I was better opionion about this rogue one, but now it seems that member reviews and commnets clearly show that this one is bad option for fair players. And if lcb says-lcb knows:) My first impression here was good about huge bonuses but as expierenced player i know that big is not always great:) But didnt like their website from the first sight. I've commented on the other casinos this group own and had to review this one too in the hope that it at least saves one players money by not depositing here or even considering it as a casino to play at, they don't pay out, they have been quoted as saying they don't care about players issues and will not entertain mediation by any any third parties, kyc docs will never be completely verified and the player can only rely on the honesty of the customer support to tell the player how far along he/ she is with the wagering requirement of any bonus you take up these casinos, beware of the daily high deposit bonuses they offer as these in my opinion are only used to entice you Into taking your money

Very very very slow payout process. I think that this casino is bad and they will cheat you if they can, so they will do anything just to not pay you. Beside that their customer support is very slow too, they don't answering on emails and this whole casino is so annoying and the best for all is to avoid this casino. CityClub offer some truly impressive bonuses and as a massive fan of playtech games such as Great Blue and Irish Luck I could not turn down an offer of a 400pc bonus.. It's worth remembering though that on a bonus of £100, you end up with a £10,000 wagering requirement, although that isn't terrible considering you have £500 to play with! City club operating about 10years has some things to worry about. First, it seems not all players could recieve their No Deposit Offer and it's lil bit annoying. New site and no chance to try it for free? how did they get some traffic then? Questions...With enormous WR, there's possibility about 1 of 1000 to get playthrough, not not high risk at all for the House. 600$ max bonus with 400 % is okay, but when I tried my no deposit offer, games were tight and I'm not thinking to made my first deposit at this time ( when reading comments above, not gonna for sure). Really weird, I did sign in at first just to get my hands on the No Deposit Bonus (why the hell not, if it is listed), and after contacting the support, got it without a problem. Then again, with a 91xb WR, do you really think you can get through!? Not me, and probably not anyone else, so I guess it is just a bonus used to try out the slots without any chance of winning. That's too bad, and just the first thing I didn't like. The support was pretty clueless, and either I ran on some new people there, or they just suck big time. Apart from that, they do offer instant games, I prefer to downloadable software, and they do have some other bonuses (and after reading how they send spam mail, not sure I want to receive the promotions by email). They do have a comp bonus system that sounds nice, kind of like a cashback, but I really didn't want to stay longer.

They spam you fake promotions, like \"Pick one of the three gifts, one is 200 free casino credits\" And when you pick one of them, you always get a deposit offer instead, this, just to bring you to their casino. I have been requesting City Club to remove me from their mailing list for 2 months now. The e-mail link does not work and contacting them does not work either, they bombard my e-mail account with a up to 20 e-mails a week. I sent another request today after removing 10 e-mails ( in two days this time) and upon sending the request, they sent me another advert for the site.

WinXP and were not using virtual machine, I do not create duplicate accounts. FF3 with all the updates, KIS8. I had issues with downloading some of the William Hill owned sites, downloading not tracking, and it turned out that cause was antibanner protection from KIS, their support even gave me special download link from which I was able to download installer even with antibanner turned on, and since then I have that part of KIS turned off, for several months now.

Was very suprised to have trouble with this casino. I like the Playtech casinos in general .. but after testing them I mad a deposit for a strange magic\" bonus with them.. bonus terms were unclear to me so I spent alot of time with Live support hopeing to clear things up.. Live support told me to try out Beachlife.. I went and did a few spins.. but as it is 10 euro a spin only a couple. Won on a few of the other slots but upon cash oout was told that they would keep all my winnings because I had played Beachlife and wasnt allowed to. BTW, this is the 3rd time i get screwed up like this on new Playtech based casinos. Why William Hill owned casinos track me correctly? Why most of the Playtech casinos don`t have problems tracking my accounts. Only Playtech sites that pulled out this not tracked thing were Casino Del Rio, Cameo casino and Casino Plex. I got payed by Casino Plex and their CS didnt forgot to make me know that this was special treat just for me and that it was not part of promotion. I was also told by City Club reps that this was not a no deposit offer but a 400% deposit offer with $10 extra on top of bonus. Which one is true offer? I did use correct link, I always check to see if the affiliate number or link is in my address bar before I click on anything. They just don`t want for some reason to give this bonus to me. William Hill at least gives you all the offers they promise and believe me I took all no deposit offers from their casinos and believe me this too, I made more than one deposit on William Hill owned casinos, no luck so far, something small, but at least they don`t falsify the reasons to refuse some offer.
