This casino used to be one of my favourites.Im not sure if it's just South African service that has deteriorated or if it's a general issue but nothings the same.Bad support, less enticing bonuses and and all round general unpleasant time lately...just don't enjoy sessions there anymore.Havent had a withdrawal opportunity so can't comment on that.

Just to get this out of the way, Casino Room doesn’t have any first deposit bonus or any engaging incentive for long-term players. The good part includes partnership with good game providers as well as good deposit and withdrawal processes.

I am highly impressed with this casino as the sign up offer is one of the best I have experienced. Very low wagering terms and customer support is helpful and super efficient. I have to lower my rating from 4.6 because of how dumb support is. Its actually mind blowing how dumb they are. I was trying to deposit and the system was blocking me saying i have too many depositing accounts. Then they tell me to email them and ask for some to be removed. Some what? SOme accounts? What? They couldnt even tell me what im supposed to request.

One of the best casinos in terms of payments and verification. I won $600 and requested a first time cashout and ID verification. I was verified and paid within 5 minutes. Also, the bonus system is great as it's a parachute and if you dip into wager it's a very fair 35x the bonus. Big fan of this casino and will def return and play in the future. I would have gave it 5/5 but they need to add some more providers in order for me to do that. Excellent experience.

I don't like such casinos that have a lot of gaming providers such as CasinoRoom because it is difficult to navigate and play. The download version is not available for the players. Sometimes the casino offers good bonuses via e-mail. But If to be honest I'm not interested in it because it is hard to win there. I asked about the requirements of such bonuses which are complicated. I think it is better to play with no bonus codes.

On one occasion I wanted to make a deposit to this casino but I had certain doubts and asked the live help, after a long wait and a very rough treatment they told me that my country could only deposit with more than $ 50 US dollars, because it is from Mexico , and I saw that in other countries they were asked for a minimum of $ 20, after this rough treatment I decided not to play because I don't know why being a Mexican I never really super but I have that terrible experience.

Casinoroom has a ridiculous 99x wagering requirement for some bonuses, and others are 50x. That is too much. That put aside, they are trustworthy and fair. They offer most of the big brand games and the site is pretty easy to navigate. They send free spin offers quite often but ewallets are not allowed when claiming bonuses.

I received a rough treatment when I signed up supposedly they offered a bonus and free spins which they never gave me and they also asked me for 75 usd to be able to use that bonus in addition to the fact that they hung up the chat I did not like the experience so they asked to close the account

This casino has a pretty good layout and easy navugation. I claimed first deposit bonus of 500%. Deposited 10 got 60 to play with. Was pretty happy when i claimed it. Then i get to know that u can only play certain slots with bonus money. My fault that i didn't check the Wagering requirements 75xbonus. I thought it was worth a try i deposit 100 and i get 100. Played a few slots and then i check wagering and i have progressed 0%. Guess what Wagering only contributes from netent games. I made my first two deposits via entropay and then entropay shut down its service in my region. I keep getting bonus offers and I now want to play with bonus but i cant claim because i cant claim bonus with skrill or neteller and credit cards are not accepted from my region.

They have big wagering bonus terms 75x and had to play only Netent with bonus. I deposited before with Skrill and used first five bonuses and cashout without problem. Last 2 deposits with Skrill they dont give me bonus because ewalet is not good for bonus but they use money, no warning before deposit. Support was rude last time when i write about this bonus so i closed there my account.

I think this casino used to be one of the good ones over a year ago, but lately this casino has turn into one of the casinos with the most ridiculous terms. Not sure why the still exist. - First of all they banned now Neteller and Skrill deposits to claim bonuses. - Their wagering went from x40 to x75 which is sky high. - Only 40 Netent slots are available for you to wager your bonus on. What is the point of other providers if you cannot play them with bonus money? I am really disappointed in this casino with all the new added terms that does not make sense. Casino room has already lost me as a customer, its bad enough set the wager to x75, but now you limit the slots to about 40 netent slots to wager my bonus on? Really?

Casinoroom is a good casino. They have plenty of slots and have very attracting deposit bonuses. Their support is responsive and helpful. The cashout process is kind of slow but it usually is with the banking methods i use so really nothing bad to say there. If you like to play without deposit bonuses then you will have a great time there no problem. The catch is the deposit offers, read the terms!!! They request the player to wager an insane 75x the bonus balance which is seriously abusive and crazy. Still... one day i was streaming and previous bullets were 35x wager and i would just instantly rip so rapidly i came to the point where i only had 50$ left and had not even streamed for 1 hour so i needed a big deposit just for playtime to last long enough to at least have some fun so i decided to forget about the 75x wager and did their first deposit 200% offer 50+100. So i started with 150$ balance and had... yeah... 7500$ to wager lol. But believe it or not i wanted playtime and oh my i had! I ended up streaming for, yeah really, 26 hours in a row lol i probably beat some records on the way on twitch haha. I just hit everything, left and right, would win 200x then lose 150x then win 300x then lose 250x etc. So in the end my 50$ turned out to be a 550$ cash out! So yeah the wager is crazy nonsense but i proved it was doable so it's now up to you to decide if you take the challenge or not :) .

Casino room has a really good welcome package that offers a high percentage bonus for just a small deposit. You also get to choose from a couple different bonus offers. I really like the idea behind their reward system with completing achievements and progressing through planets however I was never rewarded with any type of bonus or free spins. I've also made many deposit here but have never been offered a free bonus and for that reason I've stopped making deposits. Also because I've have had horrible luck at this casino.

The average casino played for me a couple of times there, I liked the bonus for the first deposit, different games, slots, a set of awards, achievements in my personal office just do not know how to use them and whether they can be used at all. There are a couple of minuses for me, there are no bills for Russian electronic wallets, Russian chat support for chat is not always on the net, but at certain times, wager x50 for bonuses for deposit and x75 for free spins, I think it's a little big wager, but generally not a bad casino.

BUT, when i first time withdrewed money, i already had problems with what they wanted from me and it took nearly a week to receive money to neteller. Stellar first impressions but recently, they seem to be going down the same dark path as many great establishments before them. I really like this casino. It is extremely user friendly and and the addition of the the player profile travelling to other planets as you gain XP from achievements is a fun side note. Whatsmore, a number of these achievements come with rewards of free spins. Downside to this, however, is that players only used to the mobile site will be unaware of these rewards being in their account as they are only accessible and redeemable from the 'My Account' section of the desktop site. It is worth noting though that albeit they are redeememed via the desktop site, which is easily done via safari or chrome apps, upon redemption you are taken to the desktop 'flash' version of the selected game to play your spins - which is not supported on mobiles. But simple fix is just to revert to the mobile app and your spins will still be credited. I had a great success rate in my first few days on this site and racked up close to £1000 off of a £15 deposit!! I had to verify my ID before withdrawing but this process was extremely swift and although the guidelines stipulate 4-5 business days for deposit into your bank account, I had my cash within 14 hours! I was playing with a few deposits in the past the nice thing is that I am getting some freebies, even nowadays. I wanted to tell you by this that not many casinos care about Customer to comeback and they cannot even give 1-10 spins because they are so scared of their own income, I meant the managers, global-hosts or whatever they are called in the Company they worked for. The Customer Support employee have to deal with people going crazy and without proper behaviour all together. The half of them is okay but like in the any kind of field, industry there are two different sides of the Coin. I went to far with changing the topic but I just wanted to say they are good, solid casino with creative design. CasinoRoom was a very interesting site for me. I personally liked it very much because of it's easiness , simple layout and easy navigation and sign up process. Site also attracted me by their great bonus missions system when player completes their missions to get additional free spin and cash prizes. Everyone can increase chance to win this way as it doesnt really cost anything at all. Deposits and payouts are easy for me, but for withdrawal they may require documents. I made a couple deposit at this casino. The only thing i love on this casino is that you can get a lot of freespins bonus for only 10 or 20 euro. But for a year ago i made a withdraw of 200 euro. I have waiting a month before i get my money. The live chat told every time that the money is on his way. One live agent told me that they had cashout problems. i had a minor glitch when i first deposited. the free spins were missing and i had to ask for them several times till they believed me. but it got sorted and is thing in the past. now these days it is a adventure themed rollercoaster ride for child like minds looking for something extra for their gaming. it works well enough, the rewards are there but mediocre. the sense of accomplishment is there when going thru missions. so a player will likely get his/hers moneys worth there. i dont play there anymore

And also, they very often give a deposit free spins and occasionally no-deposit spins, too. They have XP points and Missions to complete. Missions are not very easy to complete but, it's Ok and rewarding. This was one of the first casinos I ever made a deposit on (was a no deposit whore till then) and overall a pleasant experience. I liked the casino so was excited to claim the welcoming bonus, BUT I tried to deposit several times, without success. Cleared out cache, tried different amounts, several depositing methods but still nothing. Asked live chat, spoke to Pelle, who really didn't help at all. On that basis alone I won't be playing here. In all the years of playing at online Casinos, I don't think I've come across any live chat operator with such dis-interest to help...not good Casino Room...not good at all!

After seeing such good coments I decided to deposit there because I was impressed with the large number of games I could play. Unfortunatelly for me I took a deposit bonus and this wasn't that good idea. You can play the bonus only with some resticted games, mostly NetEnt but still resticted. Why no-one mentioned this bevore guys? And I cound not load the games which brought me on tilt very fast. Error, error, error, try again later = the message. I tried later, same thing. Error, error. After some minutes I called the support and the guy helped me out but my mood wasn't the best. On tilt I made some bad decisions, got unlucky and lost pretty fast all funds. For the good support I would not rate them too bad but after all not the best experience there. Apparently next time I would not take a deposit bonus, by no means but I plan to deposit again definitely.

I came back to deposit, and was looking forward to playing Netent games again and have found out that Canada cannot play Netent games at Casino Room. What a shock that was. Quite sad actually because I like this Casino, and they do have other software but I like Netent so I tried another Casino and I did find that Casino Luck has Netent for me, so I went over there to deposit. Disappointing because I wanted Netent at Casino Room.

I am a diehard fan of Playtech but I play regularly too at other non-Playtech casinos as well. CasinoRoom has shown nice improvements over the years and payments are now much faster than before. Games selection is awesome, customer support is excellent and navigation is quick and easy. Thumbs up! Not everything is perfect though! I've been stagnant at the topmost level for many months with nowhere higher to go. I finally made two deposit here, and it was a good choice. I have never really been that into Netent Slots, but lately I am very much liking these slots, they are fabulous, I think I never took the time to play them. I had an excellent experience at this Casino. I was offered a sign up bonus, 100% took this and played many games. I was winning some, but never had enough to cash out. I also made another deposit but that did not get me a cash out, but I had a great time trying the games, winning some. I then was given some no deposit free spins on Jack in the Bean Stalk. Casino Room had the best Easter calendar that gave free spins and deposit bonuses when most casinos 'forget' that is Easter. on Christmas they had the same, 30 days mostly of free spins. they are a great casino but one that don't do promotions frequently and is a shame when they have quite harsh wagering on free spins winnings and bonuses too. their level based reward system is the weakest in comparason with Casino Saga, Casumo and Vera & John, taking a lot to achieve a level and the reward is usually very tiny, 0.50, $1 or 5 free spins on a BetonSoft game. this is actually why i interrupted to play here.

I've made my first deposit there recently, managed to wager extra free spins I got for my deposit and requested cash out. I used to play there a lot 1-2 years ago but just stopped because I was really addicted to CasinoRoom. :) I had fun collecting all rewards but you can lose some money fast as well once you try to get some free spins or some coin awards. Casino Room is pretty average NetEnt casino but I still like to play in it. Nice layout on their website and overally the customer support is good and I have no real complains about this casino. Not my favorite one but yeah I play there every now and then. One of my favorite online casino. They have games from 3 or 4 providers including netent and microgaming. I have made some deposits here but only made withdraw when I won from a promo with free spins.They didn't had a max withdraw policy (or I didn't reached it with my 900 pounds winn).I didn't had any problems when I made the withdraw with neteller in a couple off days.I think that it was a problem because I made the withdraw friday and got the money monday. I have been playing here about one year. I found this casino on the poker forum, because they have also a poker client. I used to play freerolls here (i mean I am Europoker.com member ).
