7Reels Casino is an online gambling site owned and operated by Engage Entertainment Group Inc. (EE), of St. John's, Antigua. The gambling business is licensed in Curacao under Master License number No. 1668/JAZ which belongs to Curacao eGaming, one of four license holders in the country. Marketing is done by the Revenue Giants group (RG), which operates out of San Jose, Costa Rica.

According to the companies, they are distinct and separate entities with EE providing the product and RG providing affiliate marketing services. Other sites owned and operated by EE include Rich, 7 Spins, 21 Dukes, Thebes, Black Diamond and Box 24. However, the latter two are not marketed by RG and have had good reputations with players since Deckmedia began marketing the properties several years ago.

While we don't see current no pays at this former TopGame property, they do still throttle back payouts to only $500 per week, while the Terms and Conditions state "up to" $1,000 per week depending upon status. During the calendar year of 2017, we also saw the same $500 limit being applied and then stopping payments until more document requests were fulfilled, along with saying they had not received the documents, further delaying the paltry weekly payments.

In some cases they made the player submit additional documents to all EE properties they had played at. We will note that all complaints we found from 2017 were eventually resolved. We find no open complaints from Jan.1 2017, to December 27, 2017.

The buttons were antiquated and clunky looking but the paytable was 9/6 full pay with the expected 800:1 (4,000 coins) jackpot for Royal Flush when betting all five coins ranging in size from 0.02 to 5.00 each for a max bet of 25.00 and max jackpot of 20,000.

There are dozens of gambling sites out there that will pay 50,000 or more per week if you win.
