After reading the experiences other members had with Royal Ace I am so glad I quit playing at nearly all of the Inclave brands. I think they all kind of went down hill. From my understanding none of them are licensed either.

Well I requested a withdraw of a $100 on the 23rd and I have not received one email or any type of communication from them so this tells me that they do not care about there players and I will not be making any deposits here and I recommend that players do the same. You would think they would want to get some decent feedback from the players instead of constant bad reviews but then again like I said they do not care.

Well we will see how long it takes them to pay me my bonus win of $100 so far I have no complaints.

This has been one of the casinos that have been able to be consistent with withdrawals. they do not take a long time to process their withdrawals and support is great. i wish there we more promotions but no complaints overall.

These guys are part of one of the "super long time to get payout" group. They aren't necessarily bad because they eventually pay, but who wants to wait a month for a payout? Really, I don't understand their methods, but they have been around about 10+ years with same problems, and somehow find a way to make enough profit to stay in business. I think there are high rollers they cater to. If you look at some of the bonuses in the group, their match bonuses are the highest online, with some over 100% to $2000. Royal Ace used to be a favorite, however over the past year they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. These casinos are very notorious for their non-payment, but, still are operating deceiving players with high value bonuses, or with no-rule bonuses, etc. Some good ratings above must have been written by the casino people.
