So if you deposit bonus, don't expect to get paid that out anytime soon. They prioritize the people who deposits versus no deposit bonuses. Which I can understand. But also I do think that it should be first come first serve in a line of order versus prioritizing who is who.

This casino is terrible if you win with a free chip or free spins because you’ll have to wait a month or more if you win to get paid. If you win with a deposit and can withdraw with coindraw then it’s a lot faster.

Terrible

I pre Kyc'ed and sent my bitcoin withdrawal of $780 on September 8th. Still not received. Terrible customer service from a 3rd party vendor that can't do anything for you other than escalate your issue which takes 24-72hrs. I was sent 2 emails after I sent my withdrawal in on the same day the first saying congrats you should have your money shortly then I received the next email that said the withdrawal will be approved in 7-10 days (business days people!)lol. September 18th I get 2 more emails first one saying my money will be deposited shortly! Yaya! Second email said deposit will happen in 7-10 days. I won't even go into all of the chats I had because it would turn into a war and peace like novel. They will never see another penny from me. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to play here... unless he was the worst ever then I might! !!!!!!!DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!

Well I requested a withdraw of a $100 on the 23rd and I have not received one email or any type of communication from them so this tells me that they do not care about there players and I will not be making any deposits here and I recommend that players do the same. You would think they would want to get some decent feedback from the players instead of constant bad reviews but then again like I said they do not care. Do not sign up and even play for fun this company will lie and do what ever it takes not to payout how they can get away with this is crazzy anytime someone steals money it becomes a crime and they have to deal with the consequences why are these companies getting away with this STAY WAY FROM ROYAL ACE CASINO AND THERE SISTER CASINOS

Royal is is beyond the worst casino I’ve ever deposited on. They gave me 200 free spins on their new game for Halloween for a no deposit bonus. The max cash out was 500. I ended up making the wages and my cash out was 493.00 I waited 2 1/2 weeks after chatting with customer service screenshots and all and I’m telling me that it’s going through the seven day window. What is the seven day window was completed. I went back on the website and it said approves, thinking that my withdrawal was in my bitcoin wallet come to find out they denied it because they said I did too many free no deposit chips however, I’ve already deposited on this account and this was my only first no deposit bonus so they not only wasted my time they denied my withdrawal and they continue to send me these free no deposit bonuses the main person of royal Eighth continues to email me telling me that they denied my withdrawal, but I don’t understand why on my account is still shows approved so word of advice to everyone do not deposit I would not even sign up for royalties because they are scum artist

Royal ace is more like a royal pain in the ace :) This casino is awful! They are seriously a joke and I just don’t see how they can even afford to keep themselves up and running! I for sure would have thought they would be long gone by now! They must make their money on newcomers first few deposits as I seriously doubt they have any long term members!! This is the worst casino I ever met!!! Don't waste your time there. Awful lagging website with poor games selection and shady bonus conditions. While playing you get disconnected all the time. Trash. Absolutely trash along with all there brand when i was new to online gaming i didnt know any of the rules i was locked out of my email at one point and made a couple new accounts for royal ace raging bull planet 7 and a couple others this was a long time ago i claimed there ndb. Look i know thats wrong i never won or tried to really even win i use to do it for fun. However i started actually depositing often at royal ace and emailed each place i made the new accounts at multiple times to try to resolve this because out of nowhere royal ace banned me after i deposited over 1000 dollars in a weeks time i had a huge cashback bonus coming and they screwed me now im not allowes in thers or any of there brand ive explained this to them multiple times they always say it will be fixed but never is which makes me nervous cuz after that experience i always read every word of t&c for all casinos and in most they say if they ever find out you made multiple accounts anywhere they can deny any winnings which is absolute bullshit but they all say it so its part of gaming online unfortunately ive never had a problem i mainly play deck media brand they pay everytime no problem. But this needs to be reslolved for that reason exactly.

These guys are part of one of the "super long time to get payout" group. They aren't necessarily bad because they eventually pay, but who wants to wait a month for a payout? Really, I don't understand their methods, but they have been around about 10+ years with same problems, and somehow find a way to make enough profit to stay in business. I think there are high rollers they cater to. If you look at some of the bonuses in the group, their match bonuses are the highest online, with some over 100% to $2000. Perhaps for the hgh rollers they are more responsive and quicker? Just a thought....

Royal Ace used to be a favorite, however over the past year they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 2 day cash out to a 2 month cash outs, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process. Sorry to say, but they're going backwards in a forward moving world! Many better and faster paying casinos out there!

From what I can see Royal Ace & five others have been making a great effort to speed up withdrawal times. I would be interested to know if they are really still connected to the Virtual Group. I received $500 after I 1st requested the deposit on 06/25/14 on 07/0914 and the cost was only $25. As I understand it, this is supposed to be the Virtual groups more 'respectable' operation, where they pay out a little quicker and treat players a little better. I refuse to spend a penny with these people though so cannot make any promises. If these people owe you any money search google for virtual group probation and you should find a thread at another well known casino site where they will help you get paid.
