Unfortunately, Guts Casino no longer accepts players from Sweden. It's a shame, as it used to be a great casino with good payouts. Half decent casino but support could be more friendly and understanding.. they refused to credit me the welcome bonus because I accidentally refreshed page so the code didn’t go through. Guts was my favorite casino for years . But since their new deposit and withdrawals setup come along in the last couple of months it's just a waste of time playing here . Now I pay about $1.50 extra for a deposit with my debit card and the withdrawals that used to be instant and usable in your bank straight away , now take 3 or 4 days for money to clear . They only time I ever get free spins or a bonus is if I don't play there for about 3 weeks , then they try and get you back with some freespins . Guts you have gone backwards , disappointing. I had to find somewhere else to play after all these years.

Guts used to be my favourite casino with super fast withdrawals and friendly customer service and good promos. It probably still is one of the better casinos out there but I've heard they no longer have Finnish customer service and the withdrawals have slowed down. They still have excellent promos and perks for loyal players and they're definitely trustworthy. The reason for only 3.5 points is because they were the best and then started fading. Many like this casino, but I don't. The excessive amount of graphics just makes it unbearable. The welcome bonus of 100% needs to be wagered 30x(b+d). That is just really high. But you are probably not eligble for this bonus anyway. Guts share their license with Rizk, Highroller, Kaboo & Thrills. So if you have accepted a bonus from any of these casinos after Jan 1 2019, you are not allowed to claim a bonus on any of the other. This is due to the regulations of the Swedish license. Just by reading some of the T&C, I get the feeling that this casino is a bully. But seeing this many positive reviews here calms my nerves. But there are many better, and nicer casinos to play before even considering this one.

Is a good casino only to bad you can not deposit with ideal, also the slots dont run smoothly all the time and give out very poorly. the support is very friendly and they are quick to help you like the other day I already made a few deposit included the 200 % bonus and then when I asked support for a 100% bonus they gave it to me. Guts casino has been among us for a couple of years now and I have been a member of this casino for 3 year at least. Their website looks different back then but the recent website does not look bad at all. I know there are a few players rated this casino as bad but personally I think it is one of the greatest casino out there. When I first registered with Guts.com I was very pleased with the variety of games, frequent bonus options, as well as a decent amount of freebies for regular depositors. As far as withdrawls I have never had an issue with Guts, very good timeframe for cashouts. Unfortunately since Netent has been restricted in Canada, Guts no longer offers any good promos unless you are a European player. Free spins have all but dissappeared and I can no longer take part in any of the special promos, such as christamas or others. Very Dissapointing

They quite often have promos running matching themes to the time of the year (ie xmas, valentines day) this is where im not the biggest fan...to get some free spins you have to wager quite a sturdy amount, with a very little reward. This is a casino that deserves a lot of praise. It is one of the safest places to play, will always get paid, no shady terms such as jackpots being paid out in tens or hundreds of pieces, no strange bonus rules. You , the player , gets treated right. You have always representatives that help you immediately. Mybonly (big) negative thing is that players from the Netherlands are excluded from free spins or fs bonuses. That is ridiculous in my opinion. I closed my account because of that. I would instantly re-open or let them re activate it if this isnt the case anymore...

Of course one of the best casinos out there concerning payout time, game selection and support. They reaccepted German players recently but before we were blocked and they were quite unspeficfic about the reasons when i asked. but they informed right away when they reopened for us. I have now a before and after comparison. Before they were a little more generous with free spins and free bonuses, but their standard offers were slightly worse/less frequent. Overall they are still the top casino which I knew from before.

I saw the high rating for this casino at LCB, thought it was worth a try at first. I deposited a lot of money and mostly played here for awhile. My deposits were mostly without bonuses and so i thought 1 day i would ask support for some free bonus considering i have never withdrawn here. Suffice to say they were incredibly tight about it and gave nothing. Considering i had deposited thousands i was pretty upset to say the least. When i first signed up and made my first deposit they were treating me like vip, when i tried to ask for something they turned around full circle. Promptly requested to close my account there.

I signed up with Guts Casino about a year ago. I can say that it's one of my favourite of recent. I was a regular on the site but then it dropped off my favourites list as I wasn't winning anything. I'm applauding their efforts with the recent EURO CUP trivia games. It got me back to their site almost daily to answer the trivia questions for free spin (always on a different game) and to keep you coming back, you can only claim your free spins the next day. Now i'm a bit obsessed with one particular game by NET ENTERTAINMENT. But since playing their trivia questions I've since developed a liking for a few others. They do offer some really good bonuses both no deposits and deposits often. The only downside to their mobile platform is that; if you're not familiar with the site, when you type in SEARCH for a game and there's a match, you won't be able to load it. You'll have actually LOAD all their avail;able games and scroll to find it in order to access the game you want. A friend of mine gave up because of this error.

Am really enjoying playing at Guts Casino! I can't comment on withdrawals etc as I always get carried away playing so I never get to withdraw, lol! The only thing I don't like here is that the NetEnt games minimum bet is $0.02c per line, whereas other casinos offer a $0.01c minimum line bet. As a Norwegian, I must say this is one of the best casino's if you care about customer support. I am from Denmark and I have played at Guts and when I checked yesterday my account seemed open and accessible when I logged in so I don't understand the no Danish players rule posted here on LCB regarding Guts. I love all the free spins and love even more the policy that winnings from free spins are considered withdrawable cash with no play through requirement. The superfast payouts are also five star as is the selection of games and customer service. I would rate it five stars and will go and ask customer service directly if Danes are now banned...I did log in a day or two ago...they stopped sending me promo email offers so maybe they just haven't closed my access and account yet...Danes were allowed a year or two ago definitely

Have to say that seems the management of this casino has changed in the past 1 year. Holy s*** this casino is way too overrated. They charge you 2.5€ from Neteller withdrawal even tough sending money to another euro account does not cost them one cent! I calculated that i ahve made 87 deposits to this hell hole and only 2 withdrawals making some heavy net-loss and they find that im not worthy to be given any amount of a freebie . I think Guts is probably one of the most reliable online casinos, they are safe and the support they have is really great. I play there from time to time, but I am not a fan of their bonuses, as my country isn't eligible for free offers. (Latvian residents aren't eligible for the free spins fom LCB shop and for their free spin promotions) Support told me it was their policy because there has been some illegal gambling or fraudulent actions from players from my country. the review i wrote in 2013 is still accountable but few changes took place. my rating is still 5/5, maybe because i'm a Guts fanboy otherwise they had a lay down during the first half of 2015. all Netent games without exception are very laggy for a consistent time now, balance bouncing when playing is not pleasantly for the eye and because of these problems the fun is gone, and most probably balance too. they are not at fault but EveryMatrix is, the problem being only in this network Guts being the most affected. since i wrote the first review they upgraded the already ultra fast withdrawals to lightning fast, meaning the odds are you get the money in under 1 minute! Christmas calendar of 2014 was still the best of all casinos awarding lots of free spins and bonuses. unfortunately they added only PlaynGo as a new provider despite WMS is being promised for a long time. ATM weekly promos are free spins based and again are the best on the market. now what bothers me beside EveryMatrix indirect sabotage by games being almost unplayable, they lowered the random free spins they sent for loyal customers. i truly expected a reward program from them but nothing so far. they launched Sports, not a fan of. in november they will launch Poker and hopefully they will become unrivaled again. I see on forums they often give free spins to depositors. So I have deposited at Guts today to try this casino. Then I found my country is not eligible for ANY deposit bonuses and I got nothing. So check with their T&C for bonuses to avoid such situation. I have to say I have tried several games with no winnings, near empty spins were at each slot, so I lost my deposit in minutes. Guts are a relatively new casino as far as i'm aware. Don't let that put you off though as they are an excellent casino. They have some great welcome bonuses to suit any player and a huge selection of games to cater for all players, Including MG and Netent slots. The main welcome bonus is up to £300 free and 100 free spins on starburst slot. I decided to join them about 5 months ago and to this day that are still 1 of my favourite online casinos. They have a lot of things that make them unique. The website is a red and black theme, very nice to look at and easy to navigate through. I like the way that if you are playing at the casino, on the right displays latest wins that member's have had. They are very generous when it comes to giving members free spins. Usually if a new slot comes out they will give members 10 free spins on the slot to try it out, often no wagering requirements are tied to the winnings from the free spins. Support are excellent and their live support means any time you have a problem, help is always at hand. Payouts are some of the fastest I have ever seen online. guts casino is one of my favourite casino's online, i have been playing there since day one of it opening. And my last and final review I really had high expectations for Guts Casino, I been talking about it for ages and when I see LCB advertising a 100% deposit match and 50 free spins that's when I decided to me a deposit. The only downfall on that is the free spins are on starburst, which is a brilliant slot I love it, but obviously being free spins meant 1p line so 10p spins... It's not good when your playing the minimum bet, but they were free so that didn't matter. I had a chat to live help first, who were great, really friendly and they confirmed I was entitled to the offer so I deposited £20 and received another £20, my free spins were credited at 11am the next day. I loaded up Space Wars at first done a few spins but it wasn't up to much so I tried Fruit Shop... But it came up with an error, so I tried Muse, same thing happened... Hardly any of the games worked and when they did they would crash after a few spins. It started annoying me so I went onto live help and she asked me to send some screen shots which I done. It’s been just a couple of months till the release of guts.com but it’s already one of the best Casinos. They are offering hundreds of games from suppliers like MG, BetSoft, NetEnt and a few others. The site has a modern clean design look, it looks very professional. I like how the color black is dominating. It doesn’t hurt the eyes. But I guess that’s also a matter of taste. :) At the beginning they had here and there some stuttering problems but that’s quite normal for a new site but they seem to have solved it anyhow. You can get a 100% match bonus up to 100€ on your first and a 50% on your second and a third bonus with a 35 times wagering requirement attached. And also you will get 50 free spins for Starbust after your first and third deposit. In sum, the 100 free spins have a value of 10, in my opinion Starbust is not the best game. But the best thing about this is that all free spins at guts.com are wager free with no max. cash out, isn’t this great? One of a kind, correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve used all of the match bonuses without problems and was able once to request a payout from free spins. One hour after my request I received my winnings into my Neteller account. There are no fees if you deposit money into your account but then there is a fee of 2.50€ for every withdrawal. Okay, I’m willing to sacrifice it for ultra-fast cash outs. Personally, one of the best new casinos out there. You might recognize one of the names at the helm; Ben used to be over at Nordic where he helped put them on the map, and is now here working his magic. Besides Ben being very personable and willing to work with players, they (Ben and staff) are constantly improving their site and listening to player needs and concerns when it comes to bonuses, promotions, processors and currencies. And promotions here are generous and plentiful. They offer several softwares in the non-download client and everything is easily navigable. Games are current with new releases and they have pretty much all the hottest and favourite slots. I've played here several times, with no issues whatsoever. My documents were approved hassle-free and quickly and my deposits and bonuses came through fine.
