BEWARE!!! Read through the LCB complaint forum for Ritz Slots and just know, they will at first let you withdraw small amounts, but when you win anything higher they will either say you are colluding, have multiple accounts (without showing you the proof) or ghost you entirely. They may or may not refund your deposit after asking for two types of KYC and making you wait for days, even if you did KYC before and they may even shut down your account altogether. When you try to email for more details, they never respond and customer service will say they "haven't heard back" regarding your situation. If they do show proof, it's after you've lodged a complaint and they will "show it" to LCB, but not you, even though you email repeatedly. Ghosting is common, the larger the amount, the more likely you will "violate TOS" or just be ignored and ghosted altogether. The common threads amongst many (including me) is concerning. This casino is a scam and should be blacklisted! They also do not have a license, so good luck! There are no protections in place for players who play here, so play at your own risk.

They are kind, patient and quick (something that a lot of online casinos lack). Today Mia helped me today when I realized I played the wrong games with the cashback, she made sure I got to try again. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but Maddy, Alex and Ben have also been super helpful. Most of the time life goes by with seeking NDB codes & not feedbacking on them. Not really having the time & place rijgt to take afford in writing something in the matter for casino, provider or in LCB’s case, supplier. if you choose to play at this casino lease note that they're very sneaky and us unclear rules to make up reasons not to pay if you win and if you deposit and use a bonus they use the same sneaky tactics to not only not pay you but to also take your deposit and keep it! The bonus rules are very unclear so if you've read them like I did they have little loop holes like the 888bingo888 bingo theme slot game which every other casino even the games maker says in a slot game, they say it's not and violate your bonus and steal your deposit so heads up and be weary of this dishonest site

It's hard to accurately review a casino until you go through the withdrawal process, which I haven't done yet, but I have played there for a little bit and won quite a bit. The only issue I have so far is the selection of games they let you play with the bonuses which is about eight games other than that I do like the site!

I've enjoying this casino and definitely think it's worth checking out. They offer really great bonuses and for signing up and also afterwards if you continue to make deposits. I'm not super impressed with the layout of the casino and do have some trouble navigating at times. The staff has been pretty helpful when they're needed and the payouts are pretty quick. So I started out with the 100$ chip, sign up was pretty simple, but tried to enter a few slots an they were restricted, but the options tab had a pretty easy layout to find all the bonus codes options so I clicked on my chip an found out I was able to play 10 different games, but only got to play 4, took me about an hour an a half or so to go bankrupt, lol started off desert bull, an got up to 150 or so an dropped back down to mid 90s so went on to the best i played here in desert treasure got close to 4bills an the slot went dry an dropped back to like a buck80...hey but it was exciting an fun switched over to strike rich an lost some more without really hitting anything over 6$ which was my bet by the way most this bonus 100$ chip so i sank to roughly 60, an said all in on creepy splash an even though the game killed my bankroll i really loved the creepiness of the game with the sinister hush lil baby lullaby playing throughout the spins, but had a good time just downfall for me was wagering requirement of a 3k playthrough an I wasn't trying to nickle an dime all night to clear it so was betting the 6$ with a couple high 20$ bets thrown in, still had 1673 to go with only 9¢ to do it lol

So after playing on this site for a little while having issues with their servers during gameplay being booted out over and over again during the play I try to stick it out with them and see how it is. And you know I won a little bit lost a little bit and finally I won. I actually won on this site with the play through being around $2400 and wanted to cash out $50 and they said that it was not available because I had a duplicate account. That’s absolutely a lie. I’ve had two or three say the same thing and the only thing I’m doing is clicking the links on this site and it’s taking me to those Places and then they’re saying that but I don’t have duplicate accounts nowhere. Really pisses me off after playing a couple of hours. It’s just way for them to not pay you if you’re so happy to be a first time winner with no deposit. I went in to this casino, not expecting much just blow a little bit of money and get a feel for the layout and then I won 250 bucks and during that I had to talk to a customer support just to clarify rules and such and my God I’ve never experienced such good service or such helpful support as Mia provided. This year number of providers was overwhelming to me, and I cannot wait to go back in and start looking at ones. I’ve never played before reading the terms and conditions. Everything is very easy to understand which I appreciate I haven’t even gotten into the table games and the other options they just seem to be 80,000 different slots that I could choose from and the bonus didn’t specify anything other than slots, which is abnormal in my experience. Mia is a gym and customer service is beyond top-notch. She has been working with me for over an hour trying to figure out my issue with a withdrawal. It’s definitely not on their end. I would give 5 stars,but, they have a weird thing in their system where if you have leftover funds (even under a dollar) and you make a deposit, it becomes mixed funds, and will void any of your winnings. But they did happen to reimburse You have to ask them to wash the funds before depositing, which in my opinion, should be automatic/automated through the site, or separated. But I understand the site is new. This is simply a suggestion to keep your players coming back that aren't as familiar/or new to the crypto gaming world. They do have a great customer support system and the casino is very fair and offers good bonus coupons with a large range of slots. I love playing here and also recommend the site, even with the small issues. Just make sure you read and understand the T&C's. Give them a chance!

This is a great casino in many ways. The instant cashback is better than any other casino and the live agents are superb. I fell in love with this casino early on due to their diverse game offering. Many of their games are fairly unique for US players. However, these games fall into 2 catagories: glitchy and reliable. There is no way to know which is which. I have had three game malfunctions here. To put that into perspective, I have never had a game malfunction at any other online casino. The 1st malfunction was a bonus won that didn't credit to my account. The casino had it resolved in 2 days and I received the winnings. The 2nd was a spin that removed $10 from my balance for a .40 wager. I waited a week for resolution and the casino did credit me because the game provider never responded. Now, I am waiting again for a 3rd malfunction for another win that didn't credit to my account. I took screenshots and it is very clear. However, everything goes to the "tech team," who are unreachable, offer no updates, or ETA for resolution. As great as this casino does some things, they completely fall down on game integrity and reliability. At the end of the day, if you win something, you shouldn't have to fight for it. This casino will be great if they get this issue in hand. Until then, carefully consider scaling down your deposits here.

I did the initial free bonus and was restricted to the crappiest games. Okay, I win enough in free spins to make the playthrough amount be well over $4k. I ended up actually getting through the playthrough and submit a cash out. They come back saying that they find multiple user accounts and list user names I have never, would never use. They say these other three user names have played FROM MY IP ADDRESS. I live alone, way far from any of my family. It’s just me and my dog. No one uses my devices. I literally have my own specific IP address for each of my devices and do not use a VPN. They are simply outright liars! I’m not sure why they would choose me to pick on or what the deal is but I assure anyone thinking of playing there that this casino either straight up just made up a lie in order to not pay me or they confused my account with someone else’s and then didn’t care enough to actually go back and find their mistake when I assured them I did not reside in a dorm, hotel or other such arrangement not had I ever used user names like queenie and queenie457. So far RitzSlots has been an average experience. My documents were verified within a day. There are a few game providers you don't really see at all the rest of the rtg sites. There are quite a few bugs that they need to work out. The layout is a little weird. The games load and play kind of slow. The weirdest thing of all was the RTG games that usually display what the current jackpot is at as your playing didn't show any jackpot, at all. For example, I played cash bandits 2. Normally at the bottom of the reels the display alternates between the major jackpot and the minor. At ritz it just shows the reels, indicating that there is no jackpot involved at all. I have never seen this. Not even on the less reputable sites. I haven't been able to cashout, but I do know that they pay.

I signed up with the no deposit bonus. All that went smoothly. I was also pleasantly surprised to see many different game providers here. First I tried playing an endorphins slot... I just read the report card on this casino. I’ll try again and see if they’ve gotten the bugs worked out on their tech side of the site. I really didn’t get a fair shot at getting to judge by them since the site wouldn’t work properly. The platform needs some work as they have some issues when it comes to adding bonuses but they have a huge selecfion of games from a number of diff game makers. Support staff is quick to respond and helpful. Most importantly ive made something like 7 deposits and Ive won on four of them and I also won max cash out on free spins once for $50. So I have been playing there for the past couple of days got my welcome chip just trying out the games dwindled that down to 0 then made a deposit of Litecoin did very well game play was smooth great variety of games really enjoyed that felt like I was receiving good customer support spoke with them inquired about KYC was told not necessary. I first registered here about a week ago and played with their $100 no-deposit offer. I got a lot of play-thru over a couple days before I lost it. Yesterday I received an e-mail with a coupon code for a 200 percent bonus for a $30 deposit. So I took the bonus and played slots for about an hour last nite. I played again today as I was getting a lot of play-thru on their slots that I was allowed to play ( A few of their slots providers do not allow for USA players ) . Most of my play was on RTG slots. I finally decided to cashout using Litecoin ( same as deposit I made ). To my surprise I received payment of $321 to my crypto wallet in less then 10 minutes!! I would have given them a perfect Score of 5 but I had some issues with the site having me log in every time I switched games and also the wallet not showing how much play-thru that I accomplished. But their Live Support was Excellent in helping!!

This casino has some issues with the server or something. The games took forever to load. When it did it would hang during the spin. So much that I didn’t even want to play my balance anymore.i went back on later and the site was down for mantainance. So I thought that the issue would be resolved once I was able to log back on to the site… Wrong, still the same. So much that increased the bet just to be done with it…

At this moment I am very disappointed. I received the $100 no deposit sign up bonus. I met the wager requirements, requested a withdraw of the qualifying amount stated in the terms. They sent me an email saying i have to make a verification deposit of $10 to be able to redeem the winnings.. so I made that qualifying deposit. 6 hours later I finally decided to contact support regarding my withdrawal I have yet to receive after completing the required deposit. I’ve been super patient with the agents.. They just keep giving me the run around. There saying my deposit is still pending. Mind you, not only on blockchain it shows completed but also through my bank. For some reason it’s still “pending” in there system. No explanation of anything, the agents take a very long time to reply to a simple message or they end up switching agents so I have to re explain myself over and over. It’s frustrating.. only because I did my part and now there not doing there’s.. I don’t EVER have ANY problems using digital currency, it is ALWAYS instant as well and there is no reason why my deposit should be “still pending” considering the fact it’s literally a completed transaction in my bank, as well as blockchain. They can see that I have made the deposit but it apparently just says “pending” and that’s all I get. BUMMMERRR . Still have yet to receive proper support or my withdrawal I won fair and square. I complied with all rights, rules and regulations to the T and still got let down.. hoping to hear from the manager guy Aaron. so very disappointed with this casino, which sucks because there selection of games is decent . I tried the 100 chip, and actually won, won a lot! I was playing through the games randomly just to get through my playthrough and trying the new games. Well, I played a few rounds of keno, they let me play keno and usually casinos pop up and say "game unavailable due to bonus" anyways, I only played a couple rounds and didn't even win anything on keno at all, and continued to skim through the games until my playthrough was done. They rejected my withdrawal because of the keno... Didn't even win anything on keno, hardly even played it. I was just trying out the games at new casino and getting through my play through... Apparently, the hundred dollar chip is slot only but they will allow you to play anything. Casinos like this are shady and the only reason they allow you to play anything is so they can reject your withdrawals for any of the reason as they did mine... after winning, I thought this would be a great new casino but casinos that allow you to play invalid games and turn around and reject your winnings because of it, I feel is shady.... especially when it was obvious that I was just playing all the random games until my playthrough was complete. if you play here, make sure you pay attention to every little rule because it's one of those places that will do anything to reject you winnings.

I just experienced none of what you described here.. what you went through is a tough learning experience that I also had; but don’t fault the casino. You are responsible for being aware of the terms. In your case you were disqualified for playing an entirely different class of game, nothing special about the rules here; anywhere would have voided you in this situation:(

Easy to redeem the $100 sign up bonus. They actually have games I am familiar with from Slotmill and Gamzix, which is nice. Slots seem pretty tight. Quickly ran through the NDP at minimum betting. It’s okay.
