Well, I went from terrible to dislike. At least I’ll have to say I moved one tiny step forward. It says my withdrawal bitcoin withdrawal is approved, but talking to them they said 7 to 10 business days before they even send the payment out I thought bitcoin withdraws were supposed to be faster, so how many days it takes for them to get you approved and then another 7 to 10 business days before they even send it out that is absolutely ridiculous. That’s why we all use bitcoin because it’s faster. You don’t have to worry about the banks and all their excuses they use but of course more excuses so we’ll see how this goes. We’ll see if my dislike go back terrible or we’ll go somewhere we’ll see.

As soon as I make a $30 bitcoin deposit to verify that I have a bitcoin address for my $100 bonus that I completed, they called me from an unknown number don’t usually answer that I think they called once maybe twice and say they’re closing my account so now I’m losing out the only on the hundred then I supposed to get but my $30 $32 deposit that I just deposited with my bitcoin

They could not have picked a better name because there is some MADNESS on this site. Customer service was slow and the daily free spins negated any other bonuses I would have rather had. The cash out takes 2 full business days before they process. The slots payout decent though and the freeroll tournaments are legit. OK-mediocre experience

I opened an account here and enjoyed the wide variety of games on this site that aren't available on any other US site that I'm aware of. It wasn't until several deposits later when I tried to get verified to make a withdrawal that I realized that the site is a scam. it is well designed to draw you in and will let you deposit with these but will do everything in their power to keep you from withdrawing. This site has certainly been around a pretty long time as far as I can remember and some players love it while others, like myself don't care for it at all. they will usually have a deposit bonus but not much in the way of a free bonus much any more. Not that I have seen anyway and I look for free bonuses believe you me! LOL!!
I have heard of some withdrawal issues relating to them but I know recall what happened and what the resolution may have been either.

If the withdraw process was faster, this would be one of my top 5 depositing sites. Managed 4 withdraws in the last few years and have been paid without issues, but the wait was between 6-12 weeks, faster for last winnings to 3 1/2 months for $1400.

I have to agree highly with the warning to this casino. I got some very high no deposit bonuses from them and when I won they never paid out waited 3 months contacted customer service numerous times and then the money just disappeared with no record at all I would advise highly playing at this casino in any of their sister sites.

I played here for the first time 2-3 years ago. I played my first No Deposit Chip, made wagering requirements and started the withdrawal process. I was asked for my Identification, Utility Bill, and Credit Card that I would be using to deposit. I had my documents to them within the day. I received an Email from Slot Madness stating that my payout was approved! I then proceeded to wait for an Email from the payouts department, which I did within 2 days. The Max Cashout on the Free Chip was $50. Within 5 days I received my check! I know this casino has gotten a bad rap, but my experience with them has been a pleasant one!

This casino is known to be a rogue casino under AceRevenu affiliate program. I have no doubt that players should go to other casinos. But, I happen to see some reviews with higher ratings which were written by a member who I know in other online forum. His comments were right in other forums. Judging by the date of his comments, maybe this casino paid out at the early stage, to induce players for the higher deposits. Do avoid this casino.

I like this casino to play at when I need a little change. I signed up with a no deposit bonus a couple of years ago and have since made a handful of deposits. I haven't had the luck to be able to cash out. But after reading some of the comments I'm a little leary about making anymore deposits here. As far as customer service goes I've only had to deal with them once and it went fine.

I really enjoy this casino, but their withdraw process needs help. I was "approved" for payment on 09/21 and it's 10/05 and all I got from support was "10 business days". I have deposited in all of other sister sites and had the same problem. Don't get me wrong, they do pay but it took over 5 weeks last time to get a western union, which can be received overnight. Slot Madness, please fix the issues in your banking department. Love to play here but hate the wait.

I am from Canada and joined here with a NDB, which I did not have any wins on, or cash outs. I know it says here that Canada is not allowed but I went to live chat and they said Canada is allowed. Maybe their laws changed. I then made a deposit using my Player Rewards card and claimed a fantastic welcome bonus. I don't know if I really like Nu-works games. I did play several but am not too excited about them, I like RTG better, however I may like this Casino later on after another deposit and I play more of their games. Slot Madness has grown on me. I've become a fan of several of the Nuworks slot games - Candyland Cash, Eye of Egypt, and Ancient Wonders are usually on my play list. It is not too difficult to receive great deposit bonuses here and in between depositing, there are always free chips to use. And to my surprise there is usually some cashback waiting for me after busting a deposit. They often have the 290% no rules bonus. I've had no problem with making playthroughs here, but unfortunately, the problem is having enough balance remaining to make a withdrawal request. I did once request a cashout, but they did take a long time and I took it back and enjoyed the heck out of playing it. I like to play their tournaments and have received some nice prizes in doing so. They seldom have free ones, though. I suppose if you can't stand a delay in payment, you may not want to play seriously here, and you can play for free to try out the games. You really should get to see a few rows of bouncing Gingerbread men. Nice sound efffects on all the games, good software, very entertaining.

Slot Madness Casino has changed from using Real Time Gaming recently and is now using Nu Works Software, but the homepage can confuse you still without a clear software title and previews of some that I know are real time gaming. Slot Madness is one of the many Real Time casinos. With that said, all of the games at Slot Madness are just like the other associated casinos. I have played at several of these casinos and I have found that some of the games have looser payouts than others. Example, Cleopatra’s Gold at one casino does not play the same as Cleopatra’s Gold at another sister casino. None of this group of casinos that I have played at was what I would call loose or perhaps generous. I know they are not in the business to give money away but at least a player could enjoy a bit more playtime than what I experienced; approximately 10 minutes. The slots are nice graphically and most of them do not have annoying sounds. There is a good selection of different slots for a player’s choice. The bonus round machines I played did not hit the bonus round often. I did not count exactly how many spins but it was in the neighborhood of about 100 to 150. Slot Madness’ Keno payouts are horrible. I played a 4 spot ticket and the payout for hitting 2 out of 4 was returning my bet. Had I of hit the 4 out of 4 ticket the payout was a paltry 120 coins. It is too bad that Slot Madness does not add 4 card Keno to its line-up. I have played these machines in land-based casinos and they really make the game much more exciting. The video poker was just plain, nothing outstanding, just the regular generic machines. The only good extra feature was the turbo button a player could use when playing multi hands. It really helped speed the game up and I did not have to wait long to play the next hand. Slot Madness does offer their players tournaments BUT only if you have made deposits. I tried to play in a tournament before I made a deposit and I could register. I contacted their live chat and I was childishly told that the tournaments were strictly for depositing players, ONLY! Not really a customer friendly answer. One the Granni scale I gave Slot Madness a 2 out of 10. I would not really recommend this casino.

this is by far my favorite casino..the bonuses in the games come frequently- you can win a very decent amount of money hitting the bonuses with small amounts per spin spent.
