I’d give it the Applebees places of fine dining. You can go anywhere and experience the same thing. I believe they use the same chat reps as you’ve already experienced elsewhere. So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. I was approved fairly quickly, around 48 hours from documents sent to approval to withdraw. Pretty painless really. I had my money to my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours. All is well right? No. I was going to turn around and deposit some of my winnings back in. There are a couple of weekly coupons I really liked and used almost every week, so I was headed back to the coupons page and nothing. Not one coupon or promotion code. I thought, that's weird so I logged out and back in. Still nothing. Again, I thought that was weird but I got sidetracked with my normal everyday life and didn't get back in the casino for a few days. So I log in and again, nothing. I reached out to customer support and the only thing they could tell me is there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked why? Again, all I was told there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked if they could tell me when there would be any available. Again, there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. So, I came to decide, since I knew I had a page full of coupon codes up until I received my withdrawal, that since I have made a successful withdrawal I can no longer claim any coupon codes. This has happened to me in one other online casino but it was quite some time ago and I actually had forgotten about it. Anyway, when I asked the support rep why this is, again there are no coupons available for my account right now. So I will no longer play here at Slotastic. It sucks cause I honestly loved this casino, it's games and bonuses. But I do not like the way they treat their loyal, depositing customers. Coupon codes are a great way to play with a small amount and have a better chance to win something and if by a slim chance I make it through the sometimes very large playthrough, you take away all the perks i had before I withdrew? That's dirty business to me and I won't spend one more time here. So if you ever what to withdraw and keep playing here with coupons, I absolutely cannot recommend Slotastic. They won't answer questions and refuse to reward loyal depositing customers.

This casino is on my list of liked casinos so far since I have started playing here, which hasn't been long because I am fairly new to the world of online gaming and casinos. had a promo sent to my casino inbox 300% boost to play ALL SLOTS. i made a deposit and noticed that the usual real series video slots locked. I reached out to chat support who 1st said they were included, then didnt, then i was forced signed out and when i signed back in the promo was gone from my casino inbox. i already had a screenshot of it. they still refuse to honor it and what me to playthrough. after about an hour of going back and forth with live chat I had my account closed upon return of my deposit. I received the confirmation of account closure but was told it would take 3 days to process my refund. its now been almost a month and I reached out to the support forum here on LCB and Slotastic is again changing what they initially agreed to and now saying they are refusing my refund. This is one of my favorite RTG casinos. The verification process was a bit slow going but once I was verified everything was smooth sailing from there on. There customer service is very fast and very friendly and has a 24/7 online chat feature. I have not ever had a negative experience with any of their customer service representatives quite the opposite actually. If you are familiar with rtg software there will be no surprises in that department. Their bonuses are not the best if you are looking for large % with decent 25-30 wr as I do. That being said I have had some luck here, and had no issues with my payout. They were not real fast, but it was within the time given in their t&c page. Which payout process is the main factor when choosing where to play in my opinion.

These guys have been pretty shady. The verification and withdrawal process was as with any rtg. . . 3 weeks to finally get a payout. oof. I won on a tournament and they did pay out the winnings, but now they've disabled tournaments. After depositing again i asked customer service if they could reactivate them and they gave me the run around saying i dont have any balance. Well in the 30 minutes i waited in the customer service chat i played it, now i dont think ill deposit again because cuastomer service is horrible and very rude.

Not a very good site imo. It gets cold out of the blue and your only chance is to come back later. Plus I see a lot of never get 3 scatters or get to bonus and now suddenly never a wild or miss everything in the bonus round. I can't say they cheating but I wont deposit here again as that money is ad good as gone. And I cashed once or twice and they took my bonuses away. Except for a couple that you dont want because they are terrible like 40x wr for 30 freespins. But the playthrough includes deposit. So if I win $3 in freespins on a $25 deposit I have to wager $28×40= WTF

It was not horrible and it was not the best. The games are pretty standard compared to other online usa casinos, the bonus was smaller than most of comparable sites and the playthrough is a tid bit higher. In any case I was glad to get a free bonus and check out a new site, not sure I would deposit there though.

I really wished I would have found them, and deposited, a long, long time ago. I've always had a good feeling about these guys, but just had too many irons in the fire to deposit at 1 more RTG casino. But, a couple months back, I took a chance, and while I had zero cash-out luck with them everytime, I still came close. I admire their transparent bonuses, timely customer service, and seemingly fair gameplay. Then, just a few days ago, the real test. I took a deposit bonus of $25 + 100 spins (no max c/o), and ran that up to $250. Request a withdrawal. I believe this is the sister site of Grande Vegas. This is a very reputable place to play. I have done wonderfully here a few times. Their customer service is exceptional in my opinion and their payouts are within reason. With all of the bonus one can use at any or most of the RTG casinos, it's good to keep in mind that your balance, once you've met the playthrough requirement, with drop off instantly to reflect that you have indeed met the playthrough. So keep an eye on the playthrough as your playing. As well as your balance especially if your placing higher than normal bets.

Simply put, this is an RTG Casino. So, if you've seen 1, you've seen them all. Where Slotastic differs, tho, is in the gameplay. I have been a fan of Slotastic since my NDB a couple of months ago.
If you've seen any of my past posts regarding RTG Casino's, you'll see that I question gameplay, promotions, etc. quite a bit. I've always considered the top-tier RTG Casino's to have an impeccable financial track record, so win or lose, at least you know you're doing business w/a financially stable entity.
But, I'v hated my luck at damn near all of 'em. So, it's a Catch-22. Then, I started playing at Slotastic. The 1 thing for me that seperates this casino from others of the like, is that there is not, or at least, has not been in a steady 2 - 3 month diet of Slotastic, those long lull's of nothingness and losses, as well as the seemingly long-runs of bad beats (I once lost 11 straight blackjack hands @ Intertops Red.....that's damn near impossible to do playing w/a RNG) just don't happen. Hasn't happened. Any experienced player @ these RTG Casino's will tell you that RTG's are famous for that.
Long-runs of losses, slot spins equaling nothing for an extended period of time, black (or red) hitting on a roulette will 17 straight times, etc. BUT, these same experience players will also tell you that when you hit, or get on a roll @ an RTG Casino, you can run that up to a staggering dollar amount (I went from $18 to $202 on $0.60 spins once playing Cai Hong.....in less than 50 spins). It seems to be really good for a moderate amount of time, or really bad for an extended amount of time.
Well, I know my sample-size is small, but I'm a player, and not a casual one, so I've got some hours in there, and Slotastic has yet to show me those long stretches of bad spins, nothingness, bad beats, etc. You couple that with, as I said, an impeccable financial history, and you've got an amazing RTG brand in Slotastic. Well deserving of a 5 our of 5 in my eyes.

Their website is improved last time I visited them. Back then it was ugly and very unattractive if I may be honest. Slotastic is not my favorite casino and I signed up there because they were offering $20 no deposit bonus. I had a fun time of 30 minutes with that bonus money. I made a small deposit and claimed their welcome offer but with no luck. Nice range of games but unfortunately they all from RTG and if you don't like RTG games, I wouldn't recommend this casino. Wagering on bonuses are too high if you ask me.

This site is very annoying. I mean they constantly spam my emails with offers, sometime no deposit. I tried a no deposit once and won big little i knew when i tried to cash out that in fact you have to beat the wager and only cash out a little but in fact you cannot cash out because you have to deposit and on top the money you won and wager becomes bonus that you have to wager again!?! Hello, my experience in this casino is positive. I made deposit of $5 and redeem $25 bonus on top. I played before here with no deposit bonus with no luck. This time I won on single spin of 0.25 cents about $236 on Lucky Last slot and continued playing on Mermaid Queen slot and wagered it very easy. I was playing at this casino some . then they stopped letting me receive any free codes . Said I already claimed them. I went to support and they said that someone on my i.p address had . I said yes my boyfriend plays here also. They said it was not allowed .( we are both good depositors all of our paperwork was in) They had no problem taking our credit card time and time again but it seems they were unable to know what acct was whos???I was upset that the live help was so matter of fact about it and said there was nothing that could be done. no multiple accts. i like this casino, you can play rtg games and not deposit a lot of money but even 5 or 10 euros and you can choice between many different ways of payment... customer service slow and unfriendly, but the real problem is that you have to wait even 5 or 6 days each time you want to cashout. An other problem is that oftern they send you codes but you can't never redeem them.

After reviewing Slotastic casino again I decided to make a deposit and really wanted to play here. So I contacted the Live chat to ask what do I need to send for verification of my account and some other questions. Unfortunately they told me that I can't play here, and gave me absolutely no reason !! :( They also said thet this is the decicion of the managers and its final. Slotastic Casino is affiliate with Jackpot Capital, so there is no problem in payment. Once I win some small winnings from their tournament. And I played with some small deposits too, but, I lost all. I felt that the games paid out very very tight, and some of my friends feel about Slotastic in the same way. And, the bonuses are not as good as those of Jackpot Capital, either. Maybe this is only for me :) The free bonuses are attached with the wagering requirement of 60x bonus. This is too high. I have only played at Slotastic casino with the LCB no deposit bonus but i was not lucky to win something. I do not like that they do not have no flash version of the casino but you have to download it and istall their casino. I guess this is a decent RTG casino since i have not seen the usual complaints I see for many RTG casinos from the other players reviews.

Above reading some of the reviews almost made me not consider even playing here.But as always I need to try things out for myself. This used to be a really good place to play with lots of perks for all players depositor or not. This casino was at one point in my top 5 for us usa players but is no longer seen as 100% honest. I feel they are now using delay tactics (errors in my last withdraw transaction...this causing me to obtain signifigant time and gas money losses in attempt to collect a transfer I would not recieve until their error was/is corrected. theyve even removed me from vip after winning this very transfer. So sad.

This casino use to be one of my favorites, my deposits would give me a lot of playtime here. Their customer service is great and the free chips they use to give out was even better. This past year things have changed in this casino as far as benefits for the loyal depositing customer which is unsettling. Slotastic is part of the the Jackpot Capital group and in my opinion they do not get the credit they deserve. The offer a weekly bonus, hump day bonuses and send out regular emails and snail mails with deposit bonuses and sometimes a freebie. I receive freebies every couple of months and I really appreciate those and think its great customer service to keep your customers loyal. They always give a holiday bonus and great birthday chips. I have never received less than 50.00 which is a wonderful freebie for a birthday present! They are a regular RTG without anything special but RTG is a good platform. There games are pretty loose in my opinion and you can play for long periods of time instead of putting in money constantly. They have a variety of deposit and withdrawl options and you can deposit as little as 5.00 using Paste and Pay. This is very important to me because sometimes you just want to deposit a small amount and try your luck. The one problem I have is that the minimum amount for credit cards is 45.00. I think this is way to high and I am sure they are trying to cover costs, but they are one of the only groups that have the minimum deposit set so high. On the good side, they have comp points that accrue very quickly (1 for every 10.00 you spend but it seems quicker than that). There customer service is great and I have called them twice due to software issues and each time they rep was very helpful, conversational and fixed the problem that I was having. I am not a big fan of the layout and loading the slots seems to take longer than usual here. It is very bright with lots of yellows and oranges which at times is a little much and gawdy. Overall I really like slotastic and always look forward to my freebies and depositing here for a good time.

There was a bit too much yellow for me when it came to the layout here. They just could have done so much more with it and they took the easy way out by splashing the site with a couple of bold colors and no real theme. If it were only the front page, I don't thing I would stay too long. But, it turns out they accept US players, so I had the opportunity to catch up with some buddies who are having a hard time finding a good casino that will allow them to play. They are only taking US Dollars here, and a host of usually used payment methods. Like Neteller, Visa, MasterCard, Moneybookers.
