Please read the other reviews as I did, but made the mistake of depositing anyway. This was after playing through with the free no deposit chip and actually making through the requirements only to be told it didn't count. Oh well, live and learn right? Cross this off your list as there are better options elsewhere.

I thought I would realy like this casino, until I spent money there. Nt one game but 3 different games kept crashing randomly. I asked support what they were doing about it, and she told me to go pay again, and get a screen shot. I had already pretty much lost $30. No chance was I going to continue. One wager free promotion had 50 $2 games with it, I thought cool, Bought it, and won a whole $16 on 50 spins priced at $2 a spin! Brought it up to the cutomer support, and told her I was not impressed, she replied, well you have to do your playthrough one time on there. WRONG! Doubt I will go back.

This is Vegas used to be a great casino. The bonuses were pretty awesome and the slots were fairly loose. Recently like the other sister sites to this casino though they changed the terms of their bonuses. Without warning you they will give you a max cashout of 10x deposit with every single bonus unless you deposit over $300 I believe it is. To me this is shady and ridiculous!

So I got emails literally daily to log in and claim $10.00 to play. I wasn't expecting to win anything I was just playing. Well I hit and won $501.00 dollars and went to withdraw only $100.00 since the playthrough was $350.00 and then bonus deductions the calculation deemed right at $100.00. Instantly I was told I had only played bonus claims so the winnings would be voided by management, not even a deposit would let me withdraw. Now I would be cool with that IF that was specifically stated in the terms. It was not. And live chat agent was short and rude. I'm a bit of a "Casino Whore" I do not just play bonuses, I deposit regularly and randomly at different casinos so I'm not expecting ANYTHING free UNLESS i actually hit and was under the impression I followed all terms and conditions... All bad reviews need to be changed. All of what happened at this is vegas is solely my fault. I do not have time to get onto the details right now, but a huge part is the fact that I'm ignorant to crypto currency and the confusion that is crypto plaid a huge part to my ideal. I'm only posting my most recent update b otherwise my review would be much much longer, this goes back to August 12th originally, but in regards 2 my current withdraws I requested them one after the other on Oct.9th and 10th. Today is the 22nd.. Update: well my withdraw says completed, but I NEVER GOT MY BITCOIN. SO HOW IS THIS COMPLETED!!jQuery34105344354088104899_1666433788057! I have spoken 2 live chat since this occurred on Tuesday, every day since then I've spoken 2 them as well as emailing support so they can address this and fix this immediately.. TO NO AVAIL. I would recommend players avoid this casino site. The do not honor their promotions and will not payout what is owed to you. Here is what happened to me. I deposited using a promo. Since I deposited I qualified for the 5 daily spins for a year. Wich is advertised as win up to $18,250 a year. Well within about a week I managed to grind the winnings off of those 5 spins thru the playthru. I was able to do this 3 times. So I had 3 different cashouts for $50. After about 7 days I sent them a message after my daily spins dissappeared. Mind you I still havent been paid. The reply I received was that promos were halted while a payout is in the process. Now if you request a payout then you dont get your spins. So how do you make $18,250 in a year if you ask for your winnings? Also in their terms it states that winnings left in your account for 30 will be lost. Ok so you cant cash out you cant keep your winnings in there until the year is up. Now I finally got my first payout after 10-14 days or so. A few days later I checked and my other 2 was cancelled. I asked why and they said I made a mistake on my BTC address. “Copied it straight off of Coinbase.” So as you see they never intended to honor the promo that they advertise. It is my opinion that this site will make up a reason to not pay whats owed to you. Go to another site. This one is a waste of money.

I really liked this casino as well as its affiliates. I made one or two small deposits a made 1 large withdraw. It took a couple weeks to receive but that is pretty much the norm. There are several casinos just like this one where I am not allowed bonuses anymore because I have withdrew more than I have deposited. I'm pretty much to the point I wont deposit if they dont have rival games. There are a couple other softwares I like but they are not very common gaming software in us. RTG and betsoft do not touch rival in my opinion which they are the other most common gaming software at us casinos.

This is Vegas, is a beautiful RIVAL casino and has almost all the same games as other casinos in the Group. Because of the huge ndp on offer at Thisvegas Casino, I registered and downloaded to play. I am so impressed with how this casino is run. As offered here on LCB - I claimed the ndb and my account was credited in seconds! I play at a number of Rival casinos and every now and then I end up having to 'beg' or fight for my account to be credited with the ndb on offer. These rival casinos look very good, polished and high quality but with so many rogue operators running this platform it makes me very nervous about trusting any of them on the whole. This is definitely not helped ny their centralised support system, when trying to claim a bonus I found here at LCB I was told I could not claim it first because of my country (UK), then because of something to do with another unrelated Rival casino, I have no idea what the real story was but my impression is that these casinos care little for privacy regulations and will share any data you give them with all other rival casinos including any new ones which may appear in the future - basically, sign up here and you are giving them a blank cheque to do what they like with your data. In fairness, most of the above can be said about all of the other Rival casinos too which is a great shame because the software deserves to do well and there are some nice slot games available, but if you really want to play those Rival games I recommend Slots Capital or Tropezia Palace instead.

I signed up for the $125 bonus on Jan 24. I received the $25. Today I Live Chatted with them to receive the other $100 since the 30 days are up. They said that, that bonus is not offered anymore. I told them that LCB is still advertising it. They told me to contact you and tell you about this situation. I said in my responses that if customer support says you signed up with another affiliate then it is probably true. I already checked the last 2 accounts mentioned and they were signed up with another affiliate. Eskimobabee, I thought back and since I started to test casino\'s by only depositing once. This might be true. I ended up with two accounts at the site. However, I did want to deposit and take full advantage of the 2000% and one of my accounts were deleted melinda6 they still refused to give me the bonus. I just dont like the hassle in attempting to get this bonus. I can find another casino that can give me quicker service and less hassle.

What is your username? I can look into this for you but if customer support says you didn\'t signup from LCB it is probably true. Sometimes we get this problem from people who have multiple accounts but I cannot tell what the problem is unless I see your account myself

I am not satisfied with this Casino. I received my no deposit bonus and decided to go ahead and deposit to try the Exclusive 2000% deposit and when I got a hold of live help for assistance they declined and stated that I did not get my account from LCB. If I have to work this hard for a Casino it is not worth the time to deposit.

Not possible. I\'ve tried several times. They keep indicating I need to contact this web site. I tried to request casino manager to no avail. Can\'t you post on your review site how HARD it is to get these promotions! I\'m trying to find a good place to gamble, but all the info i get is how hard it is to get your money....Now I know it\'s true.
