Pitfalls

Wide open bonus terms with little or no clarity. Conflicting wagering requirements. Bonus abuse terms include "systematic-betting, advantage-betting techniques or betting at later extent, in order to manipulate the casino Games". Claim to be GamCare Certified, but we find no proof of that.

The domain was registered on December 13, 2017, and has never been registered before. In the About Us section of the website the marketing manager speaks of being there since they first opened their doors - which is claimed as 17 years ago. We also find this cookie-cutter claim on several other websites that are either claimed or not claimed by Engage Entertainment who seem to have come onto the scene in 2015. That counts at least some of the crew out from Engage.

Next, we have to look at TopGame history, as many of the sites using the same template are somehow related by logo and close name similarities, marketing agency, redirects, etc., to former TopGame sites - Rome, Diceland, et al once owned by TVMUK Ltd. Diceland appeared in 2009 and the flagship Rome could not have been around any earlier than 2006 - so that counts out TopGame. Drawing from a long list of associations we're left to look at Winward. Bingo.

Out of charity we'll come to the conclusion it is impossible to always know who does what behind the scenes and we do know that there have been top-level crossovers between some of the companies mentioned. We will not draw the conclusion that Winward, TopGame, Engage, or even the marketing company, Revenue Giants are all one company.

The Final Word

Only updates or time will tell if the site's terms & conditions are just half-baked due to a hurried launch or if Engage Entertainment is returning to the old ways of some of their sites. It is still caveat emptor [may he (the buyer) be aware] for players in many jurisdictions and I can't say I would personally play here. If I did, it would be minimum deposits and I would decline all bonus offers. According to stats shown on all of their sites, more than 2,500 others disagree with that assessment at any given time. To each their own.
