Punt CHP (Crypto) is a new venture

Various complaints - some seem legit (free chip winners grousing about slow customer service) and some are perhaps ill-informed - we’ll get to that in the games and software section below.

We found a variety of complaints about the long-standing ZAR site, which runs exclusively RTG games. Most of the complaints were about pretty standard RTG terms and conditions that change a bit from operator to operator.

Most seasoned players at RTG operations know to check bonus terms to learn whether or not bonus wagering clears when your balance drops below a certain amount. Some cashiers, including the .za site, it seems, require you to zero out your account between bonuses. We’ll take a closer look at that and other potential pitfalls as we explore the bonus terms further along as well.

As of review time, your balance must be below $5 to claim a new promotion here. That becomes $1 in the rare case that you accidentally make a deposit and mix cash with a no-deposit bonus and have to ask for an adjustment - in that case, you will play the NDB and lower your account balance to $1 or less before your deposited funds become available with a new bonus or as a straight deposit.

Huge adventure-driven tournaments

While we do dig as deeply as it takes to get a feel for a newer place, we also have to take complaints at face value. Even on TrustPilot, we find dissatisfaction with slow customer service when a non-depositing customer requests a withdrawal so that will be given some weight.

There seems to be a bit of understandable confusion among some players about the Reevo titles. Imagine a game provider in a well-regulated market that also wants to get games out to players in under-served markets where the legality of online gaming is not so well defined. Now imagine a state monopoly or a regulatory authority that won’t allow a vendor to provide games outside of its purview in “unregulated” markets. New players are offered huge bonuses with high max bonus limits and decent wagering requirements. We found the bog standard 30x the deposit plus bonus referenced in the general terms, but with the high percentages and massive max bonuses, the welcome offers were mostly a little higher.

Banking and Customer Service

With virtual currencies, there’s not much to report about banking. It’s currently the only way you can deposit and withdraw and that’s not likely to change. When we visited there were 8 choices. The banking pages will tell you which coins clear deposits fastest along with other information.

Withdrawals are done through Coindraw and it appears as if players are paid daily. They do leave a caveat in the FAQ and terms stating that it can take up to seven days to process a withdrawal but they note it rarely takes that long. Withdrawals will be reviewed within one business day and most are paid instantly upon approval.

Max cashout per day is $2,500 and only three withdrawals will be processed in any 7-day rolling period.

Withdrawals incur processing fees of $20 for anything under $500 and a flat 5% of the withdrawal amount for anything over $500. Any fees will be displayed prior to cashing out. Fees can be as high as $40 in one of the only unclear terms we found.

The Final Word

Punt casino Crypto has a lot to offer. If you are like me and only gamble in crypto, there’s no reason not to give the site a punt with a $9 minimum deposit. Unless, of course, you enjoy using bonuses, then it would be wise to deposit more, of course. We endeavor to be as diligent as possible when exploring terms and conditions for you, especially regarding bonus terms. Try as I might (and there might be brain fog) I didn’t find a max bet or a time limit to complete a bonus.

If that is the case, this may be one of the only crypto casinos that make it “doable” to make a large first deposit. A fat lot of good it does to get a match on 3 BTC if you can only make $5 bets and only have 72 hours to complete wagering like many places. If you find those terms, please make note - they could have been updated or I may have missed them somehow- in which case I need to spend a little time in the woodshed using different search terms.

I like the game selection here and for steady players the gamification is interesting. A 32 - step adventure map with rewards along the way and huge prizes for the top finishers should appeal to some players.

The bonus terms are attractive to me with a fairly tough wagering requirement but no limit on cash outs. Granted, the terms mention max cashout coupons but I didn’t see any in the promotions lobby - they were most likely leftover artifacts from the ZAR site, as RTG is mentioned at least once in the terms.

Adding a caveat of needing to wait up to 7 days is understandable and we do find 72 hours mentioned as well - as an outside figure. Data from the site itself tells us the average cashout time is under 10 minutes. Unfortunately, $100 is the least that can be withdrawn.
