Their customer service is super poor but I've cashed out plenty of times with all of them in under 10-15 minutes. It really all depends on your deposits between your bonus codes and if you haven't played in 30 days, you have to submit info again for the verification. That's just terrible especially when the acct still always says documents verified.

At one point this was my go to casino until I made a Western Union deposit for $500 and they refused to credit my account or even acknowledge that the deposit was made which is insane considering the THOUSANDS I've deposited and played here

So the VIP team sent me a $300 dollar chip via email trying to get me to play there again so I emailed them and made sure this is a chip I can play and cashout since I hadn't deposited and they have me the thumbs up then closed my account once I made playthrough and tried to cashout. They're very shady

ugh they had a 200 chip added to my account i never applied for it i went threw the playthrew requiments they took 917 or so which is fine i know thats part of the rules i went threw the id check no issues and made a 20 dollar verfication deposit no problem then i requested 120 withdrawl btc they cancelled it and sent back 19 and manager took the rest i mean made me pay gas fees etc why not just take it alll from the start and make me go threw everything for a chip they added to boot so not like i even tried to redeem it smh

Not all online casinos are the same.This is a lesson that I'm sure almost all on-line gamblers face at some point or another. I don't know why I even gave Silver Oaks 1 star, when a couple negative star ratings would be more appropriate. This is hands down the absolute worst site I've ever had to deal with. After winning well over $6300.00 playing slots, I was ready to cash out. According to my account, I had exceeded the playthrough requirements which were pretty high and was eligible for the withdrawls. Long story short they denied my first 2500.00 apparently they had loaded a bonus of 15$ to my account w/o me being aware and that forfeited my winnings because THEY still allowed me to deposit with a bonus and the funds were mixed. I guess I should be thankful I got back my original deposit of 100.00. Withdrawl #2 was also denied, but the 1000.00 was put back into my account. Withdrawl #3 for 2500.00 was approved after 2 weeks, but I have yet to be paid and it's been 31 days since the request was first paid. 7-10 days is how long they claim it will take for the whole process. Customer service is worthless and no matter how many inquiries I make, I have still not received any ETA as when the check will be mailed. This site is garbage, stay away, stay away. There are many great sites out there that pay and are legitimate. I'm sure I'll get paid, it's just been a horrible ride.

So I have given this site an average rating because that sums it all up for Silver Oaks and the rest if this group of casinos. I haven't won enough to request a withdrawal. I made one deposit and while I was playing, I forgot I was on Silver OAKS and not Raging Bull, a sister site to this casino. More like a TWIN SISTER site!!! So needless to say, this casino is the same as Raging Bull, Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, Slots Garden, and Captain Jack. I believe that is the whole group of casinos under the same management or ownership? There is also something not right about the processors they use for withdrawals. I am still in the process of figuring it out ans when I get it down right I will leave a note. But I do want to tell people that they should pay attention to the actual amount that is charged to your account on the deposits you make on thse sites. They claim that using a CC you will be chaged a service fee of not more than 10% And when you make a deposit the total will indicate what percentage you have been charged. HOWEVER, I found that on every occasion I have made a deposit on one of these sites the processors have charged sometimes as much as 20 % and more. Now when this happened to me, I did send in my bank statements showing these charges and letting that particular casino that I have the confirmation emails regarding the amount that should have been charged. And that I would send them to my bank to prove fraudulent charges have been made. The casino in this group I was dealing with was very agreeable to returning all the excess overcharged amounts. So just be aware that a lot of these processors for these online casinos are not to be trusted and you should review every transaction to make sure you are not over charged 20 or even 30% of your deposit.

I wish I had known about LCB when I first began depositing at online casinos. Silver Oak and all there sister casinos are a rip off I deposited so many times to get a massive free chip deal they advertised only to be told after meeting the requirements that I couldn't get this chip without depositing yet again because I had redeemed a loyalty free chip that they automatically put on my account. Very shady business practices and extremely rude and cocky customer service.

I don’t think slow quite describes their payouts it’s like turtle slow like months and months slow that is ridiculous nobody should ever take that long to pay out a withdraw. And then as soon as you ask about a withdraw you will be locked out of your account

I have not tried to withdraw any money so I can't comment on that aspect. I have had a great experience for the most part. Getting from the opening page to the actual lobby has been an issue a few times on my mobil. That could also totally be my issue and not the casino. Its like most inclave casinos. Just click Authorize and you are in.

Absolute horrible place to play. Appears to be a normal RGG casino at first look but once you died in a little deep for you see the service from customer service is a joke. When I first started playing online slots I played at Silver Oak, making a couple different deposits. Now, I was able to play thru the playthrough so that I could withdrawal my winnings, but that is where things went down hill. I will say this, I did finally get my winnings almost THREE and HALF MONTHS later. Although the customer service was there, they were not that friendly. All in all, i will NOT be back to this casino.

At first glance from an unknowing been to online gambling like me a few years ago, this seems like a legitimate, widely used site because of how widely it's advertised throughout the web. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE- DONT PLAY HERE. Super easy to deposit- nearly impossible to withdraw, regardless of how legitimate your claim is. Horrible experience. I mean, I tried the free chip they offer, and I won believe it or not. Made it through wagering and all was well. Or so I thought. Customer service is horrible. Said I had to deposit before j could withdraw. So I did. That's standard. But after I deposited and finished that playthrough and tried to withdraw, I got stonewalled. No response from support. Okay so these guys are absolutely terrible and they bring the terrible experience to a whole new level, I will have to give them that much. Everyone else here (and everywhere else for that matter) covered how this website sucks inside and out for all the regular obvious reasons, and I'm going to add the cherry on top, so asides from the regular being terrible (unprofessional, slow, lacking in quality, just all around bad) they would not stop emailing me. AND I don't mean like once a day or a couple times a week, I mean I hit a glitch in some algorithm somewhere because I was getting emails like 4-5 every minute, I went to livechat and complained the guy fixed it and we had a bit of a laugh over it, but yeah I figured I'd share that.

Waited over 2 months for a $100 withdrawal, that's not all. You can not collect your free chips while a withdrawal is pending. So due to the lag time I lost out on $150 free chips that had expired from the deposit that were made. Casino Support was always very respectful, but would do nothing to compensate for the loss. Will never return.

Silver Oak Casino has a great selection of interesting slots, good variety of table games and video poker. They also have exceptional bonuses for the new players. That is the good news, the bad news is how long it takes (took me) to actually get paid when you finally win. Slow would be an understatement and the customer so-called-service did not seem to care or want to help.

Their slow payouts make this a catch-22 type of scenario. They are abundant with great bonus codes, but you have to follow the rules. No back to back free chips, just because the system lets you claim a chip doesn't mean you qualify for it so be careful. If you unsure ask support. They will be happy to lookup your free chip status and deposits information so you can choose your bonuses properly.

silver oak was one of the first casinos online that i ever played at, so as such they have kind of a special place in my heart. in addition to having plenty of free chips and giveaways, if you have the patience and can wait out the withdrawal time *(make sure you get your forms in early, people) then these casinos are well worth it. some of their jackpots are off the hook.

I won and won and won with the NDB of $130. Of course when I played through the amount required, the machines and games started to get tighter. I stopped playing and requested a withdraw after emailing all info required. No response and same available balance showed. I asked if could even deposit and just withdraw money made through bonus but somehow I still wouldn't be able to withdraw it. Casino's like this are soon to be blacklisted due to their own promos. I registered with this casino over a year ago when i was still playing Real Time Gaming slots. Unfortunately, i find these slots extremely boring and when they do bring another new slot out its not any different or improved. Silver Oak is utterly a rogue casino which runs under the affiliate program name AceRevenue - Planet7, Captain Jack, Royal Ace, Slot Madness. They have a lot of complaints piled up in all the online forums regarding the payment. These guys re-brand their casinos every 1~2 years. Players should never deposit real money in these casinos.

I Joined SilverOak Casino back in the early days when i still enjoyed and trusted Real-time Gaming Software but a lot has changed since then then and this casino is sadly one of those that led me stray from the Real-time Gaming franchise and search for better trusted casinos by different software providers, i Played a no deposit freechip here of 100$ and wagered it only to have the funds zero'd which was upsetting but i redeemed my comp points and managed to win 50$ which i then tried to cash out only to find the casino being very difficult by giving me the run around with kyc docs and not responding to emails and live chat in my view acting like it was their first day on the job, to cut a long story short i eventually just gave up and never logged on since the funds could even still be in the account but its honestly not worth the headache in pursuing it

I have been playing here at Silver Oak and am from Canada but am allowed to play here again. I joined quite awhile ago, played, then Canada was not allowed, now we are. :) I have not been lucky like some of the others on here, however I am continuing to play here because of the positive comments and because there is a promotion called, Crew270 which I like. I also have a Players Reward Card, and can use it here. I do have other RTG's I like such as Uptown Aces with excellent withdrawl time frames, however I cannot use my Players Reward card there.

I played there sometimes - and am planning to continue sometime. I think I needn´t comment on the games snce anyone knows abot the RTG-Casinos. Graphics are a bit outfashionned for my taste however their variance can be thrilling. ;-) Well - the most important thing about a casino is imo - the withdrawal relieability. Since I read a lot of older complaints about this casino i was a bit cautious in the beginning. I just couldnt resist those charming no rules match bonus-oupons reaching almost 300% of your deposit and so i started playing there. Finally I can state: I don´t regret to play there sometimes. Any withdrawal I requested - as well from freechips and deposits - were processed correctly and the timeframe was okay. they took less time, than they state in their t & cs. my personal experience witrh their reps and members of the payment team are great. Never excuses, stalling tactics or even an unfriendly word. From the casinos pov: offering such extremely generous match coupons which totally compensate the house edge of the casino in favour of the player - there has to be an extended pending time, amount restrictions and time extensions for processing withdrawals. just imagine: a casino offering a 300%& match bonus without wr or max cashout - while offering instant withdrawals...

I won on my monthly VIP bonus. I initiated cashout on the 4th of July, got my documents in by the 8th and it showed "withdrawal approved" midday on the 10th. Assuming that means my check is on its way, I think they have obviously resolved whatever slow payout issues they had. Plus the VIP staff (shout out to Helen Scott) is phenomenal. I have to say from my experience this is a great casino despite some of the negative things I‘ve read about them. They offer very nice deposit bonuses all the time, I especially like the no rules bonuses which have no wagering requirements. Who wouldn't like that, to bad they aren't all that way. Not to mention the free chips as long as you have made a deposit in between. I would recommend this place I have no complaints.

One of the best RTG casinos I've played at. RTG usually has good slot games but Silver Oak has some of the best progressives and table games on the internet. Deposit bonuses are good but the constant promotions they offer were the reason I kept playing here. Been at SilverOak for 3 years now and haven't had any real issues over the past couple. Everytime I request a payout it comes pretty quickly and don't really need to bother the support staff about it. I'd check it out. 4/5 stars

I stupidly did not read these before I signed up with them a couple of days ago. I only used the free chip and did not deposit, but was not impressed. And today they sent me a text. I hate that! I have email and wish these places would use that. People work, are sick, on a different time frame and a text or callt is disturbing. I check my e mails daily and that is all that is necessary. I'll regret signing up I'm sure. And I will check here before I EVER sign up at another one! LOL

Well I may have to retract everything good I said above. I was just informed by Silver Oak that I can no longer use their No Playthrough / No Max coupons because I'm a too experienced player. I've been playing online less than a year. This was as of yesterday when my last withdrawal was approved. (also the same day as my comment above). They said I have paid in $815 but I have won $790 and therefore I must play only the coupons that have a rules. I thought this was a casino? So what they are telling me is, that I'm not suppose to make any money, only them? I guess maybe I will move on because their bonuses are not all that great. I have won twice and it takes a month to get paid. I have a 3rd one in the process. They are slow but they do pay. Also be very careful about the rules because they will hold you to them with no exception. This is my favorite site but just ask questions with online help to make sure you don't mess up if you want to withdraw. Ask questions! did I say ask questions? Yes, I did. Don't assume you know the answer and you should do fine. Yes, I got burned for about $150 because I added a comp in the middle of playing a round that I had finished the playthrough not knowing that by using the comp I created a new playthrough which lead me to losing what I had planned on withdrawing. There is nothing that will warn you about adding a comp but just don't do it unless you want to add a playthrough. I also found that the withdraw button doesn't seem to always send it to the withdraw mode. Ask online help to verify that the money has been put into the withdrawing mode. It will actually show it as a pending withdraw. All in all the games play pretty fair when they are hot and they can be cold and you just have to know when to back off. One last thing be aware sometimes the online help people aren't all on the same page as I find out things from one person when another thought it was a different way. I'm writing this review since I have deposited at SO 2-3 times with decent no restriction bonuses having allowed me to have between $300-$400 to play with and on each occasion I have played I have almost never gotten the bonus on the gams I play and on those few occasions I do hit it it has always paid really really small. One of my favorite games is T Rex and on almost all of the times I have hit the bonus the dinosaur in the middle doesn't even show up which of course is the point of the bonus game. I am not going to deposit here again

I've been playing at Silver Oak since 5/2010, depositing only about $300 over 8 deposits and hadn't won anything until Oct 2010 when I found some good bonus codes "monster" and "big250" (big250 ends 12/31 which I used and did quite well. With all the negative talk about Silver Oak I thought it best to report the positive: won/cashed out 10/07/2011, received check 11/10/2011 won/cashed out 10/10/2011, received check 11/10/2011 I'm waiting on two more cash-outs to be paid, I'll keep you posted.

i went through live chat about withdrawing as click2pay was not an option in cashier, and was told to email payouts (11 March 10) and was told to wait 7 to 10 days, after been told its impossible on my first live chat. After waiting to the 20 March was told had to lodge a request through O/N payment..... numerous chats was told 7/10 days not once was it business days..... so yesterdays was told that live chat could not help..but to mail payouts again and they would responds with 24 hours...and yet again no response at all from payouts, so this is twice i was promised a response within 24 hours and twice i have got nothing... so over a month later and countless drawn out discussions with live chat and no end in sight.....i am lodging this complaint If i was told it could take a two months for you to see any winning i would not have deposited......this is a joke...and still have no idea why i have had to wait, after being lied to, mislead, and stalled would be happy just to get my deposits back and not go near the silver oak casino...just warning others how they do not get the same result..i have kept all the chats

I registered today with a 150$ no deposit free chip on Silver Oaks.
