Not a fan. Slowest of the slow withdrawals, sketchy as well. Customer support is almost non-existent. I recommend this casino to no one, I can name many, MANY other sites I'd recommend someone to try out before this. Take this how you want, maybe go try your luck there just to see how legitimately terrible SlotsPlus is for your yourself! Just trying to save anyone I can the trouble. I cannot give an accurate review of this casino yet but judging by how many people give such high ratings I am going to cash in the free chip provided and see if I can do something with it. I was denied a legitimate $180 BTC withdrawal request. $80 was taken from the balance and only $100 was actually put back into my balance when they erroneously declined my withdrawal. The explanation for their actions didn't make any sense with what had actually taken place. I had to write to the complaints dept on LCB forum and get the Slots Plus rep to reach out to the platform in an effort to find a resolution that reflected the fair gaming they are claiming to provide. First, they passed down false information to the rep and they promised they had put $50 out of that $80 they took back into the balance so I could withdraw the funds, but they hadn't actually followed through and after several more days of frustration finally they seemingly got their you know what together and sent me an email saying the payment was completed and they had sent $150.17 to my BTC address. Days later however, that transaction is still a mystery as they never provided me with a transaction hash to view it on the Blockchain and their god awful withdrawal support guy refuses to give it to me so they are still telling lies and being rude while doing so I hate this casino

I highly advise to spend your time and money elsewhere. Why? Well, I’ve been a depositing player at Slot’s Plus for over a year and they have awful customer support. If you’re making a withdrawal expect to deal with Ivan, he’s beyond rude and offers no real help and is very caddy, if you’re lucky you’ll deal with Dennis, he’s a little nicer though he can’t do anything about the absurd amount of time they take to process any withdrawal. Also please keep in mind that you have to have a balance of $150 in order to even make a withdrawal request that’s a really high for any online casino. The biggest reason I would avoid there is the recent experience that I personally had in which I placed first placed in one of their tournaments and I found out about the tournament here on the lovely LCB forum after I placed first slotsplus placed $100 in my balance so like I was saying earlier you have to have a balance of $150 for withdrawal however I was happy to see that the hundred dollar balance didn’t seem to have a hold on it and I was able to withdraw it so then I started the long process of playing my $100 reward for placing first place in their tournament up and down up and down up and down over the course of three days until I finally got my balance up to $180 I made my withdrawal request and three days later it was declined they also only put $100 back into my balance and took $80 off the top with absolutely no explanation. This is not fair gaming. This is a scam. And all boils down to this if you’re looking for somewhere that gives you any kind of incentives or FreePlay or anything like that you’re not gonna find it here if they don’t offer it especially if you’ve ever one with them before in fact a matter how much I deposit with them because technically I have one there before and my withdraws equal out to be higher than my deposit they won’t do anything for you with customer service and they’re literally trying to rob me right now of being able to cash out on something that I’ve already done all the Playthrough for . I’ve had to complain to LCB and they actually erroneously stated that they were going to put $50 back into my balance so that I could cash out and then they didn’t do it! This is an ongoing issue and they are Shaydee this is not what I would call a place that I is fun or stimulating in anyway don’t have tournaments if you can’t pay people out when they were in first place it’s bad enough that I had to sit there for three days and almost lose the balance altogether just miraculously come up to $180 and then try to tell me that you’re gonna gank $80 off the top leaving me right back at 100 and if I want to withdraw then I’ll have to deposit $50 and then play my entire balance through five times it just doesn’t work like that you don’t get to take the money that I’ve already played for and one away and off of my account and then try to force me to deposit more it doesn’t work that way they’re going against their own terms and conditions but they refuse to acknowledge with their own terms and conditions are when place against my activity in my history and my account! This is a shady casino and I wish slotsplus would never do anything with them except for tell people never to spend their money there!

Answer me this......WHY is it so hard for so many online "gaming sites" to understand the gamblers mentality? We get off on the rush of instant gratification! The smart sites maximize the earning potential that goes along with the mentality of their patrons. I redeemed the code LCB20 and got the $20 no deposit bonus. Played until my account balance was under $1, then ended up winning $200+ on a $0.50 bet. Checked my account and the full amount was showing as my cash balance and $0 was showing as my bonus balance, so I made a withdrawal. Waited 7 days for them to tell me it was denied because I had to finish playing out the bonus amount. No problem. So I continued playing, completed the wagering requirement, and requested another withdrawal for $213.28. Another week goes by and it gets denied again. This time they tell me the max cash out is $120, but $20 of that is sticky and had been deducted from my winnings, leaving me at $100. Then they say the minimum withdrawal amount is $150, and I need to make a deposit equal to the difference between that amount and the $100 that they left in my account...and then I have to wager it 5 times before cashing out. I already completed the wagering requirements of the bonus, and now I’m expected to complete wagering requirements on cash that I deposit on top of it? No thanks. This place is a total scam, avoid at all costs!

I claimed the no deposit offer a while back, I love the slots and the keno. Especially build a Beaver, and cleapatra. My favorite is the keno, i have hit 4/4 and 5/5 several times there. I havent cashed out there yet, but i have used the live help several times and they are always friendly and helplful, Sometimes after a deposit if you are through playing, and goto livehelp they will often give you a small bonus that they dont advertise which i think is very cool.

Slots Plus is a decent casino. I initially played because of the $25 non deposit bonus. I think the overall layout is a bit overdone. The software is RTG, again, not my favorite software for online casinos. I have not yet made a deposit, nor have there been any issues warranting customer service, so I can't give those areas a "plus" or "minus". Will be making a deposit at some point and will amend this review as needed.

I liked this casino at first. They were shoving casino bonuses down my throat. I decided to redeem a few and won. Then after that they were still shoving bonuses down my throat but I was unable to redeem them cause they said my withdrawal activity exceeded my deposit activity. They also took away my comp pts.

I got attracted to this casino because of the 25$ chip but when i joined i saw there was just a rtg casino with slow chat support and nothing special at all.I really dont think is anything attracting here just a normal standard casino to play your money in here.I think i will give this one a go later but for now i will just play this chip and see how it goes.At least the games are working without any problem at all so thats a plus for me

Your top slot games are here. All the fav's including progressives. They have the regular keno game which always seems to be provably fair and random. Video poker here is playable and payable. Definitely worth a deposit. I would stay away from the bonus though. Very hard to reach rollover.

Huh, reading the comments, I find that this casino pays withdrawals very slowly yet. I used to choose and play Slots Plus of the the 5 affiliated casinos. I was lucky to manage a few withdrawals. My first withdrawal from their no-deposit Welcome Bonus, which took about a week. And I even had another withdrawal of a few hundreds in just three days. And then, the rest of withdrawals took around 3~7 weeks. I couldn't wait for their withdrawals, because there is no time frame at all. I gave up playing there, even thought I had pretty nice winnings. You should get prepared for very delayed withdrawals.

So im commenting now because i am beyond surprised that this casino now has a rating of 3.9 on this site when a few months ago it was much much ower so i have to wonder what changes they've made. I played at this casino when i first started playing online and did end up cashing out a withdrawal from the welcome bonus they had. However, i had to post multiple complaints at various sites as it took over 3 months for me to receive my payout of $800. Very stressful. It seems like this online casino site has been around forever! I suppose that might indicate that they are a stable casino site! I have only made one deposit here and if I recall correctly I ended up getting a 100% deposit bonus (that's probably what prompted me to do it at that moment...I love getting those kind of deposit bonuses!) I haven't had a withdrawal from them...yet... but I do know someone that has and there weren't any issues with that occurring and it was received promptly into her bank account. I did like this casino in the past . I had won several nice cash outs in the past The only problem I did not like was the length of time to process my withdrawal 3-4 weeks. However they did pay. On December 4th 2016 I started to play there again. I was able to cash out a 1000 on 12/4/16. Same problem as before I still had not received my wire transfer on 12/31/16. I logged onto their casino on 12/31/16 to find out on their chat line why I had not received my withdrawal request. To my surprise they canceled my withdrawal and put the $1000 back into play so I was forced to start the withdrawal all over again. Now I am very concerned if they even have any intention to pay at all.

Other than the casino's color scheme, I was not impressed much with Slots Plus. Even just the name of the casino leaves much to be desired. My experience here was dull from start to finish. Sister site to sun palace, out of central america. read up on the group, they all the same... essentially great perks and promotions, games, all ya want or need..... but you have to be content with your payouts taking a strict two weeks to process, and it not gonna change regardless of anything.... if i remember right, it has to do with local law in jurisdication that prohibits monetary movement wtih any other timeline schedule. If you can hang in that setup, i highly recommend it, if not, just move on because they are content wtih their group.

Here we find another unique site, that while catering to a specific crowd, have managed to keep afloat, and not really care if players don't like their style fo business or payout rules. I have spent some time talking with support management in detail of what they offer, can offer, or maybe it was more to the tone of what they offer, and what they will offer to an up to mid-roller type player. Guess what, it was basically what you see here coupled with a promotion schedule which was not bad, in fact better than most. However, no budge gonna happen in regard to 2 week payout timeframe. Have no idea why, but they said that is what it is, will be, and not gonna change. Players not liking this should just find another group to play with. Honest, to the point, and having a good setup out of Central America I think, panama or ecuador, i forget.

already said that I can't get the no deposit bonus as per country restrictions but this casino is amazing! I found many no deposit codes, just searching in Google. And the thing that I liked the most is that you can have tons of multiple free chips in a row :) I couldn't make it to wager the chips and didn't came up to withdrawal so I am not sure if they would make a problem of this multiple chips claiming and five me the money, but I'll try the next time ;) BTW I rate 3 stars for now

I've been playing at Slots Plus for quite a few years and have never had a problem with them. I've made numerous deposits and have had some good luck at this casino. The deposit bonuses in my opinion aren't that great. Their customer service is good I have no complaints in that department. Overall, I have no problems to continue to make deposits here, unfortunately I've never had the luxury or should I say patience to withdrawal my winnings when I've done well.

Unfortunately players from my country cannot get free bonuses as they are only for US and Canada players. I think it's good because many casinos don't allow US players so this is a good treat for them. I've played there once, they have a good looking lobby and support is easy to contact and they are very professional. Haven't withrawn from them but I do think they can be trusted.

I like playing here they have low minimum deposit limit’s and are appealing to the eye. They offer some decent deposit bonuses and comp points seem to accumulate very quickly here. This is another main street group casino, and as I've said of other casinos in this group they offer very poor bonus terms to european players for no obvious reason - it seems clear they have no interest in attracting european players. Nevertheless you will be paid if you win, which makes them preferable to many other RTG casinos.

I just love this casino so far so good.. I just cashed out we will see how that goes. I love the games you play and they hit once it reaches a certain amount. I don't see that to often and slot plus has a slot game like that. I hit the jackpot tonight.. I love they have many choices for payout options I don't know of any casino that you can cash out as low as $50.00. I see people saying new player 200% bonus. I don't know if this is new but as a new player there you can use there 400% bonus for 7 days that's what I used and won on. Only downfall is your limited to the games you can play for that bonus. I am just hoping all goes smooth with the payout. I cant get all the money at once but this is the first casino that will pay me $1000.00 a check the other one I won at only paid $500.00 a check. I've been playing at Slots Plus since my old Silver Dollar Casino closed down (I loved it!) - but SP seems pretty good. I take advantage of the Sat. bonus promo most times. I am about to request a withdrawal for the first time and have no idea if there will be problems or not, The last casino I played in after Silver Dollar closed I won money and then it took 2 months in order to finally get paid about 2/3 of what I'd won.
