Game Play

I was quite impressed with the graphics and overall game play in Bubble Bubble. I do not however, particularly care for the name. I’m not exactly sure why a Halloween themed video slot would be named Bubble Bubble.

Real Time Gaming has gone ahead and made Bubble Bubble available in both a flash and mobile version so that everyone can enjoy it.

Either way, it’s still a great slot regardless of the name.

Symbols

The standard paying symbols are things like skulls, potions, ghosts and a magic spell book. All wins go from left to right.

The witch symbol is also wild and fills in the center reel except in the Great Ghost Bonus. All wins tripled with Witch wilds.

Scatter Symbol

To trigger one of the bonus rounds, you must hit at least 3 or more of the Cauldron symbol. Witches can also count as a scatter, but only allow to choose from 2 cauldrons.

Bonus Features

There are 3 different bonus games that are triggered when 3 or more scatter symbols appear. Once triggered, you click on a cauldron to reveal one of the 3 bonus rounds.

Great Ghost Feature

This feature gives you 20 free spins. And this is where that green ghost appears. He acts as the wild in this round and up to 9 of them will appear on the reels producing big wins.

Wild Witch Feature

Winnie the Witch plays a major role in this feature. She acts as the wild and covers an entire reel. You get 9 free spins in the Wild Witches feature. And whenever Winnie the Witch appears, she can cast on none, one, or two other reels turning them wild.

Bewitched Feature

You only get 7 free spins during this bonus round. But, the entire 3rd reel turns into Winnie the Witch and acts a wild for each spin.

Each bonus round can be retriggered while still in the bonus game when 3 or more cauldrons once again appear.

Win-Win Feature

RTG is known for their Win-Win feature. In Bubble Bubble, it acts as an insurance if you will. During the Wild witches bonus game, if a player is unlucky and wins no bonus, the win-win feature kicks in and gives you a bonus 5x and 100x your spin bet. 100x your spin bet if you win nothing at all.

My Experience

Bubble Bubble is a very fresh game having only hit the market a few days before this writing in October of 2015. It already has lots of buzz, which is amazing considering the game appeared out of nowhere with little warning.

The features are nice and the Win-Win addition is always welcome with RTG slots. Game play is smooth with a decent soundtrack and pleasant graphics. Replay value is high considering the many bonus rounds that trigger at random.

Even though this slot is themed for Halloween, it has the power to remain a mainstay in any casinos library throughout the entire year. It’s a must play for both recreational and more experienced slot players.
