DaVinci’s Gold never pays on time, keeps changing withdrawal rules without notice, and ignores customers once they have your money. Won a couple grand a few times at DaVinci’s Gold… was told VIP meant faster payouts. Instead I got new limits slapped on only allowing $100-$1000 at a time upon winning- and zero replies for days while waiting over 2 weeks for each withdrawal. They take your money fast, but paying you back takes months and they change the rules daily.

I am updating a prior review done on Davincis Gold, as looking at these reviews and comments, I might have to give the casino another shot. When I played here regularly about two years ago, it was a horrible casino. Mainly because of some of the cashout restrictions hidden in the bonus terms and conditions. If every single match bonus a casino offers is limited to a max cashout, especially if it’s no higher than 50x your deposit, I would never play there. On land based casinos do they ever restrict how much your able to cashout off your winnings NO! And neither should ANY online casino!!

Customer support was nice, but intentionally leaving something out of your system code like rejecting a bonus that would be invalid anyway is misleading. A good casinos program would automatically reject invalid bonuses.

DaVincis gold does not deserve to have nearly such a high rating as it does. This casino may have been a bit better in the past but they have gone waaaay down hill. Even if you have not attached a bonus to your deposit they will cap your winnings at 10x your deposit. How crazy is this? Terrible

Long story short- Made a BCH deposit and was never credited. Transaction was confirmed on the blockchain within minutes of deposit . Contacted live chat after waiting an hour and gave the transaction hash & deposit details. Stood by for 20 min while agent "checked" ... no response. I couldtnt keep standing by but indicated I'd check back ASAP. I figured issue would be resolved within minutes since I gave them the transaction info . I just asked to be credited once they figured it out. 2 hours later- checked back with live chat , same message thread. Asked for an update since the account still was not credited. The response was that I would have to submit a withdrawal request, followed by I would need to have a $25 deposit to initiate the request. ???? Made no sense. Was never credited, never played, There was nothing to withdraw. But even more shady is that $20 is the minimum deposit, I made the deposit for >$22 (the amount displayed at the cashier when submitting) When I expressed confusion, the agents response was to refer to the previous message. ????? What previous message? Exactly. Anyway the whole situation just kept getting more shady in my opinion. Needless to say, the agent never responded after that and I was never credited the deposit or refunded. At this point I definitely don't want to have anything to do with Davincis Gold, but I would expect my deposit to be refunded ... any help would be great

I really enjoyed playing here. I redeemed the bonus very easily and was actually able to play for a good bit off of the winnings. I have not deposited (so of course not made any withdrawals either) and am hesitant but only because of the reviews I have read for this casino. I had to change my rating from awesome, to terrible. I have had the absolute WORST customer support from any gaming site, I've ever used, I have the screenshots to show how disrespectful and rude the staff is at DaVinci"s Gold. Not only did they tell me to "stop being annoying", I had 4 different rep agents tell me different things regarding a payout. I was already verified, and it has been past the window of my payout.. & I still have been getting the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having a rep tell me "we will hopefully pay you out, this isnt a scam" deters me from ever playing there again.

@darthum - The Casino Representative says that your withdrawal was requested on Feb. 9th but you have not sent verification documents. Your account needs to be fully verified first. The Casino Representative says they need players to verify each account they make at their sites. Verification on another site is not valid on a sister site.

I finally was able to cash out here. Withdrew a little shy of $200 but this was my 3rd deposit of between $25 n $30. I am a big fan of this and it's sister casinos. I have now been paid out by all 4 casinos. 2 of the 4 I can't even claim bonuses anymore from winning too much. Only complaint would be it's going to take 7-10 days to receive funds no matter what it seems. However I am not really bothered by this myself too much. As long as they pay I'm in no rush.

Site is in desperate need for an upgrade in modernization of everything from games to graphics to everything. It just doesn't feel like a casino oh, and when you couple in the sluggish feel of the site as a whole and the outdated feel of the games, it just doesn't make you feel like you're having fun. I feel the casino platform needs a little more simplicity and organizing. I found it hard to understand the icons, closing a game to return to home, and the games were not new. When I contacted customer service to explain the terms of playing other games after the free spins were played, I felt like a bother, and did not receive a direct answer. Only told to read the terms, which was very vague.

I signed up,That was quick and easy.I went to the cashier and claimed the coupon and choose my game to play which was jumping jaguar.I set my bet to 40cents a spin.I than had 2 spins and looked at my balance as I was doing the third spin and watched it take 80 cents off my balance for one spin.I was on $20 after three 40cent spin.I continued keeping an eye on the balance as I played and it did it 2 more times.I went to chat to explain what happened but no chat was available.also the game barely payed out and even had free spins and didn't win a cent.maybe just bad luck but every other casino I play this game at has payed out well every time on free spins for this game. Im not too sure about this casino just yet but so far-no good in my opinion

I do not know how now, but before that it was an excellent casino. I played it with a bonus without a deposit of 20 euros and successfully withdrew 200 euros to my account in the Skrill. I did not like too much time checking documents and a long withdrawal of winnigs. The software is only Rival, there are many interesting games that I like.

Oh, I think that this casino was closed, or had quite many complaints regarding withdrawals. I registered in this casino long time ago, and stopped playing here after loosing a few of small deposits. They used to run a weekly promotion (probably on Wednesday) which give $10000 balance for $25 deposit and for the next 2 hours, if player reach the $100,000 then the players can withdraw the $100,000. I participated in this promotion hoping for it to happen to me naively. But, the highest balance was only up to 50,000~60,000 one time. They didn't have the Live Support at the beginning. But, the email response was not that slow. But, anyway, I saw many bad comments regarding the payment, so I completely stopped playing. Be a little cautious. Good Luck.

Again a rival casino with massive no deposit welcome bonus of 650€, ofcourse verx hard to make wagering, and if you make it, you can only cashout the max. allowed money, but you can play this bonus if you want to play much rival slots for free and with a little chance to win 100€ max cashout ^^, but read the terms and conditions for this bonus carefully, they have much terms. I played it and made autoplay and after 3 hours i lose the bonus lol :D ofcourse i played with max. stakes. I didnt deposit on this casino , i think i wouldnt have luck with my deposit and also i would take the bonus and had big wagering to do. Support is ok, with livechat and email. A truly massive no deposit bonus to start one off on the casino and without a doubt one big enough for the player to try out Pritty much every game that the casino has within its library, not being a fan of if rival gaming and it's games I still pop into this casino occasionally to have a couple if spins, never manages to do a withdrawal here though and have never made more than one deposit becouse the pending time on withdrawals is painstakingly too long and if you like me 9 times out 10 I play back the funds, if they star processing and paying out quicker I'll defenitly be playing here a little more often

Name of this casino attract me to open account here and the fact that they offered no deposit bonus. So I didn't have anything to lose and I opened account. This is standard rival casino with nice video slots but casino in general is not good. They are very slow when it comes to withdrawal and minimum withdrawal is 50 euros. Customer support is also slow and they are not helpful in most of times.

I tried it and lost it :) the games are not that appealing but other then that it seems pretty ok casino but i dont like that you can only withdraw 44$ you get 22$ and you have to wager it more then 50x times ... but ok makes it a bit harder but not impossible .. i would recommend trying it but i personally would not deposit my money here

DaVinci's Gold is fine Rival casino. I've played there some no deposit bonuses, and even cashed out from one of them. Also had deposited some times, and sometimes won, sometime lost the money :) But never had problem with withdrawing.

I admit, I was expecting to see a Da Vinci themed casino, all together with the Vitruvian man logo, but this one looks more modern and well, not really sure what is the connection to Da Vinci.
