It has a different look than other casinos along with different games. But apart from the unappealing graphics of some games, they're not bad. The WRs are standard and doable too. I didn't have to deal with customer support though.

I was never too fond of the layout of the casino but it had some decent games and I was rather optimistic. My optimism was short lived and I have nothing but horrible things to report about this casino. I made over $500 and will be receiving none of it. I was told by their support staff when I signed up that withdrawals are usually completed in less than 24 hours. Come to find out, it takes 3 - 5 days to get approved, and another 5-7 to receive it!! 10 DAY MINIMUM The deposit bonus that allows you to spend a wheel with a variety of prizes was always offered to me but I was never able to get it. There are some really awesome prizes on there but instead I was given $5 the first time and told that there must have been an issue with the system. When I tried it again about a month later it did the same thing and I was informed by a lady agent that the bonus had been discontinued for about 3 months. She offered me $5 (I accepted it) and I made it clear that this was not acceptable. I let her know that I was upset and wanted what was advertised. I was told that management would be contacting me in 24 hours with a solution. Management never contacted me and I'm being told that the $5 is all that I get even though the lady said that management would contact me.. not to mention I never agreed to accept that in lieu of the bonus. I got up about $500 and went ahead and put in a withdrawal request for $200 and submitted all the necessary documents for verification. Verification was quick and everything was good to go then a few days later I received a message that my withdrawal had been denied and I must do a wire transfer for my first withdrawal. The fee for this is $55 more than the crypto, Plus the minimum withdrawal amount is $250. Long story short, I had to increase my balance by $50 in order to withdraw now, but go figure, it was literally a Non-Stop losing streak! When I made the withdrawal request they knew that it was done with cryptocurrency yet they waited until I exhausted all of the extra funds that I had in my account before they told me. Otherwise, I would have been able to withdraw it just fine! One of the agents has blatantly lied numerous times! The agent, Faust (or something similar) contradicted everything the lady agent told me (she was being honest) but I knew he was lying because her information perfectly explained why I'd been having issues. They have a few sections in their terms and conditions that are pertaining to withdrawals. After reading the first couple, anyone would assume that they have a complete understanding of their rules and regulations! They intentionally have that third section separated from the others so that this happens to people. They say it is to prevent money laundering! How can somebody launder money through a casino unless they own it or have some sort of influence or control over its operations? Bottom line, I've played it a lot of casinos and I've had issues with a couple of them but this one is by far the most intentionally dishonest and misleading! STAY AWAY Technically, they don't steal your money, but they use every underhanded tactic they can to make sure that you can't get it! I have some screenshots I'll upload in a few days when I get back from Florida. Unfortunately, they are all on my desktop.

I like this place as promos and simple looking feel and aboriginal content. The tournaments were also pretty fun when I was playing the free roles and I won a few times easily, which doesn't really happen on other part so so far I like it.

I liked it this casino due to its members friendly environment. But some drawbacks also found in this casino in my opinion and that is $25 deposit mandatory when you get no deposit sign up bonus and completing the wagering requirement. If player uses the bonus completing the conditions which you think necessary then why deposit is compulsory? To check the player credibility that he is exact same person or not. If you want his credibility then I think his National card or driving licence is much strong evidence if compare deposit. Am I right?

I like the way their games play and have spent a decent amount of time playing this site as well as sister sites. Vegas crest is somewhat different as far as available games to choose from. The games play reasonably and are a lot of fun in my past experiences. I absolutely recommend taking some time to explore their site.

I haven't had any negative experiences with this casino. They could have a bigger game selection and they could process withdrawals a little faster but so can almost everybody else. They just don't appeal to me as much as they could for whatever reason it is, I'm honestly not sure.

I won a lot here and then it took forever to get verified and while I was waiting for them to verify they cut my winnings in half. After I got verified the first wire was denied then the second went through but they said that it had triggered security measures and they kicked me off there site and only paid me a third of what my payout was supposed to be

Little laggy and game glitched some times. Some times couldn't see cause of phones site. Had to switch to desktop site with my phones view and back to mobile site view options on my phone in order to see all of some slot games. Games free spin low pay out. Older games for those not to fun.

My opinion on this casino is biased to the fact that from just a $100 intitial deposit, I was able to rack up a nice payout for over $1,000! I have literally only played video poker there with any kind of luck. I really don't have anything else to say about the website casino. I w as excited when I found Vegas Crest.. they have a huge game selection. All my fave games at 1 casino.. unfortunately had no luck there.. I never lost money so fast. They don't even let you think that maybe you might compelete your wagering. I've done a lot of losing at casinos but never like this. Losing sucks but it doesn't feel as bad if you were entertained for a little while. But that was never the case at Vegas crest

I have not been impressed by Vegas Crest. I really want to like this casino but have found winning to be harder than I would've thought. The slots just seem to be very tight. After making multiple deposits, I have never been able to make a withdrawal. In fact, I have never gotten up over 100.00. The games are awesome and they have a wide variety - but what fun is playing fun games if your just throwing money away?

it potentially could very well have been my favorite, It has alot of the games I already enjoy and has they just added some new ones. I like the way the tournaments are set up. What brought me there was Cyberspins, LuckyGames was not available on CS so I decided to deposit at Vegas Crest. I was not granted the 100 free spins. There customer service could benefit from some positivity training. You may have better luck then I did don't take my word for it just look at others commits clearly I am not the only one the feels there customer service is lacking.

This is a pretty great casino. Game selection is second to none when compared with other casinos available to players in the US. Great customer service. The bonuses are not the greatest but I have made withdraws from clean deposits. There is an issue with games loading i am constantly having to clear my browser to try and get games to load. That usually works but not always. Kinda lame when on a hot run. Their game selection and professionalism more than make up for the couple issues they do have.

The site itself has a great layout, both on mobile and PC. The game selection is fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of the bonuses. I'm by no means a high roller, but it is always more enticing when there are more promotions to keep players coming back. It's all about the marketing

If you love love love spam mail and unattractive bonuses with mediocre games, Vegas Crest is the site for you! Several times a week I regret having signed up for this site because of The NeverEnding string junk mail I received from them. I don't really like deposit bonuses at all oh, but it seemed like they might have some decent ones, they just don't appeal to me as a bonus free depositor. A sunny side of the site is its customer service though, they once or twice and spoken to them they were very attentive and helpful

Vegas crest raised my limit to $200 a day. They also said they do not control deposit limits it is up to a 3rd party processor company these . I give them a 5/5 for there games selection and there cite . The reasoning behind why it happened per the response I received sounds like differing accountability. Just my opionion.

This casino used to be a 5/5 ... However after a winning streak ... They reduced my deposit limit to $100 a day . I have been a vip player for several years now and to reduce my deposit ability to $100 a day is frankly weird. I was never notified before changing my deposit limits and have emailed the accounting department on 3 different occasions which is their proper protocol . Why would a loyal VIP player be treated like this ? Prior to the above atrocity I explained above Vegas Crest is a cut above all other USA friendly gaming sites . My user name is freck . Average casino, was not able to claim any free spins because I didn't sign up through an affiliate. The match bonus for the 1st deposit has a wagering restriction of x30 D+B which is average i'd say. Not really anything for me that would entice me back , there is better bang for your buck at other casinos.

MelissaN, A Bonus was revived(no complaints regarding that on my end) however, according to a chat representatives the one advertised on this site is not what they are offering at this time. They offer a 200% on your fist deposit and 300% on second deposit (perhaps its even better, depending on your outlook). Maybe there is some miscommunication between what this site advertises and what you're actually offering. --------------------------------------------------------------- More importantly, WHAT'S WITH ALL THE OUTRAGEOUS BITCOIN FEES? You guys charge 10% to cash out via Bitcoin. Not only that looks like a $7 charge whenever you deposit. You send this nice little letter to your customers.

They are not honoring this promotion according to live chat. 250% up to $ 1000 30 SPINS SIGN UP BONUS - EXCLUSIVE. It's a now a 200% on your fist deposit and 300% on second deposit (perhaps even better, depending on your outlook) Cash outs are reliable, good selection of games, good customer support, great player control panel and lots of good bonuses . Unfortunately, I can't give them above 3.6 because they are charging player a deposit fee of about 7% and cash out fee of around 10% for BTC. WHYYYYYYYYY???? Also, they offer a 250% daily bonus if you deposit $250 or more, yet they only allow you to deposit $200 until risk management ups your limits(easily denied). Yet they are proudly advertising a 250% daily bonus. ok so i just joined this casino and made multiple deposits. the first two deposits were great because they gave me a really good bonus for the first two, but then afterwards any deposits i made were literally only like an 8 dollar boost for the bonus which i think is definitely pretty cheap in my opinion. The bonuses offered here are definitely in need of some improvement, they should offer a little more like like 40% for each deposit. That makes me not want to play at this casino to be honest. However I do really enjoy the games that they offer here, because they are a lot more choices and unique slots that i havent been able to find at any other casino. The thing that offputs me is the fact that their bonuses are super not worth it.

This is just a follow-up to my previous post/review about Vegas Crest. After some back & forth, a Vegas Crest casino manager did decide to award my account with the WR pursuant to the actual free spins/chip. This is completely fair to me, as I never asked for any money back or any type of refund. Just an explanation of, what I perceived, as wasted time. The manager went above and beyond, in my opinion, to keep me as a client, and so they have. The T&C relative to my situation is a bit operose, and I would definitely advise all current and prospective clients of Vegas Crest to make sure that they are aware of this....tough rule. In the end, I'm extremely happy with the outcome, and it definitely speaks to their preeminent customer service, and problem solving tactics, in the online casino industry.

Terrible, when I finally got in the site, my $25 was $12 (and I hadn’t played!!) and I could not play ANY OF THE GAMES. It would not let me click play on anything. I finally found 1 game it loaded and I was up a bit and while changing my bet, it started auto spinning on FIVE BUCKS PER SPIN and would not stop. Lost all of my money at NO FAULT OF MINE. Did everything the customer service told me to do and still not able to play ANYTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK or some compensation but I’m sure it’s never gonna happen! Too bad bc I REALLY love to play and wanted to so badly. That’s what I get for trying something new. Terrible experience

This was my favorite casino until about 30 mins ago, when I spent 30 minutes on Live Chat with an illiterate customer service agent who could not understand and see their fault. I was, subsequently, ripped off of $13, which isn't much, but considering that I earned that $13 after a $51 deposit, it's a little more substantial. Had I known that I would go through this type of professional negligence on their part at some point, I wouldn't have made 3 previous deposits either, against 1 cash-out. I wasted alot of my time on, what I thought, was a great casino, but there is, obviously, a reason that many months ago, this casino had a 4+star rating here on LCB, and as of this day, it's down to 3.8. I was issued Free Spins, via the LCB Shop, at a time that my balance was zero with Vegas Crest. Those free spins carried a 45x Wagering Requirement (this is all confirmable in the LCB shop). However, Vegas Crest listed my Wagering Requirement at $2,419.67, which is 187x Wagering Requirement (do the math), and I listened for 30 minutes about how and why my Wagering Requirement was 187x my Free Spin win amount. So, either the LCB Shop has it wrong at 45x WR, or Vegas Crest is ripping me off. I decided that I would dump the $12.94 back to them, b/c it's not about the money anymore, it's about my wasted 30 mins with someone who doesn't understand what I'm trying to say, even though I'm sure they had no problem understanding how to take my money via deposit. I'd be happier letting everyone know that this was a blatant rip-off of my funds. There is NO way that they can confuse a 45x WR of 30 Free Spins with a 187x WR of those same free spins....but that's what they did, and they chose to do nothing about it.

Vegas Crest casino is one of my least favorite places to gamble. First, and very important to me is customer service. Theirs is sub par at best. I had a deposit issue with the bonus and it took entirely too long to resolve, but eventually it did get resolved. That set the "tone" for my gaming experience here. I was not impressed with the layout and was not able to make a withdrawal. Bottom line is I wont be coming back unless they offer me "incentive" lol.

Im not sure if this will get deleted because they seem to be a paid sponsor of this site. First lets start with the only 3 dudes that work the support desk. Most the time they are unhelpful and show that they dont give a crap. If you deposit a couple hundred and have a bad run they tell you to fry ice basically. The layout of the web page looks sharp and its easy to follow. Customer service was quick and polite. When i joined Vegas Crest i found that they offered a lot of great slots from providers like betsoft, rival, and GameArt. So the selection is awesome in my opinion. They also have great table games and a cool loyalty program for there players. I have only played on there free chip so far but during that time i did get some nice wins and it lasted a good amount of time for me. If you do join and deposit here make sure you use Bitcoin because it is the easiest method to deposit and withdraw with, in my opinion. For about two months now, I've found the only option to deposit funds at Vegas Crest is Bitcoin. There's no option to use a credit card or any other payment type. I've used credit cards at Vegas Crest before and I didn't see anything on the site that said they didn't take credit cards. After a live chat with "Joel" I found out that "there is a problem with the credit card processor" and that "it is only taking Bitcoin." When pressed further - I found out that it's Vista Gaming's credit card processor and is affecting several of its sites. "Joel" didn't have any information on what the issue is technically (not that I expected that level of detail of course) nor when it's expected to be fixed. Obviously - this kind of issue to a payment processing system can't be good - especially if it's affecting other sites. What's interesting is that this issue doesn't seem to have been reported on to my knowledge. I'm curious if anyone else has been able to deposit funds using a credit card at Vegas Crest or other Vista Gaming sites?

Well to follow my review, i deposited again 25$ with 75$ bonus money second deposit 300% bonus. High wager requirement and everything was bad but it was my last bitcoins and wanted playtime more than anything else for this one. Ended up cashing out 1250$ which is completly unpexpected and by far! I am so happy about it! The thing tho is that i deposited with bitcoin and expected to be paid relatively quick. Ends up they take a week to process the cashout leaving the money available for reversal the whole time. And i have to pay 25$ fees for cashout, i find it excessive top ya 25$ on top to wait 1 week to have cashout processed while other casinos do everything within hours tops. But other than that, really good bonus offers for people that want lots of funs with minimal investment.

After trying this site a few times in the past weeks i realized that this site was better than i thought. It doesn't have all the great providers but still have some decent ones as i love playing endorphina games. Their bonus terms are a bit harsh but let's be honest, it's because they offer quite a lot for the money. This is a fun casino to play up with a lot of freeroll tournaments and codes that you can find to play restricted ones on other forums with a lot of chances to win free money but I have yet to see any of it! Hopefully that luck will change soon... They have a really good selection of games but for some reason I don't find myself playing at this casino very often. I guess it's because they don't have as many free roles as some of the other casinos do. I think this casino is awesome because the types of games they have are a lot different than others and the freeroll tournaments through LCB and some of the other forums allow you to play with additional add-ons and rebuys for free up to like 30 times usually and so it gives you a lot of chances to win and it allows 5 rebuys for free as well. And with each rebuy you get another 30 add-ons for free! I think Casino extreme does the same thing actually. I keep both of them on my desktop and have one some money on brango but not on Casino extreme yet I don't think that I can remember anyways.

I use to play at this casino constantly about a year ago. The games were pretty good, support was decent but after depositing and playing through 1000s of dollars without ever depositing without using bonuses, I have been told that I am not eligible for a free $5 or $10 chip that has to be played through 99xs! I am slightly dissappointed with the fact they charge you a $45 fee for upaycard withdrawal and $65 for all others...that seems like a pretty hefty fee. Also - most casinos offer instant withdrawals with the upaycard method while support let me know i should see the funds on Thursday or Friday - almost a full week after the request. If all goes well maybe i will raise my rating.

Although there are lots of games to play and the LCB Free Spin Welcome Bonus is decent, I am not super-crazy of the fact that the minimum withdrawal is $100. (Although this is more typical now than it used to be.) I might give this casino one more chance since I was able to at least play for a while after my free spins and there is such a large selection. I haven't had the "spammy" e-mail issues that others have had. Maybe that's because I didn't sign up for the newsletter when I signed up?

I haven't deposited yet here, but have played a few freebies, and have noticed that their freebie perks are very generous along with their comps points system. I get numerous offers from them for freebies, but have been too lazy to check if they are ok for me to play and actually win from as result. Maybe I should. I like their selection of games, and their customer service is very good. Their banking structure needs a little more friendly options for USA players, but other than that I think they might be around for a while to come, never know..... just could be one of the next big ones.

huge selection of games and available support but they give you nothing in the way of bonuses and free play once they have you depositing. if you spend $500 they give you a buck and everytime you make a deposit be prepared to pay a couple extra to cover the conversion rate that THEIR merchants have to charge to process the transaction. they will explain it as though it is a charge our bank charge card holders but thats not the truth of the matter in actuality this is a fee that the collecting party being the casino is charged to transfer funds internationally in order to collect locally, if indeed we were the ones that were intended to pay this fee then it would be determined and made aware to us before authorization how much exactly it would be and we would then be able to do our own shopping for our choice of processing merchant to complete the transaction. if you dont get the choice of who you do business with during a transaction it isnt technically your fee but yet you get to pay these fees when depositing on this site. so that loyalty point return is still in the end quite abit short of an "amazing bonus" as they call it. imagine your income tax return being called a citizen loyalty gift by the government... yeah right thats just a very small percentage of the money you overpay everyday given back to you and called square. no free bonuses no rewards just industry low deposit bonuses that tack on a 35x playthrough requirement so again nice site and games with what should be considered predatory terms and incentives. these days you get more appreciation and reasons to play from just about any other reputable site you join so i recomend doing that instead however 2 stars for their pretending to be "amazing" givers.

the game selection is quite nice, although i wish there were more of a straight forward no deposit bonus option for new players. i find the website/instant edition to take a little bit longer to load, but overall, for a mac-gaming-enthusiastic, this is a pretty decent place to play.

I love this casino. I have made multiple deposits and have cashed out once and it was really quick considering some of the others that I have played at. The check they send is from Canada but I had no problem at my bank with it. The games are plentiful and not just the standard games, it's like a mixture of two or three different casinos. I like that. I did have one problem but it was solved rather quickly. I was trying to make another deposit (after I cashed out and the check cleared) and was told I needed to use another card. Enjoyable casino which i recently joined. Played a few of their slots and enjoyed it thoroughly even though i did not win. I have heard some great things about this casino and will continue playing with them. Hopefully i do indeed experience a good win to top it off. I played here and the bonus lasted awhile - then I deposited and it was gone in a matter of a few minutes....I like the Betonsoft games, but the spin was weird - probably won't be depositing here again - plus I get way to many emails for my liking - the one really good game was the game that had the theme of Wizard of Oz - for sure like that game ! I like the layout of this casino very much, game play is smooth in instant play. The game selection includes Vista slots, which I like, and the welcome bonuses are impressive. Have not cashed out yet but will definitely try the two welcome bonuses (200% and 300% respectively), although the 30x deposit + bonus is a bit high, my experience with Rival is that a player has a fair chance meeting this WR when playing slots. Slots selection is needly arranged but no search option...

I tried Vegas Crest. I was not too impressed by the layout, which I didn't find very userfriendly. The casino has a massive number of games and supposedly various software providers; but I could not find a search by game name field, which most good casinos have these days. It looks dark graphically. The other thing was if there are Rival games on the site I didn't see them. I scrolled through all slots on display there and only saw the unfamiliar to me betsoft games. Then I searched around as best I could and didn't see any route to other types of games like Rival games. Not for me I think, but thanks for the bonus.

Vegas crest is a good known casino in the business, i also experience great service from them! sadly minimum deposit is 25 but that;s not a big issue. great that they don't have any withdrawal limit as i did not see that yet for a rival casino;) they offer quite lot of games, sometimes weird games, but overall fair pay-out from there slots, also a good customer service they have which is really important. had only 1 problem with the welcome bonus but that was fixed in matter of seconds, and i enjoined some hours at there casino with wagering of the welcome bonus 40x is bit high but it's not so difficult if luck is on your side ofcourse;) good casino nice promotions and fast cash-outs! recommender!

For starters - how did I get on here? Rival is disallowed in Canada - it's some combo. I really enjoyed the chip! The games were pretty good and seemed a bit exciting as far as feeling like it could be possible to win an ok bit of cash. Haven't been able to get onto Playtech or RTG lately - found out for sure it's my internet provider, as i was able to log in and play from a connection outside of my home. Then this! Usually can't even see anything to do with Rival. I will have to check it out as to whether it's possible for me to play there, as a Canadian player. Hopefully, though.

I claimed the 25€ no deposit welcome bonus and i've met the wagering requirements. It took me 10 days to cashout 90€ (100-10€ max cashout from freechip) with thousands of email and livechat. They forfeited my 25€ deposit without reason too, i hope that it will be credited back soon (I've never played it because i was waiting to cashout). I'm waiting an answer from yesterday. It's a very frustrating place where to play. Livehelp even if gentle and available is useless to solve anything and all questions are sent to email departments that are almost silent for days. I went to online help button and the rep gave me a big runaround asking for the url. I gave him the links and he said they did not show $25.00 no deposit. I found this casino loaded and ran very slowly for me (it's not my internet connection, as other pages were loading quickly at the same time) it is quite frustrating only being offered the instant play version and not the download option as well. I played with a no deposit bonus and lost it quickly (as soon as the games actually loaded) and I was not tempted to deposit as I was getting really frustrated with the speed. I would go back in the future though if there was a download casino offered.

Rival casinos have been on the net almost a decade now ( i think ). the first time I played at a Rival casino was about 5 year ago. At that time I was addicted to their games. They have what they called i-slots, it's kinda slots with a storyline ( maybe stages ). and those video slots give you big win when you trigger the bonus round (even with the smallest wager).
