SpinoVerse Casino Review Jump to comments

SpinoVerse is an online gambling site launched in May 2022. The site is among a group of 10 sites, upon launch, that carry a variety of software and game providers. All of the games here are provided by RealTime Gaming (RTG). The lobby is accessible and all games are available for instant play in any browser or you can download the desktop client if you are running a Windows PC.

Players from the USA and other areas are welcome at SpinoVerse Casino!

RTG and SpinLogic (the brand most newer games are copyrighted under) release at least one new game each month. SpinLogic is also going back through the catalog of RTG legacy games that weren’t included in the first transition from Adobe Flash Player to HTML 5 and revamping some as “Deluxe” titles. These additions can mean you might see several new games each time you visit.

HTML5 rendering allows you to play on any handheld, mobile, smartphone, or tablet with data or any computer as long as it is connected to the internet and has a modern browser. The important thing to remember is that you don’t have to download anything if you want instant play and you don’t need to install any apps on your iOS or Android device to play anytime, anywhere.

Game selection

The game selection is stated as “360+” but the mobile and instant play choice might not give you quite that many. Some of the legacy titles are still only available on the download client. I haven’t counted the gaming catalog on each device for quite a while, but it still looks - at a glance - like multi-hand video poker, some scratch and bingo games, and a few of the less popular slot titles can only be found on the desktop.

That’s okay if you are a steadfast RTG player like I am, or you don’t mind not having to wade through a few thousand titles you’re not likely to ever play to find your favorite games. There’s a little bit of everything here.

License and ownership

Looking at the website itself, we don’t find a clickable link to the license nor a statement of management or ownership. Other information from the marketing company indicates the casino operates on a license from Curacao. Other sites marketed by the same company, like Diamond Reels, Platinum Reels, and Island Reels do list Gaming Curacao as their regulator.

Oddly enough, the license seals on Diamond Reels and Platinum Reels websites are not active links, but a little back alley internetwork was able to get us right to their licenses. They have different brand names but the same sub-license number.

Bonuses

Of course, be sure to check near the top of this page or visit SpinoVerse for up-to-the-minute offers and terms.

Each offer has slightly different terms as far as wagering requirements, which games can be played etc., so we’ll visit those in the bonus section. There are currently no max cashout restrictions on the big slots' welcome bonuses, but please be sure to check the terms and conditions.

The loyalty or VIP scheme seems to be based solely on deposits rather than playthrough but we’ll take a closer look at that later as well.

Banking

The options could be better here but you can deposit with AmEx, Visa, Mastercard, or Bitcoin. Bank wire and Bitcoin are the withdrawal options today from my location. Please check the Banking page when you visit or use the dropdown menu on this page to see if new options have been added recently or are adjusted for geo-location.

The minimum deposit is currently $25 and the most you can cash out a week is set at $5,000.

The site hasn’t been “live” long enough to gather any kudos or complaints and we can’t be sure that it is owned and operated by the same company that markets the site so we can’t say anything with any certainty at this point. I will mention that I played for a couple of years at Diamond Reels (circa 2017) and never had any problems. The terms and conditions here are similar or the same, very familiar anyway.

Other players have had issues with Diamond Reels as well as Platinum Reels and other sites that seem to be related at least by marketing if not by ownership or management. Some of them are really crazy. In a couple of cases, the operator claimed, after paying thousands, that the player had appeared on a negative database - as if they had cheated an operator, charged back a deposit, or who knows. It’s all “proprietary information” trade secret stuff. It happened to two players at about the same time.

The most ridiculous situation we saw, not in terms of dollar value abandoned but in terms of an operator going out of their way to twist and bend their own terms and conditions to save $25 was actually at Diamond Reels. A player won $100 on a free chip. He was required to make a $25 verification deposit - and - wager it 1x through. At that point, by any reasonable reading of the terms, the operator should have paid him the $100 plus any amount remaining (or plus any potential profits) of the $25 he played through once.

From the operator:

Point 1. "The minimum and maximum withdrawal permitted on existing and previous free money bonuses is capped at $ 100.00. Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the withdrawal. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account."

Point 3. "A verification deposit of minimum $25 will have to be made and wagered at least once through before a withdrawal originating from a no deposit bonus will be paid to you."

The player complained again and asked for the winnings plus the “remainder” of the “verification deposit”.

The operator replied: “The minimum verification deposit amount is mandotory (sic) and unredeemanle (sic) as part of the condition to recieve (sic) the $ 100 winnings from the free bonus.

As part of our Tc and Cs there is no agreebale (sic) reference or guarentee (sic) or any dirifitive (sic) that defines that the minimum verification amount is redeemable.

Alrighty then!

I won’t put my two years of playing there without problems into consideration as far as bias, because when a casino does what a casino is supposed to do - accept my bets and pay me when I win, it’s not an act of glory or heroism, it’s the minimum requirement. I mention I played there out of fairness in full transparency.

One reason I’m cautious to put all of the sites marketed by the group in the same basket is that in contrast to that abomination of customer service with a smile - another site, SlotsWin actually had glowing reviews. Now, when you visit, it will redirect you to Island Reels, which doesn’t really have any reviews about it specifically - but we’ll get to that presently.

For now, we’ll take a deep dive into the games and software here, look at the bonuses including all terms that should matter; we’ll look at banking times and limits, and then go back over the whole thing to pick out any pitfalls you might want to look out for.

At that point, we’ll wrap it up with a final word or two.

Software and Games

This is a fairly standard RTG instant play lobby. When you enter you’ll see a selection of new games, including newly released legacy slots that have been revamped (fixed paylines, optimized mobile interface, etc.). We count 15 titles in the “newest games” section. The ‘oldest’ game dates back a little over 7 months so this shows an average release rate as of today of 2 new games each month.

The games display the current jackpot or random jackpot and if you hover over a game or touch it once on mobile, the Play and Try for Free buttons appear as well as an “i” icon. Clicking that will bring up game details.  Game info includes the title, jackpot value, volatility level, theme, number of lines, scatters and substitute symbols, and various other information on features as well as the type and number of jackpots that are available.

Close it out with the white “x” in the top right, choose Play, or “Try It!”

Just as with most online lobbies, you can scroll down to see the highlighted games in certain categories or choose from the icon menu above. The category options include:

  • Home
  • New Games
  • Slots
  • Specialty
  • Progressive
  • Video Poker
  • Table Games

Upon launch, there was no live dealer suite available.

Nearly all of the new games will most likely be slots. Here, we are seeing the same 15 titles that were available in the main lobby. As SpinLogic revamps some of the legacy Flash games and RTG releases them on the platform, multi-hand video poker, bingo with random jackpots, animated scratch cards, and other games may appear in this section.

We can’t say that with any certainty because when they converted single-hand video poker to 100% HTML5, I didn’t notice any announcement and didn’t see the titles appear under the ‘new’ category anywhere. It’s most likely that this section will continue to be populated with brand new slots and new versions of older games. The remastered legacy games will probably appear in order of popularity but that is just a guess.

Personally, I use the desktop client as well as instant and mobile play. As of today, I can think of a small handful of my own favorites that I can only find on the download client. Among them are Triton’s Treasure, Mystic Dragon, and Monster Mayhem. Many of the “Feature Guarantee” games are still hiding out in the download lobby but they seem to be rolling out slowly with Aztec Treasure being the first I’ve noticed.

Along with the game category filters (slots, table games, etc.), you’ll also find criteria for sorting the games once they are displayed - not all RTG lobbies let you do this. You can sort by release date (newest to oldest or old to new), Alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A), and finally by jackpot size - either way.

Slots

While the sorting tool can be fun to use and very helpful in a few particular circumstances, it’s not so much needed as it is "nice to have" with a smaller game library as we find here. As this site seasons and as the Real Series random jackpots grow spin by spin, the jackpot sorting tool can help you find the best potential bang for your buck.

Here’s why…

Most slots with random jackpots are seeded at $1,000. These are local, progressive, random jackpots. That means the casino or provider starts the jackpot game out with “seed money” and then a small part of each bet (spin) made by players here adds value to the pot. The jackpot will continue to grow until someone playing at SpinoVerse wins it, and then it will be seeded at $1,000 again.

Some of the games like Plentiful Treasures, Halloween Treasures (probably clones), Naughty or Nice, Epic Holiday, and the Jackie Chan series (Fire Dragon, Fantasy Mission Force, and Eagle Shadow Fist) are seeded at $5,000. Rudolph’s Revenge is a symbol-driven jackpot, rather than being awarded at random after any paid spin, and it is seeded with $20,000.

The big money jackpots you see are network progressives. That means that after to provider seeds the pot, a portion of every bet made on the title, at any RTG casino anywhere that carries the game, goes into the jackpot. All network progressives to date, except Spirit of the Inca, are symbol-driven jackpot slots. The jackpot is still triggered randomly but in this case, it is when you land a certain symbol combination that is extremely rare.

Some of the network progressives offer multiple jackpots - the more you bet on a spin the bigger jackpot you could win. Spirit of the Inca is interesting as it has 5 different jackpots. The lowest bet qualifies you for the ‘mini’ the next bet level opens up the possibility of the ‘minor’ too and the next bet level makes major, minor, and mini available, etc.

The betting range goes from $0.50 per spin to $5.00 per spin. You can play this game in fun mode, but please don’t.

Why not?

You do not want to ‘win’ a quarter-million dollars of imaginary play money. Granted, your odds of winning later while playing for real money don’t change, but… I couldn’t take it, I’d quit gambling.

The coolest thing about this game is that each of the jackpots MUST go off by the time it reaches its “boiling point”. The mini will be awarded by the time it reaches $100k, the minor by $150k, etc., culminating with the Grand which will award up to $300,000.

Note: While I won’t pretend to know the odds, trigger, frequency, or any other inner workings of this slot there is an observation to make. All things being equal, you might think the Grand Jackpot should pay 10x as much as the mini - that would only be fair. BUT, When betting $5 per spin, you are eligible for all five jackpots - which when added together equals 10x the mini boiling point trigger.

While the paytable does state that the max win per paid spin, other than progressive jackpots is 50,000x line bet (standard RTG limit) the information doesn’t tell us the actual RTP (theoretical return to player percentage) nor does it tell us the maximum contribution percentage for each spin. Some of their games do and some don’t.

I really enjoy winning jackpots - yes, I love the money but it’s really the thrill. I recall the thrill of the win most easily, not what I bought with the winnings. I like the idea of having a shot at 5 jackpots per spin so when my bankroll is fat and I might be betting $5 a spin for a while, this is a good game for me.

There’s another reason I like  Spirit of the Inca - full reel expanding wilds on all five reels. In fact, if you land a wild on reel one and reel five, that will trigger free spins. A full screen of expanded Incan Spirit wilds would pay 2000x line bet x 25 lines. A $0.50 spin could award $1,000 which also happens to be the max win per spin at two cents per line (.02 per line x 50,000 = $1,000). Of course, a $5.00 spin could net $10k without ever triggering a jackpot.

If you play on a desktop PC I would definitely suggest downloading the client. Here’s why

All of the new games are configured with a set number of paylines. Not only the new games but all of the revamped titles as well. Mobile players simply don’t care to fuss around with changing line count etc., spin it and get it.

Many of the older games, such as a couple of the ones I mentioned earlier (Mystic Dragon, and Triton’s Treasure) have both expanding or stacked wilds and the ability to reduce the number of lines bet on. I think you see where I’m going here. You can still bet a reasonably small stake per spin, say $1.00 but you can also bet $0.25 per line on 4 lines, or $0.10 per line on 10 lines, or the like now and then.

Whereas the max win aside from a progressive jackpot would be $2,000 from a $1.00 bet (25 lines at 4 cents each) as 50,000 x .04 = $2,000. However, on a lucky spin - and you should only do this now and then in hopes of meeting fate because it raises the volatility through the roof - $0.25 line bet times 50,000 max win is a much nicer $12,500 win without ever triggering the random jackpot!

We can simply ask ourselves, have I ever had 5  of a kind on line number one and wished I had bet the whole dollar on that line? The more you play, the more likely you are to win big if you play big but of course, the risk goes way up too

Make it a flutter, never chase, don’t expect to win, and never, ever look at the lines you didn’t stake! I have only had five of a kind “belly dancer” on Alladin’s Wishes once in my entire gambling career - and it was on a line I didn’t stake. Having said that I won’t brag about the upside to betting like that now and then, especially on a game with stacked wilds where every wild doubles every already doubled win like Mystic Dragons.

Video Poker

Look for the twelve most popular paytables in video poker here. RTG video poker is famous for high RTP, easy-to-develop strategies, and a terrible user interface and graphics. But the transition to HTML5 fixed the last part of that and the games are simply a joy to play now.

  • Aces & Eights
  • All American Poker
  • Bonus Deuces Wild
  • Bonus Poker Deluxe
  • Deuces Wild
  • Double Double Jackpot
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Poker
  • Loose Deuces
  • Mystery Bonus
  • Pick’em Poker
  • Sevens Wild

Jacks or Better is 9/6 full pay with an 800:1 return when betting all five coins. The RTP on Aces & Eights is as close to 100% as I’ve ever seen. You’ll probably want to stick with the instant play and mobile for video poker though. The 3, 10, and 52-hand games are still available on the download client but they haven’t been optimized yet with new art and the mobile-friendly user interface. They play just like the 1990s versions.

Table Games

Blackjack – Between the clients, you’ll find Classic Blackjack, Perfect Pairs, European Blackjack, Face Up 21, Match Play 21, Pontoon, Super 21, and Suit’em Up.

Roulette – The client has French, American, and European Roulette. Euro is available for instant play and mobile.

Other games include progressive poker (Caribbean) Hold’Em, keno, and a Snakes and Ladders type of game called banana Jones - plus many more on the download.

Bonuses and Promotions

In addition to coupons that are available in the cashier and special offers via email, you’ll find welcome offers, promotions, and incentives in the Bonus Center here. Most of the bonuses can be used more than once but some are for the first deposit only.

Like any commodity, bonuses should be “shopped” and compared to help you decide which one is best for you based on a variety of variables.

In the terms, I found a pleasant surprise. Often, when an offer states “up to $x” that refers to the bonus, not the deposit. This one would allow me to deposit $x and collect $xxx for a starting slots bankroll of 4x deposit.

That would be great. However, digging deeper it starts to get a little strange. One condition nonsensically states, “You must claim this welcome bonus three times. Failure to do so may result in wins being voided.” The final condition states, “Should the welcome offer be claimed three times, any subsequent withdrawals generated from any of the welcome offer coupons will be deemed null and void.” that tells me, and I could be confused, that I must use it three times and if I do I won’t be paid.

I tried to imagine what to do if I won with the first deposit. Do they hold the money until I try two more times? I won’t try to figure it out based on another player’s ordeal with the $25 ‘verification deposit’.

Looking a little deeper into the T&C for brain benders I found the following:

  1. Live balances that are stored for more than 14 days from the day of deposit will be subject to the terms and conditions of any new bonus claims made on aggregated balances, despite the original balance being higher than the fresh deposit + bonus claimed.

So, I can deposit and request a bonus when I already have money in my account and my existing funds will not be encumbered - unless - the existing funds have been in my account for more than two weeks, in which case the wagering requirement becomes (Balance+deposit+bonus)x40. Again, that is simply not within my understanding.

There are other odd terms related to taking a bonus when there is a balance in your account. All in all the way around that labyrinth is to simply zero out the account after every bonus you use. It’s just good “bonus hygiene” anyway. What if you had $0.47 in your account took your comps, hit a jackpot, and were stuck with the max cashout of whatever the $0.47 had attached to it? You can never be too careful with “their money”.

Daily Deals

Frequent players will find more “Daily Deals” than there are days of the week. Some of them are very attractive and others, not so much. You’ll find these and more under Promotions. Look in “Bonus City”.

We’ll leave the details out for loyalty tiers etc., as they are quite involved. Suffice it to say, the higher up you climb, the bigger and better the rewards. Cashback works on loyalty levels too and is awarded weekly. It’s not too lucrative for new players or small depositors with a max cashout of $100 and a mandatory $35 cashout fee - this after a 20x playthrough on “your” money.

Banking and Customer Service

It looks like the current deposit methods include Visa and Master card debit and credit cards as well as Bitcoin. There is some verbiage on the pages about AmEx, so that may also be available or the method comes and goes. Currently, BTC is the only method that will work both for deposits and withdrawals.

Bank wire transfers are also available for payouts. The minimum withdrawal is $100 with a $35 fee for bank wires. Weekly, the transaction limit is $5,000 per week. Withdrawals can be reversed for the first 24 hours then they go into processing with a pending time of 3-5 days. Bitcoin payments should hit your wallet in 1-3 business days while bank wires always take longer, 5-10 business days.

Players in the USA have access to a toll-free number for customer support. Players elsewhere have live chat and email support. The FAQ page is fairly comprehensive. Look for a link on the banking pages for a Bitcoin Quickstart Guide.

Players in the USA and UK can use the Bitcoin feature on CashApp to deposit. You’ll probably want to open a wallet on a ‘real’ exchange like Coinbase, but that process can take a little longer. Once you have it set up, it should be smooth sailing.

Pitfalls

  • Newer operation
  • Unknown owner/management
  • No license linked
  • Odd terms (have to but can’t claim bonus 3x)
  • Contradictory terms (cashback wagering is 20x in one section, 30x in another)

The Final Word

SpinoVerse Casino is a bit of a mystery. Ownership isn’t mentioned and no live link is provided to a license. However, other sites marketed by the same company don’t link to their license either and we have verified their validity.

The game selection is bog-standard RTG/SpinLogic but they do provide a download client which is great for players looking for just a little more variety in the game selection or old-timers who might miss their favorite 2000s-era titles.

Banking could be a little more diverse but BTC gamblers won’t mind the lack of alternatives. The speed of payouts is what it is - not so great. If one RTG casino can pay me in 15 minutes and another group always within 24 hours, I have to wonder why they all can’t.

Some of the bonuses are simply “meh”. If I have 40x or 45x wagering, I’m not very interested in a low max cashout after all that ‘work’. However, there are plenty of good picks in the daily deals. I have no problem with a nice BTC match with 30xb+b wagering, $10 max bets, and no max cashout. The larger welcome bonuses don’t currently have cashout caps either.

The flip side to that is that as of today the operation is new so the random jackpots haven’t had a chance to get fat yet. Also, like most places, the network progressives are not available for bonus play. Thankfully, the operator is able to put a padlock symbol on games you shouldn’t play with a bonus.

I like the big welcome offer, but I think I’ll let this one mellow for a while and see how they act. If I get a crazy win somewhere else and get a wild hair, I might try them earlier but I’ll certainly clarify the bonus rules and not deposit for the full value of the bonus.

Decent experience overall. Free spins didn't bring luck, but the support staff were friendly, and the slots are genuinely entertaining. Additionally, they offer Rival slots, which I enjoy. It's a solid site for those looking to play casually.

I have played so many RTG Casino's all the way back to 2005, for some reason this one hit the spot. Yes, the games are the same, everything is the same, but yet it just feels different. I never would of found this one with out LCB. If I play RTG is okay yabby, and extreme. Payouts are fast and easy. I will add this one to my collection. I do wish these RTG Casino's had payout structures like Gamdom, Stake Casino. It would make a better place to continuity to stay

I like spinoverse. Bonuses are above average and payouts aren't slow so that makes it better than a good chunk of other places

Yet another RTG casino, no payouts from here either and honestly wouldn't waste money on any casino that doesn't give a decent chance @ winning a no deposit bonus without looking suspect on consistently taking all spins with no return smh..

I liked playing this casino and had a good time with it. I would have to say that this is a cool site overall. I recommend trying this out if you haven't. The games aren't anything new they're all the same as most casinos online.
