tried Diamond Reels Casino and the games were decent with a good mix of slots and table options. The site runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile and support is available through live chat. The biggest drawback for me was the withdrawal process which felt slow and complicated. The bonus terms are also pretty tough to meet. Overall it is an okay casino but not the most reliable when it comes to payouts.

diamond reels is ok to play at, they have plenty of promotions and customer support is good. never cashed out here, so cant comment on that. they have a strict one free bonus in between deposits policy which also includes rewards or tournament winnings which i find makes the vip and reward program no good in my opinion. i do not like their terms so make sure you read them to decide youreself.

I played at this casino and it was good . The games was nice. I did not speak to support yet so i can not say if they were good or bad . I will deposit and play again in future. The only thing i do not like was the min bitcoin purchase is 25. Sometimes i like to play keno and will do 15 or 20 . It is worth a spin to see if it is the right place for you .Enjoy :) .

The casino itself is nice to look at. Although navigating to certain pages are a bit quirky since there's three sides of the site to look at in order to find the link to the page you want which is the same as sister sites. As far as gameplay, the games were limited but sufficient enough to stick around and play (which I'm assuming has to do more with regional licensing legalities). I didn't win but the money circulated enough that it didn't feel rigged. Customer service is actually one of the more informative and responsive than a lot of others sites I've played at. The support team was pleasant and helpful to newcomers, i can only imagine how they are with their VIP players.

Terrible

This company is horrendous for not paying! I won $1,720.00 -7/11/24. I redeemed my winnings 2 days late I her a message that my redemption was canceled due to breach of terms and conditions of promotion LUXE85. I explained the terms and conditions link was broken. I have screen shot. Also they said under the T&C you couldn't bet more that $10.00 Then why did the game allow me to bet that in the first place. Just a scam to not pay. There is numerous other people whom have been scammed by this company. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! Another Slow-Pay or No-Pay Casino!! I have deposited and played at this casino several times in the last few years but have not cashed out here for a year or longer. Last week I deposited and played with a deposit bonus I received inside an e-mail from them. It came with a 30x playthru ( around $4000 play-thru) in whitch I completed in two separate days. I put in a Bitcoin Withdrawal Request and was expecting it in two days (as per their banking rules) but I did not received it. Waited another day then contacted live support. Was told that their Bitcoin Processer was down. The next day I did not receive it and contacted them again but this time they told me their Finance Dept. was reviewing my acct. As alot of the sister-sites I also enjoyed here some FS's and a no deposit bonus to play some games on my (favorite) slots; and even some videopoker when I was all the way down. What I usually do with the 'reserves' of the roll. After registering a new account with what seemed a great customer promotion, I thought I met their required playthtough, I tried to withdrawal and the process was tedious. This casino would be great if I really liked RTG games. I only like 3-4 slots they have. I signed up this week and used a $50 no deposit new member bonus and won $52,000 (too bad there’s a max withdrawal of $100 but it’s better than nothing haha). I made the $25 first deposit I needed to withdraw the $100 winnings and had my ID and proof of address verified within a day but now the Bitcoin withdrawal is still pending even though their site does say Bitcoin withdrawals take 2-24 hours. I am going to take that $100 winnings to a different online casino that I really enjoy and stay clear of diamond reels and platinum reels casinos

I have won here just recently on a NDB and having deposited here before that was not needed. I will say very fast payout and verification. It's RTG so if you have played at 1 then the software is always the same. If I was going to recommend a RTG casino this would be one of my top choices.

I registered @ Diamond about a year back from here and have made a 6 or 7 small deposits. Never won but had good play thru on slots. Never used any coupons because their play-thru is way to high and most do not even have a no max cashout!! I only play RTG Casinos and all of my play is Video Poker and Slots. And I only use Bitcoin for Deposits and Withdrawals. Diamond Rells states in their Banking section that Bitcoin Payouts take 2-24 hrs. But this is a lie. Their Live Support told me Tuesday that Bitcoin payouts have to wait 1-3 busness days. That was a lie!!! I made a Withdrawal Request last weel and still have not received Payment thru Bitcoin!! When I heard of diamond reels I just had to give it a shot. Its easy to deposit here. I still have not won any money but I have at other casinos so I think Im just going through variance. I prolly would have lost if I played at another casino as well. They have bank wire transfer which I like cause I really don't do wires so its's good practice in the long run. Beware! I signed up for the 300x bonus and did not see any playthrough requirement. For my $100 deposit the playthrough requirement is $16,000. AND on video poker you only get 10 cents credit per dollar played, making the playthrough requirement &160,000! At $1.25 a hand on video poker I’ll have to play 128,000 hands before I can withdraw any cash.

This casino for no reason whatsoever banned my account. I had made deposits as well. I received an email from a Mega 7's casino with a no deposit bonus. Tried to sign up and it said I was banned. When I checked my email, I received an email from Diamond Reels stating my login failed. Perhaps a sister site? I just wish I knew why I was banned.

Fun slots with lots of action. They have many slots tournaments throughout the week. The table games are great but seem to know when you bet up. The video poker is okay. Loyalty program is fair but hard to achieve new levels. If you only play slots you will like Diamond Reels.

i've heard good things about this place, and mean to stop over to try soon, they seem to be doing well, and have gained approval amongst quite a few, so i would guess they are worthy of checking out. all real time casinos offer extraordinary chances at winning a good sum of cash on most all of their slots, so one's like this that are doing well, can be hot spots to win big.

I opened my account at Diamond Reels through LCB. I have only 3 or 4 deposits and have yet to place a withdrawal. I have one primary complaint about Diamond Reels. I cannot open it in full screen mode on my computer like I can other RTGs. I have to change the resolution on my monitor to enlarge the screen since I like a full screen display. There is no way that I know of to display Diamond Reels in full screen. They send a lot of promotional emails and seem to offer a lot of good bonuses. They have all the RTG games of course and now accept Bitcoin for deposits and payouts which I really like. For now, since I've yet to win there, I'm going to rate a 3.

Diamond Reels Casino is relatively new among RTGs. The owner runs Platinum Reels casino too. This group is not bad, but not very good either. I only played with free spins which is written in the promotion page. The Welcome Bonus is quite good actually, including some of Table/cards games with 25% Contribution rates (no max bet). If you are a players of table/cards, this is good enough. But, the thing is that they are quite slow in payment, as I know. Good Luck.

I signed up sometime back and played with a no deposit bonus. Had a good time, play time lasted a lot longer then I thought which is nice. I eventually ended up depositing here twice, once with a bonus, and the other time without. Had good play time almost cashed out but kept on playing. One thing I like about this casino ever since I signed up they are very active in sending emails about any new promotions, etc. I receive at least three emails a week from them. I will more than likely continue depositing here periodically.

I did not really care for diamond reels , it was a run of the mill rtg casino. I really think rtg needs some updated graphics to there games because they are tired as far as I am concerned. The bonus played out very boring although the support is concerned and quick to help. 2 and1/2 stars to diamond reels.

I was going to try this casino out with the 50 free spin promotion. Got signed up and everything. Claimed the bonus but when trying to load the game all I get is Invalid Account Name or Password. I had this happen at a couple others as well. I'll be adding this to my list of sites not to play. I've had good luck with Bovada and Slots.lv. Bovada usually approves my withdrawal over night and my checking account is credited in about 5 days on average

Good they give away 50 free spins on archillies but only got $2.96 back off them so there was no way i was ever going to make wagering. However im glad i didnt as i only ever use Skrill to do my online gambling with and they dont accept it :( overall though it has a quality layout and i would recommend anyone likes RTG gmaes to play at this casino. Alos works on mobile pretty good which is rare for rtg ;)

This casino pays out for sure, because they pay out winnings from no deposit bonuses. The software what is used is not my favourit (RTG) but as I understand it is often played by US players since they are mostly allowed to play at casino's running RTG software. Diamond reels offers good deposit bonuses with a low playthrough of 30x bonus. So if I will play with a bonus at a RTG casino I will surely go to Diamond reels.

Well, after trying to get the free spins several times I finally lost my temper and wrote to support. They ignored the fact that I was a rude jerk and very kindly put the free spins in play for me. They were as polite as I was nasty...not proud of my hissy fit, but let me just state that they handled it very well, with professionalism and kindness. So now I really feel like a schmuck,lol...any way, I won roughly $50 on the spins and am now playing with my winnings. Right now I am down to $25 but am still playing. I am unable to claim the free spins. Each time I enter the cashier I receive a pop up window that claims my email addy is unverified. I have verified the email addy three times now. If I try to enter the code there is no way to claim it as the "you have not verified your email addy message covers the screen and prevents me from claiming the spins. There is no live chat, I must call a phone number that may be free to some, but every call I make on my phone costs me. This has been extremely frustrating, and I am in such a snit at the moment that I no longer have any desire to play here.

Ah, caseyk, Happy New Year. And I hope that you could get your money back safely. I registered in Diamond Reels, but just played with free spins only. I put this casino in my future list. But, frankly, when I browse their promotion pages, and cashier, etc., something told me that Diamond Reels was affiliated with Lucky Spins and GoLucky Casinos which are rogue (I see these two casinos are not in the directory here). i'm becoming increasingly concerned about the integrity of this casino. I deposited twice there (once with a bonus and once without). I sent in all authorization forms and docs a couple times because they'll tell you they didn't receive them or something is not quite right, etc. Yesterday, I reversed one of my withdrawls because they are very slow to approve documentation. I won some more and then tried to withdrawl. This time the cashier said I needed to submit a verification form and "withdrawl not allowed". I've never seen this error message in an online casino. I contacted support a few times during this entire process and once again after this most recent error message. They told me to send in a screen shot and they would look into it. I don't know if this is a casino where you can deposit but not withdrawl, but that's how I'm feeling right now. They never send follow-up emails or correspondence. You always have to contact them and nothing get resolved. I thought the actual slot play seemed fair, but the entire runaround with documents and cashier is really getting frustrating. At this point, I can't recommend playing there and just hope they are not a rogue casino.

Yesterday I saw this new no deposit bonus for this casino and I was really excited because I like Real Time Gaming slots. I was quite disappointed because I chose to play on instant play and I played those 50 spins for 20 minutes. The game was loading and spinning really slowly. The download casino gives much smoother and faster game play than the desktop version, although the window in the download casino cannot be enlarged, so the games remain somewhat small. WR are quite reasonable (30x for the ND bonus). Live chat is available 24/7 I believe, so that's a good thing. Seems like a solid RTG, other than the max cashouts of 2 500 a week, but being a small roller at the moment should not cause any issues.
