Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28. I contacted chat beginning of november and they said they had elevated it to an account manager. No one will respond to me now by chat or email The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well. I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away

At first impressions it is good to play here the support team are very responsive wide variety of games when you play slots game can easily win but not so much. But the verification process is too slow you have to follow up through email I don't know if their verification support is somehow serious about your concerns regarding verification. I signed up for Red Dog a long time ago. I do believe this is a unique casino site. They send out promotions often. They also provide incentives for you to complete x amount of tasks. I think the deposit minimum is fair. I haven't made a withdrawal from Red Dog so I can't comment on that. The customer service is better than most I have come across. I don't play here often, but when I do, I enjoy myself.

This RTG casino has a very unique look and an awesome overall theme to it. There are cool no deposit sign up options available although, being from South Africa, I did have some trouble with the joining process. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is into RTG check Red Dog out.

Loved this casino and it was my go to casino. I don't like the min deposit amounts but they have quite a few deposit bonuses that can make up for that. But, I have tried cashing out twice now, both times I keep getting denied. Live support tells me they see that my withdrawal was accepted and is going through but then within 24hrs I receive an email saying my withdrawal is denied because I played a certain bonus or I used a $20 chip from the missions store. Both the amounts I tried to withdrawal were from deposits I made and they were both after I completed the wagering requirements. The first one while I was waiting forever for my validation junk, I would just play lightly each day just to have something to play. I didn't wanna make a new deposit or a large deposit until I received my $2000.00 to see if there was any issues with it. Finally received validation approval and immediately entered my withdrawal request for $2000.00 via debit card. But I had deposited via bitcoin so after 4 days of my withdrawal being listed as "Requested" I decided to change it to bitcoin to get it faster. Again it remained listed as "requested" for 3-4 days, during that 3-4 day stretch I used my mission points to purchase a couple of $20 chips in mission store and played those out until no funds were remaining. Eventually while still waiting for my withdrawal, I even made a small deposit of $30 using a bonus deposit with it. Shortly after that deposit, actually within the hour, while playing the money I had just deposited, i received an email saying that my withdrawal was denied because it stated that they noticed that I had been playing with $20 chips from my mission points. and the Max withdrawal on those chips is $150.00. So they took $1900.00 of my winnings from my deposit AFTER i met wagering requirements and tossed it out and gave me $100.00 into my account and said if I deposited another $50.00 then I would qualify for the min withdrawal amount of $150 and they would approve my withdrawal. It being my first time and because the statement that shows up on my account in the casino MY Account section was a little confusing, I contacted live support. He then told me over and over and over (rudely) that the email I received must've came from somewhere else because he is showing my withdrawal as approved. I told him where email came from and he still repeated my withdrawal is approved. As if I was stupid for asking any questions about the denied email. So i then called because I didn't want to keep playing or depositing on this site if it was a rip off. The lady on phone told me same thing as my email, it was denied because of $20 free chip. So I accepted it and went on, figured my mistake and from now on I will read carefully any and all terms and conditions for each bonus. I also asked her if there was any requirements other than the standard wagering requirements for the bonus I was concurrently playing on and she said no, as long as I met wagering requirements, there was no max withdrawal or anything. So I accepted that and continued playing. Eventually played until funds were out and again used mission points to purchase 2 more $20 chips, played those as well until funds were played out. Next day made another deposit using same bonus as my last deposit, met the extremely ridiculous wagering requirements and put in for another withdrawal of $550.00 via bitcoin. Leaving about $60+ to play with while waiting. Since I read everything closely I shouldn't have any problems. Once i requested the withdrawal they immediately subtracted the bonus funds I was given even though I met wagering play through which only left me about $4 to play with because they subtracted $58.50 from my account upon requesting that withdrawal, played it until no more funds available. I figured well they just want their money back and it was only $58.50 I'd rather have something than nothing at all so I let it go. Next day I read the payout terms and it said the payout requested can be changed at any time as long as it's still in the "Requested" state. So in order to have something to play with since they yanked the $58.50 from my account and I only had $63 or $64 left to play with before that, so I spent the few dollars until no more funds in account, I changed my withdrawal from $550.00 to $500.00 and figured I'd play with the $50 and try to make it stretch. It didn't played it until out of funds. So I made another small deposit and used a deposit bonus again (same one actually) while I wait for this withdrawal to go through. Played until funds were out and decided to just wait for my withdrawal. checked it periodically daily for it to show "Approved" next to my withdrawal. Yesterday morning (12/07)checked my account page on Red Dog site and boom noticed that I had $100.00 in my account and my withdrawal for that $500.00 was denied. Looked in my emails and seen they emailed me the same exact , probably a copy and paste statement, from billing dept. It was even from the same exact person. Keep in mind, it seems like the withdrawal request just kind of linger there wanting people to maybe cancel it so they can play on the site or to keep lowering the withdraw amount because each time my withdrawal sits there for 3-4 days (their site says using bitcoin it will take up to 3days, I don't know why because of the elaborate and extensive validation process each person has to go through so why hold people's money for so long) as soon as I make a deposit on the site, is when I FINALLY hear back from billing that each request is always denied and any money I had won is just tossed out the window just like before and they give me $100 in my account. Remember the min to withdrawal is $150.00 and so the email again says if i make a deposit of $50.00 I can withdrawal $150.00 from my account. They again stated that because i played using the $20.00 chips from mission points I couldn't have my withdrawal. The thing is I played those chips and lost those funds and made 2 deposits to play on all the while waiting for my withdrawal to go through. The winnings I had were not from those chips at all, with couple of days going by in between the request and using a $20 chip. So I looked on my statement on their site that says you can only go back 31 days. But it will only show my account history from current to November 22nd which is when I initially requested my first withdrawal of $2000.00. it wont show anything before that and I have played on this site constantly. So now it hits me, they don't want me to see the proof that my first withdrawal request of $2000.00 (oh and when I requested it for 2000.00 I had left $460 in my account to play on) was all from my winnings after meeting wagering requirements and were from my actual deposits using bitcoin. But I got that proof from Bitcoin and my coin base account yesterday. So actually they made me feel so stupid for questioning the first denial I was willing to let it go and shoot for this 2nd withdraw request, but now that it all is a loop of the same story and same long waiting periods for these withdrawals to go through, I have discovered that not only was my first request won from my own deposit but I have all my proof that my 2nd request was also from my own deposit and that this is just some tactic they use to talk their way out of paying anyone. I immediately yesterday replied back to billing dept. over that 2nd withdrawal and will be emailing them again regarding my first withdrawal request as well. So at this point they owe me a total of $2500.00 and all of that was from honest and long playing winnings making sure I met my wagering bonus requirements and that I had nothing tied to any of these withdrawals for them to deny me either of them. Phone support told me that he couldn't give me any answers because it was all so confusing and that billing had received my reply email back yesterday already, so as of 12/07 about 8 or 9 AM I do know for a fact that billing received my response to this 2nd denial and so now I guess ill see how long it takes to come up with some sort of new line of bull to not allow me my withdrawal. This was my favorite site, I liked the games, played several times each week since signing on and have even recommended them to friends, but that will all change if I dint get my money, both of my withdrawals!!! Beware, whatever you win, if you do, don't play anything, don't make any deposits, trade in any comp points or use your points to purchase any free $20 or more chips while waiting on a withdrawal. Just play somewhere else I guess and don't give them and more money until you get your money you requested first. So much for being a loyal fan of this casino, after this happening twice just since Nov 22nd, It shows me that this is too much of a standard act they do to people that keep coming back to them and giving them their own money. That $100.00 is still sitting in my account balance on their site because until i get my money, I'm not touching anything!!!!! I saved all my documents from both these transactions as well as the chat conversation online I had with rude guy that says that I need to just shut and wait for my withdrawal and the emails from their Scamming...., I mean Billing Department!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I eventually received my payout after i had LCB get involved and I at least received a detailed explanation from the rep on here, on why my other withdrawal request was denied and i can somewhat understand it based on their terms that i was playing under. BUT...after i got on here and contacted LCB with my complaint, they paid the 2nd withdrawal request and kinda made it seem as though they were giving me a favor even though i thoroughly read through the terms and conditions and had won the money using my own money from a deposit i made and not having any deposit bonus attached to it. When i uploaded the proof and a detailed explanation to LCB, then i received a reply from their rep that they will go ahead and approve my request for withdrawal but...blah blah blah. After a little time has passed i went back on their site because i thought i had quite a few mission points saved up and was going play with some of the $20 chips i could cash in, and the site has removed all my access to purchase mission chips, or even my access to use some bonuses i had previously won but hadn't used yet from spinning the wheel in missions room. all the deposit bonuses that display across the the screen when you first log in are all gone, all my messages from them on the site that would have like 20-25 different types of bonuses are gone, and even i f i try to manually type in a bonus code into the bonus box on cashier page, it tells me my status doesn't have access to such bonuses yet, like wtfjQuery34105651846144731767_1675000146398? I didn't do anything wrong, i even agreed that i could let the $2000.00 withdrawal request of mine go away even though i still believe i was in the right but it was my first time withdrawing so maybe i slipped and wasn't fully in the know, even though i was playing on my own money and all bonus requirements were met, they claim it still fell under their bonus $20 mission chip rules because the chip i was playing on BEFORE i lost i played it all out and made my own deposit with my own money and won the $2000+ , they claim that the deposit i made still fell under the $20 chip rule because i didn't let my balance fall down below $0.40 or $0.48 or whatever tiny amount it is supposed to fall below before it cancels out that deposit. Im pretty sure i did because i always do, i typically get down to like $1.00 or little more and switch to a cheap slot and play until i run completely out of money usually like $0.03 sometimes even $0. But i can't be 100% certain because once they denied that request to withdrawal, i couldn't see all of my transaction history. It would only go back to as far as i had made the request to remove my winnings, it wouldn't go back to just before showing if my deposit was made before or after my $20 chip was depleted. So i don't have concrete evidence, but as i said i ALWAYS play until there's very little to nothing left just to go ahead and spend it all up. But the 2nd request for my winnings was completely on them. and if LCB didn't get involved i believe they would have held strong to it and i would have gotten nothing again, but this time i took screenshots of everything and made screenshots of times and dates and any possible thing i would need for "proof of purchase" (or withdrawal) per say. Well they let me have that 2nd request after LCB got involved but after that, all my bonus access, any mission bonuses i purchased or won from the wheel or even allowing me to spend my mission points was removed. So i can take the hint, apparently ya don't want me to come back and so i will take the hint. Feels like bad sportmanship to me. We lose constantly or shall i say some people never have an opportunity to even make a request to withdrawal any winnings we usually spend money to enjoy ourselves for a little bit, pass some time, and lose it all. But seems as soon as you request your winnings, they deny it, get upset that you got upset that they denied it and then your blacklisted on their site and frozen out of ever have same opportunity as any other player playing on their site, with free spins, or mission point purchases or deposit bonuses , it's all taken away, so with that do you really think that makes me wanna deposit on your site again? Uh...NO!! I can already guess how that amount deposited will be played out.....winning nothing cuz they already showed their hand in being big babies when it comes time to actually pay someone else for a change, and such a small amount at that. I deposited thousands on there and request just $500 as my 2nd request and they still wanna fight ya about it.

By far greatest customer service rep, her name is Hazel!! This casino I found to be very confusing and only got to play at one time and didn't understand the bonus being a new person and got myself trapped in only poker games I couldn't even play slot games. Then lo and behold the next time around I try to sign in and go play I was banned so I believe that was just an error because I obviously wasn't a customer long enough to do anything or to get into an argument with them but I really don't appreciate being banned from them and all their sister sites because of some error they made I'm sure others won't have this same luck I'm just sharing my experience and it wasn't great.

Reddog casino was one of the first casinos i signed up for. They Offer anywhere from 0-250% match deposit bonuses. Only thing i don't like about there bonuses is that they have a sliding % scale depending on how much you deposit. They don't offer than many free spin in-between deposits. I found better RTG casino's, but these guys are definitely worth checking out if you haven't played here.

I’ve been trying for weeks to verify my account so that I am eligible for cash outs. I sent in what was requested on the site. They then asked for ID and proof of address. Fair enough but would be nice if that was listed straight out as communication is not quick from them. Then they asked for a cc auth form which I had already submitted. I resubmitted it. Then they said a digital signature was not acceptable. No other casino had an issue but whatever. Then they said my proof of address won’t work. They underlined that it must be within two months. They highlighted the date on my documents and put a red x by it. It was two weeks old...apparently they have some other method of calculating time. This is getting tedious. I advise players to get verified before depositing here. It’s rather Frustrating. Casinos readily accept our money buy make it as hard as possible to get any back.

I have decided to register an account on Red Dog mostly because of the welcome bonus offer, which at first sight seemed well to me. But later I discovered that this bonus offer is not so good but I will write more about that a little later. My attempt to create an account in this casino was left to attempt. It's been around for a while but doesn't have the best bonuses anymore that it used to have a feel been had a few years ago and the payoffs are now considered average do used to be fast for RTG casinos as there was a while when ever getting paid within 2 days was considered fast but now with instant hang out once it's no longer considered really fast

I think this casino asks for too much for a deposit from what i have seen. A lot of the bonuses they want you to deposit usually 50 or more to qualify. I have only played here once or twice but they werent very friendly or welcoming. This was supposedly a top notch site but i dont really think it should have been rated a 5 of 5 stars personally speaking.

Red Dog casino is an upstart casino with great potential IMO. I do love the ease of use and the overall "feel". They offer some non deposit bonuses that are great as well as competitive bonuses with reasonable play throughs. I have not been able to make a withdrawal yet, in part, because I have not played here as much as other, well established online casinos. I was able to spend a good amount of time playing here. The site was easy to navigate and the games werent too tight. They remind me a lot of another online casino but i prefer this over the other. Some of the bonuses are a little high to get through but the initial 50FS has kept me playing for a a good amount of time. So hopefully it continues this way as this place could be a good one down the road. Give it a try especially with the 50FS

I really like the integrity of this new casino. They don't budge on their rules, but do cater to the player at the same time. You're not going to get a 500% deposit bonus and 225 spins. Can't win with those types of bonuses as, most likely, the RTP is set somewhere around 91%. You will, however, get a very standard, yet competitive, collection of deposit bonuses. Of course, too, new players do get a No Deposit Bonus to start them off. Red Dog has sunk alot of time and money into their brand, and it shows creatively and competitively. Made 3 separate deposit's there and each one they took my deposit rather quickly, Bonus rounds dissappear for long stretches! I mean ridiculously long! Each deposit was taken with nothing short of a slap in face quickness. Definitely would not make a deposit there EVER again!

Once again, another totally unique RTG casino with one of a kind games. When you go to buy a RTG casino it must be like building a WIX website. They ask you the name you would like to use, a background image in GIF or BMP format under 1 mb and your bitcoin wallet address. Thats all folks......you own a RTG casino. They gave a great bonus for registering. The casino is RTG so same games as alllll I’d the other RTG sites. With these I always try to look at payout times and customer service. Their customer service was great and have not had a chance to check out the cash out process yet.

I love this brand and company. So awesome as a business. I actually like the lack of VIP structure as the comp plan is awesome and for those who aren't forking out tons of $$$ in deposits or like this spread their deposits around between a few casinos, this system is ideal.
