Not a bad place, but I didn't win. Customer service was helpful. The three reel with the bonus(goblin something, magic something, lucky leprechaun, turkey shoot) was the only thing that hit. Changing games and bets didn't helps, because slots simply just dont gives anything. But what expect from casino where is Arrows Edge leading provider. Slots looks likes as a video games from 90th. I rarely get any emails with loyalty bonuses or freebies. Min deposit for good deposit bonuses is $25. It was $25 with card and min $10 with neosurf now only min $25. Well it is not a type of site that I love because when I was testing it at the time they were offering free sign up bonus, the games were the main reason. The former Golden Casino, standalone, shows as a Deck Media site - it's not. Reps are nice, VIP hosts are nice, depending on who you talk with - Mia is my favourite. Since the days of the former sites no longer in business, I love the software, but its not anything like it used to be. I think a 3 rating is very liberal. If not for their specific library of games that I like, despite low RTP's, the score would be lower. Their bonuses are terrible, nothing like they used to be. There is also a cap on how much you can bet per spin while using a bonus. I'm not a fan of that. The site can do a lot better than this.

I asked who used to really enjoy this casino. It was my favorite one by far. But then they change the rules and now it’s hard for me to even get a bonus even though I am a depositing player. And if you don’t deposit within three months you can’t play any of the tournaments which is absolutely ridiculous. Huge letdown. But that’s just my opinion. Love LCB though!

I am changing my feedback on this casino. A few months back I won around 2500 here. To my surprise I had to resubmit all my docs in order to cash out. I was surprised because this wasn't the first cash out I had had here. Whats more they waited approx 48 hours to tell me they needed the docs and then took another 72 hours for cash out. Of course by the time all of this was done it was the weekend. I ended up waiting almost a week for my money. Far cry from the immediate cash out casinos that you can play at. Also, after this they sent me an email and said I was no longer eligible to play with a NDB because of something they were calling an unfair advantage. I hardly see how considering the money I won came from a no bonus deposit that I had made. Really alot of frustration and a slap in the face considering I have played here for many years. Have made 3 withdrawals, and are were processed exactly as outlined by the casino. Am very happy with the customer service. They are very professional yet personable. Have had 2 Reps go out of their way to let me know that I had free spins pending and not to use them until my withdrawal was complete. If I would have used them prior to completion, my withdrawal terms/playthough and payout max would have changed. Red Stag is a decent casino if your a fan of wager gaming software, as for myself I haven't been able to get into the older style graphics. I have never cashed out here so I can't speak of their payout process. Although their sister casino is pretty much a full week and I assume the same could be expected here. As far as I am concerned as long as they pay it's a positive.

I never got a cashout at this casino. I deposited a few times, but mostly I played there daily free tournaments when I had the extra time for it. However, even though I had made a few deposits at one point they excluded me from the tournaments. This was disappointing, because I liked the software for the slots and was more than a bit fond of one or two of the slots on offer. After they excluded me from the free tournaments I just stopped using the casino. Not sure why they thought this was a good business decision as I totally lost interest in ever depositing again after that. And I had made a few small deposits when they offered match bonuses. Oh well...

Hard to believe that OddsOn was once the best platform out there. W-G-S has ruined a perfectly good platform. The games are tight as hell, and after $30,000 in deposits - I have not had ONE cashout - let that sink in. I reached out to the casino rep, never heard a peep. Don't make the same mistake I did. This is the old Golden Casino of years back, and unlike the English Harbour Group, Golden was a scam site, and even rebranded, still is today. Avoid!

Awful. Absolutely awful. I have deposited well in excess of $25,000 - I'm in the "VIP Tier" next to the top, and I have NOT had ONE withdrawal. I was in love with the games on this site first time playing. I won big and i mean hundreds of dollars like i did not think it was real lol until i was able to withdraw. Their verification is very quick and their support is always available. There are a few support that arent very friendly but other then that i enjoyed their bonuses and slots! very nice but i just wish they had more freebies for depositing players. I won a 55K jackpot at first my payments were weekly for the first 3 payments (you can only withdrawal $2500 weekly) not my fourth payment is now delayed by 3 week. How are they going to complete my entire winnings? If they are playing me now and it does not come close to the entire 55k WHEN do you think they will complete the entire payment? This is not cool at all I first was told they sent the payment on Feb 4th well it only take 24 to 48 hours for a wire transfer. I asked for a ref number to trace they did not have one. Well that means they did not send it. Red Stag has told me 2 times a week at least they sent it which in fact they have not. This is not cool at all. Ref stag needs to release my money. I'm little frustrated with Red Stag at the moment because it is taking 5 days to receive a bitcoin withdrawal trans. I made on Feb. 3rd for $100, and this is my first attempt to withdraw. The support is usually awesome, but lately they haven't been answering my questions in the casino mail (and my casino mail was down all week and nobody would answer my questions I sent in my regular e-mail to support@redstagcasino.eu. It's been a frustrating week with them. Then...when I chatted with "Ralph" in Live Support yesterday, it's as though he was laughing at me and let the chat without answering my questions. I generically copy and pasted the conversation because the downloaded version does NOT give us the option to send the chat to our e-mail. Here's a copy of the chat from yesterday (and I still have not received my money): "Hi. I made a $100 withdraw request a few days ago and still haven't received it. I have e-mailed support but I still have not received a reply. Also, my mail in my downloaded and online flash version of the casino is still down and can not check those messages as well. I don't even see a copy of the crypto address so I could check my withdrawal on my end? This casino is fine but should've been better if they update their rules and policies on time,. If you enjoy old school slots, this is the site to play. They have some newer, but mostly machines that mirror what's on a casino floor. They have great bonuses, VIP Hosting (Brother Juan). I have to admit that I'm in thousands of dollars and have yet to have a cashout, but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed to finally have my luck change to the better. The Odds On/WGS platform is good and stable, and if you prefer the download client, it is out there... but its getting harder to find, as they are moving toward a flash only site. I prefer the download client, it has the "free games" that you can "practice", where as the non-download doesn't. My only issue is that the bonuses don't hit all that often - no matter what game. I typically play what is considered high limit, and compared to the local "brick and mortar" casinos, the online slots really have no - differentiation when playing at higher amounts. In other words, if you have your game set at 20 cents a spin or $200 a spin, the payout is the same. And this is with any online site, and I would like to see that change because when you're wagering large amounts, the payouts should indeed be set higher. But overall, OddsOn/WGS is my favourite platform.

It is a decent casino, rtg games were never my favorite but the recent ones are far more joyful than the oldest ones. Red Stag casino has been operating for somewhat years and has a good reputation. I personally would not play here often since there are more better rtg casinos out there.

Terrible

This casino is the worst. For 10 days i am being told by support i will receive withdraw in 24-48 hours, than in 24 hours, yesterday i was told in 9 hours and today i am told by next wednsday. I can only assume it will never happe

Ok so I admit that they don't have the best selection of games but that is the only thing that I could possibly think of that ws negative in anyway. They have the best customer service. Prompt, helpful, and always friendly. I have usually faired pretty well with my wins or at least I can make my money last here. They have free daily tournaments and great bonuses. Awesome place to play.

Nice casino, its a good alternative to WG casinos, but i know other few ones that have 2 daily different tournaments free, and the best is the blackjack each 15 days, i have never won but got a lot of fun, here its 1 monthly very good slot tournament, one weekly and other daily, with luck maybe u can win the daily one for 100, nice casino, but i ldont like so much the providers games

Red Stag is a great casino . Only thing I would say could be better is there games. All the games seem outdated . So playing could get a tad boring . They also run regular tournaments. Which includes a free roll. I haven't won anything here but my friend had won like 2 thousand so they do pay out

Red stag was my favourite casino..I always deposit and I like talking to most of the support stuff they are great. Lately though I am being told often no deposit bonus available then later that day find out there was.promotions team need to make sure support is updated nd all know. Too confusing makes depositing a hassle. Low bonuses when they have them as well. Please find consistency redstag nd maybe give loyal regular players a nice deposit bonus at times

I used to deposit and play regularly at this casino and enjoyed the customer service rewards and vip club promotions until I made my second withdrawal in the same month that didn't even exceed my withdrawal limit allowed. After my second withdrawal my account was changed to RS which I still don't know what it stands for and I was blocked from claiming any type of deposit bonus codes or any of the vip promotions on their website as well as i am not allowed to claim any cashback on my deposit losses nor does my account gain rewards points during real time play. I have enquired a few times about the restrictions on my account wondering if I'd done something wrong by the casino and we're not happy with me but have been told that nothing is wrong and that the account manager had made a personal and sole decision to restrict my account based on winning 2 times within the past 2 yrs of having my account with them. I've not had this happen to me with any other casinos that I've won more $ at before nor have I heard of it happen to anyone else so I have given the casino an average rating as i have lost interest in playing.

Aber DIE ALLER ALLER SCHLIMMSTEN ******* casinos bekommen es auf die Reihe sich ZUMINDEST eine NETENT Lizenz zu besorgen. Mich lässt das Gefühl nicht los bzw ich bin mir eigentlich so gut wie sicher, dass da in manchen Fällen irgendetwas einfach ned komplett mit rechten Dingen zugehen kann. The only thing that I have gotten from the Red Stag casino is there free chip and when it first opened they use to have freeroll tournaments for all to play as long as you had an account with them and then one day they would not let you play the freeroll tourneys unless you make some sort of deposit, that kinda turned me off of this casino personally.

Odds On (to those of us who have been around for a while), turn Vegas Tech, now W-G-S has fallen from what used to be a very enjoyable and hospitable platform. The days of English Harbour are a distant memory and Red Stag (Deckmedia) has done a horrible job with ruining a perfectly good brand. The slots are very volatile, tight... Reps are rude... Unless you're depositing thousands, the bonus structure is a total joke. All one need do (on any casino) isplay in free mode to see how the platform operates. Red Stag is outrageously tight. Bonuses RARELY hit, the "comp system" is worthless and bottom line is until they loosen up and start paying out, this (sad to say) is a casino to avoid. If you've lost a good deal and used your credit card, charge it back... Let them know how it feels to be cheated - the way they have been cheating patrons. 0 out of 5 stars.

I liked red stag when i was playing there i have spent tons of great hours playing their slots and especially tournaments, but then after few withdrawals (and deposits in between) they stopped al the tournaments for me. I could not even finish the round i was playing and it were not FREE TOURNAMENTS it were paid so i have paid around 50USD for tournament i couldnt even finish, with 14USD they stopped my gameplay and after hours with live chat it turned out that i have to play only slots if i want to play any more, my tournaments deposits werent given back, with 14USD i went to try some of the slots but whole 14 USD 0.25usd/spin and not one single win (tried 3 slots) Since that i dont play there and i am getting letters with bonuses i cant even use on the casino, i tried to contact live support and ask them to stop sending letters to my home with bonuses i can not even use, they told me they will stop all the promotion 2 times but i still get the letter once a month with "EXCLUSIVE" bonuses in it...

Red Stag is probably my favorite casino nowadays. At least in my top 3. Their staff and bonuses are easily some of the best in the industry, very little lagging and glitching in gameplay, graphics are great, etc.. Red stag is an amazing casino! There games are excellent and very entertaining. They give you a wide variety of games to choose from as well. I love to play slot tournaments. The slot tournamenta are awesome and offer a wide variety of amounts you can choose from . so if your a high roller or the lit guy you both can get in on the action. There customer service is spot on. There prompt and very courteous and polite and do a very good job of answering your qurstions and getting right down to the bottom line of what you were calling bout and get the whole situatiom remedy in a timely fashion. With the WGS brand, you either hate them, or love them. I love 'em, but I hate 'em too....in a good way. Some of their games, WGS/Red Stag, are absolutely the best slots in my opinions, Dolphin Reef, Amanda Panda. Even their table games, like Casino Hold 'em, offer a better gameplay experience (mainly b/c of the strategy and fun involved). I only say that I hate 'em, b/c I'm "hook-line-&-sinker" for this brand. And, what's very loveable (and hateable) at Red Stag, is that they offer these insane bonuses like 350% if you use Bitcoin PLUS 200 spins...or something like that. Red Stag def knows they have a great casino brand in WGS, and they market it way better than any other WGS casino.

Their customer service is the most professional and courteous I have encountered and despite only withdrawing once, which the payment arrived faster than expected, I will continue my loyalty and trust within their staff. They are not shy regarding giving bonuses! Their slots are decent fair but one partically slot i will never play again at Redstag is Jesters Wild its almost scary to play on. Last time i played it, it ate my whole balance(+- 70 Euro) in a streak never got Jester wild feature left with some pennies and played 1 line and there was Jester and of course no wins from it. overal a good casino

Been a member now for almost a year. Love the tournaments they have at first wasn't a fan because the pots were small and were mainly only all bonus money could win but past few months pots been higher and more real money can win. Also as a new member there are amazing bonuses given deposit and non but as a loyal member someone who makes deposits and are polite with customer service they hook it up as well free spins.

Red Stag is ok I guess. I mean, who doesn't like the LCB Members only Free Roll Tournaments and the all the regular Free Roll Tournaments. The slot selection is ok if you are not a high maintenance player who can look past basic looking and feeling slots. The two bad things about Red Stag that hold them back are - 1. The bonuses for new players are wwwaayyy better than for loyal depositing players = not cool and 2. The BTC withdrawal time frames!! I mean my god, why the hell does it take 72 frickin hours to process a BTC withdrawal?! Seriously, what takes so damn long?! IMO, this type of policy is predatory in nature because Casino's know that many players aren't going to let money sit there waiting to be withdrawn. Hell no they won't, they will get the itch and want to play, bam, no more withdrawal. Red Stag is much like other casinos like Lincoln and Liberty slots in terms of there layout for mobile and the games they offer. I do like a lot of the slots they offer but there are certainly games i do not care for as well. They have tournaments which is always a lot of fun to play, especially the Free Rolls although they are difficult to win in my opinion. But i def recommend for other players to at least try them out. I have never had the experience of withdrawing as well so i can't comment on that, but they are a legit casino to play for.

Same ole same ole. Just another site with lengthy withdrawal time frames. Over 48 hours for payout is a thing is the past. I played the free chip here and games were as cool as other sites. I didn’t make the playthrough but also will not be depositing either since I am not fond of how long it states the withdrawal perocess takes. Good luck though to the ones that do play here.

I love the games and most of live support are friendly and helpful. My only issue is 95% of deposit bonuses posted to forums and bonus code sites are all for new players first deposits. The new players also have for first 7 deposits -awesome bonuses listed on casino..players who deposit often nd even vip players hardly get free spins or over 100% matches. No rewards for loyalty after 5 deposits in a row I asked support what deposit bonus is available nd at vip nd rum level. I was told only 35% match it's always the same issue though not just today..it's great you look after and reward new players red stag but please start thinking of loyal existing players who deposit all the time

I received at least three dozens of e-mails from various affiliates regarding Red Stag casino. Every time an email came about this casino I drop it to the bin and move on but they kept coming and I decided to have a look and try the $25 exclusive no deposit bonus, I must admit I enjoyed playing there and I've spent about 2 hours playing with the bonus money they gave me. Love the games... great welcome bonuses. Only problem other then no customer service skills, is the fact that existing player only get match deposit bonuses with and without free spins. I have to give them a good reviews after register sometime back. One I was bored and had no income to play and I told a casino rep from Red stag that. He was awesome to bend the rules and set me up $5.00 cash play. But today they are denying me the bonus offered here. I just get frustrated when Casino on line or on land dont give some think back. to their customers. Especaily when require a minimum deposit of $25.00. Awful. No other way to describe. What used to be a great platform (OddsOn), run by English Harbour (with the exception of Golden Casino), the new operators have really ran down what used to be a great experience. The slot volatility is set so painfully high, even at high limit (which I play), that if this were a land based casino, it would be under investigation. The bonus structure leaves much to be desired. There is no competition with other casinos like competition from Bitcoin Casinos like Fortunejack, or most Microgaming sites who are legit and heavily regulated. Sorry Netherland Antillies... any "Gaming Authority" you offer a certificate to any site is a joke. There are a few new games that are fun, but the bottom line remains the volatility. Presumably a "bonus game" has a "bonus" for a reason - for the "bonus" to hit! Good luck at any WGS/OddsOn site. Even wagering high limits, you can easily wager $3k+ and only hit 10 credits, no bonus hit. Unacceptable. Its sad that you have better odds of winning at a lower rated RTG site than WGS... very sad. Hopefully the management realises that they lost a patron who spends over $10k/month or more because of greed.

I like the games but haven't won yet. Not even $25.00 and deposit over $600.00 on this site. I got back maybe three free spins and one for $100.00 and I think $20.00 and that's it. was playing and depositing and also withdrawing here for a while already. One nice day i logged on my account and joined tournament for 3USD,played few spins out of 100 tournament balance and suddenly got kicked,contacted support and i was told that i can not play tournaments here any more without giving actual reason. I'll agree that this casino grew on me. The only thing i dislike is that they only have free spins and such for new players. There is nothing free to come out of this casino. Other than that, all good. I had a check sent to me that no one would cash, because of an out of country issue, and they fixed it and sent me bitcoin very quickly. I don't remember why i chose check, but im sure there was a reason at the time. Either way they fixed the issue within a week of me doing my part.

This casino has grown on me. I enjoy the tournaments they have and I never have an issue when depositing. I have not taken a withdrawal so I can't speak to that. The games are great and the service is good as well. I wish they had some better bonuses, but oh well. The variety of games that they have is perfect for me. One of my personal "top 3" online casinos! If you have never participated in a tournament, then you should try Red Stag's format. Nice variety of 3 reel to 7 reel slots. My only issue is the confusion as to when the bonuses have been met. Needs to be an easier/clearer way as other casinos have.

Okay casino. One thing that I really hate is their customer service representative are tend to be very rude to me. I asked for a very simple question and he answered me with s very bad attitude. They have a lot of variety of games that you can pick from. But the downside the graphic for the game is kind of like an old school. It is kind of outdated in my opinion. But overall I like the game. Generally the staff are very obliging and great at apply the match bonuses. I feel that if you make many deposits and the house is clearly only making what can only be considered to be a substantial amount on a weekly basis then these customers deserve to be spoilt by the customer service representative. Generally I feel like I'm not spoilt but looked after by most of the staff however there a couple of staff that need to understand that a returning weekly depositing patron is worth some treats on the house... Ie: should amount to a round of double rum nd coke every couple of losses to keep the patrons pallet satisfied and limbs hydrated

By far some of the best support persons around. I actually withdrew on Christmas eve (12/24/17) knowing that it would probably be the first of Jan when i saw a check. When they came back to work from holiday, they checked everything, emailed me, and sent the check. Got it today (12/30/17). So six days total for everything including verification and between christmas and new years, i dont think you can beat it without instant wallet.

Enjoy playing at this casino. They offer daily free rolls and all kinds of promos. My favorite thing about them is that in addition to the daily free rolls they have tournaments priced at less than a nickel. For the budget conscious you could play here daily with ansmall deposit and have a real chance at winning a nominal prize. Some while after sign-up i choose to do a Deposit. I believe it was $25 and I got a nice FIRST DEPOSIT MATCH BONUS and had a great time. After some time I got the same message as my Wife got (she never had done a deposit) when she tried to enter a Freeroll....... "Your email has not been validated. Please validate your email by clicking on the link in the welcome email. If you did not receive a welcome email please contact customer support for assistance." I knew i had validated my email i did that when i signed up and I don't know if I can deposit without have done it. I ALWAYS save the first "Welcome you just Sign up..." mail from a casino where i registered so i opened that one from RED STAG and clicked on the validation link (once again) and got the same message again and again. I thought about it and came to the conclution that my Wife got the Message 1 year after she registered (NEVER DEPOSIT!) and I got my message Exactly the same as she did 1 year after my Deposit! It is / would be completely okay if the freeroll is "ACCESS DENIED" IF you never have done a deposit and a year have gone OR a year have gone since your last deposit, that fair enough if it's RED STAG's politics, which one easily might think.... BUT THEN DROP THE CRAB ABOUT"PLEASE VALIDATE YOUR EMAIL BY CLICKING ON THE LINK IN THE WELCOME EMAIL" and just write a message that tells what it's all about .... I have been playing at Red Stag for over a year and am having a ball. They are one of the few online casinos that offer penny slot tournaments. I play everyday in their tournaments and they have some of the best to offer. I enjoy being able to take a penny and win a tournament. I play at multiple online casinos and can tell the difference when it comes to their games offered and their graphics. One of the biggest pluses about Red Stag is their Customer Service. Often times I have found that at other casinos if I am not making a deposit then they end the conversation or ignore you until you disconnect. I have had to speak with them on multiple occasions and often times in the wee hours of the morning (insomnia) and still get great service. I've played at many casinos but never have I done 50 spins win once $2.50 which gives me another 5 spins. I don't know but this has happened more than once at red stag never any other casino. Well, I use to love Red Stag and.... as a depositor. I never cashed out here, but I did make a $50 deposit to which I won up to $1800+. Silly me was in it to win bigger, and I lost it all. What I do NOT like about Red Stag is, if you don't make a deposit that month or after winning a tourney, that do not let you play. It doesn't matter how much you have ever deposited there. I didn't appreciate this and honestly stopped depositing into Red Stag. Miami Club is my favorite WGS casino and Casino Extreme is my favorite RTG. I have cashed out of both and extremely quick.

The only good thing about Red Stag is the freeroll tournaments, other then that I am not a fan. The slot games are all weak, they have terrible bonus which are all mainly for new users. I tried to use the live chat today to ask a simple question and they proceeded to just close my session and then ask me to fill out a questionnaire on how great they were. Not worth my time or money thats for sure.

i uses to deposit here all the time until recently in the last half of the year started to cut back on comps and rely heavily on freespin codes that my or may not be available everyday. dont be shy to ask for codes people its no big deal, you earned them! the thing with Red Stag that irritates me the most is that on busy weekends they do not have supervisors or V.I.P availoable. unfortuanelty those are the only people that can generate and give permission to give codes. the support staff are only there to assist in depositing and other related questions. So if i have a big weekend and depsoit an handful of times ill get the respons to check back with V.I.P Monday, which turns out to be sometimes Wed. Where as other WGS casinos give free bonus chips depending on your account activity, Red Stag gives everyone codes reguardless of how many times you deposited say in a weekend. My beef is that most of the times not all i can only rake in if im lucky .25 cents to $3. the spins are usually 10 spins to Cool Bananas, 30 to dolphin reef, 15 spins City of Gold and 20 Cherry Blossoms. the best luck i get is when played on the downloaded casino version, the Mobile Site has many many software problems that you will at some point encounter. its important to let support know if your being robbed out there on the mobile site. I've been robbed on several occasions. what i mean is unreliable software that is unstable at best. Glitching reels, icons changing when landing to avoid big payouts on 3 reels, amongst other things the reels being off time and slowing and speeding up. I will tell support which game and that Im upset and they need to fix it. it helps if more would let them know. All in All Red Stag Support is Mediocre, I think they are underpaid and get really busy, someo f the seasoned support staff are blatently to the point, and not as friendly and compassionate as other ones. I've had heated disscussions with support and found my instant coupon button gone the next day. Still missing it. I haVENT redeemed a bonus since last december because of this. Support does not have the ability to apply any bonus codes outside of a depositing one when you make a deposit, trust me I've asked several times. In a nutshell, Red Stag is my Go to when I get reels so tightin addition to bad luck from Miami, Lincoln and Liberty. When i need a better odds and a breath of hope and opportunity. there system seems independent from the Deck mEdia giants. No depsoit bonuses are now 99% mostly for new accounts, which bums me out!

They made me deposit to play tournaments,let me play one tournament and stopped me in half of another tournament while i still had funds but i couldnt play so i had to lose and they just told me to lose my money on normal game and stopped my account for too much tournaments played.

There are some things I dont like about it but, but its overall a really good casino, for slots, good tournaments, freerolls, bonuses are many, and not far between, if you make deposits, the only thing I would say I dont like about it, is like the majority of all these slot games all seem similar and rebadged, but thats just a personal complaint, I personallly still would give it a high four, and they also have pretty good support. always kind and friendly.

The mobile version is very good as well as the desktop. Their video poker doesn't offer all the variations but payback is consistent. The table games really don't pay enough to play long. All in all Red Stag is trustworthy and contact with them is quick.

i used to love playing the free tournaments here until one day i tried to buy a n item from the LCB store and when they tried to apply it. it triggered something in their system and now they tell me you can only play a certain amount of free tournaments with out depositing cash. lucky i can still play at their sister casinos without any hassle.

For no-deposit claimers and newcomers alike, exposure to Red Stag along with the rest of their cronies is a definite necessity due to reasons such as a wide (albeit slightly aging) catalog of games; generous bonuses; daily freeroll tournaments and their generically welcoming disposition towards new gamblers. Only real disadvantage would be after some time spent playing, presents a serious possibility of being bored of your skin... perhaps an update/refresh would do them so good?

Ok. I was not so into WGS casinos, I guess because I was in love with the RTG games. But once I started playing at Miami Club and Lincoln, I kind of fell in love with the games and then Red Stag came along. I LOVE Red Stag and the customer service and have won over a few thousand, but this dumb blonde never cashed out. One of the reasons I haven't cashed out is because it doesn't have Bitcoin as a withdraw option at the moment, and I am HOPING they will soon because I would be depositing a lot more.

I like this casino, and it might sound like i am putting it down but i am not. I have found several bonuses for this casino on different forums and have not been able to claim any of them, but about every other month i get a hold of chat (and i do deposit there) explain my dilemma and they either give me 50 plus spins on something or up to $20 depending on my depositing action and how long it has been since i last requested a freebie. I like playing at Red Stag, they are a very good reputable casino and they have sweet sign up bonuses for new players. They also have some pretty good bonuses for loyal depositing players, however the only downfall is, after one good cashout I was no longer able to redeem most of their bonuses. It kinda sucks but I still like playing there on occasion. I would play there more if they would lift my bonus restriction.

I like this casino, there are many features that makes it a place I like to play. I love their choice in software. I like the free daily tournaments and they also have a special, one cent tournament for depositing players. I can get 25% cashback on all no bonus deposits and they have and a no deposit chip in the LCB shop for just a couple dollars. The only disadvantage, or for me, a disappointment is that they have very few withdrawal options for US players, specificly, 'no bitcoin withdrawal!'

First any winnings from tournaments have a wagering requirement of 20x, if i win $1 from a tournament i have to play $20, if i loose the $1 bonus i still have to play with my money until i reachead the 20x!!!! I win $272 real money, not bonus on the jacks or better tournament and then i play some slots and stay at $300, after that i request a cash out of $200. After i received the email i login to my account and see that i only have $20!!! My initial deposit. They got $280!!!!!!!!!!! Stay way from this casino!

One of my first casinos that I fell in love with due to the simple nature of their slots and less pretentious outlook. This is absolutely my favorite Casino of all time. I play here the most and deposit at this Casino more than any other. Support is great and friendly and one time i contacted live support pertaining to a no deposit bonus that wasnt working for me, apparently it was because of the affiliate i signed up with wasnt the one the bonus was from. Anyhow, even tho i didnt qualify for that bonus, support gave me a $15 bonus anyway just because!! I was so surprised and grateful! They really strive to help the player in my opinion. The tournaments at Red Stag are also awesome! These are my favorite tournament with great graphics and good wins. Been on the leaderboard many times with some good wins. I used to deposit an obscene amount of money into this casino last year. I was living in Arizona and working, got out of a bad 15 year relationship, moved back to my home state of California. I am currently unemployed and it's been approx 6 months since I've deposited here. I used to like Red Stag until they decided to not let non-depositors participate in the free play tournaments. ISN'T THAT WHAT FREE TOURNAMENTS MEANS?? So I have uninstalled on my laptop and no longer will play at Red Stag. I do deposit at online casinos but I will never deposit there. The time I did try to deposit it seems like it was $35 min and that's too much for me. What's the difference between $25 and $35 , but $10? Odds are they would've still got my money but $35 was too greedy for me.

RED STAG Ok Casino. games are a little boring. If you enjoy just watching spinning reels then perhaps this would ideal. Cash Cow is alright but my favourite is Amazing 7's . They have since seemed to become the Red Stag of earlier times regarding bonuses that I have been given lately. If you had asked me about this casino several months or so ago I would have said that I enjoyed playing there and had never had any issues, but, something has changed with them in the last couple of months where they are not giving out any bonuses for their players that make deposits, they are refusing entry into the forum sponsored free tournaments if you haven't made any recent deposits, they even refused entry into their own free tournaments for not making any recent deposits! This is unexceptable in my opinion and I won't deposit there any more until changes are made.

I love their games, their software and their no deposits, but once again I can't use them! I don't know what the issue is with trying to register with a lot of online casinos and being denied? It royally sucks! I miss Microgaming and Playtech casinos too! At least I am not banned from them because of my location in the USA, but because I am in the USA.

Well Ive been cheated by my number 2 casino I feel cause Im a vip player at RED Stag and was given a 20.00 bonus from my vip host and nfinally hit it big made my playthrough and withdrew 1800.00 and was so excited because they excepted it then 2 days later They said I( was allowed a one time 150.00 dollar withdraw and the other almost 1700.00 was given back So angry !!! Red Stag is great for their tournaments! I have gotten high ranking scores multiple times and I play the tournaments at a lot of casinos daily. So, they are the only casino that I feel I have an actual chance of winning in their tournaments. Now I just gotta learn to stop while I am ahead! They do offer great welcome bonus, up 7 deposits and some free spins too. I have played online casino's for 12 years and in my opinion this is the tightest casino I have ever played at. I was going to say terrible but customer support is very friendly but on the slow side. I don't often write reviews but after 5 deposits, I could get nothing going. Good Luck to any that do.

Unfortunately I was only able to use the $5 no deposit code for the Red Stag Casino I haven't yet got the chance to deposit and actually play the games and the 5 bucks while they're free and nice they do burn pretty quick. Red stag is a top notch WGS casino. They have pretty good bonuses in general too. The games are the best in my opinion that you can find online. The customer service is always nice and will work with you fairly. I have had several withdrawals from them and they were all processed very quickly and correctly. This is a really fun casino and gaming site. Like the tournaments and the slot play seem fair. Didn't like that there was no live dealers but there card games did pay fair . I really liked red stag although I've yet to have success while playing I have had a chance or two to almost gomon a positive run but still have had fun while doing all of that. It seems,that customer service is not a complete hassle given the small amount of complaints towards them.

Mad is an understatement. I deposited at red stage today and bought like 4 tourneys re buying a few and nothing at all, not even playtime. I did claim a chip from the shop, and after i lose that, i will never deposit again. I have never seen such horrid tournament out come or play time on a deposit. I don't deposit often so this was a drag. I also tried to claim 25% cash back on deposit but was told only if i did not claim a bonus on my deposit lol. Probably listed somewhere but the pop up i got did not say that. Rating changed to reflect my 2 experiences with deposits.

I liked the games you can find on Red Stag, I also like them so much the continous deposit and no deposit bonuses sent to your email, but what I can't like is that you need to install their software in order to play, most of decent casinos have also a web version and you skip the annoying process of installing software. Usually you play at many different casinos and you don't want to have programs of all of them.

I deposited yesterday and did a re- buy for the LCB tournament. My starting balance was $27 instead of $50. Support was nice but i didn't get my issue resolved. Games are very hard to win on. Never did get my email with the chat i had about the tournament. Not big on making this my new casino. I do like the 1cent free rolls though. Wonder what other casino they are affiliated with. noway! this site are condescending arsholes! i joined, played, made like 3 or 4 deposits over $200 invested and then my account was locked i inquired as to why and they told me blah blah blah security measures blah blah blah were ignorant, blah blah send us all this documentation and print this form fil it out and we will unlock your account when we verify it all so i do this and it takes a couple weeks to deal with these dogs cause its all through vague emails that they take 3 days in between corespondenses to relay then after they had everything they needed to financial screw me they never replied back to my emails they never unlocked my account they never refunded my deposits they never spoke to me on the phone about anything other than to send another email to the security monkeys. this casinos method of operation would have people like me kicking the sh!t out of their p***k faced employees and going to jail over the disrespect they show if they didnt have to hide behind the internet while working and doing what they do. total douchebags here

Well, I tried the new nd, but was told via pop up that I was ineligible. When I questioned support they said the code was only for "relatively new accts". Mine is relatively new. The prob with such statements of course is that "relatively new" seems to be at the discretion of support. My acct is just three months old. I did get an email from Bree the next day apologizing for the misunderstanding. Bree included a code for ten free spins. I hate that they would not honor the code, but appreciated that Bree tried to make things right with the free spins. I guess all in all my verdict on Red Stag is still out. I should say that I was impressed with how quickly support addressed the problem though.

I actually enjoy the simplicitly of Red Stags. They are very generous with bonuses to non depositing members who are still deciding if they want to become a depositer...me Lol Their slots seem to be pretty loose and they do offer a few slots that I have come to really like and don't often get the pleasure of playing. Their customer service is pretty slow but the people all are pleasant... Chat sometimes leaves me waiting so long I can't remember what I was initially there to ask. I did try depositing once or twice but had difficulties and they couldn't immeditely pinpoint the problem so I ended up back at my regular casino. They could offer more tournaments but what they have is sufficient enough. Would be interested to know how the cashout process actually went from someone who has cashed out from there. Overall they seem like they would be a good option for thoselooking for a place that is a little different from the majority of casinos right now.

dont care for a casino that takes multiple deposits from a player and waits until you request a withdrawal to tell you that your account cannot be verified (even though all your info is sent in as requested and you fill out the credit card authorization form) then close your account giving no further correspondence through email or over the phone. I signed up with the no deposit and managed to make playthrough of bonus, i succesfully withdrew via skrill and once i was verified with id and documents the withdrawal was instant!! was very happy and quite liked the games as well, i found support good although response time was a tad slower than i would have liked. Here at the stagg was another experience over before its beginning. I had tried to sign up but due to a sister sites account could go no further. The games how ever seemed fun and the tournaments would have been a blast as well. The support did respond mediocrely but could not resolve the sign up issue. 2 stars is more than fair .

I took the registration bonus of 5 but unfortunately lost it very quickly. But the week after they gave me 2 more free chips to try out their games which i found very generous. I liked their games but had no luck on them yet (made one deposit). Live support was alsways friendly and helpful so I can definitely recommend this casino. I really love the games here . Aside from the NDB, I did two deposit on this casino and on that last deposit with matching bonus, I was able to go past play through and was ahead with more than $130 so sought the withdraw button . But lo and behold, there is a minimum withdrawal limit for my Neteller, which is my mode of transaction , of $150 . Yay, tried to reach that limit, but got very unlucky and busted :(

Just FYI this casino has friendly staff but one of the site operators told me they offered bonuses on re-deposited funds. So, with this in my mind I re-deposited my penidng cashouts and lost my money. When I contacted support they told me they didn't offer bonuses on re-deposits. This is kind of shady practice. I would not have re-deposited my cashouts if I had known but I was told personally that there would be a bonus which was not honored. I told the site operator Gus that I would post this here at LCB for all to see.

Was disappointed in only getting $5 to play with before having to deposit but its better than a kick in the pants. Had to use their live support to redeem the bonus but that was really quick and the staff are extremely professional and helpful. The WGS software is one of my favourites - played the slots 'livin the life' and it was brilliant! Only negative is that being in South Africa is that depositing is very expensive.

(REVIEW REDONE AND RATING ADJUSTED) I am re-evaluating my rating for this casino as they have surprisingly been great since recently. initially I was not happy and I was not prepared to play here again however I thought I would give them another shot a few days ago and I am extremely happy with the service and the promotions they are currently running they are offering tournaments some of which are free to join or tthey will send you an email with the tournament code (not always) and you're able to register for a tournament and play for real cash I am extremely happy and will play here. I wish they could just add a few more games.

you have to be sure of the bonuses because alot of them are for new players only and as i have recently learned no matter how long ago u joined once you make a deposit you no longer are considered a new player thus disqualifying you from all those millions of emailed bonuses and codes thatthey flood the email with ...i find that in itself ridiculous but i guess thats also another trick to the trade :/

I was delighted to discover a new WGS casino! Yay! Not only did I receive the free $5 chip, but when I went to say hi to live chat, they (Gus) also gave me an additional $15. That is pretty generous for WGS- usually you are lucky to get $10 out of them. The money lasted quite a while. The nice thing about these casinos is that you can bet as little or as much as you wish, they accept everything from a penny to $75 a bet. While it is true that the graphics are a tad 1960 they are introducing new games with more updated graphics slowly but surely. Maybe it's just me but i like the older graphics. Simplistic perhaps, but also easy to understand and keep track of everything that you need to keep track of. The playthrough is relatively low- by comparison to a lot of other new casinos any way. I play at another WGS where the playthru is only 15%. I am not going to mention the name here as they do not use affiliates so LCB would not benefit from me telling you what the name is. Any way, Live chat was professional and helpful. If you win from the free chip you do not have to make a deposit to collect so that is something new and unusual as well. I reccommend to avoid that casino: I played on the 1st of Jan. with a deposit bonus and asked after a while the support (my balance was about 3000,- !!), where I can see when I did meet the wagerrequirements. Online support told me, that this is not possible and that he has to ask the audit departement (because he can´t do it neither), but that is closed during weekends - wow, I have never heard such a bullshit !!!! Next I asked, if red stag is operated by the same group (deckmedia) like "slotocash" and "desertnight" casino - like it is stated at latestcasinobonuses - but he told me, that this is not correct, the casino only uses the same "processor" like sloto and desert !!!!! So after my short story everybody shall make his own picture about that casino....(all the high rated above were made by "No-depositors" and for free bonus players, so do not deposit at "red stag" !!!)

Signed up and $5 bonus added as directed. Won 2 bonuses: 6.75 and 3.38 and one set of free games (playibg the last 3 credits, lol) which won approx. $3 so allowed me to play a bit longer. Have never played WGS before: simplistic layout, limited denominations and it kind of reminds me of the online games from about 15 years ago. Not sure if I'd be interested in playing again ONLY because I don't like the graphics. I recently registered with this casino. I was excited at first but I received an email yesterday for an invitation to play their free slots tournament. I had to contact live chat and present a code which was provided in my email. I attempted to contact chat, got through to a support agent which asked me to hold. Whilst holds the chat ended. This happened about four times. I clicked on live chat again got through to another agent who also had me on hold for some time. I asked what was wrong with their live support and that is was very frustrating but he couldn't give me an answer. He mentioned it might be the servers. I asked him to add me to the tournament. He provided me with the slot I was suppose to play but there were no tournaments (free) with this slot. I again got disconnected and played itching at the end. I will not be playing here again, this was the worst support I have encountered.

I just signed up for this casino and was fortunate enough to find a fifteen dollar chip also. Support was very humorous and cordial, although there was repeated pressure to deposit. I don't mind depositing at casinos if I am treated well, but the arm-twisting to deposit was a turnoff for me. This casino uses the same software as Lincoln and Liberty Slots...I kinda like the simplicity of the software on the slots; it is all very straightforward and the graphics are kinda cartoony/folksy...
