Used to love this place, they have a bunch of games take take fractions of crypto/pennies for spins and win or lose, I could ship them 5 bucks in litecoin and have a decent time. That abruptly changed, probably the worst customer service experience of all time, and there’s plenty of turds on that list. My email complaint to the casino, summarizing the event: Last evening I attempted to deposit approximately $8.10 worth of bitcoin. After 15 confirmed minutes on the blockchain it was still not available in my account. I reached out to your customer 'support'. After essentially wasting my time, I was made aware for the first time ever that apparently there is a deposit minimum here. Most casinos have one, but I have made at least 5-6 deposits of 10 dollars or less, the most recent of which was literally less than 24 hours ago. I have always been credited immediately. Tonight was a different story altogether. This is the first I have been told about the mandatory minimum deposit, which is located on a separate page. (LITERALLY NO MENTION OF A MINIMUM DEPOSIT ON THE DEPOSIT PAGE, ANYWHERE) In addition, none of that information is visible where a player would click to make a deposit. in fact, when one does an Internet search for casino adrenaline the Internet says your minimum deposit is far lower than the webpage. I was provided a link to by the first of two members of your support staff, who were beyond rude. The first basically hung up milliseconds after telling me you're keeping my deposit and not crediting my account. The second didn't even try to find out why I was contacting them before ALSO disconnecting before I even had time to respond, and the third time I tried, the chat window for support was forcibly manipulated to the point I was unable to communicate any further. (I know this seems potentially beyond belief, but I reloaded my webpage several times and even restarted my device. I also took video). If your casino doesnt want any more deposits from me, that's acceptable on my end as well, as I will certainly be making the details of tonight's encounter available to every casino website possible. What I would like is ANY possible explanation as to why customer service would be that rude to a customer and, why, after accepting a five dollar litecoin deposit on January 21, was I told 'sorry we're keeping your money because it was not the mandatory minimum' (by somebody who should never hold a customer service position) 19 hours later? -Eagerly awaiting any response They responded and gave me a $10 chip with a playthrough value that went nowhere, when all I wanted was my $8.10 returned. In addition, they used to brag that there was no KYC needed, but my first attempt at a withdrawal I had to submit every document there that I have ever had to submit anywhere else, and it wasn’t exactly a speedy verification process. I don’t particularly trust them even with a successful cash out, so my advice is beware. The skin of the casino is very similar to that of “LTC casino.io” and some others in the crypto market for whatever that’s worth.

Hate this web page set up, it jumps around win you try to claim bonus or sign up offers, customer service sucked, said I should have claimed bonus before deposit.... I thought I had. He said too bad. I was very di and I actually asked for my account to be deleted. I received email apologies for my experience and said I had a welcome bonus waiting should I choose to log in again. I did and there was no added anything. Bad business, bad customer care. I also had submitted my verification documents and received email saying they don't require this, although it is on the register page, upload was easy unlike clicking on promotions or entering codes. Worst ever experience! Only bad apple I've encountered here at lcb site.

I have to say I have had quite a few large payouts from this Casino and it payout process is super easy and very fast. I do wish that they had better deposit bonuses. Like the first deposit ever you make is pretty good but the rest is the more you play. The lower deposit bonus will be. I love the assortments of games. Customer service is kind of an iffy. I think that they need training to get everyone on board with promotions, etc. One customer service rep will say one thing and the other will say another thing about the same thing and it's just arms up in the air type of situation.

I I really enjoyed playing at this casino! There's a great selection of games and the customer service is fantastic! They also offer a huge variety of bonuses for signing up as well as any future deposits. I really was jamming with these guys for a while. I liked playing there right off the bat. there's a great selection of games,(betsoft, pragmatic, ka gaming, bgaming endorphina and a few others) I have had issues occasionally with the bonuses as the terms and conditions are hard to interpret sometimes. they give the amounts to become eligible for bonuses in USD or Euro, but then the gameplay is in mbtc or your preferred currency really. they've tried to improve this it seems by making you play in Fiat which is made me shy away from it recently as the min bet amounts end up being set too high for me to casually play and enjoy. I also got tired of having to open every single game and figure out the limits. some of my favorite games that end up being 10 to 20 cent spins on other sites are like minimum dollar a push, and then if you peck around you can find Penny blackjack. the slack of consistency and transparency in what you're spending is ultimately what moved me away from playing here a lot. if you do play here I recommend not using bonuses, and trying to play with your main currency as an altcoin such as LTC bch or Doge unless you're willing to have some high back sessions. cash in and out and out is fast and reliable. if I remember it (as it's been a couple of months since I've used them, maybe a year better since kyc with them) the kyc was very light, verified email and phone I don't remember if you needed more than that but I kind of didn't think so although that is a fluid situation with everyone these days, as everyone once your info and gave me anonymously is not something that governments advertisers service providers or casinos seem to want to offer. but enough about privacy... brass tacks here.. can you win on the games? yes do they pay you when you win? yes does it take a month of fighting with support to get paid? no usually within hours. so I dig playing here, but don't like the confusing differences in currency units and bed sizes between different games . do not use deposit bonuses here. and I probably wouldn't attack it at all if you don't have a little bit of ammo to throw at it. it's hard to win here on small deposits. personally if it ain't a c note or more worth of ammo that I'm throwing down, I go elsewhere. in near future I'm going to give them another go here and see if anything is changed since last time I was on a couple months ago. This is a sister site to the monopoly of extreme yea by brango and limitless . They just have more of a game selection. They keep their Currency in MBtc which can be somewhat confusing. Ok, here is one for Adrenaline casino. I love the games and a few chat authors, but here is the deal. They have zero retention bonuses. I mean, I've spent over 20k. I have get 10 spins, after one deposit per day. Nothing gets better. They keep saying marketing is working on new promotions, watch your email. Not one time over five years have they produced anything new. It's basically thanks for the money, deposit more you degenerate. This was my first crypto casino to play at where the games playing crypto... Very confusing. Depositing in the beginning I won some money. I like to play 20 bucks every day... And the play got worse and worse. To the point where I couldn't even get a line hit and my money lasted 5 or 10 minutes. They send too many emails. Including any emails you're not even eligible. Theses guys have been around for a decent littrle while. One of the first casinos i stopped at when i was just getting into gaming. Typical Betsoft, BGaming type casino like many others out there. Last night I played at this casino for the first time!!! And what a nightmare that was. I did cash out some winnings and the cash out was completed within 30 mins. The reason this was a nightmare was the lack of information provided players on ALL the T&C of each promotion. Also making a deposit in this casino is rather confusing. Frist off I only use crypto when playing online casinos. And I have never encountered a problem doing this either. Because in most casinos even when you deposit crypto the deposit shows up in USD once it is credited to your account. ON this site if you deposit using crypto you better know the conversion of the crypto you are using to gamble. Because your balance shows in the cryptocurrency you deposited. And you cannot convert the currency back to USD once you have made that crypto deposit. So the whole time you are playing your balance with in the game comes up with a measurement of crypto So if you want to know how much you are betting with each spin you will have to find a crypto conversion site. I have no idea how much bitcoin would equal 1 US dollar. I won't even go any further with that issue. The second issue I had was because I claimed a bonus that particular bonus blocked me from playing a Betsoft slot game I really like. And the reason given was that I had an outstanding promotion. So in order to play the game I wanted to play I had to cancel the promo. This casino in their "about me" page does state that some promos will block the player from playing while they have an active promo. Well I asked support for a list of these blocked game and they cut me off the chat after again telling me that all bonuses have T&C and I should review them before depositing. It also states that you can get a copy of all the allowed games for that promo. I could not find anything like that on this site. I wanted to like this site and play there but with this lack of information and knowledge it is way too risky. I should add that today I was going to try the casino again only this time I would get these issues resolved before I deposit again. I use Crypto but I don't off the top of my head know the equivalent sums that would equal One USD. So having my balance in USD is very important for me when playing the slot games. And knowing what games I can and can't play because I took a bonus is also very important. Well I did contact support and they were no help at all. I have sent an email to the management with the hope that they will get back to me about these issues and how to resolve them. I also tried the 800 customer service number listed on this site and well I am one of those ignorant single language americans and the message on that phone is in French or something like French. So obviously calling was a waste of time for me. Kind of funny the message on the phone is in a language other than english which this site claims as it's native country!!! So I may never get to give this casino a second chance if the management department is like the support staff, If that's the case they will never answer my email. I know this because last night a support individual I was trying to get help from kept intentionally disconnecting the chat!!! Just plain RUDE!!!!imo

Their sister sites Casino Extreme and Casino Brango have always been good, especially when it comes to those of us who have been there for years. I don't know if they have the same customer service reps at all casinos but these guys at Adrenaline are the worst when it comes to customer service. I got sent an email saying they want me to come back to the site and give it another shot, and trying to persuade me with 30 free spins. But with that being said withdrawals and games are on the better side just like the sister companies but if I don't want to walk away because of all the damn spam I get. I like some of the games on this site. My biggest problem though would be the fact that your balance is shown in btc. It makes it difficult to really know your balance, know what your betting/win. I have yet to cashout so I can not say much in that department. Overall this casino is a lot of fun. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try. I recommend to have a btc conversion table close by.

I like the jist of this casino but they lack in customer support and most definitely in bonuses. I don't think they have ever offered me a bonus other then the match bonus they offer on your first deposit which somehow my bonuses got turned off and I didn't receive and they couldn't offer me any type of bonus to make up for it. The games are OK some are better then others I recommend BOOMING games if you want something other then basic bonuses with just free spins. Ok now support is lacking knowledge of anything you may ask them....as they obviously are not familiar with their own bonuses or promotions offered. I asked where my cashback was one week and he said I wouldn't get it this week because I had to deposit atleast 100$ to get it.....So I sent a screenshot of the last 4 weeks showing me receiving cashback..... Good promotions, crap payment and withdrawal system. 20€ Welcome deposit bonus used and wager over 230€ all documents up and 230€ withdrawal request. id and skrill document approved wait-wait, and it was not approved. The casino send email in the spam section, that for verification id card selfie are needed. Uploaded this selfie and verification was success. Checked and the withdrawal was canceled send me email saying that my withdrawal was canceled due to a technical error. Tried 220€, new withdrawal and canceled 5-10min. Live chat support checked my account and all good not problem with my withdrawal. I dont know why they approved the withdrawal and then say try again later. no, try new withdraw lost this money. I haven't made deposit.. and never will if some miracle doesn't happen. Tried to claim welcome spins from affiliate page when registering and all they could offer for new customer was to insist that I did not click the right link. After I fought with them for long time they apologized the mistake, but they next said another excuse which was that the specific affiliate offer had expired just yesterday and they couldn't credit the no deposit bonus even though at the moment of registering offer was still valid. Not a bad casino, decent selection of games. The minimum deposit amount for bonuses was a bit misleading for me. I deposited ten dollars because it said that that was the mimimum, but then saw that i didnt get my welcome bonus. I asked live chat and there was apparently nothing they could give me as a bit of a consellation. Oh well. Because of that ive been mainly gaming elsewhere but the casino layout itself its good. They seem to be a bit too strict on bonuses.

I really like the name of the casino but that's about it. I signed up here a while back when they had a no deposit registration offer but the free spins were on netent games. I thought customer support would switch the free spins to a different game because the games are restricted for me and most casinos do but they didn't. They also had a facebook promotion where if you like their page then you get 10 free spins but again they wouldn't give me the free spins or switch the game for me. I registered now to try them out it looks like good, however, did not liked some things DOA is excluded of count to WR of a bonus. Welcome bonuses, have some specific slots that are are not allowed to play, however, if player selects them, they are still shown. I double checked my email and havent received any email or correspondence about this. I signed up onto this site from the always awesome LCB site. Used the code and so on. But 1 thing I dislike completely about this casino, is the support. Minimal problem solving and that ridiculous kind generic answer to your questions. Simply, "why did I not receive the free spins?" Reply would be, "oh you will get them on Friday." Well, the thing is... I signed up so awhile ago. Asked for 3 consecutive Fridays. Where are my spins? And the stupid robotic answer they only give on Fridays if you ask the support would be. Signed up 5/9/16 and deposit $20 right away. Asked about the free spins before I started playing. Was told the free spins was attached to NetEnt slot and my country wasn't allowed to play NetEnt. I wasn't happy because nowhere in T&C did it say anything about Denmark was restricted or wasn't allowed to play NetEnt slots. Well that wasn't the worst. Casino Adrenaline is a good solid casino and i have tried it few times. It offers a good variety of slots and has many promotions. I was not able to cashout from it so i do not know how reliable they are but since i see good ratings from people here i guess they are OK. Too bad that some months now i cant connect to the site which is propably to the new gambling regulations of Greece.

A nice casino and I really like the name, nice variety of games available and support is quick and very knowledgable and flag makes the experience better well for me anyway only thing j did not like about this casino and it's the reason I'm yet to deposit there is that before I deposit I insist on validating my account 1st I was given the kyc email and I sent my docs through about 3 times and that was close on a year ago and still waiting for confirmation so all in all its a nice casino but I won't be playing there

I opened my account here few months ago.I registered here just because they have Netent and Microgaming slots.So far i have used all welcome bonuses,but my first deposit there was truly lucky one. I played Immortal Romance slot and the game was loading just great from the beginning.I like their wagering of the welcome bonus,because not much casinos you can find with that low wagering requirements of X 25.I managed to get till 350 euros but i guess wanting for more i lost 150 euros ,so when i had 200 euros left i decided to cashout. I have only used their welcome bonus since i think these guys are same behind fenixcasino, and they have major problems of honesty and withdrawals. Snoopys comment on the other seem to be stating the opposite of that. So maybe i will give them another shot if they send me a great deposit promotion.

Another good casinos with different of slots providers. I had fun playing there. Had some good luck and bad luck but somehow I managed to withdraw some little money. I have to agree with tiger1959 that sometimes or most of the time it takes a while to finish the spins because of the loading time. Good luck to you guys!

Nice low wagering on the boinus which is always good. Good that they have netent and microgaming but not to keen on the other game software providers. Not the quickest in replying to my email but overall it looks like a pretty good casino with a nice layout to find the games. However the netent slots did take a while to load and some of the spins took a while to complete but apart from that its all good

Can't complain. Low wagering welcome bonus, great package overall. Range of many games from different providers. The only thing so far seems to be that they aren't the quickest when it comes to withdrawal. I needed to send in any ID document to proof my adress / verfify my account. They needed at least 4 days to make a withdrawal.
