“Released bonus funds” is not defined. Due to the following term, it can’t be assumed that bonus funds are ‘released’ as soon as the real money balance is expended.

This would seem to be saying that while the wagering requirement amount is based on the bonus amount (40xb) only real cash funds can be used to meet the wagering requirement. Since we’ve only seen one complaint even remotely related to this term, we might assume it is simply a poorly worded T&C. 

Finding another page, separate from T&C, we find that is indeed the case.

“When you’ve emptied your withdrawable balance, you’ll play with your Bonus balance - and stop fulfilling your wagering requirement. Used up your withdrawable balance but still need to fulfil your wagering requirement? You can do this by simply making another deposit.”

One clear and bright term found states that you can take a bonus and cash out your deposit and winnings at any time as long as you don’t play into the bonus balance.

Your deposited balance and cash winnings related to the deposited balance are not restricted by the WR, and therefore can always be paid out.

Another positive term for players is that blackjack, video poker, and all animated digital (RNG) house-banked poker games count 10% toward wagering. This is a generous weighting compared to most gaming sites.

The Final Word
