We find no verifiable casino-side violations of the terms and conditions at Pure but the terms are not as user-friendly as we’d like to see. The choice to play anywhere is up to the players and we’ll do our best to roll up our sleeves and dig into everything you need to know about playing here.

However, there are a few complaints out there where the player simply stopped participating in the conversation after complaining about delayed withdrawals, delayed KYC verification, and a cap on payouts. When we visited there was a high-percentage match offer. Wagering was set at 35 times deposit plus bonus (35xd+b) and no max cashout was listed in the first page terms. However, a closer look at general and bonus terms brings up restrictions that should be understood.

4.11. A bonus equal to or greater than 200% that has been claimed with any deposit, will be subject to a max cashout of 10x the deposit amount.

Bonus terms do not otherwise mention any max cashout but players should know that any deposit of $249 or less - regardless of whether a bonus is taken or not - is restricted to 10x deposit withdrawal.

That little bit of extraordinary information should be posted on the virtual entryway, just as it would be at a club in London if low-rollers were not considered real customers. “We’ll let you play if you aren’t well-heeled, but we won’t let you win much”. It’s an offensive term and in conjunction with other silly non-player-friendly terms almost make Pure a CINO (casino in name only) as they’ve strayed so far from the basic gambling contract as to be almost ridiculous.

That said, there appears to be no cashout limit for players depositing $250 or more, with or without a bonus.

But there is more to it than meets the eye. Cashback is not really cash back, it’s more of a “free chip” that will be deducted from your winnings if you get lucky on your second chance. As well, you will only be able to cash out 10x the amount of the cashback. So this would work best for players who deposit less than $250 better than it would for bigger depositors.- all small depositors are entitled in any case to 10x their deposit whether they take a bonus or not.

Comps

While standing in the foyer, the comp program looks pretty good. Here’s what they have to say:

That’s nice, but in the actual terms and conditions, we find something else altogether.
4.8. Free bonuses (Comps, [etc]) have a different wagering requirement than other bonuses and have a fixed withdrawal limit of no more than 100 Credits (100 $,€,£, or 1000 ZAR). Any remaining or extra balance is 'Non-Withdrawable' and is to be cleared from a player's balance. Each player is allowed to withdraw winnings from a free bonus only once during his/her gaming lifetime unless specifically approved by the casino manager.

So they may be “free cash with no wagering requirements” but they also may be capped to winning $100 with comps - according to the T&C.

4.5. All bonuses of 200% or more, cashback insurance of 75% or more will be considered a Special Promotions.

However, “Special” is not defined anywhere else or expanded on in the rules except immediately following where it states:

While not demarcated in the terms as “special” the following term defines those “dangling participles”:

Banking and Customer Service

Here’s where it gets a little weird again. The terms don’t line out any objective measure of “player class” or “participation” but if you aren’t considered a VIP player you can be charged 3% - 6.5% for the processing of Credit Card deposits.

You can and probably will wait up to 15-18 working days after your documents have been approved in order to be paid - even if it is Bitcoin.

Customer service
