It's over 2 years since I started to play at Mr green. Initially, I was very tempted by the minimum deposit of only $ 5. But, as it turned out, this is not the only positive feature of this casino. Not only did I not get the bonus (BC apparently according to customer service I did not input a code upon my first deposit... Even tho I showed them a screen shot of their ad on this site that didn't mention a bonus code. and I also asked for the bonus code so it could be added to their review on this site for future players, I never got a straight answer about what the code was) when it was all said add done .. they changed their tune real quick when I mentioned I clicked on Thier bonus via this site. Terrible

I must say that this casino have a gray zone with the tournament. They reflected my win 10x smaller then it is, so that i could not win tournament price. Every time when i was talking with them, they say that Will inform me about that via email. They didnt. So, my conclusion is that they directly decide who wins, who doesn't, what is irregular. PEOPLE, DONT play tournaments in that casino.

I didn't like this casino. Very few bonuses. It turned out later that for each payment, the casino also removes the commission percentage depending on the amount. Not a single casino has been operating like this for a long time. And so you lose a lot of money and even pay a commission. It is not right.

As of today I need to put my rating down for Mr. Green sadly enough ... In the past I rated the casino a big fat 5/5 with Awesome ... From today I will go by a 3.5/5 with an OK rating ... Their live support or costumer service is very very poor and also they have no clue what they are talking about most of the time. In the end you get the message they will email you once they have more information. Sadly enough a lot of times you won't ever get that email you are waiting for, or it takes many many many days ... I hope someone at Mr. Green will wake up very soon and fix this poor service and get it back to the level it once was; namely excellent!

I could not understand why my active bonus was not being completed. I was betting thousands of dollars and it remained at 0% completed. They do not have live chat, at least no human live chat, they have a bot which just repeat their terms of service. Finally figured it out after several emails to them. Basicly, this is how it works, you have to lose all of our deposited money before you can begin fulfilling your bonus. This site is designed around you losing money it is the main requirement. Fund are separated like this , deposited + bonus money, and the deposited must be spend and does not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements, so you must lose it all. Only when you start using the bonus money does it count toward fulfilling wagering requirements. This is very hard to do. It is a crazy concept but works great for the casino! Great selection of games however.

I downloaded the app. But my sign up spins didn't weild a very big win at all. So my initial gameplay was short and limited to say the least.. I do often check for no deposit gifts but the ones listed via lcb are never there for me when I look.. Had hoped to get more of a opportunity to check it out. I made my account at Mr.Green years ago and I have been a happy camper ever since. If you're a serious player this is the casino for you. It says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, but when you become a regular player they're instant. I don't mean that crap instant like on many other sites where you wait for a couple of hours or instant after the pending period is over. Hi! I want to warn all players! Better not play here! I am playing for 18 years now. I have deposit many thousand euros and did not win once. Every deposit is going straight to 0 Euro. Bonus offers are the worst you will see and support is drunk or smoking marijuana. On their site you will read that chat is available 24 hours, but truth is that it will be offline 24 hours. If you write email you get standard answer all the time, after waiting 2 days or more. If you ask for bonus after depositing 1000 Euro, you get 10 Euro if you are lucky. Very annoying bonussystem where you can't cancel your bonus. You have to talk to live chat all the time. Otherwise the bonuses merge and in the end you have an overwhelming wagering requirement. Other than that pretty ok casino, but this made it unpleasant for me and I don't play there anymore.

Trustworthy and reliable but misses in a few places. Firstly the live chat is below standard, you don't even know where you are in the queue and how long to wait to speak to an adviser, email might be a better option here. Promotions are mainly for new customers and the advertised ones aren't to my liking, prize draws and just uninteresting things. I just signed up here and think it is a good casino that I will use again. Customer service was helpful and professional and the bonuses have been good up to now. For some reason it appears that the instant cashouts are not available here in Denmark. Believe me I would have used it if I could have as I made a withdrawal recently. On the other hand there is no reverse withdrawal wait period. Once I cashed out that was it, it was done. The customer service said the withdrawal was approved and was on the way to my card when I asked shortly after I made the request. Skrill seems unavailable as a payment/withdraw option. I assume this has something to do with Danish regulations. Wish we had those instant withdrawals here in dk then Mr Green would be as close to perfect as a casino gets.

I have been playing here very actively over the past few years, and they have a few really nice perks: they did a big update not too long ago, and added 'Reel Thrills' and a Sports Betting site to their portfolio. They already had a great selection of slots, and were one of the few Casino's i can play at that also have Merkur and Bally Wulff slots, so that's a definite plus. Pay-outs are a bit of a hit and miss: i have been paid in literally under a minute, but also had to wait 3 days! That's unacceptable for a verified and loyal customer i.m.o. especially since they claim to process withdrawals as fast as possible. I also had a few issues with their tech/chat support -the communication between departments was litereally horrible, took way too long and i had to really count to a 1000 several times, and found some issues unresolved to this day. Hence, only 4 out of 5 -they can do better! I know this as when i first joined, the manager (Andy) was on top of everything, and all of the above could simply not have happened on his watch. I think they are just bordering on being too big for their own shoes, and a top class outfit -it's close, and if they lay their focus at the core - which is top notch customer support and speedy and precise problem solving (or preventing) they can become a big 5.0...I sure hope they do, because the races and the promo's and slot selection, are really making it a lot of fun to play there. Just that nervous feeling in the back of my head that i don't want any 'issues' as i fear it may again become an excruciating path to resolve -sure takes a lot of fun away :)

Lately I am very dissapointed about e-mails amount I get from them so accordingly I am not depositing but that's the only problem I had here. Mr Green is the only casino in which I had overall of 400 credits deposited back then and started this day with 20 credits deposit. I deposited at MrGreen small amounts like 5,10,20 maybe twice a week. And I won 38,000 PLN that day. Was my favorite casino. NOT ANYMORE!!!! Disgusting support and threatening to close my account if I ask dear ask for another bonus free spins or even try ask about a promotion received. I have added a massive complaint against this casino and awaiting a reply and resolution. I really dont understand all the crying about cant get any deposit bonus. A Deposit bonus is not something that makes you win at a casinos. Only gives you extra credit to play with but because of the wager requirements then the casino are most time sure that you bust out. MR Green has been around for many years and over the past year or so have been advertised on the tv. They have had various awards which just shows what a great casino they have. Mr Green casino has a unique site look and it is something that makes them stand out in online casino industry. It is a really nice, easy to use platform with its host Mr Green, the personalization of casino itself, something I haven't found anywhere else. First thing that drove me here was their minimum amount to deposit which is only 1€ for any ewallet option and there is 10€ min deposit for credit card. I was playing for some time there depositing smaller amounts (usually 5€ deposits) without having any luck or withdrawal requests. And then once I got few free spins and won 30€ from it, but when I went to live chat to ask for my bonus wager requirements I was said that I made a mistake on registration and that they will lock my account I am playing with, and that I have to make another one with different email address. Very good casino with pretty good bonuses free spins etc. Just missing the monthly deposit bonus :/ Been playing here for few years and the cash out is pretty fast, but there are faster.. It takes about 12h to get to moneybookers as my previous experience. Great thing that the added the live help there it is very annoying if it's missing that u need to wait for several hours to get an answer. It's a funny looking site, with a guy dressed in green, with a matching hat, and it may have something to do with the leprechauns, but I'm not really sure. Anyhow, the site has a modern and clean design that I enjoyed, with all the links clearly visible. There's a catch in here, the terms and conditions are not the same for everybody, so you'll have to find the right ones for your country, and the same goes for some of the bonuses, and that's really annoying. I really don't get it why they can't make it apply the same to everyone. Well, anyway, they are using more than one software provider (Betsoft, Microgaming, Net Entertainment, Wager Works and NYX Interactive ), but with only around 200 games available, which means they have hand picked them to make sure you get the most interesting ones. I wanted to try the Roulette, and sadly, so far no luck there, but to be honest, haven't played that much, so can't really say if it has to do with my luck or not. Will give it a another try, just to rule out the bad payout factor.

deposited 50 euro's, played a few games on the lowest coin. Had a couple of wins at 4 euro but mostly winning losers, ie cost 60 cents to spin but you only win 30 cents. All money gone within half an hour. Never put money in here again. No enjoyment at all.
