Ive had luck from this casino right from the start won the max withdrawl from the free spins given on the welcome bonus 3 days in a row for the time to withdraw into my e wallet was resonable within 24 hours always costumer support was good and quick when i needed them i would say its defintly worth playin if ya want a decent casino to play at.

I have played at this casino years ago and never had any issues. The casino homepage is beautiful and the layout and selection of games are impressive. I decided to give them another try months ago but had a few issues with some of my larger cashouts being delayed and support staff were not very helpful which was frustrating. I feel that this casino has deteriorated over the years and even though its a decent casino there are better offerings out there.

I think this casino is very well structured, clear and the games run smoothly. The casino has a decent selection of games. The support responds quickly and is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there are few bonus offers here compared to other online casinos. Payouts are processed quickly and easily after you have completed the verification. Overall, a good online casino.

These guys are awful and liars. And its not the first time so my own fault for going back to this group. I cashed out $500 on October 22 and was told 48 hours max. It is now the 27th and no payment. I went to live chat and they told me I was in cue to be paid ..yesterday. And again no payment. Once I get paid I will be closing all accounts at the genesis group. If I am not paid tomorrow I will be posting a thread and asking LCB for help

I have not heard good things about this casino talking to my fellow gamblers, but my own experience was pretty good as I cashed out and received my money within 36 hours of the request. So I don't have a problem with Casino Cruise. They have a good bonus scheme and pretty fair terms and all of the popular game brands available. Would not be my first choice to join, but a decent casino still.

I played this casino before. It has great variety of slots and some decent welcome bonus offers. On the other hand, and i am far from the only one, i never managed to win anything. This kind of casino is the one that make me want to put the thin foil hat on and go on about all the conspiracy theories casino are on lol. Kind of theories like can we open an account and be set to not being able to win anything ever? I mean random is random but wow can it be consistent in how bad luck can happen.

Casino cruise has a really good welcome package and have lots of good promotions but I find they have a really weak loyalty program. It is really hard to earn loyalty points and it takes a whopping minimum 1000 points to redeem only a 10$ bonus. The casinos website shows that you can redeem 100 points for 1$ but its not true. I also noticed above its shows that you can exchange 100 points for 1$ but that's wrong as well. I even contacted live support about this issue multiple times and they said you can only start redeeming at 1000 points.

I have been a loyal depositor for well over 2 years, with no win. The slots are the tightest I've ever played, and over half of their games "change" currency when you open a particular game...this means if in AUD you lose as it plays in EURO. Many other casinos out there that actually pay something. Won't be back

I would give casino cruise closer to a five rating and an awesome as well. I'm more of a lower budget player and tend to stick with some low deposits everywhere I play, so the only reason I don't play here often and not much of a fan here anymore is because of their minimum deposit of twenty dollars. Great casino though, friendly support, graphics and sounds are incredible, I recommend playing here, good luck at your favourite games slot fans.

Was able to try Casino Cruise out with 55 free spins, no deposit required. It went pretty good and I had a high wagering to do to be able to cashout which unfortunately I couldn’t complete. But with the first deposit, you get a 100% match and 200 freespins on Starburst. The 200 freespins are however split up on 10 consecutive days - I don’t like when casinos do that because they just want you to come back and deposit more while playing 200 freespins in increments of 20 per day lowers your chance to hit something big because the variance is increased. That’s my feeling. On a positive note, hey process withdrawals very quickly, within hours and do have bonuses given out to loyal players. Also the minimum deposit to get bonuses is just 10, so that all on the plus side. This is a good casino!

I was registered in this casino because of the advertized good bonus and a wide choice of games. Made the deposit, received a bonus, it seems everything is normal. Wide choice of games, beautiful design, etc. But when in several days I tried to come into casino, it turned out that the account is closed! In a live chat at first said that will understand what a problem, but in a week told that the account is closed by administration of casino! and nicknames of explanations, for what reason, why, in general anything! do not respond to letters to support service, very negative relation! could explain the reason at least!

Casino Cruise is a very good casino. There shows the 150% and other deposit bonuses, but, after you register and wait a little bit, they start to send 200% Welcome Bonus + some free spins. And they have a reload bonus too like 300% up to 90 Euro. They have one good point for Table/card players and Live Casino players. Bonus play include some table/card games with max bet 30 Euro at lower contribution rates. But, when I was reading T&Cs, there were two contradicting clauses that Table/Live Casino is excluded game Vs the above said clause (Max 30 Euro bet, etc.). So, I then asked Live Support about this point and they answered me like switching one or two times between Slots and Tables are allowed. I've made a couple of deposits here, never won anything but that's of course not their fault. Just a luck thing. I like the site, the games selection and the promotions they run. But what I don't like that much about this place is there are somehow too much negative experiences from other players on different casino related sites about them. Of course it could be that somehow evil players are especially like CasinoCruise but on the other hand I ask myself why for example does guts not have those negative posts. I could be completely wrong, I don't know, it's just a feeling.

casinocruise stands out on my mailbox. it actively promotes after my euro. and why not? it is a above average casino with many things going on with it. many software providers for instance, good bonuses for those with patience to wager. theres enough attention to detail on their site to make me come back again. havent withdrawn so alien territory for me. thumbs up!!

Really not happy at all! I played $400 here no bonuses taken, lost it all, tried my luck one more time and managed to win back what i lost plust $90 extra, now as you guys can see above where it states that E-wallet withdrawals are instant..well no its not, I was just told that their processing time is 48hours via e-wallets..now i dont know if the rep can count his days or hours but he told me that since its 48hours i wont be able to get my money till next week Tuesday as they do not process withdrawals on the weekends, ok thats fine but if i just withdrew on a Tuesday then it should be in my account by Friday, Something doesnt seem right here.

I have mixed feelings about this casino. I made my first withdrawal several days ago. They asked me for verification. Sure thing. I like it to be safe. But the time i had to wait for the results was about 24 hours. And then they say my withdrawal can take up to 48 hours to process. WHY does it state "within 24 hours" in the review here? I think they are good for the quick support in the chat but the timeframes for a simple withdrawal are far too long for me. Shame...

Awesome place to play, even with small deposits, at least they let you play a while. Majority of places when you deposit small suck it up quickly. One thing I found here is small or large deposit is treated equal. They have been fair with me, even tho I haven't ever won, but at least I am able to lose myself for a while in their games. Also there are many slots that i can play. One thing that i do not like is that i can not play my favorite slot Dead or Alive when i play with bonus. I found about CasinoCruise almost at the time it opened its doors to new players, and after some time and reading some player reviews I decided to play there. I have made a few deposits there and did have some nice playing time, played a dozen of Microgaming and Netent slots which kept me busy for few hours but eventually I wasn't lucky to win enough to withdraw from any of my deposits. Site looks really nice in my opinion, it has a simple look, easy to navigate and some of the casino lobby features that I find very useful like game search bar, game categorized by provider, full screen option, live chat support etc. There are only two things at the moment I can find as a flaws for this place - very rare free spins offer, they do have a friday freebie but you'll get it only if you deposited and played a certain amount of money during previous week, and a lack of WMS slots which I like to play sometimes. At the end it looks as a nice and safe casino and I'll surely play more of my money here. After I manage to win and make a cashout request I'll write about this place more.

The outfit of the casino is a bit annoying ( don't get me started about the anchor!) Tried few deposits, luck was not on my side. They send out alot of promotional emails, and when i tried to go redeem one i could not login into my account anymore. Never bothered to go ask why. I don't know why Latvia is restricted in many casino for these great no deposit free spins. But I registered at casino cruise anyway, because Latvia can get first deposit bonus. Seems like a good site and they give free spins which is always a good thing for new players. Got the bonus up to about £10 but then lost it. Live chat is ok but can take a little while to reply. On the email it took them 4 days to get back which just isnt good enough. Games played fine apart from the odd netent game did take quite a while to load. A plus side is the first deposit bonus has a 40x wagering for just the bonus and not the deposit which is one of the lowest wagering out there

Tried the signup - whew! That is one of the smoothest-running casinos I have EVER seen in my life - including the chat. It's so clear and crisp and seamless in every way. However did they accomplish that - they got the most fastidious website people of all time. The only thing I could suggest is that they choose a prettier font for their logo and headings - it's clear but it is a little bit plain. The spins, the chat operator said, are credited and will be there - i believe it. As well, interesting to note - they've figured out how to get the progressives to run a practise mode. Not bad! If some new Netent Casino arrives,i am always visiting to check their welcome bonus.They dont offer free chip or free spins ,but they have nice welcome bonus of % match and free spins on Starburst slot ,but what i didnt like they were giving the free spins in days X free spins on Starburst.I only deposited here once with euros deposit took the welcome package ,but didnt manage to do anything.They seem like nice casino and safe to play because they have Curacao,which I dont trust that much ,but having and Malta licence ,yes I do,so my opinion they should be trustable casino.

update: after a few emails with the casino. I have fight to become my right. They send me a list of my bets in the slots. But i found that never this bets came from myself 11 Rounds with 16,74 € bet. Thats not possible to bet this , only in 50 Cent steps you can bet. Maybe it was something with the bonus game. Anyway, the casino has not noticed it but I.
