Well it took so long to be verified that I got bored and started betting again. Needless to say I lost all of it. Makes you wonder did they drag their feet with the process hoping that I would do what I did so they did not need to pay me? I could have really used that money to pay some bills. There web site says payout in as little as ten minutes... nothing about the KYC process and that it can take up to 5 business days. So if you win on a Friday night, there is a good chance you will not see your winnings until the following Friday (if you are a new customer). For now, I am only going back to this site because I have free spins. Once they are done, so am I.

Okay this casino is honestly a rare gem amongst some other RTG casinos out there. If you are a depositing player, they do offer you quite a few free spins and sometimes some free chips. I have been a long time member at this casino and only cashed out once. To be fair i do not deposit a lot there . They do have cash back that i did play keno with. Keno keeps you in but is sometimes boring . I deleted this casino from my pc because i could not easily change my address . Things like that should be an easy update. Making hard losses money and time. I do not have the energy or time to jump through hoops.

Pretty good all around place to play. In my experience playing at numerous online casinos, this one is among the better ones, particularly for an RTG platform. I explained to them that I drive truck for a living and I am always traveling. I'm don't see why this casinos score is so low, I have played a lot of online casinos and I thought this one was one of the better ones. So way back in 2017, Slotocash was one of the first online casinos tried out and honestly it was hard to find more than just a few that existed at that time. It seemed back then the RTPs were sooooo much higher because I can recall thousands and thousands of dollars in cashouts but that never happens anymore. They withheld about a $10,000 withdrawal due to a previous issue with my bank account and one chargeback. Don’t know what it would have been like without the chargeback. Terrible customer service but that was 7 years ago ….

I have had really upsetting experiences with the whole inclave brand. I have played at SlotoCash for years. I don’t understand why, but I have a much easier time winning here than other RTG casinos. It’s really awesome that their deposit bonuses don’t have a max cashout. So if you do hit it big, you get to withdraw it up to the weekly limit. BUT… I’ve won so often there that they have taken away my ability to use most bonuses, have limited the amount I can bet on some slot games, AND they’ve lowered the amount I can withdraw in a week to $3k. That sucks when i had more than $6k sitting in my account! If it weren’t for the restrictions they placed on my account, I would have given them 5/5.

All things considered, it's a good Casino, however it is a detriment to my opinion and one of the reasons why I rarely play there that the coupons do not include no rules varieties. So, since I will only play with a bonus if I'm going to take a bonus, because the playthrough, I rarely play here. Although they have no Max cash of limits on any of their coupons, trying to get through 30 rollovers is quite difficult. More often than not trying to get through the play through you lose everything you won if you hit anything. I've never been able to cash out here using coupons, the only time I've ever cashed out on something was comp points, where I won $200 off Tarot Destiny, after cashing in about $4 worth of comp points. A great Casino just not my forte.

I am leaving this review so that other will know about an unwritten rule and policy this casino has. I registered and began playing at this casino in May 2023. And in May I made my first withdrawal request of 2000. I never was able to receive this withdrawal because after placing the withdrawal request I was sent a rejection by the casino due to the following reason. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or existing account balance. If you happen to redeem bonuses on top of an existing playable balance, any winnings will be voided and original deposit reimbursed in your account. I didn't realize that the casino would send free spins offers when I had a withdrawal pending and that the system would allow the player to claim the bonus when doing so would void the players withdrawal. SO there went the 2000. Given that hindsight is 20/20, i did continue to deposit and play at this casino. In October 2023 I had a nice little lucky streak and was able to request a withdrawal of 500.00 then in November I also won and cashed out. WRONG THING TO DO AT THIS CASINO. After my withdrawal was processed I was going to play again. However when I opened the promotion page for my account there were no Promotions available. I contacted support and was told that bonuses are only given to customers that need them to help them win. And the casino had now classified me as a skilled player and I am no longer allowed to claim a promotion above 50%. I sent an email back to support telling them that I was not a skilled player and that I was still a new player to all gambling. That winning twice in a 30day period was just pure luck!! As all gambling is. But no this casino insists that I am a skilled player and they told me to keep depositing and that they would review my account in a couple of months. Well I have made a few deposits since then but they have no intention of reviewing my account or changing the status they have given me. And this isn't the only casino that has done this to me due to making more than one withdrawal request within a 3 month period of time. There are several casinos that I thought were good casinos that have done this. Even casinos that I am listed as gold or higher VIP level. And you don't reach those levels due to withdrawals or winnings. It's the amount you have deposited that moves a person up the VIP levels. These casinos advertise they want people to win. That of course if far from the truth. If they could get away with changing the odds on a game while a player is playing they would. And I realize that casinos are in the business of making a profit. These casinos claim they have Fair gaming practices built into their casinos. But perhaps a question that needs to be asked is if those FAIR GAMING Policies are there to benefit the Casino and Not the players who decide to play at that casino. The other casinos that have pulled this BS is Ducky Luck casino, NewFun CLUB casino, Raging Bull casino, PrimaPlay casino, and HeapOWins casino. I believe after a year of learning and playing at online casinos I have found at least 3 truly Honest, trustworthy and do have and support Fair Gaming policies that benefit both the casinos and the players. And are all around decent casinos with really great games on honestly list the RTP percentage on a lot of games.

Yes, I know as a fact that this casino is not the most trustworthy. I have had an active account with them for almost 5 years and regardless of thousands of dollars and deposits myself nor my wife have been able to make a single withdrawal from this casino. After 5 years of playing mathematically it's nearly impossible, if their RTP is what they say it is, it is mathematically impossible for me to not win for five straight years with this casino. I do several hundred deposits and withdrawals a month and that's not 100 dollars that's over 100 individual deposits and I would win quite often at almost all the casinos I play at. This, as well as two other casinos are the only three casinos I've played at and not won. Just an FYI, Grand Rush Casino did the same exact thing to me and LCB knew this casino had, on numerous occasions refused to pay people and they still haven't issued a warning or put them on the rogue list. Seems this casino offers everything it needs to be an honest to decent place to spend your money. The only thing is that the bonus wager requirements seem a bit heavy compared to other Casinos of similar esteem. So far I don't have any other complaints.

I’ve made several deposits with this casino and it’s been impossible to win!! The wager requirements are drastically high and when I do come close to completing the wagering requirement, it’s like there’s a cash plateau I and can’t ever seem to reach the withdrawal amount! For as long as I’ve played with this casino, I’ve never won the lobby jackpot either. Not sure how that works.. Rating is DISLIKE, the OK was a typo!

I want to revise my review. Slotocash got back to me just last week and said they reversed their decision to refuse my withdrawal and they gave me the $300 I withdrew. I am so happy because this is the best casino site I have visited and I have visited a lot. I like the slots and I especially like the video poker. The video poker games have exceptionally high rtp. Another scam casino. You should always wait to review a casino until after you try to withdraw winnings. That is the true sign of a reputable casino and a grifting scam. Slotocash is the latter. I took advantage of a deposit coupon. I deposited $25 and got a total of $125 bonus money. I took that $150, played days to get through a $4500 playthrough and ended up with over $300. I applied to get verified. It took forever to get verified. They kept asking for different documents and saying the photos were blurry. The same photos that worked fine on other casinos. I finally get verified and withdraw my winnings in bitcoin. I don't see the money appear. Hours go by. They send me a coupon for 100 free spins to play a new game. I play the coupon. As soon as I do, they send me an email denying my withdrawal because I played a coupon during a pending withdrawal!!! What!! What if I had decided to deposit more money using a coupon? Don't go near this site! A total rip off!!

I used to play on this casino all of the time, but I haven't been on in a while so I can't speak to new features. I will say that I have seen several websites advertise that this casino pays out instant or within 24 hours but that is not accurate as far as I've seen . I was told by casino staff that there is a mandatory waiting period before bitcoin withdrawals are actually reviewed and processed. Other than this, I have enjoyed this casino.

The verification process take between 3-5 business days in my case i asked all the question to be sure that the verification will be accepted but after 5 days they asked me to send the documents again and i asked how much time it will take and they asked 3-5 business days again. I was surprised that i asked to close my account and it was closed during the conversation with the agent, they never asked why i m managing to leave the casino. I spend also 300$ in bonus in few games but the RTP is low for an RTG casino. Overall bad experience for me.

TL:DR Excellent casino! After seeing the good ratings on LCB decided to give them a shot. Deposited (& lost) using welcome bonus but won $500 on the secondary chip. Submitted verification documents Jan 27th and was paid on the 31st. Customer service was prompt and professional. Bonus coupons have better terms than many of the casinos I play at. Only con is the once-per-week withdrawal but not a deal-breaker. I will be depositing here again.

This place would get a much better rating from me, but they can be extremely petty. While still new to online slots, I hit a $500 jackpot here. I went thru verification, and initiated a Bitcoin withdrawal (which takes a ridiculous 48 hrs). About 40 hrs later, they sent me a coupon for "loyalty." As soon as I redeemed it and lost the winnings, I received an email about my withdrawal being voided because I redeemed their loyalty coupon with a pending withdrawal. This was originally my favorite online casino, and my first couple weeks it seemed to be the best. But I was way off. After that, they wouldn't even give me another coupon. After this $500 lesson, I check and double check the T&C's of every casino.

I went to give this casino a try using LCB’s welcome no deposit bonus code. I registered and was off to play. I enjoy playing keno. The welcome bonus was 44 dollars. I finally won a small round on keno after about 25 spins and then suddenly the screen says invalid bet and the whole site goes haywire. I closed the page and attempted to log back in but couldn’t get to the log in screen. So apparently this casino has a few bugs to work out preventing me from giving it a real try. Glad that wasn’t a real money deposit I made or I may be a little more irritated with the whole thing

If you cash out a large amount (over $500) all promotion emails stop, inbox is empty, coupons/ codes/ free spins/ chips/ disappear completely including weekend spins and miraculously everyone on live chat forgets how to speak English after you ask them why. But then as I explored other casinos I realize that this one is limited in a lot of ways especially when you’ve been a depositor for a good bit and then all of a sudden the bonuses stop working for you and if they do they are not worth your time. A lot of casinos who welcome USA players are very sneaky. This was my go to casino for over a year and when I cashed out a couple times they started holding my withdrawal and my RTP went to crap and when I asked what mine was they stopped responding and basically claimed I was just unlucky. I was in love with this casino for about a year but they dumped me from the VIP Program so have kind of lost that honeymoon feel I had for them. I'm not sure why all I know is that all the sudden they were bugging me more about documents when it came to withdrawals even though I had Submitted everything. They asked me why I was in a different state based on my phone's location and I was visiting my mother and I thought that was a little invasive and a little not their business. So they will pay out but I do feel like there's been some changes there that maybe I was unaware of as far as their process.

Love this casino. Have many deposit bonuses with free spins to choose from. Have gotten close to cashing out many times but not cashed out yet. I like the fact that they don't have as many restricted games as most casinos when using a deposit bonus. I have made several deposits at this casino just haven't been lucky enough to cash out yet.I do like the deposit bonuses they offer, more to choose from than most casinos. Also they have a no max cash out when playing with any deposit bonus. The free spins have a higher than most cash out amount. I know a couple of people that cashed out for over 1500 and after cashing out no longer get promos, so some pros and cons I suppose. Just hoping I cash out eventually.

Ok so slotocash used to be one of my go to casinos for RTG software, this being because I won really fat my first couple times playing on the site and also the great amount of bonuses offered. However I was screwed over by them after I had won on one of their free chips. I finished all playthough and made withdraw. When the 3rd day hit i got a message saying they canceled my withdraw due to accepting a new bonuses while pending withdraw. Why would they even allow that of it is against the rules. Talk about tons and tons of different deposit bonuses with very different options for all levels deposits and all levels of play through, not to mention that every single deposit has no max cash out! They have a nice registration bonus for new players, which is great. Several months back my sister was attempting to make her first withdrawal from this establishment. It was lots of “rigmarole” and quite a long, tedious process. I don’t think it was that substantial even. Maybe $500 or so. That’s a pain in the ass when they want all that documentation submitted on their letterhead blah blah blah. I wouldn’t play here again because of that reason.

Great selection of games and awesome bonuses. If you sign up to receive their quarterly newsletter, there are lots of free promos. On the downside, I tried to make a reasonably large withdrawal and it was a process. They wanted many documents and copies and then I didn’t do it correctly, (per their CRS rep). After two weeks of frustrations and trying to appease their unreasonable requests, I burned it all back. Haven’t played there since…. Hence, my poor rating.

This was the second online casino I ever used. The first was Miami club casino so this one, by comparison, seemed amazing. I have deposited a shameful amount of money here when you consider that I've never made a withdrawal. I've never even verified my identity because I'm just too impatient. Following up on my previous comment, yes the verification process took longer than i wouldve liked; however, once it was completed I made a deposit, and actually won a nice winning. The withdrawal process took 2 days, not including the day the withdrawal request was submitted. But i did receive my winnings, in the time frame they stated, and had no issues. I will continue to return.

Best casino for me so far except for the withdrawal process took longer than stated. I checked with them if I had everything in order prior to requesting a withdrawal and I was given a thumbs up. It took them the 72 hours to review and requested additional documention, a selfie with the Id sumbitted previousy and the id had to readable which I had difficulty producing one that would pass their test without the use of a magnifying glass or microscope. They gave me 1 day to respond and had cancelled my request since I couldn't produce a selfie with a readable id and of course did not respond. This starts another 72 hours of processing I thought and got frustrated but when i figured out how to take a good selfie without hiring professional photographer I initiated the another withdrawal request and sent in 2 selfies for their approval around 4 pm on a Sunday and was surprised when I got paid via bitcoin after midnight the next day. I would give Mr Sloto a perfect 5 if the withdrawal process gets better 72 hours and if the newsletters can emailed rather than snail mailed; current one gets delivered when the next newsletter is getting published.

This casino DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULES. I requested permanent exclusion in 2017. This past year, I was able to register for slotocash. They had my name and DOB. I was allowed to deposit $786.16. I realized that this was a place that I had requested exclusion and contacted support. They are refunding any visa deposits, but not bitcoin. I find that unacceptable. Yes, I made the deposits, but for a casino that says they pride themselves on player safety, they failed me and I feel that I should be refunded the entire amount.

Honestly other than bonuses I can not tell the difference from one rtg casino to the next. All have similar layouts, identical games and T&C. I have been paid out by sloto a couple times both large sums. I think their brand group is trustworthy. I play at their Rival sister sites often. Extremely disappointed with sloto cash. Can't believe that they prioritize deposit policies over ethics. When I contacted them to ask why I received a magazine full of expired offers today? They asked me to answer the trivia questions and I said what trivia questions? They said the ones in the magazine. Then told me to inform myself and get back to them. I told them that the codes that weren't expired and we're supposed to be free offers wouldn't work and said that they require a deposit and they said to get back to them when I have the answers. I got back to them after reading the dumb magazine and searching for the answers to their questions and finding them which took me a little bit of time and effort but was pretty proud of myself once I got it all together and got back to them. Excited to receive my reward, i instead was insulted with being told I have to make a deposit. I made multiple deposits this year, a few just a month or two ago and it was told that I need to make a deposit. I don't care if I've redeemed free offers since. You guys jerked me around and made me go out of my way and do a bunch of dumb little petty games before you'll tell me that I have to make a deposit. Are you kidding me? so dissatisfied and so disappointed would never deal with the casino with such poor ethics. I had been a Slotocash member for a couple years, up until they pulled a nasty move on me. I had redeemed 2 out of 3 coupons in a series, the 3rd being added spins, no deposit required. They told me that I wasn't eligible to redeem the coupon based on my play history. So, they let me redeem the two deposit coupons, and then basically told me to get bent. I had them cancel my account, as I feel this is blatant cheating, how can you let me redeem 2 deposit coupons, and then say I'm not eligible for the third? Be warned!

This casino is very similar to it's sister casino UptownAces in terms of available slot games. Between the 2 casinos, this one offers live play. What I don't like about this casino is that they will remove any available bonuses if you win too much. I deposited and won awhile back and since then I can't claim any promotions.

I like them because they are reliable and have many decent bonuses available at all times. The playthrough requirements are not impossible and most of the bonuses only require a $25 or $30 deposit. Bitcoin withdrawal is usually sent within 72 hours. I would like to say they always pay within 72 hours, but last time I requested withdrawal on a Tues evening and for some unknown reason I had to wait until Monday to receive the payment. This surprised me a little because all of my previous withdrawals were paid within 72 hours no problem. Anyway they are still good, probably the best RTG casino for US players.

They send you each 2 months or monthly the sloto magazine, with great bonuses, one time, i had a big win with one of that bonuses, then they taked almost 2 months to pay, doesnt have any intention of pay me, i needed to push them to pay cuz they cant avoid the bonus, they told me that will be void, i cant remember the reason, but it wasnt, i talked with a superior and she asked for a very strange verification, selfie with my federal ID, and was annoyed, it took 2 weeks to transfer my cash to the bank account, after that experience, i had never open the website again, but, i liked a lot this casino, maybe one of the best in the RTG.

A very clean and bright RTG site is what caught my eye to begin with. They have some very very awesome and worthwhile bonus codes to redeem. Especially the staggering lower deposit 3 tier codes. You deposit $XX, then another $XX, and you usually recieve 100 free spins on the particular game for the combo you picked. Live chat is alright.. nothing too extra ordinary. I did have one payout.. that was denied and my refund was $950 less than what the amount I had won. Being the stickler of following rules, I take screenshots of whatever promo code I use, along with the T&C's for the particular site. The support agent (who was very nice) told me I didn't follow the guidelines of the particular code. I asked which ones, and pulled up the photos of proof, along with my playback info. Sloto'Cash was one of the first casinos I ever played AND deposited at. I lost a fair amount of money there without winning, so I stopped playing for a while. After some time away I decided I would try again, but I first asked support about the bitcoin withdrawal process, if available. I was told it was certainly a valid withdrawal method and takes about 24 hours after verification. I played, I won, I went to withdraw and saw no bitcoin option. I contacted support and was told bitcoin was not available but would be in the future. I have never been back. STAY AWAY.

They also have a lot of good deposit options both ewallet, btc and credit cards. The only negative I really have to say is the $2500 max withdrawal amount per week per method. BY FAR, the better casino online. Their slots will actually pay out and they are decent to talk to in their customer service department. I have heard that when you win over and over again they will stop you from redeeming bonuses because they are one of a few that I have seen where they let you cash out their portion of the bonus money. We’re do I start bonuses are great but I never seem to get paid from them. I deposited $25 with no bonus attached won a little bit and surely my request was denied. After waiting 3 days to be denied and about $500 in deposit over the month you would think they would treat you more like Brango or extreme. I spent the most there and it’s a waste. I am a member of slotocash and have been playing there for a while now and I used to recommend them but I am not sure anymore. I hit a jackpot there a few months ago and they paid me $2,500 (max cashout per week) I think I played the rest. Anyway ever since then they no longer offer me bonus codes, the weekly match coupons or even the monthly freespins for depositors. When I first starting making deposits and wagering here I thought it was a good casino. Been playing here for a year now and I'm not a fan. They do give you a lot of bonuses but you won't be able to claim them unless you make a deposit in between and they pretty up tight about that. The customer service through chat is slow as a whole and 2 out 5 times the rep will give you the wrong information or just waste your time by making you repeat yourself over and over. I've had to argue with one rep with there weekend bonus spins a regular bonus they have every weekend. I made a deposit and it never showed up so I spoke to rep screen shot picture also and they just told me that it expired. Another time I accidentally made 2 deposits and it showed up right in the middle of a session I was playing so and I was wagering $2-$5 a spin so didn't even notice it. I spoke to rep to claim bonus nope didn't receive anything out of that deposit. I always 100 percent take a deposit bonus.

I think that this casino is a great casino that tries to assist players with queries as much as possible. The layout is ok but more games can be added. I played at this casino and withdrew a few times although verification took quite a while. It's tough to win a large sum but when you have an active bonus,winnings seem to come easier but these are capped. I used to play here a lot. Then they stop offering me bonus codes and now I don't play here anymore. Overall I would say this is a good casino until they stop offering bonuses. To be fair though, I still can use a variety of codes at Uptown Aces, which is owned by the same people ( I believe ). They are legit as far as paying out.

my husband just signed up to play -the deposit went through fine but then he couldn't play-when he checked with his credit card it had already been taken out 76.75 on a 70 deposit. He then asked live chat why he couldn't play and they said he didn't pass the security test (the questions they gave him were very easy to answer so we are not sure what security test they are using). when he asked for his money back they said they would have to review things and get back to him. he has only just started playing, maybe 3 times before this never with any issues and we have never had a problem with both of us playing, if that is somehow their reason, which I have no idea if it is since they wouldn't tell him-he is so pissed off since that was the only money he had to play and now it is gone so he can't even play elsewhere..what a shitty thing for them to do-I know this casino has good ratings on here but considering neither of us have ever had any issues with any other casino's I would warn new members to stay clear of them..I will update this when I know more

I will update tomorrow the conversation with an agent of this casino... its a shame, i decided to give them .1 points, becouse, they are not fair, a player is winning, they try to do all to not pay him, and after months of being in a step to contact the SCJN in Mexico, and general media, they sent me with so much pain my little 500 usd, after that. after being a deposit user, they kicked me from, i guess anything, even withdrawals, idk, i will update tomorrow its so late here, but this casino is a complete shame. Its maybe the best RTG casino, but that casinos are the worse i have played, i started doing little deposits, 25 usd, play, one time i won more than 150 i dont care and lost it, they started to send me the Sloto Magazine to my house, so i see nice promos and used 2 of them, at the second one, i won more than 500 usd from 25 deposit, i was so happy, so i asked for withdraw... i will omit all details but was a 2 months of inferno, they tried in all instances to void my winnings, they said that will be void after my request, i just recorded them and if they will do that i will do whats in my hands, i even talked with a supervisor, then, 7 days later, they ask for more docs, finally, then 7 days after, they send me the 500 - 60 fee so 440 usd won, really, the WORST support and the WORST withdrawal time and method i know in all casinos in my experience, dont recommend it, tons of better casinos around here.

I had a good time at this casino, i went down to $20 of the $33 no deposit bonus and then went up and up , I got to the end of the playthrough with over $400 left . I really liked that game Plentiful Treasure , I got 60 free spins with 7 or 8 x win on Cash Bandit2 .that was good. The terms for the no deposit here say $50 max cashout , but in Slotto"s cashier the bonus said $200 max cashout., and just as the playthrough finished while I was still playing Rudolphs Revenge the extra $223 come off from my balance , lucky I seen it and only played 1 extra spin .so I still have $198 in the account , I guess Im gonna have to do verification papers now , that's all good though.

I would use this casino if you are really into freeroll and cheap slot tournaments. I also think this is the best No Deposit offer out there, but I would still go through 5dimes, Bovada, BetOnline or Intertops just to be safe(they are the big 4 as far as reputable casinos go.(at least in my opinion)

I like this casino mostly, I am ashamed to say, because they offer such great bonuses and tons of free spins. However, my one complaint, their play through amounts on bonuses is usually around 30X. I have as yet been able to collect anything from this casino. Rarely do I meet the play through and if I do the amount for withdrawal is hardly worth the effort. I do enjoy playing at SLOTOCASH, I usually try to make 2 deposits a month, it is a fun place to play and they have awesome customer service.

This casino was one of my very first casinos i made my first deposit into.I chose this one bcuz of my Free NO DEPOSIT play was purdy fun .Mostly i liked the way the Reels spun. I cud stop from right to left. For me my style i like to try and line up mtaches this way.I make my deposit and started playing Bandits 2 and the game play was completely different.i No longer able to stop one reel from right to left matter of fact i had to let the reels stop on there own and there wud b no timingfor me to give myself any type of chance .. Casino is okay, bonus and promotions are the same with Uptown Aces. I was not able to experience cashout in this casino though because i started playing at bitcoin casinos and not enjoy RTG games anymore. Their verification also takes time and you have to submit and complete form. Customer support and live chat is fast and address concerns right away. My opinion about this casino changed a lot. It was one of my favourite casino and I firstly rated Slotocash 4.5. I was fond of their casino tournaments. And I was winning, especially with the private freerolls. But one day, without any explanation, I couldn't play tournaments anymore. I made deposits, always respected their terms and conditions so I don't really understand their decision. Of course, I don't think Slotocash casino is a rogue casino, but if there are some conditions for playing tournaments, I think they should be clearly announced.

The very 1st stand-alone RTG casino that I deposited at. No complaints at all. I have said in the past that if you've seen 1 RTG casino, you've seen 'em all. That pretty much holds true. Here as well. What sets these "Dime-a-dozen" RTG casino's apart are 4 things, I believe. 1. Customer service 2. Bonuses 3. Bonus stipulations 4. Ease of deposit/withdrawal At Sloto, I never made a withdrawal, but my deposit(s) were easy and quick. Customer service was/is always readily available to explain anything. Bonuses are plentiful and fair, and are tailored around clients that wanna deposit $25 or $500. And, there bonus stips are reasonable. Big, big plus for them is that most, if not all, of their bonuses have "NO max-cashout". That is how deposit bonuses are supposed to be. If you're playing at a casino that has a cap on cash-out of bonuses that you've actually had to make a deposit to retrieve, then you are not maximizing your earning potential. The only thing that I do not like about Sloto is that the majority of their bonuses do have a 30x - 40x WR. I know that this is, basically, industry standard. I don't like it. In my opinion, they've done everything else right, and if you're ok with that WR, then you can't go wrong @ Sloto.

This is by far my favorite casino! I have won numerous times here and have had no problems cashing out. Withdrawal tends to take 3-4 business days from the time I request the withdrawal to the time it is in my account. Everytime I have cashed out I've had no problems whatsoever. In addition, the CSR's are top notch! Always feel like I'm talking to a real person, not a robot or script. Anytime I've called for customer service, someone has always answered the phone. I just recently started playing there and in my experience they have been very good to me sending me free money to play with or if a new game comes out they give me a bonus code for free spins on it or even if you deposit certain days of the week its monday thru thursday I believe you can go to live support and ask them for the free chip. I believe its called a loyalty chip or something like that but I have asked for it twice so far and both times have received a free chip so far so good with Sloto Cash Casino Aplus in my book so far.

I wanted to wait until I was eligible to withdrawel before I posted my review. SlotoCash's customer service is top notch! Someone actually answered the phone everytime I called. Their reps were friendly, knowledgeable and accessed my account with ease. No run around - no sending me to other departments - no reading from a script. The same when I contacted them by chat - no reading from a script, I actually felt like the person I was talking to genuinely cared about my question or concern and my business. That being said, you have to send in all documents FIRST before you can even request a withdrawel... which I actually like better. It took two days for my documents to be verified. Once that was done, I requested my withdrawal via Bitcoin. Part of my withdrawel was sent back to my card within 2 business days. The remaining balance was sent to my Bitcoin account within 2 business days. Total time to get my full withdrawel from the time I requested it to the time I received it - 4 business days. Now, some may think that's a lot of time for Bitcoin. I, however, have had so much trouble with other casinos giving me the run around, sending me to other departments, asking for additional documentation, etc., that I was THRILLED that this process went so smoothly. Moreover, whenever I spoke with a rep, they were clear and honest about the time frame and they stuck to it. In addition to withdrawals, the casino is fun to play. They have nice bonuses and free plays. My only complaint would be the play through requirement, which is usually around 30% of your deposit if using a coupon. Only problem I have with Slotocashcasino is not being able to play Caribbean Hold em. That pretty much ruins my day every time I log in but I push through it and I'm still breathing. Slotocash is alright. I lose there bonuses really fast I’ve never reached the play through and on the free spin bonuses I win nothing like 0.30 the other day on 20 free spins. I haven’t tried there tournaments yet but I’ll check them out.

They are clear on their bonuses and often times when making a deposit even after claiming a bonus - tour deposit doesn’t reflect. Than you have to reach it to support which has extremely long waiting times.

Slotocash often send email in which stated that you have free spins on your account only to find out that you have some pennies left on your balance. A bit misleading if you ask me.

Ive had a rough start in this casino, i claimed my bonus and lost i think after 20 mins. Still i decided to play it out and deposit some cash, after about several hours of playing slots ive managed to hit a $700 win on just a $0.60 bet and my luck goes on and my balance went up to $900 somethin. to me sloto cash is identical to slotasic how the is set up and the type of gameplay/technolgoy. Except one thing that is different and that I enjoy is there tournaments. I mean they aren't great but due to the type of game play but they do have 2 free ones a week so if win don't have to make a deposit.

This casino is actually pretty fun. I have played it since 2017 and so far I have no problem with them. I also like their freebies. The only thing I don't like about it is their PRC program. I was giving 100 credit and used it to play this casino and I ended up winning 200 dollars. When i tired to cash out they told me my winning will be voided since I did not play any slot game with the 100$ credit and all I played was video poker. So they void all my winning plus any comps points that game with it.....

I really enjoy playing here. I have not yet cashed out here, but since they share the customer service and finance dept. with Uptown Aces I assume they have the same cash out policies and wicked fast payouts. When I signed up for slotocash I like it immediately. I enjoyed the games and simple layout on my mobile phone. The last time I played I got a bonus with my deposit. I was playing Texas Hold'em and ended up getting a great hand and won $3,500. Once i wagered the bonus requirements i went to issue a withdrawal. A few days later I received a message stating my withdrawal was disapproved because I went over the max bet limit as stated in their bonus terms and conditions. The funny part is their limit is $10 and I made just one accidental bet of $11.00. I say accidental because I didn't even mean to make that bet as my fat fingers raised the bet during gameplay and I didn't realize it. They showed me a copy of my bets with just one bet going over the limit. As a result I lost all my winnings. Never played their again. These kind of tactics are disgusting. They could clearly see it was an accident and it was just $1 over. Typically shady casino tactics to not pay

This casino is okay. I've deposited several times and won a couple times. They have a decent amount of games and alot of jackpots. I made the mistake of using my credit card and seen a charge on my bill that didn't belong so I disputed it. This casino locked me and refused to admit it was their mistake not mine. I had a lot of problems getting this proven but eventually I did and one day was able to log back in. Now I cant deposit with my card only Bitcoin.

Slotocash is one of my very favorite places to play, and has been since the first time I tried it, about 2-3 years ago. They have fantastic customer service in every way. Live chat can be a really long wait during peak times/days, but that's not unusual. One of the features I like very much is the fact that they don't spam my inbox every day, or several times a day. I get emails from them maybe 2-3 per week, and a newsletter that comes in the regular mail 1x per month, and it's jam-packed with deals. Slotocash gives very generous bonuses to depositing players. The tournaments always have a freeroll or 2 going,. I only play slots, so I can't comment on anything else that they have in the way of games.

I think this is the average RTG casino, you really need to wait about 15 or 20 minutes for the support answer but they always tries to help you. I played the tournament and had very good winnings but my connection was low and lost many times. I asked them to check this and had long conversation with support. Because I lost $70 in this tournament but for sure I could take the first place and win $250! They gave me $40 bonus and said that I can enjoy playing with this bonus. I didn't win anything from this bonus because I played only one game and had no luck at all. But later I won and withdraw!

These RTG casinos all offer some great bonuses and no deposit bonuses that are kind of nice when you're on a tough streak and need some freebies. But on the other hand when you are ok financially and want to gamble for a big win then you instantly have a problem, all bonuses have capped withdrawals, the bonus chip and everything they throw at you to make you deposit also have minimal cashout potential with extremely hard wager to beat. One would say "just play without a bonus" but i would instantly reply "you never played rtg slots right?" haha. So hmm im always worried when it's time to play that kind of place.

I've played here a bit. Made a few deposits. Never met wagering requirements when I've deposited. Recently I actually met wag. req with a no deposit bonus so requested a withdrawal. I had to send verification documents and it seemed to take forever to hear back from them. So I requested the withdrawal only to be told a few days later I couldn't withdraw because I'd used more than one no deposit bonus between deposits. As I hadn't played for a couple of months I don't remember if I last used no deposit or deposit bonus so I couldn't argue the point with them. Anyway seems fishy that when I deposit I can't meet play through and when I use a freebie I easily meet play through but can't cash out.

Withdraw and document verification are so slow and there is always one more thing you have to do for them in order to get your withdraw. The end of Sloto's great reputation has came for me. Longtime player here that loved playing here every week for a few years now. But, emails to support that were once replied in a few hours at most, are now at 4 days counting with STILL no reply, payouts sitting in "under review" status for days when they were once processed in 24 hours, live support agents that are not even somewhat helpful or knowledgeable of Sloto's offers, are sadly the signs of another casino going bad like so many others. Don’t have any complaints about SlotoCash Casino, they always have good, regular bonuses which is a opportunity to play at the casino more and get a good amount of play time for your money. I have deposited a couple times but am unlucky with slots and that’s the reason I’ve never made the wager, the play through is fair :) I would say this is the best rtg casino or definitely up there with the best. I've had pretty good service here at Slotocash, but major issues with its affiliate Fair Go. First the run around for verification, then they won't recognize the SWIFT code, then I have to pay $110 fee for a $10 Money Gram. It took 19 days. And it was on the 4th deposit where I was supposed to get a bonus, but the bonus expired and they said they would help me once the cash out was processed, but didn't and still haven't. I won't deposit there again. I say this because they're are affiliated. We'll see how good service stays here. :)

Slotocash is well known now for having some of the most generous deposit bonuses online plus the biggest variety of bonuses for different games and options. The welcome bonus 200% up to $1000 is a VERY GENEROUS bonus at 25x b+d playthrough. The bonus appears to allow most games even video poker and some cards it appears. The playthrough contribution per bet on different games other than slots may vary, but that is standard everywhere online. I would highly recommend this for a first decent amount deposit you make say $50 to $100, as it will give you ample balance to do some jackpot hunting and try a little of everything, and along with it have a chance to clear a reasonable playthrough bonus which is quite makeable without much luck necessary. I don't use deposit coupons unless they are around this value with low playthrough or better. Otherwise, I do not bother unless i'm jackpot hunting a larger random jackpot overflowing normal size just waiting to go.

They have come leaps and bounds in the last 18-24months with the site layout, and mobile is an absolute joy to navigate!! I really didnt enjoy my time at sloto cash. I am primarily a player who uses the mobile option with my tablet, and it was by far the most laggy I have experienced of the dozens of casinos I have played at with the same games. It really threw me off and angered me that I couldnt get in a rythm, because without exaggeration, every third or fourth spin took an extra 10 seconds of reels spinning before the symbols would drop. I checked and it wasnt the internet connection I had because I went and played no money spins on another casino with the same game. Also getting anyone on chat was a 10 - 20 minute process. I wouldnt go back

Sister site to UptownAces casino, this along with Uptown are hands down in the top 3 best RTG casinos there is in my opinion (Kudos being the 3rd) . Unbelievable promotions, super generous NDB's. I use to play SlotoCash in the early days, not anymore. A casino with a pending period for days on end, and the highest cash out fees of any online casino today. Not to mention min high limit cashouts. But what is worse the variable RTP of RTG software at SlotoCash is one of the worst online, that is why it and its sister site Uptown aces is always offering huge match bonuses. Not worth it, more chance winning the lottery than getting through a playthrough on this software. A shame they were an ok outfit years back. And if you are using bitcoin why not play at Casino Extreme, with instant cashouts or Bitstarz with better licensed software available. Look elsewhere, their days are numbered here. Only butter the hands of affiliates to keep the charade going.

The new ayout of the website is better than before. everythng is easy to find. They did a great job with this change. The suport is stil not perfect butt they try and they do okay. They shower you with bonuses when you deposit. But the bonus term and conditions are strange. The popular slots count 0% for wagering???.

This is another great casino, better yet, a great casino group. They have bitcoin deposit and withdrawal and they process them pretty fast. Slotocash is one of the famous RTG casinos. I never make a withdrawal there but I profited from many no deposit bonuses with reasonable conditions except the 60x wagering requirements. The long period of proceesing withdrawal stills the disadvantage of the majority of RTG casinos. May be the new year I will be lucky at sloto cash.

But the daily freerolls is what keeps me signing in daily to find out how my luck stacks up. I'm a depositing player but have not yet requested a withdrawal. I registered at Slot'o'Cash casino about 2 years ago and since then I've clamied tons of no deposit codes. The thing that surprises me is thah every time my code works!! Most of the casinos allow only 1 free chip to be claimed without deposit, but here you can claim 1 every day - it seems too good to be true.. that's why I don't think I will make a deposit, especially after reading all of the comments here

I play a lot of their free tournaments and have not deposited. It is amazing to me that I have played these free tounaments for years without ever winning more than two dollars and some change and lesser amounts. If the machines in the tournaments are set to bet 100 dollars per bet, and one has thousands when starting the tournament, then why after a few years of always playing have I never really scored at least once?!! It makes me not want to deposit here or at other RTG's given the impression I have of how slim my chances are with their slots. I have to add though that today in the LCB Autumn tourney I won 12,000 something credits on a random jackpot and ended the first free period of the tourney with over 18, 000 chips....but that was a rare occurrence. I guess the tourneys are just designed so that players will want to score higher by rebuying and thus the casino makes money. I remember winning a thousand dollars at 32 RED holiday tournament which was a freeroll with a real chance to win real money. That was a few years ago, unfortunately Denmark's regulation of the casino market has taken 32 RED and many other good casino's away from Danish players. But I won on the seven dollar free chip at sloto many years ago and the money was promptly paid out...though I did have to deposit first but got that money back too. good luck to all and be careful where you play

When I first signed up here when it was Rival I kept running into one problem after another and customer support was horrible. So that left a bad taste in my mouth. When it changed to the RTG software I was hesitent to play or make a deposit here. Finally I gave in and made a deposit without a bonus and it went fast. Customer support didn't seem to get any better in my opinion. I don't see anymore deposits being made at this casino for me.

I am a fan of Sloto and its sister Uptown Aces. Since they do not do a lot of NDB, there is little opportunity for breaking any rules and losing any winnings. I really like the cash back option. 10X plythrough on 10% of your busted deposit. Haven't had a cashout yet, but it is consistently ranked high on the forums.

Definitely had some technical probems. Was enjoying the games on the $33 free chip, but then all of a sudden got cut off. I was searching for new RTG casino and a saw in the forum that they gave a very nice no deposit bonus of 33$ with 40 x wagering req.I register and started to play Return of the Rudolph my favorite game. Slotocash has a great reputation,good cash outs,and average bonuses,but ones deposit seems to go very quickly,and consistently,slots not too easy to win much in my experience,it seems to be not easy to achieve the high play through here, congrats if you can do it!

I really like SlotoCash, I now am able to download it, and it is a really well designed Casino, works well, and am depositing into 2-3 RTG's to see how it goes. I deposited for quite a while years back into 2 RTG's and never won more then $100, I quit RTG completely, but now I am ready to try different RTG casinos and see if I can win more then $100, this casino has great deposit bonuses and free chip offers which is great for me, the tournaments look very good too, the free tournaments.

I started playing here about a year and a half ago. I had always read good things about them and for the most part I really can't complain. I deposited regularly and at first they offered great bonuse's and usually a free chip inbetween deposits, but as time has gone on they are not very gernerous with manager bonuses and there free chips. There customer service is not the fastest either as far as responding to email. I haven't deposited there for awhile now and probably won't unless they start being a little more generous and offer better incentives to play there. I have never cashed out there but I also don't like the fact that there is a $60 fee for a Bank Wire which is the only option available for me.

I made my first deposit at Slotocash, and it was a very good experience, I will def deposit here again. I had a free chip after that and that went well too. I played Paydirt which I then hit a winning streak, I have never seen Paydirt pay like that, I was only playing 25cents thought, I went on to play Achilles and hit 5 scatters when I was playing only 20cents a spin which then gave me $100, that has never happened to me either. I did not wager enough to cash out but I did have a very good experience, I dont know if they program the slots to do this to new players to get them to come back? does anyone know? I experienced a lot of technical errors a few days in a row when playing, despite my connection and plug ins being excellent, and using numerous browsers as I thought chrome or firefox may not have mixed with the site. I also think the play through on bonuses was a bit absorbent. But entertaining games, but those games are on a lot of sites. Would like more than the cookie cutter RTG set offered. Maybe something with their own themes outside the box. But great games if the site doesn't act up.

I have played the tournaments and free chips from this group for years. I just recently started depositing at the casino the first week in October. So far it is ok but i did see some complaints about slow pay. I did not manage a cash out so i can not comment on that. I did see for their tournaments leader boards can get well over 500,000 when i am lucky to get it up to 20,000. I did win 50 cents though in their $100 loyalty tournament and played Keno for a bit. I wish RTG would have a tournament that you could not re buy but just make it free and fun for everyone.

I just played sloto cash and the slots were very tight went though $200 and hit only 2 bonuses at $1.00 per spin bonus payed $2 it really sucked they had sent me an email about a bonus thought I would try them one more time and they would not honor the bonus. The email was from themand was only one hour after getting it they even had my user name on it but they said they do not have to honor their emails. This is a casino which offers lots of bonuses, including a no deposit bonus. I would play at this casino every once in a while with the no deposit bonuses. One great day, I made the play through! I requested the max withdrawal amount which was a hundred bucks. Only to find out that my request was rejected. When asked for the reason through live chat, I found out that I could not cash out due to the fact that Sloto Cash does not allow multiple free chips in a row. I guess everyone goes through one of these at least once. Bummer. Now that this happened, i wont let it repeat from here on out. Lesson learned.

ever since they updated the look this casino seems a lot more user friendly. the daily and weekly freeroll tournaments are awsome. and its not like younever win anything from them. i have placed in quite a few tournaments and won upwards of 30 dollars once.. some new games would be a refreshing change though:)

Made playthrough on a welcome free chip back when the casino used Rival software but got greedy trying to reach the max. cashout amount and lost it all. Have only played a few small no deposit offers and freerolls since then as I'm not keen on RTG casinos, even though this is one of the more reputable ones.

Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of RTG casinos - their slots are all very samey for me - this is one of the best ones out there and deserves a decent rating for that fact alone. USA players in particular should definitely appreciate what Sloto are offering and even UK players who enjoy playing RTG are definitely going to be happy playing here. Cashing out is simple enough once you get your documents verified, which is a must by the way - these guys won't verify your identity electronically so speak with support to make sure you have everything you need before making your deposit, don't wait until you win!

Please allowed me to share what happened to me recently at slotocash I had played there frequently in 2011 than they no longer accept mastercard so I had no way of depositing, last time I had play I won and cash out 1000$ by depositing and using bonus on top, cashout went univentfull and fast. I haven't play in 2012 I just recently change my banks with issued visa so I was ready to try them again since such a positive experience last time.I log in and ask for deposit bonus and to my supprise I found out my account was excluded from redeeming bonuses, I ask why? because I won? and how come I wasn't aware of it? Sims to me slotocash is up to the same dirty tricks as slot jungle and all the others bad casinos ,frankly I am getting so discouraged of honesty of any of those casinos,I will be provided with explanation from management in few days I will gladly share, however this needs to be checked out by someone, this just fells so wrong in so many levels 1

SlotoCash is one of the oldies but goodies, in my humble opinion. I really only have one basic complaint, and that is about their support. Oh and also any coupons you use have to be put in before you deposit, no manual credits are done by their so-so support staff. My Support opinion: They are not very fast, but seem informative. Live Chat in or out of the lobby is a nice feature. There are email addresses specific to your issue. Toll free phone numbers is pretty nice too. You better use the phone if you really want to be helped with an issue at all. I have played at SlotoCash for four years, but was not very impressed with the games. Slotocash is a US facing casino that has been around for awhile and I have found to be very trustworthy. Slotocash is an RTG casino that offers all the RTG games such as Triple Twister, Paydirt and Penguin Power. I have had lots of luck on Rudolphs Revenge here and it seems that slot never has a bad day. Paris Beauty is also a great slot machine at Slotocash. The slots seem to be looser than some casinos and offer a longer playing time in my opinion. I have won a few times pretty nice amounts over $400.00. They needed the usual verification documents but it went by very quick and I was approved in less than 24 hours. The speed of the actual withdrawl was amazing too, I received my money in less than 24 hours. I have at times had problems depositing with their processors. I always get the same message that I need to call customer service and dread it every time. But after the call, I always wonder why I dreaded it and really enjoy the call. The customer service is excellent and friendly and will help with anything that you may need. They always offer a great deposit bonus after this happens to help out and many times they tell you to come back if you do not win and they will give you a free chip for your time. They send out emails with great deposit bonuses such as 200% and 300 %. This can be really nice for a small deposit and I have usually made play through. They also will give you money back on a deposit that you did not use a bonus on, so anyway you look at it you get free money to play with. I really like Slotocash and its my go to casino for fun. They are very reliable and I have never had a problem with them and have heard very few people say they have had issues. when sloto cash first appeared as a casino , they were a rival casino. couple years ago sloto cash changed there software from rival to real time gaming ( RTG ) . I first signed up at sloto cash when they were rival , i was given a no deposit bonus to play. I than made a couple of deposits. never was able to cashout. than they changed software. they sent me an email with my new account details in it. so i did not have to create a new account. I was not real happy with the password cause i can not find where or if you can on rtg software to change my password to something i will remember. so i have to keep it written down and hope i do not lose it. they did give me another $7 no deposit bonus on the new casino. which of course i liked. I was not real happy that they changed to rtg cause i liked the rival software. i had no plans on to depositing at the new sloto cash until i either noticed or seen in a forum about there tournaments. after looking at tournaments i decided to deposit without taking a match deposit bonus so i could play in tournaments. when they first did this transaction to new software there tournaments paid really good and not alot of players in them. so i was able to get a good pay on some of them . i also played the slots and won a little . after awhile i had built up my balance and made a withdraw. it went pretty smooth. i sent in the documents that they asked for and put in my bank details so the money would go straight to my bank account. I think it only took them maybe like 2 weeks top to pay me which i was happy about. wish it would of been sooner but was happy that they paid. when ever i do a cashout am so nervous that they will decline my cashout for some unknown reason. i have read things that other players say about other casinos so it is always scary the first time cashing out at a casino. sloto cash casino games seem to pay a little better than other casinos to me anyways. if you are looking for a good place to play slots you should give sloto cash a try. they also have great deposit bonuses. they even have specials on there facebook page.

Slotocash is one of better RTG casinos out there. I have joined this casino about a year ago and have made few deposits there. My biggest withdrawal in online casinos was made here. Most of my playing time at Slotocash I was playing free chips and casino tournaments - daily and weekend freerolls and some tourneys with smaller buy in amount. About 5 months ago there was a big freeroll with prize pool of 5k$ and it was played for 25 days I think. It was played on Pay dirt video slot with 10 000 chips and 10 minutes of play time. There was somewhere about 2000 entrants. I was lucky enough to win in free spins feature few lines of 5 wilds. It was on feature called Strike it lucky. At that moment I was on first place and there was 18 days till the end of tournament. After that I did a deposit and done rebuy just in case someone passes me on the leaderboard but it wasn't a case. Those were the longest 18 days of my life. Every morning the first thing that I did was loging in Slotocash and checking leaderboard :) After long waiting it finally ended and my prize for winning this freeroll tourney was 1200$! After verifying my account (didn't have any problems and it was done pretty fast) I asked for withdrawal into my two ewallet accounts (neteller and moneybookers). I was paid in less then 6 hours, which is almost unbelievable fast withdrawal for an RTG powered casino. Tried to play there few times more but didn't have any luck or some significant win. There was one thing that bothered me later. Whenever there was some free chip or free spins offer and I tried to redeem that codes I was rejected. Looking for nice large bonuses, frequent free chips, and customer service that is bar none? I would highly suggest Slotocash. They offer weekly bonuses varying from small 50% match bonuses, up to the big 300% match bonuses. Most of these bonuses have no max cash out unlike some casinos offer large match bonuses with restrictions. They generally offer once a week a make a $25 deposit, and get $75 to play with. Yes the downside is the $1,000 cas hout, but it's really not a bad deal. Every Sunday you can go into Live Chat and ask for a loyalty gift. Which the biggest one to date I have gotten was $120. Which had a small 10 times turnover and no max cash out. How many times can you go into an online casino and get that sort of gift and really be able to come out nicely ahead. Then get to cash out on free money. Once a month, they'll also offer cash back varying on your VIP level, amount of play, and how much you've cashed out. This also carries a turn over of 15 times the bonus, but then again no max cash out. Customer Service can be at times lacking a bit, mainly because sometimes customer service can't give you a full straight answer on something. Yet there at least not afraid to say we'll e-mail the correct department and get you an answer. Which generally comes within 2 business days varying on the complexity of the question. Cash outs are processed Monday thru Friday. Either thru Wire for the US or thru an eWallet Wires generally arrive within 4 business days, even though I have had a few take up to 14 business days. Varying on the "holiday" or whatever is backing up the processor. Most eWallet transactions from what I have read are processed pretty quickly. If things don't seem to be going quite your way Camilla the VIP host, Georgina the casino manager, or even Steven Vaughn are pretty good on resolving issues pretty quickly. ok I feel robbed , they gave me my welcome bonus of 31.00 which I actually got lucky and turned into 750.00 mind you I am still playing the only game I downloaded and all of a sudden I only had 50.00 . I stopped immediately and got chat help and was told that ,all I was allowed to win was 50.00 so they removed the rest from my account. Im sorry but that is just wrong. I understand having a play through amount but they shouldn't be allowed to keep money you won fair and square. For the record I was not trying to cash out .

There are a lot of Slot Casinos around, and it's usually not that easy to pick one out of the crowd. I did stumble upon Slotocash by accident, but gave it a try for the sake of variety. So far, I like what I saw and will probably stick for a while (as long as my winnings last). I personally prefer instant games (I can play them from any browser with flash support) to download games (usually, like in here, you can install it only if you have a PC. Anyway, this is not my first run with the RTG software, but I still haven't seen many familiar games, and that's a great plus for me. I've had a few support run-ins with SlotoCash in regards to support leaving me feel they are terrible lacklustre. When using coupons and deposit bonuses, the rule of thumb, is always check with live support and have all your questions answered and saving a copy of the chat transcript. In one particular instance, the CSR not only told me a certain game was allowed for play, but expressly informed me she double-checked the information. Having done my own research, I was virtually certain she was wrong. As it turns out, she was. Had I followed her advice, I would have played a game that potentially would have voided my winnings. What is to SlotoCash's great benefit, however, is having Georgina on board. She's polite, knowledgeable, and accessible. Frankly, without her, I'd have given the casino a wide berth. As it stands, I'm fence-sitting, balancing a great manager and a good reputation vs sloppy support. Should they better train their CSRs, I'll give them their due recognition at that time.

@valdesmaldes i dont believe i have ever heard of a casino refunding a deposit because you weren't happy with the odds. Thats gambling. You gamble your money and if you win you win and if you lose, you lose! Im sure if you went to any land based casino, or made a bet with a bookie, they wouldn't give you back your money because you lost, that would defeat the purpose of the whole industry. MY advice? Take the loss. Go about your day, and if you have a gambling problem, seek help. If you needed the $500 so bad, you shouldn't deposit it into any casino.

This casino just robbed me and i will tell you how! I decided to use their highrollers bonus and registered at the casino. At first i used to play in practise mode so i can see the odds. It seems to be ok and decide to move ahead. Deposited 500$ and use those highrollers bonus! ANd than began my misery! Suddenly all the games i have tried in practise mode became so terrible low on odds that i was shocked. It was needed HUNDREDS of spins in any level just to get any free spins and even during these free the wins were more than poor! Awful situation! I have never seen such miserable odds in any casino, in any software! It was more than obvious that all was set up! They tricked players with a good looking bonus and than BOOM - you are doomed, they never gave you a chance of winning anything! I was left with 530$ and decide to quit this and conected to the live chat! I told them that according myself i am tricked and the odds are more than miserable and that i want my account to be closed and my money to be refunded! And here comes the worst part of my Slotocash experience! They closed my account IMMEDIATELY and pass the case to the account department. Than a member of this dep. wrote me an email, saying that he has asked someone from the superior management what to do. Meanwhile i told them that i have some gambling problems and really need those 500$ and to solve the case as soon as possible! I waited for them 4 days and finally they send me an email: "We have closed your account as per your request and it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason. We will not distribute any promotional emails and we will do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened. We will not be issuing a refund for the deposit you made with ourselves." BAM-BAM

Hi dray77, you need to download casino, open an account and log in. Go to lobby, click on tournament and then instal Microsoft Silverlight plug in. In order to see available tournaments you need to click on"TOURNAMENTS" button, the last one at left in your account window . Unfortunately at the moment the only free tournament reached 500 players.
