Another real time gaming casino with super slow withdrawals and ridiculously high wagering requirements on their misleading promotions. They are not a bonus for the player. It's a bonus for the casino when the player chooses to play with deposit bonuses. It's a restriction for the player to have to wager so much before you can withdrawal your winnings. Of course the games always seems like they're easier to win on while playing with an active bonus compared to playing with no bonuses and for that reason I no longer put my money into real time gaming casinos

This is your typical RTG casino. It has plenty of the usual games, tournaments and deposit as well as no deposit bonuses. The casino has one thing it has improved on though...whereas they used to make you wait until your deposits totaled $100 before they allowed you to redeem cashback, they now allow you to redeem cashback after every $10 deposit :)

I just signed up and claimed $20 no deposit bonus through lcb's code. As every gambler I was not really hopeful of winning outta it lol. But at the moment I am at $132 max cashout is 180 with 60x wager requirement. Which was stated on the homepage upon claiming the code to be $1200. Now I'm not sure whether 60x of the current $132 that I have won. Or 60x of the initial amount that I claimed as a bonus which was $20. Either way we'll find out shortly as I go spin some more slots and try to finish the requirements. And then incase I managed to survive lol. Personally, I have never deposited at this casino, there are two reasons I havent the first being because of the wait that used to be associated with cashing out, even with crypto it takes three days, not sure if this has been changed or not. However, for those that do not prefer instant withdrawals and don't mind a brief wait, this is a very good casino, until you get to how it is managed. My son on multiple occasions cashed out over 2k, one of the times he hit $1,800 on Keno and used to have crazy good luck playing it winning close to 10k in a three or four month span. I know he was able to painlessly become verified and the only drawback happens to be reason 2 that I don't deposit here. Just because he won on so many occasions, they excluded him from promotions all together, stating they are for players that need help winning. That, to me is just ridiculous and petty. I mean the playthrough on most promotions are almost already impossible, but then take that away too, I don't agree with it. That is one reason why I just flat deposit, no bonus, no playthrough it just makes things easier and hassle free to me.

Horrible casino. Took the free spins back in January, cleared the wager requirements, sent docs in for verification and every time they come up with a bogus reason why they can't verify. The best part is. They wait the whole "5 to 7" business days to email me and let me know something was "wrong" with my documents. Never had this problem with yabby or brango. I took the 100 FS promo for this casino. It was 100 FS on a game of their choice. I really don't care much for that kind of promo. But I did take it and played the game didn't win money or should I say after 100 spins at the max rate of .20 per spin. I didn't win enough to play any other games. But then again, I really didn't think I would with such a low initial bet. I read the review of this site and I agree with the review. However, my own opinion is that this online casino is very typical and there is nothing really spectacular about it. Same games, same setup it is like a mirror site to several other online casinos that carry these games. SO this site I feel is as good as any other the other sites I have visited that have these same games. If I was going to purchase any of the promos and gamble on this site I would have a much better review to give.

I still don’t get why this casino isn’t in the red zone! The whole site is just screwed up to me. I played here awhile back. Never cashing out but it wasn’t for lack of trying!! I’d like to see if anyone here has cashed out with them before.. at least without any hiccups! Not a casino I would ever recommend.. it’s not even a casino id remember about if I were trying. This casino belongs to the same gaming group as GrandVegas casino. However I think the casino is a little more loose but their bonuses are definitely nothing compared to grandevegas. Some of their bosses have an obnoxiously high play through, and almost impossible to make. However this casino is very very fair and reputable as far as fair game and payments of winnings are concerned.

I am kind of biased since I hit a great win in video poker on this casino a couple years ago and had no issues cashing out, but as far as the typical online RTG casinos go this is my favorite. They do offer free chips on occasion plus freerolls on a daily/weekly basis, as well. If you want a normal RTG set up and games then this may be a better bet than other chains just based on my experience, especially with customer service.

Kind of a weirdly run casino. I deposited here and took a bonus and finished wager with a measily $197 in profit. They bonus banned me and restricted me from coupon use completely over this lol. First of all thats totally crazy, secondly that must cost them ALOT of money and business as 60x wager on RTG slots has a beatable rate of around 7%. The other 93% you will lose. Its a total cash cow for them. But to each their own I guess. They paid me in a couple days but I cant be part of a casino that promo bans me over such nonsense.

FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: JACKPOT CASINO .......the morning after... Hey Man! I mentioned on a previous post (3.3 rating) that I would give it another chance and come back to play. As you can see, my rating changed to current (4.9 rating). There are many reasons why I'd go as far as 4.9. - Games pay. I look for good value, I'm not a high roller. Play x1, x2, x3 bet on slots get $50-$125 bonuses - Play and sustain. I played for hours, I didn't just get the bonus and lose my entire roll. Stayed and played. - Back for more. I bought back a couple times more and each time I still felt like a winner, getting good wins. - Support was great. I contacted them and each time they found me a SWEET bonus and it lasted for hours. I do a LOT of gaming and when I transition to online gaming I feel the thrill and excitement of getting good strikes and being able to "roam" the casino in search of more action with my bankroll. Going from game to game and getting bonuses that ranged from $50-$125 was similar to that of a land based casino. There are just a few casinos online for United States players. Here at Jackpot Capital, whenever I had contacted support about a juicy special bonus (even if it meant looking under the Manager's desk!), and looking into a special bonus code, they found one! Today was another example I have made a deposit, and instead of starting on the play, I came here and posted my follow up report. They are taking long time for verification. I submitted my passport and they said it cannot be accepted. They told me to send another document or driver's license. I've told me the another document is in native language not in English and I sent them. They replied with your documents are not of acceptable quality. I very much appreciated the birthday bonus that JackpotCapital gave on me. I dislike it because its simply terrible when it comes thru withdrawals. They gave the birthday bonus on 26th of October and its 3th of November already. A 48 hours of account verification, after I sent those documents on 27, I waited. On 29 I talk with their support and he said that they didnt received my documents. So I sent it again. On 31 I chat on their support and then he said that they receive it already and approval of the right department and a word of please be patience. So I did it on the 1st of November, i know its holiday but I just want to check if my account is already verified and on this day 3 of November as in right now I get is a very unreasonable answer, the image was unclear. I sent an image with very clear and readable as in 101% clear. So I just calm and I sent another an image with me holding my drivers licence 6 pcs, and me holding my passport 6pcs. I contact them again thru the support and after waiting for the answer if they already seen my documents and if I am going to wait for another 48 hours, and they answer it yes, yes they got the documents but its not clear again. Too sad for. I dont know if they are interested with those winnings or what. Very unfair casino. I have all the conversation filed with screenshots here and I can proved everything. Until now I cant withdraw.

Wanted to try out the casinos tournaments but you have to download the casino software in order to do so. I feel like there Is something fishy about casinos wanting you to download their software. But when I went to download the software for my Mac it didn't wanna start up. I contact support and they say that their Mac downloads aren't working . It is just "okay" though I feel they can DEF have better bonuses.They send me tons of spam you can't use but the casino itself is pretty nice.Diverse games,very nice customer support (when you can reach them lol) and they seem to have a good client base,though blacklisted some places,I continue to enjoy them, I would look for myself before just marking them off as "rouge".

I think this casino is good as they are accredited on big forums, but my experience was not so good. I played there with a no deposit bonus and won and tryed to make a withdrawal, made the min deposit in order to cashout but i then gotnan email saying my withdrawal has been canceled and deleted because my beother has an account too from the same household which isnagainst the terms ans conditions. So i closed my account there. There are not many rtg casinosnwhich are good but im sure this one is onenof the better rtg casinos.

For me jackpot capital was very ok site. All included in just one place , easy to download client an all games on board in one place. I personally liked Golden Lotus there , game can pay really up to xxx bet once you hit a bonus round there. Even jackpot capital casino has some problems with some players, it stills one of my favorite RTG casino. The first cashout from gambling in my life was at jackpot capital thanks to no deposit bonus and I cashed out without any deposit. However, there are only 2 bad things : the payout to Neteller account takes 48 hours and have to download to participate in tournaments.

This is one of my top 3 or 5 favorite RTG casinos. The interface isn't much different than several other RTG's, but the bonuses are much more lucrative than many. I often receive free chip or free spin codes in the mail on top of their regular promotions, and they have weekly freerolls when your balance just in case your balance is running low and you still want to play for something. I have yet to withdraw, but that is more due to my greed than anything else. Hopefully will win big soon though. ;-)

I have an account here for some years, but decided to make my first deposit about 2 months ago, and I'm extremely disappointed of the Customer Servise!! When I try to deposit with Skrill I get a message " you can't deposit with this payment method, and contact customer service" - and this message is what I see on every payment methods. I contacted the support and they said that they will escalate this to their managers and contact me by mail, but nothing!! I spoke to Live chat or 3 times more and they told me the same, but no one contacts me :(( Why !? That's ridiculous - I want to make a deposit and I even don't play with match bonuses! Also my problem with deposits does not stop them to spam my e-mail every day with deposit bonus offers, and they even send me those to my snail mail!! Shame of you, Jackpot capital !!

Jackpot Capital casino is one of my preferred Realtime gaming casinos to play at but i have not played here in quite some time now because the Rand has weakened a lot against the Dollar and if I'm going to play in foreign currency then I play at casinos that offer multi software providers so I've got more games to choose from outside the RTG selection , but if the Rand had to strengthen again then this would be my RTG casino of choice or if the casino had to start offering ZAR as a currency option that too would get me to be more active at Jackpot Capital, all in all this casino is by far one of RTGs better offerings

I played many times in Jackpot Capital with deposit and free bonuses. Jackpot Capital affiliates hold good reputation regarding payment credibility and I also didn't have any problems so far. But, the pending withdrawal time is too long compared to other good RTG casinos. It is 48 hours which probably exclude weekend and holidays. But, as long as this period finishes, they pay out within 24 hours. Jackpot Capital gives 100% above bonuses very often. But, I find that the games are very tight. Maybe I was just unlucky with this casino. Good Luck :)

I recently encountered this casino, mistakenly. I generally don't join RTG casinos these days as they can't be trusted and I find their slots same old and boring. I used to play at these kind of casinos a while back when I was fresh on the seen. But when I looked at some of the reviews and I saw that they don't offer an offer that's impossible to get through like the other casinos (400% bonuses) and constant free money and spins....I thought this might be a keeper to save for the odd days I'm keen to have a few spins. There support is good compared to others and they actually take time to help you. They offer a huge variety of slots and table games. Just wish they would have some other different slot games. I haven't encountered anything negative as yet but if any I will surely update my rating. For now I think they one of the better RTG casinos out there

I really use to love this casino! Deposited there many times and told all my friends they were good! THEN all of a sudden I was not able to log in. I sent emails about 4 of them with no response. I finally contacted live help and they said I needed to send in my documents ( and that would be the second time I sent them in) .Sp I did and waited and waited eventually forgot about it then 4 months later I sent a email asking why I was still not allowed to log on! No response for 4 emails! They never had a problem taking my deposits and I was pissed that they blocked me in the first place after I spent enough money there at least to not be blocked!!!! Finally they allowed to sign in! I was not wanting to deposit there because they had just bugged me to put it nicely so I just gave them 20 ! I have tried to claim free bonus and every time I am not allowed to receive this bonus!! I just am not gonna deposit there for at least as long as they were not allowing me to sign on and ignoring my emails!! That will teach them!lol Just dont like it when my loyalty is not appreciated!!

Why haven't I been lucky here? I haven't been able to make a withdrawal here yet and it has been a few years now that I been playing. It is nice to see the phone number displayed boldly. It is also nice to have an 'instant free play' loaded on the flash when you log in. Took me a minute to figure out where the login was, though, and another minute to figure out that I still had to push 'play for real' or I wouldn't see my own account. However, after I figured that all out I was happy to see the games working. A $25 chip is excellent - not too much to defeat, wagering-requirement-wise, and not too small that it's discouraging to your luck. I think that this casino should be watched closely. You know i was playing in a tourney and won the jackpot, and it was reset. Now they told me that i won the jackpot in points because at the time i was playing and won the jackpot i was in a tournament so therefore it was points and not dollars. I was outraged because not only did they do that but they reset the jackpot for it. That meant that everyone was screwed out of the chance for that money jackpot. So thats why the low rating

I redeemed a no deposit code at this casino and started to make the playthrough. I started on Alladin slot and it got an immediate jumpstart. I had about $200 and the playthrough was only $315 left. As I approach the playthrough suddnly the slot gave nothing. Not 1 prize. Other slots the same When playthrough was $12 My account was $5. Boring is how I would describe Jackpot Capital Casino. Nothing new insofar as all of Jackpot Capital’s game menus go. The casino is powered by Rival software and that I think is the reason for the same old types of games. I said this in another review I did and it is definitely applicable to Jackpot Capital Casino, “If you have seen one, you have seen them all”. I possibly have progressed into a jaded viewpoint regarding Rival software and the online casinos that continue using this it. I am assuming that Jackpot Capital is getting its fair share of online gaming customers making the casino a profit. If this is a correct assumption Jackpot Capital Casino does not need to change a thing, after all “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Keeping in mind that I might have that jaded view, I tried to find some thing positive that Jackpot Capital offers its players. There is no sign-up offer such as, new players will receive a $XX.00 no deposit bonus for registering or a XXX% matching deposit bonus. I could find no incentives that were being offered by Jackpot Capital to entice new players to their site. My search for a positive offer turned out to be a bigger chore than I had ever imagined. Just when I was about to give up my search, I found the positive offer I was looking for, a freeroll tournament for LCB members. Wow, I had no idea Jackpot Capital offered tournaments. I have never played a freeroll slot tournament with a format of 1500 chips, 5 minutes to play, with add-ons allowed for a $1. For that, additional $1 add-on, players will get 1 minute of playing time, and a 1,000 chips. This freeroll runs for an incredible 14 days; this is some thing I had never heard of or experienced in my years of tournament playing. The 14-day tournament length is I think good and bad. Good in that, it allows most all of LCB’s members a chance to play the tournament on their own schedule. Bad because, players have to wait 2 whole weeks to find out who the winners are and of course receive their winning money. Good and Bad, this is a great offer from Jackpot Capital Casino and LCB! On a scale of 1 to 10, I gave Jackpot Capital Casino a 2. The freeroll find is the reason for the 2 rating.

This is my review on Jackpot Capital. I orignially signed up for this casino with a No deposit bonus that they do not currently offer. This was a few years back, and I didnt play for a while after that. I made my first deposit with Jackpot Capital, because they consistantly were sending me emails with deposit match bonuses every week, if not more. So I finally made my first deposit of I believe the minimum deposit of #20. Now, Jackpot Capital is an RTG casino just like all of the others as far as games, but as far as how they treat their player, they are outstanding. I was playing Funky Monkey and was down to my last few dollars. Again this is my first time depositing, so Im thinking that I wasnt too fond of this casino. It was after midnight, and I was getting ready to shut it down for the night when all of the sudden I saw all of these fireworks going off during my spin. I didnt think anything of it, then realized that the Random Jackpot went down from $7500 to $0. I thought someone was super lucky and didint even realize for a few minutes that it was ME! I hit the Random Jackpot! I immediatly cashed out all of the money. Sent in my docs and recieved my first payment in under a week. For some reason if you cash out more than $5000 they have to send it in separate payments, but I didnt mind because for only depositing $20, I was making a HUGE profit. Well well the fabulous jackpot capital ! Where do i start, hmm... Well lets go back in time i started playing here for almost three years ago and if i remember correctly i claimed some no deposit bonus on sign up , managed to wager it and after sending the documents and cashed it out , the minute it popped my moneybookers i knew this casino is the place to play :) I have cashed out so many times from here , i actually think i might be even making profit at the moment ! Approximately 5 thousand in deposits and 5 + thousand in cash outs. I do have at least one bad experience with this group but it's minor and probably not their fault , well here it goes. That is my eighth comment I hope you will enjoy it, I will write about the Jackpot Capital Casino, I knew the most of the real time gaming casinos are non trustable, and made some headache to them depositing and non depositing customers. They are was listed on some complaint form from users whom didn’t get their money’s even they are customers long time ago, but now days it seems a bit different because almost solved every complaint but it takes a much time. Anyway I get an invitational message by e-mail, they offered 25 euro if I opens an account and try them out. I searched a bit more of them and I saw they almost solved everything but the withdraw time usually a long process. Finally I decided to join to them and try the bonus maybe I can win I thought. I downloaded the casino software and registered via by it because I played on another real time gaming casino in instant play version and some case they didn’t allows to use the stop function. That function I think it is important, because without the stop button I didn’t like to play. After I entered to the casino I went to the cashier and typed my bonus code to the redeem coupon page. One thing I definitely appreciated about this site was the fact that they give you the option of either downloading the site or playing instantly. This is always a big deal to me because I really dislike having to download the software to play. It’s just too much of a hassle for me. So, naturally I opted to ply instantly and I didn’t have any trouble at all signing up and starting out my gaming experience in no time at all. Don't have a lot experience here, but this casino is nice. They have some bonuses for newcomers and for regulars players. An example 600$ welcome pack or 400$ vip deposit bonus. Also they are offering reload bonuses and contests where you can win free money just playing your favourite slots. I came here after getting invitation through email witch ofers me no deposit bonus, but later i stop playing here, because i couldn't win. Once again, I found a place I can enjoy with some US friends. This is a site that runs Real Time Gaming software (both Instant and Download versions) that performs very well. I've personally never had a problem with Jackpot Capital. In fact, of the RTGs, I find their support to be one of the more patient and polite, answering my questions in livechat and email. I've found them to honour their codes, from mailers, on their site and in contests and JPC is one of the few I've chosen to deposit with. My withdraw arrived safely and timely without any headaches. I find JPC to be one of the more dynamic in the promotions department, running facebook contests that are fun and original, as well as generous. It's nice to see them keep active content, as it makes you feel they're really offering something for the their customers while maintaining a presence online. I also don't find that I'm unduly spammed If I were to recommend an RTG (and I don't personally often play RTGs; being Canadian, I don't have the limitations of my American cousins), I'd go with Jackpot Capital.

Has anyone had any issue\'s with the \"Live Support\" being mean or rude? The guy was mean to me, then kicked me off, to where i can\'t log back in and when I call the support phone number, it goes to a machine. This makes me sad, because I was only trying to deposit, after all the good reports about this particular casino, I wanted to try it. It took me forever to get it downloaded and installed, due to difficulties. But that\'s neither here nor there, just lends to my determination to get this casino up and running. Then I wasn\'t able to access echeck., an error and a link showed up for support taking me to the host, he told me to contact echeck, so i did, Echeck said everything with my account was copesthetic. Despite my attempts to try to tell him i didn\'t think that ECHECK was the problem since i wasn\'t ever even able to select the echeck deposit method, without it giving me an error code. He kept telling me to go fish ( in not so many exact words), subsequently After the third time of trying to convey this, he was awfully ugly towards me and told me, that is not what I had been saying. And apparently he is a one man show up there because every time i clicked live help again, and cringed hoping it wouldn\'t be him again it was. So I asked him when he got off work? And thats all I said, and now I\'m blocked.... Nevertheless, If anyone has a similar problem, edit your log in ID with ECHECK to make sure it is the same log in and password as your casino. After all this and a few hours, downloading and the other hour troubleshooting myself I figured it out. But however to my dismay, MR McMeaness, has blocked me :( What a hassle, it seems you have to work out your deposits to this casino with fear and trembling.....
