Terrible

I had been using kats casino for sometime. Then I finally won. Was approved for my winnings after going through all the hoops of verification. But to this day ( a year later) I have yet to receive my winnings. Each time I check where it is I am told it has been escalated to the proper persons and I need to wait. But I never hear anything and I am still waiting. I think I have shown great patience with this place and I've had it. This is more than ridiculous. Its downright theft.

They supposedly closed in March, but apparently have no problem taking money from people even now. They won't respond to live chat email or phone calls , but they will definitely take your money

if I were LCB I would blacklist this casino. I cleared playthrough on the initial no deposit bonus, and tried to make a $100 withdrawal with their $30 fee, back on June 6th of 2024. I have constantly been in contact with them after passing kyc verification 6 days later they made me send my crypto withdrawal address to a different payment processor. in this email directing me too this other payment processor they have they say my withdrawal has been approved,. I made sure to carefully review and follow terms and conditions. they said 5 14 business days to process the payment. I waited patiently for that time to pass and never heard from them. I've contacted support in several different ways including email telephone call and live chat. they keep giving the runaround and saying wait for the email. I've emailed and waited an email then waited and never seen anything back. I canceled the withdrawal and tried to do it again on September 18th and I'm running into the same issues again. they say as a non-depositor they are unable to see the details of my withdrawal at support and encourage me to make a deposit which will not be happening as they clearly can't stand behind their promise to pay out so why deposit with someone that's clearly ripping you off. I definitely would recommend not depositing with these people and don't even bother with the bonus unless you're patient enough to fight with support for 70 bucks for at least 4 months. I'm still waiting to have anything come through on that. I would definitely recommend The blacklist to lcb.org for these guys from the research I have done and the personal experiences I've had. I've read nothing but poor reviews and people not receiving payments about this site. obviously do your own research but I'm here to help. away from this place to more reputable rooms.

Run!!!! Do not, I repeat, do not play at this casino by depositing any of your hard earned money. This casino likes playing games, too, on its unsuspecting customers. How come it takes 40 minutes at the most for the casino to credit a cryptocurrency deposit to a players account but it takes 50+ days for the casino to send a player's winning using the same method via cryptocurrency? You can play here only if you have a lot of time and patience for the BS that this casino will put you through. If the dictionary had the definition of the word Scamscino then this casino would be a perfect target to attribute this word. Sure, the initial free bonus is enticing. But do you really want to play that high of a wager requirement? If yes, then let's say that you miraculously made that requirement. Awesome, let's go withdraw this baby. It's pretty standard for casinos to limit withdrawals from no deposit bonuses to 100-200 dollars. But this casino is adamant on charging you a 30 dollar fee to cover a made up expense that does not exist. Ok... let's withdraw 70 dollars. You try to do KYC with them and initially the customer support seems attentive. But with each visit to talk to them. You begin to realize a common theme. They state that because you have not deposited, that THEY the customer support cannot access your account to help you out with KYC. Thus, you are locked into slow email correspondence with katbankingassist. This casino then requires you to send them the same document multiple times stating that they didn't receive it. When you send a document sometimes you get a automated reply from their email system but this doesn't say anything. However it does indicate that it was received by them. After sending the same documents to them multiple times I got fed up with their BS and decided that arbitration is the only way to make this casino move in the right direction. This was the right move as I was finally paid out almost 3 months later after I first started their arduous KYC procedure. The folks at Casinoguru did their best to mediate the situation and they were able to make them move. However, even this was delayed with Kat waiting to the last day of each 7 day reply to get something done. Also stating that I needed to send them withdrawal info like btc wallet when I already gave it to them 3 times. I would have been happy if they even said that they were tight on funds or were waiting for BTC price to increase before paying me out. Overall this casino is deceitful. I cannot state that this is incompetence because their whole system is created to make the withdrawal procedure painful so the player gives up and plays with their winnings. I urge all players thinking about depositing to refrain from supporting this type of business. Heed to all warnings of other players. I can only recommend people to play here if their sole purpose is to use the free chip to try and make this casino lose a little bit of money.

Withdrawls from this company are terrible. I made one withdrawl and was paid out 3 weeks after the promised payout date. I then won $3000 with no bonus and when I went to withdrawl I was told I would be paid out in 6 $500 installments I received the first $500 but nothing after that and everytime I speak with chat they say to just wait. I recommend staying away as this site will delay and delay withdrawls even though it says BTC payouts are paid within 5 days this site is fraud and liars

KATS CASINO well what could I say …Beware of this casino! They are cheating and stealing from their customers. They took my money and they will take yours too, they won’t pay you just like they won’t pay me. They accepted my money via debit card which is registered with my current address, but refused to pay up. They claimed my address on my casino account did not match my documents, but that was false. If this is true then my deposit to the casino would have been declined in the first place but it was not. My card and my documents have my current address. I don’t know how they got an old address for me on my profile because my iPhone uses autofill with my current address anytime I need to create an account online. They won’t fix their mistake nor correct my address in my casino account, unless I give up my balance. This casino is dishonest and is a fraud. Don’t let them get away with this scam! **WARNING.....THIS CASINO IS A RIP OFF AND A SCAM**** I signed up at this casino and used a no deposit bonus code and got free spins which I turned into more money and actually played through the 60x, which was like $6,000. When I finally played through the required amount I tried to cash out the $100 which was the max amount that was allowed and all I have gotten is the run around. First they asked for my bitcoin address which I gave them and it said I would be paid within 4-5 days with a note saying they sent me an email which I never received. Then the next time I tried to log in it said my information was wrong. I was eventually able to log back in and every time I chatted with someone they told me to send a copy of my ID and a utility bill and a picture of me holding my ID...all of which I emailed to the email address they gave me. Then I was told to give them 72 hours to review my information. After waiting the suggested time, I called customer service to inquire about my withdrawl request and the guy on the phone told me that his system was down and to try back...that was yesterday. Then, today I go to log onto the casino and they have completely blocked my IP address or something because a white screen comes up saying that the site is not active or something about my server. THIS CASINO IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND RIP OFF AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DEPOSITING OR EVEN WASTING TIME CONCIDERING. i COULDNT EVEN GET THEM TO SEND ME $70 WHICH WAS WHAT I WAS DUE AFTER THEM TAKING OUT A $30 FEE. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! Spent 6 hours playing through a $4500 playthrough requirement to win 100. Then go to cash it out into bitcoin, only to have $30 of my 100 taken in fees. It's been over a WEEK now and I still don't have a cent of it. Contacting customer "support" is less than helpful as all they offer is excuses and ask me to "give them more time". LAUGHABLE. Hey there, I signed up for them in March 2023 and played the Welcome Bonus and did not win. Leading up to yesterday I did not play at Kats. I went on Hallmark Casino and seen that they were closed and offered to transfer your account balance along with a $120 free chip. I cleared the playthrough max cashout is $100 for this offer. I went to the cashier to withdraw and seen that there was an anormous processing fee of $30!! I So I requested the $70 via Bitcoin. It says it takes 5 days to process. Fun games and generous NDB, i requested a withdrawal March 14th, i have yet to receive my funds and everytime i contact them they give me the same answer through email, that they’re waiting for the banking dept to approve it. and when i chat with reps through the site, they say they can’t see my account because i only have a NDB and end the chat immediately. After receiving their very generous no deposit bonus, I attempted to load and play several games. The issue I had was that during game play, the game would "glitch" or pause in the middle of a spin or the reels would sporadically move out of sync with the others. Additionally, I won absolutely nothing no matter which game I played which just seemed a little too weird. Nothing about my playing here was normal and I wouldn't deposit my own money.

So ended up getting through the 50x play through on a $120 sign up bonus. Had around $1700 left when once i hit the play through returned my account back to $100. Requested a withdraw of $100 via bitcoin which comes with a $30 processing fee so I was cool with $70 but 3 days later they rejected the request due to they dont deduct the processing fee from the $100, they add it to whatever you withdraw so denied. You must have exactly $100 and request $70 to get approved (DUE TO THEIR $70 MINIMUM WITHDRAW, AND THE $30 PROCESSING FEE) IF YOU HAVE EVEN .01 CENT OVER THE $100, THEY DEDUCT IT FROM YOUR $100 MAX BALANCE AND REFUSE TO PAY. due to under the minimum withdraw. Very shady management to backdoor the players who get lucky enough to make the 50x play through but to charge fees for bitcoin and jack up minium withdraw requsts. Shame on Kats Casino

I was excited to see a new RTG casino, especially one with a huge welcome chip. Unfortunately, the playthrough was also huge so I didn't make it to the withdrawal process. I am however a little leery of casinos that have days long withdrawal times for bitcoin, and it appears that this one might. All in all, attractive welcome bonus with an ok site layout. SO I saw this was a newly listed casino and decided to try it. I got the free spins offered by the casino not LCB. I had a lot of fun playing the games I played (Real Time Games) I got a call from one of the account managers before I made my deposit because the deposit came with a Master Card bonus besides the casinos bonus. Had great fun play I could have cashed out for the max but ended up play it though. I did succeed in completing the wagering requirements and had plenty left over which of course the casino immediately removed all but the max amount I could claim. I was expecting this so when my balance dropped to 400 I knew I had met the wagering requirements for the bonus I received. The one then that was different from other sites that take the overage of a customers winnings was after this left the 400. I was still able to gamble on and again brought my score up to 1,700. and this was not taken from my account I was allowed to play it back down to 400. I really enjoyed that and was pleased to see that the system didn't immediately take what the player wins over the max amount allowed to withdraw from a bonus. So, I will make a second deposit on their welcome series which is decent too. And I recommend taking a chance on this unreviewed casino. That is as far as what services I have used already. Which of course did not include getting officially verified and then making a withdrawal. You might have to wait for someone on the site to give a review on that service from the casino.
