Terrible

To preface this review, I am someone who has passed 100,000$ in deposits with JacksPay, not a casual player. JacksPay has been withholding payment for not only me, but it seems like many other people. I have pending withdrawals since May. The total remainder is $5625. They have been coming up with a variety of excuses on why the payments are delayed. Just recently, funds have come into their BTC wallet, and they still have not paid out anything. Save your money for until they fix their problems. Ghost casino at the moment, live chat is unreachable as well.

Payout is not within 48 hrs nor 5 days. I cashed out thru Bitcoin 3 times and it never hit my account. After waiting 2 weeks I reversed my withdrawal, cashed out again, waited for payment another 7 days then reversed again n played it all back. It's a no for me.

So I found out that I had opened two accounts and this happens more than once for me.Yes guilty..I have been playing for so long and so many come out new with similar names and so I've done it but if I happen to have two sometimes I can't get in for whatever reason . Well here I get in my account successfully and I love the games at these casinos. So I gave them a chance and they sent numerous no de. bonuses and free spins to my phone and email. I started playing them and then I decided to deposit This is all done in one account that I started receiving incentives from.At this point i am not having a clue i had an open acct. previously. I deposited 3 or 4 times here and they took my deposits. I finally hit a small amount to withdraw, $100 , I think .. So I request payout all docs have been verified and then I go back to login and they locked it. I went to chat and was able to do that while not logged in. I told him what happen, he checked it out and it was then I found out there was another one. So instead of closing the other since it wasn't used , they said I violated by having the two accounts. Well ok, but I asked why they took my deposits if thats the case ? I'm playing and spending lots of time trying to win and when i asked , he said its just the policy, but he did say that they would refund all my deposits which I think is fair but noone answers the emials now and I'm having a hard time getting a rep.
