I had requested a withdrawal to my ecoPayz account and waited for 3 days, then my withdrawal request was reversed. My account is verified. I contacted the customer support, and the representative told me that I need to send them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account. I had contacted the customer support before my withdrawal request was reversed to ask about it, and the representative had told me that there had been no problem. I emailed them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account, and a representative told me that I had to wait for another 72 hours. This doesn't make sense as I had already waited for more than 72 hours. According the their website, they aim to review all withdrawal requests within 72 hours. In my experience, this is misleading. They don't aim to review withdrawal requests "within" 72 hours; 72 hours is a pending time. They will only look at them after that period, and if there is any problem, they will reject the requests without asking, and the subsequent withdrawal requests will be pending for another 72 hours. It's clear that they don't want their customers to receive money as soon as possible.

You will soon learn quickly that the lobby is one big SHAM.....constantly showing pathetically small wins from VERY generalised names like peter and paul. Getting through to support when you need them is UNBELIEVABLY hard, One would think that a paying customer would be first priority. NOT WITH THIS MOB. I personally went to cash out $1000 one evening. onnly to have a BUFFERING cirlce that did not process the withdraw. When i finally got through to the support people, all i got told was to tery again later. This was 100% cash money WITHOUT any bonus. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL . Black diamond never paid me my winnings.It was $3562 usd! That's a LOT of money and they refused to do so because they STATE I had two accounts? Um.. no I didn't. I asked them to show me PROOF and they said "we don't have to" I asked for my original $250 deposit back as a refund? DENIED. I would AVOID this casino! This is NOT a fair paying casino :(

Casinos from that group is on my blacklist. They are awful. They are giving 25 eur no deposit bonus every week but it's just for fun you will not withdraw winnings. They offering also "magic" 500% bonus for deposit but i'm not a fool and they will not cheat me:) Withdrawals time from 1 till 12 days? I bet that you will get money in 12 days:) It's not reputable group of casinos but website looks really good and i love betsoft and pragmatic, rival games. I have been getting 25$ no deposit bonus in my account after every 3-4 days from last two months now. I am receiving phone calls and voice mail messages for 25$ no deposit bonus in my account. But I trust this casino much so I don't take it seriously. But I have played their bonus 2-3 times when I was free and next day I got another voice mail message for 25$ in my account. Not bad. I played there for about a week and was satisfied with the gaming variety. I mostly play video poker but played a few of the table games. A few of the video poker games were generous and others seemed to just eat your bankroll. French roulette seemed to pay and Perfect pairs Blackjack was fair. I would recommend Black Diamond.

This was one of my first casinos I played at. When I was still new to the online scene. It's a nice casino, smooth lobby but they really need to start upping their game. In other words bringing in new and exciting slots. Their slots are boring and old. This to be honest is the only reason I didn't carry on playing at this casino. It's a pity really as they would have great potential to grow their player base.

Out of all the topgame casinos this particular one I had a pretty good experience. My deposit went a long way, which is huge in my book. Customer support was easy to contact and very cordial which is a big plus considering in the past they've been known to be down right rude and quite difficult. More than likely I will play here again sometime down the road but not anytime soon. Overall I give them 3/5 stars.

Not a bad casino I'm not mad about the the games though but support was very friendly and the no deposit bonus was incredibly generous, I played the download version but it does Chow a lot of your hardrive up so I recommend trying the instantplay 1st to see wether you like it or not, a fun casino and with the generous no deposit bonus you should defenitly be able to get a feel for most of the games And hopefully even win a bit ;)

I do like the games here and I played for awhile with there bonus. But I never say any free roll slot tournaments or anything that peeked my attention and made me stay. Its ok for a fun day but not somewhere I would continue to add my money. I prefer Liberty slots or Lincoln casino for daily slot tournaments.

I opened account here and talk to customer support about that no deposit bonus and they told me that this bonus is only play money and that it is impossible to win real money and cash out real money from that promotion and they offered me some deposit bonus.. Black Diamont was one of the first Topgame casinos I became a member at. I remember I had really bad impression about them, they gave me free bonus but it was to „try their games” only so no point of it really. I still remember that the support was easy to contact but rude. Do not recommend them at all.

Another Top Game casino holding true to the others ...big free bonuses , hard playthrough, and slot games that are hard to win big numbers on. Seems most of the games keep you playing for along time but get no where really . Then the endless spam continued for me , countless free chip offers and ridiculous match bonuses . This software by Top Game is really quite nice, but I cant ever see it gaining any traction here in the United Kingdom unfortunately - there are already far too many established and excellent software platforms and the vast majority of casinos running this software, including this one Black Diamond, are somewhat shady at best - I wouldn't risk depositing here.

Okay, I like some games of topgame, but also would like to get paid if I win..Now there are a lot of weird Terms and Conditions which is not suitable to all |( for me not - indeed). It's one of rare top game casino with good support. I had very good experince with them. No problem with withdrawals or verification process of documents. Wagering of no deposit is standard 99x, deposit bonus has wager of 25x which is rasonable comparing to other casinos.

As other Topgame based casinos, they do not need any particular reason to block your account and keep your funds.once you have been flagged in any Topgame casino. They offer you bonuses, but if you accept them to many times they will call it abuse. The staff is nice and the games are ok, but being blocked without a good reason is not.

The LCB50 code is not valid??? Contacted them via chat, and they said, "indeed, it is not valid." But, they gave me a $20 credit to try them out... nothing can be cashed out from that. But, they offered a 300% bonus, which I did not take, because I do not like their limited cash out options. From what I could see, the graphics were nice and it was easy to get around, but I think I'll wait and do some more looking around before depositing.

I've not played Black Diamond Casino for well over 2yrs. I first found them when they were running Rival software, which I don't particularly like but I'd rather they stuck with Rival than changing to TopGame. I took their $25 no deposit bonus when they went to TopGame and made WR, the withdrawal took well over a month to be paid but I was paid none the less. 2/5

I downloaded this casino in the hope of wagering my no deposit bonus (just like everyone else) but every time i try to play on ANY game it just freezes completely and i have to close it down, now im not sure if this is just my laptop or it is a perseistent problem for eveyone. As a UK player, we have a massive range of options for online casinos, but I am always still interested when I come across a new software I have not seen before, as happened here with Black Diamond. First impressions werent great - before I was credited with the no deposit bonus I was contacted by the live support who insisted I should make a deposit and claim the much better deposit bonus instead of trying out these unknown games with the free chip first. I really can't stand this kind of intrusion from support anyway but when they make it a hassle to take advantage of their advertised promotions in this way it is even more unacceptable. The games themselves didn't seem much fun either - I could only play the slots with the no deposit bonus and none of them seemed to have any decent wins on the paytable. I really feel sorry for USA players for whom this is one of the most common available softwares, as you cannot hope to get a decent win from these games as far as I can tell. Needless to say I did not complete the wagering requirement, so there was no chance to try their cashout procedures, but I understand they do pay, at least in small bitesize chunks - more of an online arcade than a casino then, and not really recommended if you have playtech, netent or microgaming casinos available to you.

After playing a free chip without success a few years ago, when Black Diamond had moved to Rival, I deposited $100 for the welcome bonus. Not only did I fail to win, I was also barred from claiming further promotions. I recently got invited by email/phone to return with a $20 ND offer, which I took up in the instant play casino. Don't have much experience with TopGame and so far, while I like the graphics and interface, the slot I played seems rather low variance with little chance of a sizeable win.

Black Diamond Casino is powered by Top Game software, a pleasant change. Fortunately, this type of gaming software has not flooded the online casino market, such as Rival software has. This is great for us United States players because it is change of scenery and offers us different types of games that we can play. I think this is important due to the limited number of online casinos that are U.S. player friendly. Black Diamond’s customer service is adequate. It is not really good or bad. I chatted with one of the casino’s reps and got my questions answered quickly. I asked the chat rep if Black Diamond had, any other non-deposit options other than the LCB50 ($50) offering for LCB members. The aim of my question’s direction was to see if Black Diamond Casino had any type of bonuses or specials geared toward U.S. players. They did not but offered me up to 600% on any three deposits that I had made or would be making at Black Diamond. Wishful thinking on my part referring to additional goodies for U.S. players, but maybe this might spark something in the future for United States players. Black Diamond’s banking offers some different depositing options. One that really stuck out to me was using ACH for deposits. I have never noticed this type of deposit option at the numerous other online casinos I have played. Black Diamond Casino has all of the usual deposit options, Visa, MasterCard, and Wire Transfers. What was different also was player withdrawals could only be accomplished by way of a check or wire transfer. Players can not use the same method of withdrawing funds as they did depositing. Example, player deposits-using Visa, player withdraws back to Visa. I am not sure if this is a plus or minus for Black Diamond’s players and needs more research on my part. I played my $50.00 no deposit bonus money all in Black Diamond’s Keno. In hindsight, this probably was not such a good idea because, I did not win. Although I was a bit reluctant to try at first, I was proven wrong and ended up enjoying my time in this casino. First of all, it is a download only type of casino, and you have to download the software to your PC and install it, in order to play, no Mac and no mobile site support. They don't have many games to offer, that is a fact, but I play a few games anyway, no matter how many of them are available, so not an issue for me. They offer one of those nice No Deposit Bonuses, and you get a $50 to play for free, and if you make it through a 99xb WR, you can keep up to $50. Of course, you have to make a deposit first if you want to cash in your win. The WR is a bit high, and I simply couldn't get near. Anyway, I decided to deposit and try a game or two, and my luck started to change, giving me a nice little sum to withdraw. No problems there and got it all in under a week.

BlackDiamond utilizes the TopGame software and has a slick, clean looking site. However, BlackDiamond has been recently acquired by the SlotOCash group who have a far better reputation for paying customers and resolving issues. Their manager, Georgina, has been keen to resolve issues as they arise and is a credit to their group. As of this review, the site is experiencing technical issues when attempting to download the software.

Mainly caters to slot lovers which is not a problem for me!
