Reputation

We don’t find any open complaints about slow pay, no pay, predatory terms and conditions, or any of the other various and sundry “little things” that often lead to player dissatisfaction. However, we did find one unresolved dispute related to the level and amount of cashback a player was expecting but did not receive. This dispute was in the very low 3 digits and was simply not followed up on by the operators after nearly 30 days of input from the player. With that we cannot make any determination other than that for at least a month, the issue remained unresolved.

While we didn’t access the site from Asia, some reviews do mention that the site is available in multiple languages including Hindi.

Even though we didn’t follow through on the verification email, after about 30 minutes we reloaded the site and had access to the entire suite of games and promotions.

Let’s take a look at some of the least well-known and best well-known providers and some of their games.

On the list, we find a new provider, UP Games. Among their games are blackjack and roulette with several versions of each game. While not confirmed, it’s highly likely that this studio is a bespoke creation by BetConstruct, through their new live brand, Creedroomz.

Live Slots is a provider we aren’t familiar with but have found offerings like this in the past to be less than credible endeavors. These games too, purport to be NOVOMATIC slots streaming from a studio. The demo mode here was also offering IgroSoft games. The Final Word

OPPA88 Casino is one of the world’s largest gambling sites based on the number and variety of games and other betting opportunities on offer. While we did find one player who had grumbled about the percentage of cashback they felt they were entitled to, we did not see any supporting documentation from the player to justify the claim.

We find a representative on LCB.org’s Direct Support forum, available to answer any questions or settle any dispute that arises in public. We take it as a good sign that the representative has not been called on to respond by any players in the last couple of years since they signed up to handle questions.

The site would appear to be well funded with nearly instant cashouts once documents are verified. It bears repeating that we did not find any maximum transaction limits on the banking pages nor in the terms and conditions.

With nearly 50 cryptocurrencies available for transactions any player should be able to use their favorite coins and alt-coins. Some coins are better for speed and fees, while others might be preferred for other reasons. Most coin users have the ability to convert at very little cost and might find options such as Litecoin to be better than BTC. Regardless, the choice is up to you with so many options.

While the site may be huge and an issue such as four digits in IR ($140) in cashback might not be too big of a deal to the player or the operator, and although one failure to follow up on a complaint is not worth condemning, we do believe it’s always best for an operator to address every dispute in the public fora - not all otherwise good operators will do this.
