Supacasi Casino Review Jump to comments

Supacasi Casino is a mobile and desktop online casino that was launched by Famagousta B.V. in late 2021. The site is licensed in Curacao but its payment processor is also registered in Cyprus, hence the operating company name. Payments are processed by FodenmackoTrading Limited (reg. nr. HE309248) of Nicosia.

Although the operating company name and the payment processing are Cypriot, the gaming site has another theme and vibe altogether. The sites ‘mascot’ is a beckoning cat, believed to bring good luck. Visitors to Japan or even Chinatowns around the world will recognize the Maneki Neko kitsch as the welcoming ceramic figurine found at entrances of homes and commercial buildings as a sign of welcome.

The site’s presentation is one of simplicity and almost minimalism and it’s a style, as executed here, that doesn’t do much for me in terms of attraction or desire to engage. However, the information that is panned across the slideshow marquis and the vibrantly colorful games list gently awakens a desire to explore more.

It’s all quite “friendly” looking with unintimidating font and plenty of smiling characters, real and contrived. When we visited the site featured one of my favorite slot developers along with others at a prominent place in the main lobby. Habanero’s Calaveras Explosivas, Fire Roosters, and 5 Mariachi anchored the top positions followed by other popular games from providers such as Quickspin with King Colossus, Playtech’s Age of the Gods Book of Dwarves, and Play'n GO’s Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead for starters.

Look for over 4,000 slots and RNG table and card games as well as live dealer streams from nearly 100 total game providers.

A quick look at the banking pages shows us multiple first-line options including debit and credit cards along with several cryptocurrencies. We’ll look for any fees, limits, pending, and processing times as well as the operator’s adherence to them in a later section. Suffice to say for now you will find secure and convenient patent methods.

The theme of levity carries through to the promotions pages with your mascot, the Supacasi character in a red cape, arms akimbo, taking a wide stance to boast about one of the welcome bonuses. A Manga character represents the Crypto bonus which adds a 20% premium bonus to the basic 100% welcome bonus match. Again we’ll cover this in much greater detail below along with a deep dive into terms and conditions that matter to most players.

It’s never easy to determine the long-term staying power or the eventual behavior of any operator, especially a newer one. We’ve tried to wrestle out a few strong links to other casinos that may be operated by the same people, but it has not been easy. There’s maybe a little too much cooperation going on in the industry in some cases. This might be one.

It’s hard not to speculate, and I won’t, but something occurred with all Softswiss (SS) brands a couple of years ago, it was perhaps geopolitical at least that’s a common consensus. Regardless, it soon became nearly impossible to connect the dots or even know the hierarchy of provenance or who was responsible when an operator got lazy or failed to meet obligations for whatever reasons.

Supacasi is or was related, at least through customer service, to several N1 Interactive brands in the past. That may or may no longer be the case as can be gathered from the coming section on software and games where we take a look at the current platform provider as well as mention a few other sites that are either related by platform use, marketing companies, or actual operators.

All of the following operations are listed on the nexto.dev website as using the NXG platform - a quick glance at the sites and it seems obvious each uses the same template and it is different to the SoftSwiss sites of yore (Direx, N1, DAMA, etc. operations)

Supacasi Casino is held and operated by Famagousta B.V., as are:
Jupi
OhMyZino
Divas
4Kasino
Lucy’s

Campeonbet is operated by CW Marketing B.V., as are:
LiveBet
SvenBet
Evobet

All of the CW Marketing sites and a few others are marketed by Campeon Gaming.
All of the Famagousta sites have their own marketing, except Supacasi which is promoted by CampeonBet Partners.

Going by the novelty of the Nexto Gaming name and the sheer volume of business it has  - 120 providers, 40 employees, 15+ white labels, 3 locations, and 10,000+ games the firm is most likely comprised of seasoned industry veterans but I won’t take it further than that - the jigsaw puzzle simply has too many pieces of blue sky and the mystery of the Direx, N1, and Dama operations confuse the issue.

Since this is not an N1 operation, it isn’t on the SoftSwiss platform, and it appears to be operated separately from even Campeonbet except through marketing, I don’t think we can learn much about the future by examining the past.

On one trusted review site we find it listed with a very low ranking even though there are no complaints against it there. When we get into the terms and conditions we’ll see if that rating should have any weight. Another site has logged 3 complaints. Two of them were in the low 3-digits and were for complicated withdrawals taking a couple of weeks but they were resolved. One was not settled and related to a self-excluded player managing to place bets and wasn’t happy with returned deposit. Another trusted site has no complaints and no user reviews or mentions.

As we delve deeper into the terms and conditions while covering software and games; bonuses and promotions, and banking and customer service we’ll be able to create a clearer picture. For now, we’re still at a neutral bias. Please feel free to read along for the whole ride or skip to the sections that interest you most including the pitfalls we’ll list with bulleted points below if and as we discover any before wrapping it all up and rendering a final word or two.

Software and Games

Supacasi operates on the NexTo Gaming platform. Unfortunately, the solution provider doesn’t tell us much about what that means other than to state: “We provide the ultimate iGaming technology stack needed to build, deploy and manage the most engaging gaming experience within the iGaming industry.”

Okay…

They also tell us that they can provide: “Whitelabel Solutions Developing MGA-licensed and Curacao online casinos from start to finish, by utilizing industry-leading, tailor-made, white-label casino solutions.”

Again, not much help. A quick look at the huge page of provider listings does give us bgaming, the in-house studio of SoftSwiss, but as long as 2 years ago the product began appearing in other aggregators and bundlers products beginning with EveryMatrix, though that information seems to have been ‘renditioned’ from the active internet. They did however also ink distribution deals with others such as BetConstruct, SoftGamings, and Slotegrator but even some of those references have been ‘archived’. Interesting.

Suffice to say, there is no line to draw and assume that Nexto Gaming is a reiteration of the SS platform. The company was founded in 2021 and although based in Nicosia, Cyprus, their calls to developers list Athens, Greece as the location of the studios. The Nexto HR recruiter is actually with Campeon Gaming and over 50 of their employees are in Greece, so with all we learned in the introduction here it is probably safe to say the platform is an in-house or closely controlled Campeon Gaming product and/or nexto is owned or controlled or has a very close relationship with Campeon.

Exciting times, they could be a real contender.

Navigation

Getting around is very easy on any of these sites as they are all very similar and Supacasi uses a very simple cataloging approach. The menus are optimized for mobile or desktop and the horizontal menu in the casino lobby includes links to Slots, Tables, Lucky Games, Virtual Games, and Live - while the three-line drop-down menu has casino, live, sports, virtual, and promotions.

As mentioned earlier, there is also a provider's menu and it works in harmony with the game categories. If you are looking at live games and then choose “providers”, only live gaming providers will appear. That seems obvious but as anyone who has played a bit at instant gaming sites probably noticed, that sort of smart user interface for the database is far less common than it could be.

Using the text search box is the best way to find genres or groups of games like Megaways slots. We found about four dozen. But here the smart navigation falters a bit with the provider menu showing several brands that do not produce the games, in fact after a second look, it appears to list all slots. The same results occur if the search text is “blackjack”, so the game-type hand-holding with the provider only works in the broader categories of slots, tables, virtuals, etc.

Slots

It’s interesting that once you enter a category such as slots, there are no further refinements available aside from selecting a provider. I’m okay with that because I usually know what I want to play or I am happy scrolling and scanning the pages for something that will pique my interest.

The user experience here is simplified and most game types are well-segmented. There is some fuzzy-edged stuff in the table games section that we’ll mention later though.

All of the slots are in their proper… slot and I’m happy knowing that just about any game I might want to play is in that magazine of 4,000+ titles just waiting for me to discover it or conjure it up by using the simple tools.

I can choose slots and select KA Gaming (kick a** is what they mean) and I’m simply blown away by how many titles this studio has produced. I really do have to dive into those someday. I don’t have a real feel for their volatility or even the feature mechanics. With this many units rolling off the production floor I suppose I’ll be searching for clones as well.

Thankfully the games are free to try here and I like to test the load speed, latency, reel lags, spin, etc., anyway so I grabbed a random slot “Golden Fish” and had a closer look. It was fine for spinning and grinning with fun money before even looking at the paytable and rules.

I can’t say I was disappointed but the mechanics etc. were not much different than any random NextGen or even RTG game from a decade or so ago. It did have one exciting feature during the free spins - random multipliers up to x15 during the free games. I didn’t like that the paytable was dynamic as it made it difficult to get a first-pass feel for the volatility. Betting $25 a spin or $1 per line, 5 scatters only pay 30x total stake, but that is hard to “know without thinking” when the paytable changes with every bet change. Minor pet peeve or gripe I suppose.

I decided to try one of the newer games, Treasure Bowl to see how that stacked up and right out of the gate I was brain-fizzled again. It’s a 243 Ways game with betting increments of 88 units. Okay, we’re not buying lines and we couldn’t change them if we were but the maths almost requires a calculator.

Wild symbols appear on all but the first reel and five scatters pay 50x total bet on this game. Free spins can be triggered again inside the bonus round. The lower-paying poker card symbols are removed from the reels during the bonus round.

The paytable reverts to decimal-based payouts even though there is 243 virtual pay lines and 88 units bet per spin. At an $88 stake, five of the top symbols pay $1000 (I won't break my brain to decide that's about 11.33 x 88 but divided by 243?). Those numbers seem pitiful until you factor in the stacked reels, up to 5 wild symbols, and of course 243 ways to win.

I had to randomly sample one more game, Fortune Ganesha just to taste another part of Asia. It had the same basics (243:88) so I went straight to the paytable and found it was the same game with different pictures. There’s not too much KA about that unless the only thing on their minds was to give players localized themes to enjoy the same game.

Table games

This is where you’ll find animated random number generator-based games. Roulette, blackjack, poker, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar, baccarat, and all of the classics and specialty titles are here - there are also some games that were never played on tables and at least a few that don’t even show the provider name on the splash screen when you open the game.

Look for video poker here as well as bingo, and keno along with fishing games, darts, and other casual games.

Lucky games

These are mostly live-hosted lottery-style games. The line-up seems to change often. Over the course of the three days we were looking into the operation the game providers went from four to two. That could change again by the time this hits the digital canvas, and the selection could be country-specific as well.

Today we find TVBet and SuperLotto. The TVBet games are emblazoned with a logo in the Lucky Lobby.

The SuperLotto titles simply have pictures of beautiful women holding either lottery balls or dice and some have bold text to explain the game such as 5 from 36, 7 from 42, Dice, etc. Like most lotto games the potential exists to hit it big. In this case, “Superlotto 5 from 36" prize is - 100000.00€ on a 20€ bet. (5000:1)

The Dice game uses a random number generator to determine the results and then plays a pre-recorded video of that particular result. Dice ‘digital lottery’ games run every 3 minutes and the top pays are the same as for “5 from 36”.

Along with the lottery-type games from TVBet you’ll find a form of backgammon, Fruit Race, War (of elements), Wheel Bet, and more.

Virtual games

Even if you never venture into the real sportsbook here you can play random number-generated virtual sports betting on contests ranging from Asian rooster fighting to table tennis matches.

Altenar carries the lion’s share of the suite with about 20 different titles. All of the basics are there like virtual football, basketball, dog racing, horses, tennis, and baseball. Also, look for MaxCar motor racing with big rigs and buses. Some of sports offer open betting and others have in-play betting on computer-generated outcomes.

Virtual Generations offer a blood-free version of cock fighting along with greyhounds, “historical” horse races, and virtual horses, as well as English and Italian soccer.

Inbet has Dogs 3D Bet Velodrom 3D and Tron Race which is what you might think it is. You can play these games in practice mode too.

Live games

There is an interesting mix here with staples from the likes of Evolution and Ezugi but it also includes games from Atmosfera. These games are Music Wheel, Keno, American, and European Bingo roulettes, and live roulette.

To quote our own review of the Atmosfera experience: “The live game is a compact experience without the feeling of an expansive environment. We found it more intimate than the huge studio feel of some Playtech and Evolution roulette games. If you've ever played FELT Gaming’s random number-generated Vegas table games, imagine that experience with a beautiful live dealer presenting the game.”

The suite is well worth a try even if there are only 5 titles currently available.

Evolution offers something here for everyone from serious high-limit baccarat and blackjack games hosted by attractive and professional dealers to fun and social game show titles including Crazy Time, Deal or No Deal, and Dream Catcher. You can even play live craps with a croupier in a speakeasy and a robot arm that throws the dice.

Ezugi is certified in multiple jurisdictions and rides on Evolution’s license in Great Britain. Many of the games are streamed from terrestrial casinos and some of them are engineered to be much more lively than most online real dealer games.

Look for specialty titles for various regions as well as native language versions of your favorite tables.

Bonuses and Promotions

When we visited the promo pages there were about a dozen bonuses on offer.

If you have crypto in your wallet you might want to consider the crypto bonus which was a larger percentage match at the time of this review. Please see above or visit for up-to-the-minute offers as these could change quickly.

There are weekend reload bonuses and offers for most if not all days of the week as well as a Live Reload offer and one for sports. Weekly cashback of up to €500 is offered for RNG and live games too.

The live welcome bonus might be the best deal with an 80% match and much lower wagering requirements of 35xd+b (before factoring in any game weighting or coefficients)

Let’s take a look at the welcome bonus terms and conditions…

Wagering on a 100% offer is 50x on slots (50xd+b) and the minimum bet is €0.50 per spin and the max bet is €5.

Different sections state different amounts of time to complete the bonus and some bonuses have different times.

There is a max winning amount available for all bonuses and it’s quite low for high-percentage matches. A 120% bonus has a limit of 10x deposit amount; 100% - 119% allow fifteen (15x) times the deposit and bonuses of 25% to 99% allow for a max cashout of 20x the deposit amount.

In a nutshell - 50x wagering requirement and never more than 20x the amount of your deposit is not a bargain. There isn’t a word in the English language for the opposite of “bonus” but one could be coined.

Because it is relevant here considering the nutshell above, the max withdrawal in any 24-hour period is €1000.

Banking and Customer Service

Visitors will find well over a dozen ways to get their stakes in and their winnings out of the cashier. Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Skrill are complemented by JCB, MiFinity, NeoSurf, iWallet, and CashtoCode along with several cryptocurrencies that should work for deposits.

Four methods also work for withdrawals and four crypto withdrawal options are offered.

Processing time is 72 hours.

We mentioned earlier that the most that can be withdrawn per day is €1000 and wins over €10,000 will be paid out in equal monthly installments. All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

While individual withdrawal limits here are not overly generous they actually have other terms that should only ever be applied to a sportsbook - if ever - that limit their exposure or liability to big winners.

The Liability & Withdraw Limits section of the terms contains some limits that contradict the terms in the Payments section. It’s always wise to plan on the lowest or least favorable when that occurs.

Under Payments (62) we see: For winnings over 10,000 Euros, the payments will be done in equal monthly installments. And in “Limits” it states “7000€/month” and then states that if you win more than 30,000€, you’ll get 7000€/month.

It just goes darker from there…

The most you can win in 24 hours is 5000€ and the most that can ever be won on any account is 50,000€

And then, total darkness…

No matter whether you use a bonus or not, no matter how much you deposit, the most you can ever win from your first deposit is 15xd.

Customer care

Live chat is available on weekdays from 09.00 - 01.00 CET. Email support is available in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Japanese.

Pitfalls

  • High wagering requirements (50xd+b)
  • Low max cashouts (15x deposit with 100% bonus)
  • Daily and lifetime win limits (5000€/50000€)
  • Low daily/monthly withdrawal limits (1000€/7000€)
  • Long processing time (72 hours)
  • Seemingly contradictory terms (cashout limits, etc.)

The Final Word

Supacasi is part of a new batch of similar online casinos that all use the same basic template. We don’t know much about the delivery platform but it performs well with no noticeable glitches, lag, or latency.

The game selection is unique (among the stable) and offers a novel assortment as well as sorting of games. The database is “smart” and filtering works by the provider making it easy to select your favorite maker for any type of game like roulette.

Some of the game providers were new to me, but most of the lesser-known brands are also found at many other sites and they present an opportunity for even the most jaded and seasoned players to discover something new.

The bonuses seem generous enough on the face, but a closer look reveals that the wagering requirements are astronomical at 50 times deposit plus bonus and every bonus has a max cashout. The 100% match welcome bonus only allows 15x your deposit. Worse yet, according to the T&C, the most you could ever withdraw from your first deposit is 15x whether you use a bonus or not.

Rules like this might be fine for underwriters that somehow insure a gaming operation or investors who want a guaranteed return of more than the hold based on natural maths and odds - they are not player-friendly and they push the limit of what I would call fair gambling. The fact the terms exist does not make them moral or fair.

The banking and payment methods offer enough variety for most players but the banking terms leave plenty to be desired. Of course, it’s possible that the win limits would only apply to sports bets but that is not even hinted at peripherally - they seem to be part and parcel of the casino terms and conditions.

The processing time of 72 hours mixed with the low withdrawal limits, combined with other negatives mentioned add up to this being a place I am not tempted to visit again without some other incentives such as lifting the win limits and lowering the wagering requirements.

The only saving grace in the bonus scheme that I found, which may be negated in the account or bonus section once logged in is that live dealer games seem to be given full weight with no coefficient in wagering requirements - and - wagering is only 35x for live games compared to 50x for the slots welcome bonus. While I searched diligently to find anything in the terms, they may have used words other than those commonly used such as weighting, coefficient, etc.

SupaCasi is okay — just like any average online casino. It is a relatively new online casino but I am giving it the benefit of the doubt so I am giving it a score of 3.5. So far I am enjoying its bonuses and roster of casino games.

enjoy playing at Everygame (previously Intertops). Usually, I play the Classics casino games. They are much older casino slots, but I like playing here because I don’t have to bet big and my money typically seems to last longer than playing at other casinos. I’ve cashed out when they were Intertops, but have yet to withdraw with the new company. Seems to be a solid, reliable online casino
