i used to be really fond of this casino and at one stage it was the only one i played. but they changed somewhere along the line and it all became really unbearable with not so helpful support to refusal or denial of small bonus request ie: just a few free spins was impossible to get and that really ogffended me being a regular daily depositor and long time patron. Had some decent wins there . won 2000euro once from 5 free spins but of course coulnt cash it out. this group has fallen hard in my oinion.

The site is steadily updated every couple of years, and it doesn't seem somehow old, on the contrary, I really like it, the design is modern, the colors are good and the optimization is on top. I will say a few words about the support service - I had a problem with withdrawing funds (the card was blocked) and the support helped me return the money to the account. Even though game selection was decent and withdrawals were processed at relatively acceptable speeds, this particular trio of sister casinos (including Next Casino & Wildslots Casino) share the same Live Support team which have showcased on several occasions that they are both inefficient and ineffective when it comes to customer service. For my recent birthday bonus, I could not access the provider that they had put my free spins on... and lo and behold, my request to switch providers was rejected. What a bummer.

I used tonreally like this casino and its sisters next and wildslots.But since they sold out and assumed Aspires platform things went from okay to bad Tom worse and it just lost its Lustre.I don't like the support...they often don't accommodate bonusvm or other requests and then cut you off despite amicable resolve being available.withdrawals remained elusive and wagering is slightly unreasonable. Casino Luck is a good reliable casino. It is not however, as fantastic as Mr. Green or Leo Vegas to name two of the best out there. They do have a wide array of games and good comps for depositing players. The one thing that sets the best casino's apart from Casino Luck is the speed with which withdrawals are processed. I have had one or two withdrawals from Casino Luck and the wait time was longer than casino's like unibet and others that get you your money within two hours or less. I had to wait half a day for my winnings to be deposited. Otherwise I would recommend this casino highly.

The desktop site is simply not working. Most links redirects me to start page. I regged an account about a month ago while considering their welcome offer. But after registration I couldn't log in. After providing login +pw and pushing "login", the site just showed a spinning slot, as it was working or awaiting reply. And never recovered from this state. I tried changing pw from the "forgot-link". But nothing. So I gave up. I returned a couple of days ago and now I managed to login. But now I get a message saying my account is locked until I provide docs for verification. Pretty strange since I haven't even made a deposit. I will never provide you with sensitive docs, until you show me a working site including all T&C and your bonus policy. I managed to read the policy on brittish site and was deterred from ever claiming this bonus. 100% match +150FS @ starburst. Wagering req is 35x(bonus+FS winnings). But max bet is the lower of 40SEK or 15% of bonus amount. with a minimal deposit this would make the max bet 15SEK(€1.5) per spin. And some slots are forbidden(Why don't they just block these while wagering a bonus?). These terms are not fair, but I've seen worse. But the most alarming thing is 23(!) complaints on askgamblers + 11 at the pogg. Someone is probably being predatorial with these T&C. So I will just stay away from this casino

Recently registered here after an email advertised a great offer. The free spins never added automatically and support weren't sure on the offer but eventually i got them. Website looks very basic, not a great fan of casino luck but probably because the slots i played kept taking my money and winning just seemed harder than normal. I've had quite a few antagonising sessions with Casino Luck's Live Support because they're often quite clueless about the casino system and its operations; I had an issue with the crediting of weekly VIP free spins since I can't access Netent slots, something a lot of the support agents seemed unable to comprehend, so I sat through 20-30 minutes of the same unnecessary explanation each week. The bonuses however can be quite attractive even with the minimum deposit amount. If only they didn't use EveryMatrix.

Once a good casino now turned bad after being sold to a bad group. Long waiting for withdrawals and bad bonuses , sometimes you get free spins for deposit offer and after you deposit and the free spins are not there you contact livechat support and they first are clueless about what the offer was and you need to wait for hours.

Being drawn in on the strength of a promised bonus that will never materialise is called 'bait advertising' in many countries. Such lures can actually see those making false promises prosecuted. Would it not make more sense, and be more equitable, not to make spurious offers that are soon found to be duplicitous. If one joins something having had a carrot dangled in front of them, and it quickly transpires you were never going to receive one of the often mythical bonuses, it hardly affirms any trust you might have believed was merited instead of misguided, and naïve. Why invite questions, when there will be no answer? It seems a somewhat disingenuous suggest, with a pre-determined answer; none.

This casino is one of my favourites given that it has NetEnt software. I played in Casino Luck and Next Casino many times last year. And they were my most favorite casinos at the beginning, because the Welcome Bonus and reload bonuses were quite good (Live Casino included to play with the max betting amoutn of $15). And moreover, this casino paid out very fast like in 2~3 hours. I was lucky to play and withdraw some small winnings a few times. But, then, they suddenly locked my accounts at the same time in Casino Luck and Next Casino. Later, I found out that the casinos on EveryMatrix are famous in locking out the accounts of winning players, by their "Self-excluded" policy. Casino Luck is quite an old one and no wonder they could flourish by kicking out winning players and keeping losing players at the same time.

I finally made a deposit into this Casino, I joined quite awhile ago with a NDB. I was not much into Netent games, and have not bothered really to play them that much, but for some reason, I think actually because I won off a free chip at another Casino playing Netent games, I now am deposting into Casinos that have Netent games so I can play them. Even though they are sister to next casino, which i have done very well at...I just cannot win at this casino. I have tried many a times and really battle to get over 700 rand. Support is good besides not being available at certain hours even though they adv 24 hour support. Emails take hours to get replied to during this time. I probably won't play at this casino again. Part of the same group at Next Casino, which is one of my fav casinos and I play there very often. Casino luck though...seems to have a lower payout on there slots compaired to their sister casino. I have made a few deposits here but always have terrible game play. For this reason I will only deposit here if I really have too. In addition they say they have 24/7 support but this is incorrect as I've needed help in the early hours of the morning and can never get through on live chat and emails only get answered in the later part of the mornings.

Recently i won at Next Casino with the 1st deposit so i decided to try at Casinoluck too with lcb exclusive bonus but i've noticed a big difference plaiyng netent slots. Less features, bonus and scatter, around 10 times less. I usually try different slots so it's not so hard to see the differences in payout. Slots seem empty. Maybe less players, so less payout. i made here 2 deposits. The first one with a 100% bonus and the second one with 50% bonus. The second bonus ha only 13x wagering requirements wich its very good. Almost the best casino. Well in my opinion it's the number 2 after Guts. I love their regular freespin promos, and the monthly 50% reload Bonus makes me depositing at least once a month. The bad thing about their promotions is that there is max cash-out of 100€ on free spins, which they give away almost every week. To set a cash out limit on free spin wins is a very unusual move for a NetEnt Casino. There are only few others, and that’s something bad. I have been playing at CasinoLuck since it launched and I trust this casino. CasinoLuck uses the Net Entertainment (NetEnt) software as well now most NetEnt casinos are offering Micrograming slots, some playtech, WMS slots and a host of others. I like the CasinoLuck site homepage as it's very easy and quick to move about and find what you are looking for fast. The developers have made it very user friendly. There is no livechat which is a definate negative but they do have an option to send message via the casino and generally response is quite fast. CasinoLuck does not have a lot of promotions with the ones being a 100% sub and a 50% reload once a month. They also do not have a loyalty scheme at the moment but I have been told that it is being implimented soon. NetEnt has some very unique slots. A few types of slots are ones that have sticky wilds, walking wilds, shifting wilds, expanding wilds, stacked wilds, linked wilds and wilds that pay 5x line bet. Quite a variety to choose from and a refreshing change from the normal slots. The potential to win a nice chunk of change on NetEnt slots is high. Most of the slots are tough to get the bonus rounds as they have a higher volatility in my opinion. Dead of Alive is one of my favorites. CasinoLuck is indeed a great casino! I only had 1 problem with them past but it was my fault i didnt read terms well.. I won 300e+ from my 10e deposit when i tried to withdraw it it said i have to wait 24h from my deposit time! It is for every players who haven't yet verified their account's i haven't but i asked about it on customer support they kindly removed it so i didn't yet managed to lose all my winnings, only some :D. Like Lootva said there's not much promotions but that monthly bonus (50%) make's me deposit at least once every month. For depositors there a quite a generous amount of free spins every once in a while via email. I think the game amount should be higher like add some other softwares like Microgaming WMS etc. because it can get a bit boring playing only the NetEnt based games but the good thing is there's a very fast withdrawal's to e wallets i only once had to wait more than a day but customer support was very helpful they told that there was a problem on payments to Skrill. At the end got my money as promised! A great choice for people who likes NetEnt games, smooth and fast withdrawals and good customer support! Minuses are that there are no poker or betting but in the other hand many of the casino's dont and who knows. maybe they have them in the future.
