Seemed great but then locked my account without warning and found them difficult to reach for support. Have finally heard something back from their security via email and their rep on here but am still awaiting account being unblocked and being able to access and gamble my funds.
If this occurs soon I will obviously rate more highly but obviously I can’t recommend anyone to deposit there money here based on my experience so far.

I signed up here back in September 2019 and I didn't find this casino did anything in particular that made it stand out from the crowd. I never won anything so I cant comment on their payment processing. They have some games I like, but there are many great titles missing.

Rich Casino is a typical rogue or very poorly managed Top Game casinos. I just tried their free chips a few time. The slots were paying worst. There are some good themed slots, but, as I remember, it takes a lot of time to spin even in the auto mode, because all the winning pay-line is to be displayed one by one before the next spin. The graphics of roulette were Ok. And the live chat was just bad in explaining the rules. I think that players better not choose to play in any of Top Game only casinos.

I dont like this casino. They have not much games and bonuses with some really bad wagering requiments and hidden rules. Only one or two software provider games so not much games.
I heard very much bad thing about this casino, denying withdrawals for stupid reasons.
The livechat is not fast and when you ask about withdrawal times etc. they dont answeer for 10 minutes so i will not play there. I just used a no deposit bonus there because they have many of them but i didnt like the games. I dont recommend this casino.

Not a bad casino. A good website design, and the games is very good. I took no deposit bonus with no problems. But I cant fully wagered! Then i made a deposit and a little bit won. I think this group of top game branded casinos are great, however, since banking issues are not USA friendly, i've had to give them a miss. Back when usemywallet was going strong still, I was able to play within these sites, and had a great time. Always paid me, and always were very generous with the comps. Plenty of games, excellent customer service, despite the language barrier. I even learned a bunch about my heritage from one site's customer service rep. I deposit into this casino and partner casinos because they offer great bonuses and I love their games. When you try to claim a no deposit bonus they always say you need a deposit but when I deposit, they almost always refuse to honor them! Even the ones like Rich that monthly offers a free $100 if you've EVER made more that 2 deposits@ $25.00, but when you go to claim it they will say you need a deposit? And if you make a deposit and try to claim it if they are adding a bonus with it, they will say that you can't have both? They really need to get it together over there. Rich casino is super generous with free chip bonuses, I see them online almost every day. I joined them some time ago because of a no deposit bonus, never managed to win anything. I've played there several times with free chips, few times made deposits but never withdrew. But for me this one seems one of the best Topgame casinos.

I joined Rich Casino about 5 years ago and it was up there as far as one of my favorite casinos to play at. I've made numerous deposits the first 2 years I joined then I stopped. The reason I no longer play here is the runaround I got from trying to make a withdrawal. When I first submitted the withdrawal it was a good 6-7 days before anyone acknowledged my request and after that it was just one big nightmare. Needless to say this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth towards all Top Game Casinos.

I am not really a fan of top game casinos and unfortunately "rich" is not any different. Whilst the software is no doubt well designed and offers some innovative features, I just don't trust these small operators. Perhaps I am unfairly prejudiced I dont know but I wouldn't risk depositing here especially with little information from other players here on LCB. Give the NDB a try and see what you think but I would be cautious about making a large deposit here.

I was a bit cautious for the reviews were not that good, but sometimes it is good to take a risk. Rich Casino proved to be fun, and I like their website which is modern looking and with a really neat layout. US players are welcome, which is nice for a change. You can use Austrian and US dollar, South African Rand and Euro, with regular depositing methods like Visa, MasterCard and Neteller. Since I'm not a huge fan of downloadable software (btw, you can use this on PC and Mac computers), I was happy to find out that you can access the games directly from your browser. Rich Casino is a classic one, with Roulette, Video and Classic Slots, Blackjack, Video Poker and Keno, but also a lottery, which is not something you see very often. As for gaming software, they are using Top Game brand, and I have not seen them before, but the games look good and I even had enough luck to make a little money.

When first going to the site it seems like it is a requirement to download software in order to start playing which is somewhat of a turn off right away. After searching around a bit more I was able to find an instant play option and getting started from there was fairly straightforward. You can get a 200% unlimited bonus on your first 3 deposits but you have to use a code for it so make sure to memorize or write it down.
