open to me. Needless to say I tried them out and I frequently deposit at Kudos a couple times a week. The whole cashback thing I actually like a lot. This casino pays out faster then any other casino I've ever played out, and trust me I've played at many. Customer service I've dealt with a couple of times and they're very professional and have taken care of the problem right then and there. Overall, I will continue to play here frequently like I do at it's sister casino.

New players can claim a no deposit bonus in the cashier with the code 15FREE. In fact i asked for this in chat but while i was registering, i saw that i already opened an account with them and i played also with the no deposit bonus. I'm very sorry but i didn't remember if i have or not an account on this casino. However for this free bonus the wagering requirements are 30 times and the max cashout is 50 $. If a player met the playtrough, he have to deposit at least 25 $ to withdraw 75 like the operator told me in chat. Now i have to download again this casino to request a new password and to see which promotions i can claim in the cashier. I tried to reset the password on their mobile version but it doesn't work.

Although I'm not big fan of cashback, I have to say that this Cyprus based casino is nice one. It is made by same people as Netbet and this is their another succesful task. They have nice, fast payouts, I had some problems with their live support because of waiting for 10 minutes for someone to respond my question. They sholudn't happen. Won't come back but have nothing bad to say.

Like RTG casino it looks pretty good when you are entering site. Solid layout creates good atmosphere for playing. And it is nice to see that rtg casino has fast payouts, it is really not similar to them:) But of course when casino looks good something should be wrong and this is that they dont have flash casino version. Because of this they are losing many potential clients, me as well:)

Slots are tighter than tight with bonus rounds sorely lacking. Money doesn't last at all, even with a decent size deposit. I have been able to cash out twice in the time that I have been playing there but the winnings don't even come close to the losses. The player history cannot be accessed and no payout percentage is available which is in itself suspect. When cashing out I used pay2card and there were no issues and I received my money within 8 days start to finish. There seems to be an issue with their progressive slots and I cannot play them because the server cannot be contacted, this has been an issue for at least 3-4 weeks now with no resolve. All of the other games seem to be working fine. Live chat is hit or miss and they are not always available. By my standards I give them 2.5 stars and would be willing to change my review should some of the negative things change in the near future, but for now I am going to refrain from depositing and move on to another establishment that gives me more playing time for my money.

I recently signed up with this casino. I blew through my NDB pretty quickly and then decided to deposit. They are definitely on top of their cashback program and your money is in your account almost early (definitely not a bad thing). Their slots are definitely not loose. One complaint of mine is that their games did seemto freeze up on me quite bit. I don't know if it was my tablet and phone or the casino... but this is the only RTG casino I have ever had issues of speed/lag with. They also don't offer as many slots as other RTG casinos do for Mobile Play. I don't know if the cashback actually is a member bonus though... You might be better off playing an RTG casino that offers FREE chips several times a month and simply taking your chances playing with no bonus.

like inetbet Kudos proved to be lucky for me. I claimed their sign up no deposit bonus and completed my wagering requirement. and had withdrawn 140$. the max withdrawal was 100$ only , But I was asked to wager atleast once of my deposited money. then i won more and had 165$ . I made withdrawal request of 140$ and 25$ I kept for playing.I love playing with inetbet group.

I really like the fact that bonuses are after-the-fact. Which means there are no playthrough requirements on your initial deposit so if you do well with that you can cash out hassle-free.

Made 3 deposits, managed one small cashout from it. Was indeed paid very quickly, and there were not any problems whatsoever. I also am not a big fan of cashback offers, but still they're one decent RTG casino which is no wonder being part of InetBet Group. For me this belongs in the catergory good casino!

First time I deposited I lost, but then received kudos daily cashback and won a lot of money but was only able to cash out 20 times the amount of the kudos, at my other sites I have NO max cashout on my daily or monthly cashback. Well I did cashout because I could only cashout the 20 times. Loving the casino, was hitting on let it ride, video poker, royal flushes, etc, it was great. Then after that made 7 more deposits of 500.00 and lost everyone, and what was more aggravating that I had NO playing time whatsoever. It seems like they reeled me in then took it all back plus times 10. I lost over 4,000.00 in less than 2 weeks, again NO PLAYING TIME, I have been playing online casinos over 15 years and never experienced anything like this.. I tried one last deposit tonight to see if it would turn around and I lost the 500.00 in less than an hour and I wasn't betting big. Again, I feel something isn't right. We will see tomorrow with my monthly kudos cash if I do something, I will keep everyone posted. With the 25% monthly kudos instead of the 10% I should be receiving 975.00, which is great and much appreciated. I hope March will be a turn around for the best because I do love the games, but I cannot keep playing somewhere that I cannot win. I will keep everyone posted! i would recommend kudos casino just on the fact they are a sister to inetbet, which is one of the most trustworthy casinos online. the games are the same as at any RTG casino and they promise same day payouts. they also have a no deposit chip that you can use to try the casino out.

i've always loved inetbet and found it to be extremely fair with lovely payouts and not too much of a hassle or nonsense. although it was nice to be able to try their no deposit bonus, at first it was nice to see they didn't have any in what seemed to be part of their no non-sense approach, especially regarding overzealous bonuses and such. all and all, wonderful rtg casino

My experience at this casino unfortunately was over before it began. I have a account with the sister casino to them and did not know it, so when attempting to sign up , it was blocked. The games that I saw appeared to be run of the mill rtg and the support I spoke with was attempting but could not help me.

Not a massive a massive fan of the cashback option as a bonus. I would just usually prefer a match bonus for a first deposit. Plus they have their own kudos credit system which is probably a bit too early to bring out for a new casino as it wont catch on just yet. Not a very big selection of games but i suppose if you are just going to have rtg then you wont have that many

Seems like a great casino like inetbet is as well. Only RTG slots which is not so much my cup of tea anymore. But I might soon try some deposits again as I feel latest slot releases has been okay and better rtg improvement. Only bad thing is that RTG does not have uk license and playing at inetbet and Kudos is bit of a risk for me in case I get any problems then there is no help for me. I have emailed and asked them but never get any answer on UK license. If anyone would have info please update this. I tried them out with the freebie no deposit and played for a while.

Yesterday I saw a no deposit bonus code here at the forum and I claimed it. I lost the money really fast playing their new slot Eternal Love. Casino lobby looks very nice but I don't think I will deposit there soon, I was missing there something, maybe some welcome bonus, but they seem like a trustworthy place.

That's good as your deposit cash does not turn to bonus chips once you got deposit bonus and you can win and withdraw your money, but if you lost then you have 150% first cashback credits. Wagering equirement for cashback credits is just 10x, and it's much better as for me than deposit bonus with 30x-60x wagering as usually and you have second chance to win with better conditions, although max withdrawal is 20x the credit value or $100 (whichever is greater), but it's also not too bad :)
