Awesome games with great payouts , even though I did not profit , I still had a great time playing. I love there guess the game trivia's. They have prompt customer service , but I will add that there are a few representatives that could use a crash course in mannerism and customer service. It's a good site, I like the games, but after a few deposits the bonuses get really lousy, they go from really good offers and heaps of free spins untill you 8-9th deposit then they just plummet to not alot extra for your money

The Casino is a very beautiful place and the machines are very good. Only this is not a withdrawable bonus, because machines never pay for what you will need to make a deposit and withdraw winnings. OUT THAT I RECOMMEND.

I deposited $30 after getting a newsletter from them and talking to the chat operators who were very helpful. I decided that I couldn't pass up 400% extra with 35x w.r. for depositing with bitcoin. The operator was very helpful and I recieved $135 on my initial deposit. I asked what the wager requirement was and he told told me $4600. I played and was doing well and after an hour or two I asked what the playthrough was at? I waited and waited, politely asking again every 10 minutes. I waited 35 minutes and then sent an email to customer support. Someone came on the chat shortly afterwards and told me the new amount I needed to wager was $4800 and then they left the chat. I asked how that can be and after another 20 minutes they said, "you had two chips." End of conversation, wouldn't respond to any other questions, completc radio silence. In case you are wondering, I was always polite, I didn't bother anyone needlessly, swear or be disruptive while getting horrible customer service. I'm wondering why I was treated that way? I routinely play slots on a weekly basis, and I will be sure to never deposit on their casino or their affiliates. I went on to eventually lose the bonus, but I was relieved because I wouldn't need to pull any teeth to get paid.

pls claim the no deposit sign up bonus or watever bonus fr them after u made ur first deposits..or else even the no deposit bonus upon sign up are not withdrawalable.N they will flush away n start with 0 after the first deposit made.only count if u redeem after ur first deposit

Incredible bonus of 500% and a small wagering requirements (only x25). Well-known providers, include Betsoft and Rival. But I do not like very strict verification conditions here, and very long cashouts. All in all it can take a week and even more.

I think this online casino has been around forever and a day! I haven't ever made a deposit here but I was just now reminded of them while perusing through this list of casinos! I think I might just give them a shot after looking at some of the comments I see listed here about them. I really otherwise haven't heard much about them in the other forums that I recall. If they've been around this long I guess they are stable or at least appear to be.

I still cant understand why people playing here and giving quite good marks for top game casinos. 7 reels is the same s**t like other topgame sites. When you entering site John always suggesting 500% bonus for the first deposit. But how to watch progress of bonsu wagering?:) You must ask for support how much left:) Absurd, total absurd. And to withdraw from that kind casinos is another hard mission. Good casino with some nice offers.i registered here a while ago. They Constantly offering free bonuses to try their slots. I have attempted some of their slots which are not my favorite as i find them a bit boring but i gave it a go. I think the most interesting slot on their mobile slot offering is 7Monkeys. i think you could win a good some of money on this slot. I haven't seen any huge or fairly big payouts from their slots as yet. and to win a good some of money you need to bet quite high. I signed up at this casino quite a few years ago when it first opened. I loved it. I made numerous deposits and never a withdrawal. After playing and depositing here faithfully for about 3-4 months out of nowhere I was locked out. When I contacted support I would state the question as to why I was locked out and then support would disappear, litterally leave me hanging. Not only did this happen to me once it happened at least a half a dozen times. At that point I honestly could care less why I was locked out all I knew is if they treated me that way for asking a simple question, could you imagine the runaround I would've gotten if I would've tried to make a withdrawal. Long story short I received an email from management sometime down the line saying that my account was unlocked and that I could once again play there. If I remember right they even threw in a chip like a welcome back gift. Needless to say I haven't been back to play since I was locked out and I never plan on playing there again.

this is the one of those casinos around where you ll be cheated definitely. wheather you win or not you ll feel cheated yourself if you read their terms for withdrawal. they ll offer you the most genrous bonuses but you wont be able to withdraw even if you ll win, because of thier terms and condotions , so if you wanna deposit here first read their terms and conditoins very carefully and then deiscuss that with their live chat also.

Not the biggest fan of Top game software and after having some rough experience with free chips, I play there rarely and with my deposit only. I have made one withdrawal from them in a very long time but the withdrawal was very slow, it took about 2 weeks. But Topgame casinos can be a bit sneaky with terms, so read them carefully first and ask support.

I agree with most of the reviews on here. This casino is pretty average. They in fact don't have any 7 reel slot machines and the customer service staff here borders on annoying. It's cool that it's available to US players but a bunch of casinos offer that. This casino is fun but has issues that others places don't. Bonuses aren't fantastic here either. You need to make 3 deposits before withdrawing anything which I thought was a pain. I've also been to casinos that don't require 2 weeks in order to get you your money. Look around for better. You'll find it. Overall 2/5

I am not going to bore you by telling you many of the terrible rules this casino and most all Topgame casinos have. Like many others, I have come across some serious issues at this casino, which have made me extremely weary to return. I see there have been many issues with depositing in regards to being able to withdraw any cash and, for me, this was definitely the main issue. It seems like they force you into a never-ending deposit spree before you are actually able to withdraw anything and that is a serious red flag for me. There is definitely something shady going on here and I do not recommend anyone wasting their time here, unless they are totally cool with continuous deposits and never being able to withdraw any cash. Aside from that, during my very short time playing here, I was not impressed with their gaming selection. You can play a lot of these games at tons of other casino sites, so why waste your time here and deal with so many issues?

Apart from being a one of the few casinos that accepts US players, I have found very few reasons to make me come back to this casino. It sure looks nice, both the site and games (BTW, I haven't seen many TopGame sites around to be quite honest), and the bonuses do sound nice, but let me put it this way, even if you are lucky to win out of your bonuses, you must make 3 deposits prior to do any withdrawing, and even after that, the first 6 months after your registration, you can withdraw a maximum of $500 a month. I have seen casinos with rules like that, and have never stayed that long to get the terms you get at the other casinos the moment you sign up. I did try it out for the sake of it, even had fun, but hey, until they change the rules, I'm not coming back.
