Ever since I sent in my paperwork for my address change, and my source or funds document, within the first hour early Sunday morning I received an email back asking for clarification, and again for clarification at noon. I've been over a day since (now monday) and still nothing... I've sent two follow ups via email... no response. ????

Jackpot City definitely does not deserve a place on the warning list here. I say this responsibly because I have been a member of this casino for more than 10 years. I've probably had over 50 withdrawals and never a single problem. I am really surprised that this casino is on the warning list

Zorro, don't be so sure about this casino. In ten years, Jackpot City Casino has changed its soul. In 2018 it merged into a group with a bad reputation, which was already involved in unfair practices. I suggest you switch to a casino with good ratings and better reviews.

Not as advertised, I have deposited over 6900 dollars in the last year and have only successfully cashed out 600 and it took over a week to get it and for anyone who has a problem gambling, i would steer clear Ive only really had luck on one machine and now they have figured that one out and changed the odds on it cause one week i’m winning almost every spin and then i play it again a week or so later and nothing then i sign up at one of their partners spin casino and loose 900 in 2 days on that same game and oh ya i forgot every time i seem too win over 2000 i have issues cashing out because of bonus requirements and theirs is 70x and if you take a 100 % bonus and deposit 100 be ready too have to get too 7000 before you can cash out and in my experience that’s impossible and if you even get close they add these stupid 10 cent 20 spin bonus free spins and interrupt your game in the middle of winning and switch you too that game to spin 20 useless 10 cent spins that yeild around 1 dollar almost every time and some times you get zero and then your wager requirement to be able to withdraw is now higher because of a stupid useless unwanted bonus spins they keep poping up on your screen so fast while your playing the game your winning on that you accidentally press the accept button conveniently placed on top of your spin button and it’s messed up your hot streak your concentration and ya it happen to me when i was only 1200 away from cashing out 6200 and in half hour i was broke and i’m not sure why i couldn’t cash out every time i lost 1000 it kept saying i was 1200 away but never went down even after loosing spin after spin 5000 dollars i had just won so in my opinion they rig the machines and do very sneaky shit too make sure your set up for failure

If you’re from Canada and have cable tv you’re aware of this casino, they advertise non-stop. So in June of 2019 I deposited $50 and lost it pretty quick. A few days later I went back and deposited $10, took the bonus they offered, I’m guessing it was 75%? Anyway I went to the never played by me Playboy game with the bonus wheel and on a .50 cent bet got the bonus wheel right away, it landed on something and gave me $50! Sweet! I upped my bet to $1 and got that wheel again! It landed on free spins which paid just over $100. I upped my bet slightly to $1.25 and Boom! The wheel dropped again..this time it landed on the Gold bunny and paid me $1000! It was the first time I’d hit 1K on one spin online and I’ll never forget it. Well I spent the next 3 days making big bets and small bets and ended up withdrawing $1800, which was etransfered to me in 3 days without my being verified! So I kept $100 in there and ran it up to $600, withdrawing $500 which was again given to me without being verified! I get chills recalling this experience, my Second best run at a casino ever. So back to the $100 I kept, I went nuts, hopped up and making mostly max bets, I could not lose, I still have screen caps of wins on Break the Bank etc, I got up over $6000 and how many days later? Who knows, withdrew $3500, leaving nothing in my account to play more, But this time I got the notice I’d have to be verified and they were really sticky, I sent in my bank statement but it got rejected and finally a few days later they got back to me informing me they wanted 3 months of my statements. Got that but again rejected, wanted it in PDF, omg I remember thinking this is not going to work out but eventually everything was accepted and they paid me out. So on a $60 deposit they paid me in total $5800–I couldn’t wait to deposit another $50 the late night my $3500 came in so I did and right away noticed they weren’t offering me any sort of match bonus-odd but whatever-so I hit the Wolfs Howl game and noticed my max bet is now $1 when before it was $10. Wth?! I quickly texted my friend Shannon who on my advice had joined up and had no luck, to log in and see what her max bet on that game was and sure enough hers was $10- dodgy! My max bet on most all the games I’d played and won on were now substantially lower as well. I ran through that $50 in a hot minute not hitting anything but determined deposited another $50 and nothing! I remember I finally got a bonus on Rockabilly Wilds and it paid me $0! It was like day and night but besides the bet manipulation I thought well I’d been so lucky it’s probably just normal I’d have a bad spell..a few days later I tried $20 and again nothing! Hmm the next day I tried $10 and this time went into chat to ask why I wasn’t being offered any match bonus and why was my bet options lower than previous? I was told “that’s the way it goes, maybe in the future you will but in the meantime you can try spinning the lucky wheel of fortune” which I had spun probably 50 times and never got anything. Lol! I asked again about my bet being lowered on the games and was put on hold for over half an hour and then just kicked right out of chat. When I tried to go back in it was unavailable lol! Anyways ran through that $10 in 10 seconds and was about to leave when I remembered to check my loyalty play and sure enough I had something like $400? from all the play I’d done in bonus money available which I quickly redeemed and lost, played min bets mostly and it was dry spin after dry spin! So I can’t say for sure but I know something dubious was going on. I left wondering why they had done what I’d thought they had done, wouldn’t they want me to keep playing there so they could recoup some of their money? Besides the $130 I’d put back in. But I guess not. And if you’ve gotten this far in my retelling congrats! Lol. There’s only one bit left..so a few months back I was watching Real Housewives and the JackpotCity commercial came on so I had to, for fun mostly and when I logged in I noticed $4 in my balance, which was weird-so I deposited $8 etransfer, the minimum being $5, and cautiously started playing, so many new games! And I’d checked the old reliables and the max bet was now back to the $10+… but I could not hit anything again. Done in ten minutes. But I can’t say dont play here, I had the most fun! and up to that point, my biggest withdrawals.. just watch your back and know when to leave I guess.

Personally this casino is definitely in my top 5 list. I have played here for years online, sometimes I don't win anything and still enjoy it. Other times I have won semi big amounts (for me) withdrawal is always easy and fast and deposit is the same. The live chat support are always very helpful and fix any problems I have had. Verification was easy and simple no big list of things I needed to send in. Range of games and the look of the site is also very good. Oh and in regards to the hell I win many times in a row then have weeks of nothing but that's just the life of playing at a casino

Awful place to lose all you money. Their “bonus” is a disgrace. You have to meet a play through amount before you can withdraw any money, and it keeps changing the more you deposit if you choose to do the match option. My required play through amount is currently sitting at $110,000 which I will never reach because I’m staying the hell away. Their customer support is also trash, just like the casino. I’ve sent multiple emails and got no response. I consider this casino to be the worst. Should be illegal to do what they do, constantly changing their terms and conditions. Disgusting place, don’t bother. If I could give it a negative score I would.

Their loyalty program is laughable, and the spin wheel is rigged if you haven't made a deposit within a few hours it will miss every time. They also seem to only have games with RTP no higher then 96% and many are less, you have to manually look up the RTP or find it buried somewhere in a help file, not always in the same location. They pay out, but I have far greater luck at other casinos. Maybe coincidence but I feel like they are not 100% on the up and up and are not transparent. And their bonuses suck.

Not so bad, tons of games and gives the option to do little bets and 10usd deposits, i have wasted so much money here, with or without bonus, and just have done one withdrawal, after got tried of waiting i wasted them playing and... in fact i never get back a cent from them, i deposit few times with the bonus here, just for recreation, and the wagers are almost impossible, if u want to withdraw someting need to deposit 50 us, and, i will do that in another casinos, this isnt near my favs, but have a nice game choice and a great user friendly interface.

Im very surprised with the rating of jackpotcity. It definately doesnt offer as many free bonuses as others and withdrawal is pretty average, takes a few days to recieve. It does have lots of deposit match bonuses. The loyalty points take so long to accumulate I have found. It would still be one of my top casinos being pretty straightforward and most trustworthy in my opinion.

I actually liked this casino a couple years ago and made several deposits and withdrew a few small amounts as well. I too am shocked most of LCB members rated this casino as the worst. I must admit, I haven't played at this casino for a couple of years now. KYC took about 3 working days and withdrawal processing time is about as long as well. Probably that's the reason why I do not play there anymore.

This is interesting because when I search top online casinos the top hits I get on google are websites with really good reviews on Jackpot City Casino however I trust this community and the LCB reviews more. I guess I was foolish to sign up and make deposits at this casino but cut me some slack this was several years ago when I was a newbie at online gambling. I would just search top online casinos and then open the first website and take the #1 rated casino on it. Aside from all the bad reviews that I have recently read and it’s poor reputation I can say that I actually enjoyed my time playing here. Never made a cashout so t/c’s didn’t really matter however if the casino can’t be trusted then I will stay away from now on.

im shocked to here these bad reviews, but not surprised. this is the first online casino ive accually deposited in. the reason i picked this casino was i looked on the web for the best casino to play at in canada, Jackpot city seemed to stand above all the others. i deposited and played and of course lost, but i had no trouble with anything or anyone, still waiting to make a withdrawl. I dont see much in the way of bonuses at all accually ive seen only match bonuses. ive was awarded 20 free spins 3 times but that was only in the last week, i unlocked them during play, must be something to do with teir bonus. i rarely ever use match codes due to the fact its playback is 70% on bonus money, i had to ask live chat about how these playbacks work. the live chat told me this, your deposit lets say $10 with a 90% match bonus so you start with 10 of your money 9 of casino bonus money. 9 times 70 equals 630.00 playback before a withdrawl. i asked them well i have playback of 630.00 for the nine dollars the casino gave me. After i lost nine dollars i asked live chat again ok i lost the nine dollars never fulfilled the playback so we are all even on that bonus money. i never won i never completed playback and i owe nothing to the casino and i have no obligations over this bonus. they seemed to get annoyed at me but i wanted them to tell me more than once that im in good standings. i than asked how much playback do i have to do to take my original $10 out, they told me none i dont need any playback on my money since it was mine to begin with. i said cool cash me out they refused telling me i have to bet the original $10 at least once and thats only because of money laundering. i get it thats fair and its only the same amount i was prob gonna lose anyways. I than asked them where did my original $10 that i deposited go i was playing with my bonus money since thats what i needed to playback 70 times, and since i lost that i wanna now play with my own money but its not in my account where did it go. i confused them with that question they asked what do you mean where is it? i said yeah i was trying to fulfill my playback on bonus money and i lost now i wanna play my orginally $10. they told me the orginal 10 dollars has been spent allready i said how, lol now live chat is annoyed i can hear it in thier texts . i said to them y in hell would i give the casino money and use it to fulfill playback on bonus money, i believe that would be stupid. After awhile of back and forth i simply asked how and when did i spend the orginal ten. they explained it like this. you bet is $1 per spin the casino takes 50 cents from bonus money meaning the $9 they gave me. then they take 50 cents from my money the orginal $10. if you lose you lose that dollar if you win half of winnings go to bunus money and towards fulfillment of playback other half goes to my real money account. i asked them i thought there is no playback on my orginal 10 and they told me there isnt i than asked its in bold writing that the playback is 70% and thats only on bonus money. i asked them to do the math how can i win with my original 10 if your doing playback on it 35% on bonus 35% on owe money, they denied this action so i asked how can i win with my orginal 10 since before i get from under your playback rules ill have no money left in either account and playback not fulfilled. i asked and asked many questions over and over again and again till i myself would hang up or say something rude. live chat never did that but i knew wanted to. I hate these rules that are not clearly designed to be seen or read, but thats all casinos no just one. ive yet to have a withdrawl, but i will not be happy if i get a hassle because i never gave them hassle when i lost. i try to not take any bonus on my deposits because i believe that if you let them put conditions on your money those conditions are going to do everything to make it hard for you to win. i do this before any deposit i get live help to look up if there is anything with my account that needs to be dealt with before i deposit since im not happy with surprises when they text back that there is nothing pending no fulfillment to do i them screen shot there answer and have them do the deposit with me so it can never be said i clicked this or i clicked this. i hope these reviews are misunderstandings rather then the casino being unfair. never had trouble but like most they dont completely and easily make these rules clear to everyone. I rated this casino as 0.1 but only because I couldn't give them a flat out zero. Won a couple grand, took almost 2 weeks to process my withdrawal (process my withdrawal, not getting verified which I've done ages ago) and then once they finally processed it I ended up getting a measly 200 bucks, said I had a bunch of deposits that didn't clear dating back to 4 months before said withdrawal. I asked why is this the first I'm hearing of this, give me specific dates, times and amounts so I can submit proof that all my deposits did indeed clear, and they couldn't do that. They couldn't even send me a transcript of said chat conversation. And as soon as I mentioned wanting a transcript they closed the chat before I could screen cap. Absolutely disheartened, just awful. Was crushed even more when I tried to go and file a complaint with I think it was AskG ,or Casinomeister (or it could of been POGG I don't remember) and saw hundreds not dozens but hundreds more complaints exactly like mine so I didn't even bother. Some time ago Jackpot City casino held a lot of shares with bonuses without a deposit. I certainly registered and unfortunately quickly lost the bonus. But it is possible and fortunately. Because that judging by the reviews of players, the casino does not pay winnings or pays with big problems.

I don't know why I really started believing in them, IT WAS A YEAR AGO, since them I just know one thing. You have to pay a lot of credits if you want to be treated fairly like others so I mean tier Diamond (I was Diamond tier 3 months and have my global-host, Mr Tomasz - very fair, competent and eligable guy for this job!). The thing is, their payout ratio is not so bad but sometimes I thought it's just pure scam. I found this casinos pending period and verification waiting period for withdrawal of winnings to be too long. I waited about 3 days for my withdrawal to go into pending period, then it was in pending period for a week, then verification for a week. Its ridiculous.

The warning at the top of this page comes as a shock for me, I think this is the first casino I ever deposited into a couple years ago, and I continue to play at Jackpot City to this day. Never had a problem with support, always have access to promotions and bonuses of all shapes and sizes, never experienced any kind of technical difficulties either for that matter. Sites like this usually do their homework before throwing allegations around though, so I would maybe proceed with caution if you've never played here. Am really surprised to see Jackpot City on the warning list - hence I've decided to comment. Have always received my bonuses, never had any problems withdrawing, live chat is always polite and helps to find an amicable solution to any problems that have arisen. I don't mind the daily texts as it keeps me up to date with what's happening in the casino. Also I enjoy the odd free spins or bonus credits that I get. Tournaments are fun too. In all I've had a great experience with Jackpot City and have played here since 2010. Sad to see the warning though :(

mmm weird that Jackpot City has been placed on warning list just as gaming club also, i never had any problems with them, played few times there, they have support in my own language, and always got from 10-50 spins on every deposit which was really great;) and withdrawals i also had just 2 but, mostly in 20hours i received it, and they always had a cool scratch card on mobile where you could scratch from some points, and different times i scratched many points worth 20 euro Cash! so no bonus just cash;) they only sended me every day different text messages which was very annoying! and sometimes postal stuff, which i also didn't appreciated but after telling them they stopped it directly, so atleast they listen, but it's weird too see they are running bad now! hope they will be change there way to do better.

I have an account for some time and I have to say that I am very happy with this casino! I like the free tournaments, especially the Immortal Romance one :P. Customer support is very helpful and with competent operators, it has a lot of deposit and withdrawal options but I have a problem with their casino application (I think it asks too much from the operating system and for some time I had some problems with my antivirus software because of it). I never managed to cashout from this casino but from what I can here it is very reliable and fast.

I play here every week the Immortal Romance free tournament.I think this is the only casino that has a tournament like that, with 20 free re-buys, so everyone has the same chance on winning.Only once I managed to finish second.As I remember the winnings from this tournament are bonus money witch must be wagered 30 times.I don't know how they'r payouts work because I never cashed out, even if I made a few deposits here.

I signed up there few months ago. They had a promotion running, if you add your card, you receive 30 spins on Game of Thrones. Am I the only person getting countless spam phonecalls from Jackpot City? I have played on Belle Rock for ten years. I have, over the years, probably spent...well...lets just say more than an ignorable amount, if you are a business owner, unless you're a gold brick salesman. Anyways, I am getting multiple phone calls a week, in the evenings. You'd think I was VIP - but they aren't calling to say that they've added a bonus to my account - rather - they want me to deposit. I am not used to desperation from these bigger casinos. At first it was kind of amusing - they ARE nice people to talk to, 99%, but it's starting to get awkward. I like the Riverbelle group and this is probably my favourite of their casinos if only because this is the one where I have been the luckiest! :) They also run a LOT of free slots tournaments including a superturbo each hour of every day. Only problem is they pull the super rubbish trick of only giving you 2 minutes of free playtime meaning your chances of beating these off a free entry is very, very low. They have some with less scandalous rules though including a weekly Thunderstruck2 that I play very often and have won decent money on several occassions. Recommended if you like MGS download games, but there not outstanding by any means.

Jackpot City is to me one of the best Microgaming sites ever. Used to try their no deposit bonus in the past, I was treat profesionally by their support they guided me through whole registration process but from time perspective now I must say it's easy as making a sandwich. They pay close attention to secure what I loved about them, so dont be surprised if they require some documents before you can cash out your winnings. Very low min deposit $5-10 is additional cons for them. I loved Miss Agent Blond to play there with the minimum stake at 0.09 , they also have all microgaming games now. Don't see what's the problem with free bonus, and I really hate it when people don't read all the rules. Jackpot City gives you 15 free spins (for new players only, of course), but there's one list for countries not allowed to register, and another for countries not eligible for starting bonus. OK, that is a bit confusing, but it is not hidden info. Just to be sure, I got in touch with the support team (they are quite decent if you ask me) and made sure I am good for the bonus. A whole other story is the WR for the bonus, which us 50x, and that is high, so I didn't had any high hopes (and was proven right). Although I did like to play without installing anything on my computer, I don't thing I will be coming back since I have a policy to stay only if the starting bonuses pay off, and this one wasn't even close.
