I used a free chip from Cocoa Casino last Saturday. It was 10.00. I hadn't made a deposit in-between the use of this free chip and the free chip of the week before. My winnings were just $100 then. I contacted a representative through chat. She told me the winnings were not withdrawable since I hadn't made a deposit in-between. So I asked if I did make the deposit and claim the no max bonus she offered that I'd be able to keep what I won. My winnings now are $1500.00. I log on just now to make the deposit, complete the playthrough amount and to collect my winnings. Phillip, the awfully rude representative blatantly told me in exact words that I won't be withdrawing any winnings and that that was what I was told in the last chat. That was NOT what I was told in the last chat. But he was eager to make me deposit anyway! Then he makes up this long drawn out illegitimate excuse on top of his other reasons why my winnings cannot be withdrawn. When I know 100% what the prior representative told me with the bonus and having no max. This isn't right!! Is there some kind of law against this? I took pictures of the entire chat!

I will give this casino credit for offering a unique service and that is the ability to increase play time. This is a cool feature and unique in my experience to their platform. I have unfairly compared them to their 3 sister casinos... I find that I always end up winning here. I have the five free spins at all four casinos. However I never end up doing very well at the other three. They gave 200 free spins at 1 cent on each of the three lines. I wound up with about 6 dollars that I could then only play on that same game. I've had this happen to me a couple times but the casino will advertise somewhere and no deposit bonus or a sign up bonus but after I sign up there's no promotion to be found and in live chat they don't offer me a promotion either, they just say that it's expired or invalid.. I think that every time they false advertise like that you should be allowed to immediately delete your own account and write a quick review about what they did to you to keep other people from making the same mistake. Got to be real careful this is actually happened to me quite a few times.

Yes they pay, slowly, but the worst and most selfish thing I have seen is when after I managed to beat a playthrough and win a cashout, the 5 spins for a year stopped and no more bonuses were allowed and I was told my 5 spins that were part of my first deposit months earlier were only there if I have lost more money than I have won......it's 5 spins u greedy @#$%&!!!!!

Yeah I have to say my time with the 40 spins went by really quick it was really laggy and and just had issues with the interface not the first casino but it was probably the most severe i experienced so far. It would lag through the complete spin if not more than one. Nice name of casino, i love cocoa and chocolate:) But others things here looks not so good. Promotions are different and very huge. But for such a huge bonsues there are very huge wagering requirements as well. But i understand and accept it. For 5000% bonus for deposit we cant expect normal requirements. So 99 d+b is normal. But for 100% bonus they have usual requirements so everyone can decide to take usual bonus or unusual and to try go for big win:) I have made here one deposit only and without bonus. But didnt have luck. And i prefer some other rival casinos more so they cant expect me to comeback:)

A truly massive no deposit bonus available here at LCB, when I registered an account here some time ago I only received a 20$ no deposit bonus, either way it's another rival casino and personally I would only play at these casinos frequently if I was limited due to country restrictions or if complete boredom took over me and I had absolutely nothing to do, this is normally how I end up playing st casino like this and is the exact way I came across this casino, I have not done w real cash deposit and only played the no deposit bonus but the story experience I had here was strangely pleasent , support were friendly and my mailbox doesn't recieve spam from them either which is rare amongst the rival casinos so this one goes into my preferred rival casino list

Okay, I don't like this casino very much but I gave them great grade. That is because I won some money there. I deposited something like 40$ and withdrawed about 90$. Casino is average one, maybe even below it. Software is solid but nothing more than that. You have to wait about a week to withdraw money to Skril and minimal withdrawal is big 50$. I had luck there but wouldn't recommend it. There are much better options avalible.

Seems almost identical to Paradise 8 - nice design, huge rollover requirements and relatively big no deposit bonus. I'm disappointed in this casino.They offerd a no deposit bonus and when I played through I try to withraw and they said that my country is restricted.I read the restricted countries on the forum and Serbia is not in it.

I am a fan of Rival software casinos. So I choose this casino to get my ND bonus. It's pretty the same like Paradise 8 casino, also huge WR. try my best, but no luck.

Cocoa casino is based on Rival software and I have to say it's not one of my favorites.But I think that some of their bonuses are prety good.Played at cocoa casino probably three or four times because the games and variety of them was a bit boring. What is different about Rival casinos is their i-slots which offer something different to just your ordinary slot game.

I decided to join because of their no dep bonus, started with table games then I had some luck at atomic age game, american rulette, cleopatra, Diamond Temple and black jack. Sadly they don't have too nice return to the players in comparision with another casinos. Also I tried downloaded version but it worked slowly on my machine. Thats my experience with Cocoa casino.

This is one of few rival casinos on which you can play. even if I don't like rival software ad every casino who is powered by rivalI try to avoid this is cool :) you can find few slots on which you can get some fun like diamond temple or future fortunes becouse their great bonus round and free spins and with great deposit and no deposit bonus here you can make some money.

This is the first Rival casino I ever cashed out from, so it gets a slight rating bump for that fact alone. After playing the LCB welcome no deposit bonus without luck a few years back, I deposited $50 for an exclusive 1000% offer and met the WR, withdrawing the maximum $500 winnings (plus initial deposit). However, I was promo banned soon after and so have no reason to return.

Have a really mix feelings (and experience) about this casino. Let me start with the site, that looks decent, but really nothing to write home about, sort of a generic casino design (although it doesn't look out of date). You can choose between a few different currencies and interface languages, so you will find an international community. As always, it is wise to check the country restrictions, but also if there are some restrictions for the bonuses (for example, at the moment , players from China, Poland and Denmark are not eligible for No Deposit Bonus). On to the No Deposit Bonus, well, you get a large €550 NDB, a €99 max cash out, and a 100x WR that is just next to impossible to beat. Well, for me at least, not even close, and I had a feeling that they just run it too tight. The same goes for other bonuses, they seem really high, but you get high WR's that are extremely hard to get by.

Well, cocoa casino is a great casino I tried it and for over three years but the first time I played there was for a bonus of LCB was offering us think it was $ 25 or $ 50 for any machine because I encouraged to try and I was fine with the bond reaches the $ 300 but I still had a long way to release the entire bonus but I liked the casino is very fun to play in cocoa as it provides a very fast sotfware and video poker machines can be bent much as you want something that is excellent for an ambitious player like me the casino also offers a variety of video poker machines games and card games my favorite is multihand blackjack but also play some video games that most caught my attention was Pandaemonium an excellent game that kept me stuck playing at the casino for a long time so much so that I lost but quickly enter the bonus $ 50 to get the deposit bonus and continue the fun in my opinion the casino is a good place to play a little payments slow but at least they do not meet other casinos but if it is a good place to have a good time but not to engage in the casino because as all our money just looking for but still can say it is a nice way of losing decorated. retired my experince was good although a bit slow and to request reimbursement for $ 100 but it took more than a week confirmed the withdrawal and return my balance and that I did not bank withdrawal through because if I had done so the reimbursement would have taken more than two weeks to be confirmed. but even so the payment was made so I felt good and I felt cheated as in other casinos. Still recommend it but as I said before just for fun with small deposits of $ 25 or $ 50 and try some luck who knows maybe be our day and we can win in a casino nice and comfortable if a little slow on payments

@Brenda22 if you didn't have it at once in cashier ( when you signed up and went to cashier for the very first time ) I am affraid you wont find the second part of the bonus , it's only one time sign up bonus with 70 or 80 wagering requriements sorry to hear that but it looks like it was only this what you got for the first time

The normal wagering on the bonus(50+60) is 80x, but it is subject to a 10x multiplier for the following countries due to past abuse from player in those countries. The countries that are subject to the multiplier are; Costa Rica, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Sweden and the Ukraine. This is probably the reason that you see a different wagering requirement from the normal 80x. If you are not from one of those countries, please provide me with your login at Cocoa and I look into it further for you. This casino is worst casino ever I had in cashier 2 x no deposit bonus ,i use 1.st did not get any and when i use 2nd I succes wager bonus I put deposit send docs for verification ask withdraw ,and after 10 days they reply me that they will not pay me off because I use two no deposit bonuis without deposit beetwen. bUT IN THERMS OF COUPON THAT DO NOT WRITE
