Planet 7 Casino has been a frustrating experience. The interface is outdated, making navigation difficult. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, and I’ve encountered numerous issues with withdrawals. Bonuses seem attractive, but the terms are overly restrictive, making it hard to enjoy the games or cash out winnings. Overall, I can't recommend Planet 7 Casino due to its poor support and problematic policies. There are much better options out there!

It's 2024. Despite having always at the ready deposit bonus coupons available for players if so desired, withdrawal times can exceed 7 to 10 business days. Casino can receive and credit deposits within 30 minutes. How come withdrawals aren't processed in the same amount of time?

Ruby slots this one and a variety of others are all exactly the same and took me about a month to withdraw after I won and they were not easy to get your kyc process done and over with. They'll make you will wait a full week before they tell you that it didn't go through and then they'll make you wait a week again and come up with some other lame excuse. Worst group of casinos ever.

Definiatley would never put a penny into this casino after seeing what happened to my buddy. He never got paid for his real money winnings. I would never trust any of the casino's with outrageous welcome bonus offers. 400% deposit bonus is NOT any kind of bonus in my opinion. It's actually much more of a restriction than it is a bonus. Just read the fine print and do the math. That's ALOT of wagering you'll have to do without losing your entire balance before you'll be able to cashout.

I can't vote a Zero rating? Cuz that's what they deserve. Totally threw me to the wolves when it was time to pay out my $250. First they said I had to get verified, which I already had.. Emails take a week or more to be answered. They NEVER have anyone available to chat, so you just have to leave a message. And when there is someone there to chat, as soon as you ask why you haven't been paid....GHOSTVILLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I understand a lot of the complaints players have with Planet 7 and yes, their payouts could be quicker, however, I want to share my personal experiences with Planet 7. I've withdrawn a couple times with them and slow, yes, but without too much difficulty or pushback from their staff. The most recent payout I want to write about.... I'd been waiting approximately 6 days for a rather sizable payout when I had a family emergency that required air travel. I immediatley reached out to them and asked if they could expedite my payout because of my unfortunate circumstances. Long story, short, I was paid that day and sent an email of condolences. So, I gotta say, I'm sticking with Planet 7 for this and, I seem to win more on their site than any other!

Ahh, planet 7 casino!! If the planets only stopped at six then we would all be alot better off!! It should be called planet 13 casino since 13 is supposed to be an unlucky number!! well before i even knew about LCB and in general how to try to vet these websites, Planet 7 was one of the very 1st online casinos I found and played at and its the reason I am so stringent about the casinos i play at now, document *everything.* I made a $30 deposit with a match with free spins promo; i ended up with $112.50 playable with the match boost + free spins on Sweet 16. As i was playing I noticed that my balanced dropped suddenly by ~ $100, They did not have any easy pop down with your rollover to check your progress so I periodically checked with live chat. When i got to the final ~$200 to rollover to claim some winnings I started to keep closer track to how much i was wagering to make sure i didn't accidentally blow through the withdraw minimum after completing play though, i had had that happen at a different casino and i was kicking myself as i still at that point never had any real winnings that i could withdraw. I was spinning and i knew i was about $1 away from meeting the rollover requirement I pinged live chat to confirm, upon live chat verifying i did complete the RO my balance dropped ~$100, which I thought that was the casino taking back its bonus money, however chat also gave me a heads up that "i need to to continue to to wager to be able to cover the minimum deposit and meet the withdraw minimum." I had the funds to cover the return of promo funds and withdraw prior to reaching out to chat support. The have since block my account so i cant even access their customer service. and because they did want to cash out what would have amounted to $70 winnings, considering I did make a $30 deposit. Dirty No Good Crooks at this fine establishment

I have cashed out on this casino site a few times for a decent amount and was eventually paid. The payout time was several weeks and 1 payout took over a month after having to contact customer support many times which is not any fun at all. So I was a weekly depositor for a while. I still play on the site but not nearly as often. I was verified last November and right now trying to get verified, address verified which hasn't changed. My utilities are included and in my husbands name so they accept insurance documents. I forwarded that information with my name and physical address it was denied so I suppose I will have to take the time at this point to contact the casino by phone. Just not sure it is even worth the time at this point, the need to be verified every 6 months seems a bit bothersome especially when your information is still the same and gets denied either way.

Another scam site masquerading as a legit RTJ site. Their deposit bonuses are way too good to be true and all you will do is lose their games and if you should ever win to make you jump through hoops to get verified and then take months and months to pay you if they don’t make up rules that you didn’t break to say you violated the T&Cs and void your winnings or just simply not pay you for no reason at all and then close your account. STAY CLEAR!

Follow the rules, no multi account, no consecutive free bonus, and they will honor your winnings. Getting them to pay you is another story. You will get paid but it will take forever. They make account verification a nightmare and it is hard to get them to progress through the withdrawal process unless you hound them. Once you are verified and your withdrawal has been approved, the battle is far from over. Message them every week to keep the pressure on and dont be too rude with support agents. If you walk on egg shells and hound them for months they will pay you. Highly recommend only using crypto. They charge huge fees on card transactions.

So I have to start this review at Planet 7 Casino with fact that they did successfully pay me out a very decent-sized win. So I guess you could say and they get a few points to my book for that. Now as it goes to the timeline for my payout, my payout took nearly three months and it was a absolutely horrible experience. I don't even know why it took so long, the never really even told me but after rigorous identity verification and a lot of patience they've actually paid me. As much as I am a fan of their daily free spins for recent depositors, it just left too much of a poor taste in my mouth for me to continue with them so I've no longer game at the casino. And also led me to avoid the other casinos and their group such as Slots of Vegas. So please pay attention to the warning LCB has at the top of the page when it comes to pass because it is absolutely accurate!

Horrible customer service. I have cashed out from this casino multiple times but each time took over a month even after having my identity verified and all documents were approved. They required a long list of verifications including taking a selfie with a local newspaper showing the date and town. Would not recommend.

Horrible place, the only reason I gave it more than 0.1 is because the games actually seemed pretty balanced. However the customer service is terrible, might as well be non-existent because they just send replies that are copy and pasted, and the issue will go unsolved for months. If you want to withdraw anything, good luck. I waited 7 months for a withdraw to process, I submitted all the verification documents, completed the play through requirements, and after 7 months of me emailing and getting no response they finally sent one to let me know it couldn’t be processed and gave me no reason why. Stay away from here, trust me.

Please, save yourself to trouble and do not play at any of this Brand's site, this one in particular. Customer service tries to be helpful it seems but are restricted to scripted answers that are very misleading period payouts are extremely difficult and take forever if they decide to approve you after a couple months of mind-numbing difficulty

I used to play here frequently because they offer some generous no rules bonuses but after waiting several months for a withdrawal I started playing elsewhere. My account had already been verified (which also too FOREVER) when I requested the withdrawal. I began checking in with chat regarding the status around week number two and continually was told it would be any day now. I never saw the money but it was credited back to my account at the casino and I ended up playing it and losing it.... which is likely the goal in making people wait so long. I can not recommend this casino if you seek a positive playing experience.

Made the mistake depositing/playing at Planet 7 before checking LBC reviews. On 3/28 cashed out for a $1400 withdraw, sent required documentation to them the same day and asked if it met the requirements and let me know if addition info required! No response from them. After making two addition deposits with in a week from my withdraw request, I is was locked out of the accout/website. No response from Planet 7! DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!

this is the worst casino that may have received an email to open an account and test the site with $ 25 and then finish the wagering requirements, request a withdrawal for $ 100 via neteller, submit my documents. Today this day I request information about my payment and they have blocked me without any logical reason. I’ve only made 1 deposit here. I used a bonus code before the deposit. Then a bonus code after the deposit. Then I used a 2nd bonus code after my deposit (therefore apparently voiding this 2nd bonus being possible to withdraw). Typically a site will just not allow you to use a bonus code back to back. Planet 7 allowed it but then got an error when trying to request a withdraw. After 2 long conversations with customer service, that was the final conclusion and response that I could not withdraw the money made on this 2nd bonus. Then the rep just ended the chat quickly

I have been depositing and playing at this casino for 2 years almost and have made about 5-7 deposits, but have also redeemed bonuses. The issue is that I feel like the amount of deposits made overrules the small amount of bones claimed and not to have ever cashed out. I know it is on the Blacklist, but it was one of the first casinos I started playing with in 2016. But I'm moving on. Good luck to those that can have winning withdrawals and better service.

So I’ve played at planet 7 casino with a non deposit bonus, luckily after following the terms and condition of the casino and finished the play through I won. The maximum I can withdraw is $100. So right away, I’ve sent all the necessary documents on the January the 31st. Right away I have the system replying I will be notify within the next 2 business days. 7 days have passed without any notification or anything so I contacted the customer support through the live chat, and they told me I was missing some documents. Well so I resend all my documents which the same one that I already did the first time. This was on Feb 7, Again the system told me I will be notify within 2 business day. Once more I did not hear back for 5 business day I contacted customer live support then they told me my doc still incomplete. So I escalate the issue to the documents department and finally they approve it in 7 days. My withdrawal also finally approved on the feb 21 so I’m just sitting here to wait for my fund to be delivered. Oh and by the way I requested bitcoin withdrawal. Yesterday I signed in to check on the status and suddenly they told me I requested a check withdraw. I contacted the live support and asked them to fix the issue and I also provide them with my crypto address for the 4th time I provided them with it. They told me just be patient and they assured me the payout is coming. And today feb the 27th I tried to log in this morning all the sudden they locked me out of my account saying I have duplicate account with them, This is the one and only account I had with them. I’ve never play at planet 7 casino before, Somik writing this complaint to you guys frustrated and exhausted after I’ve sent all the nesessary documents and following their procedure in the end they refuse to pay what I’ve won. I feel like I’m being cheated by this casino.I’ can let this type of casino treat the players like this. I have all the proof and all the chat transcript or documents saved if needed.

Planet 7 used to be my casino of choice, however over the past 18 months they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 48 hour cash out to a 2 month cash outs, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process. So sad to see them going backwards in a forward moving world! Save yourself the heartache, there are quite a few much better RTG casinos out there to play at...

Planet 7 is most frequently used/played casino by me out of all of them. I am only level 1 VIP. Perks-c/b, loyalty chip, 14 free spins w/deposit for 14 days. Customer service could be better....get answering machine a whole lot....something is wrong w/chat window...don't know what.....when used it goes a lot faster than phone.....payout-recd. one bad check which was rectified w/LCB help/addressing it also along w/slow payout......at least a month's wait......

If I had listened to any of the negative reviews...I would not have won, not one, but two jackpots!!! I am so very exited about making the decision to try this casino out for myself, instead of going off someone else's "opinion" or "experience!" First off, it can be confusing...bonuses, percentages, and so on, but once you understand how the rules work in concert with your particular bonus, your experience will be much greater! As many bad reviews as I see this is still my favorite casino! They have awesome bonuses,awesome staff and awesome payouts at least in my experience.The only time I had a "delayed payment" was my FIRST w/d and that was only due to wire transfers taking so long (on MY banks side I do believe),so to give a FAIR statement here,I will give them a 5 star rating as is their customer support team worked really hard to get my w/d done asap even though it did take time.KYC was super easy.

I would not suggest playing here. I used to love Planet 7 when I was playing for fun. They have a pretty goof variety of games, but most of them won't let you win anything over $10. They offer a lot of no deposit bonuses, but play through takes forever. I have deposited a few times, but no luck in winning enough to withdraw. The last time I played I said that was the last time. I used a bonus and actually started winning big, and was going to withdraw, but as soon as I hit the play through requirement it seemed like the games all went dead, and wouldn't pay anything so I ended up losing it all. I noticed that a few times before also. They let you play and have a great time until they know there is a chance you are gonna cash out and then they freeze the games. It is really unfair, and sucks for the people really trying to win. I don't know about withdraws, but judging by how they act when they think you might withdraw I would think that's not gonna happen easily. I wish they were more fair, because they are a nice casino easy to use, fun games, but not a serious casino.

This casino should not be on Earth and just has to go back to their planet, probably like hell :) Planet 7 is a rogue casino which is affiliated with 5 or more casinos - Captain Jack, Bingo Knights, Silver Oak, Royal Ace, and Slot Madness(Nuworks software). They are notorious for the extremely slot payment, or even non-payment. I see some good ratings above, those must be by themselves.

I really like this casino, they have good customer service which I like. They offer so many different bonuses that are really appealing, and I especially like the no rules bonuses which have no wagering requirements. Who wouldn’t like that, to bad they aren’t all that way. I would recommend giving them a try.

I've won quite a bit of money here so and I haven't really had any issues with deposits or payouts. Planet 7 has one of the best progressive jackpots that I've seen and with the 4 deposit bonuses I was offered I was able to build up my winnings pretty quickly. After playing here for a while I was eligible for exclusive bonuses which I now use to enter the progressive jackpots. I'm a fan of RTG compared to other softwares as I feel the games here run a bit smoother and less laggy. Overall i enjoyed my time here and I've been playing here for the past couple years. 4/5

I actually played and won 1500, and though it seemed to take forever... they did work with me and pay me via Money Gram in 3 installments. I was impressed that they paid... and Robyn in the payouts department was fantastic as far as keeping communication open with me and helping me stay on top of what was going on with my withdrawal. I do not currently play here anymore and I don’t encourage anyone to continue playing here. They have a lot of problems that need to be taken care of. I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. That is completely unheard of and I thought maybe it had been some kind of fluke. So, I kept playing at the site in hopes that it would not happen again. However, to my disappointment, it did. I tried contacting customer support and constantly received little or no help from them. It was as if they had no time for me. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with them and was met with little in return. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.

used a code for $77. did my playthru was $450 ahead when i hit a jackpot winning a total of $3100.00 only to find out i could only get double the $77. on July 8 w/d was approved. now they will NOT send that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This Casino Sucks... i used the now deposit money won arround 500 dolars cashable and after contacting the chat to withdraw some money they simply banned my account with no other explanation!! dont waste your time and money on these guys!

April 9, 2011 Hi everyone I am new at this so I hope there is someone out there that can help. I won at Planet7casino sent in all doc. They approved $2500.00 on March 9th and I still havnt received it they also approved another $2500.00 on March 25th I still have not received any money I am waiting for them to approve another $2500.00 and then $1000.00. witch they should of approved $2500.00 this friday but they didnt I have talk to so many people via live chat and also over the phone and all I get is the run around . I was told this last thrusday that they sent me 1 of the $2500.00 via fed ex on march 31,2011 and I have not received it. Can anyone tell me what to do. I dont know who wrote this review,but there is a big problem with this casino. I won with the free money,then i sent my docs in they approved it.Mike from acccounting department went forward and cashed out instead of me(i was happy),but i wanted to change it to another method.I contacted chat if i could use Neteller instead and he said im from Hungary so im not allowed to play here.SO???????????????? Hi Tazzie, I asked about this and I was told \"When security bans some players from a specific country the system block sometimes IP that are not supposed to be blocked, its happening in Planet 7 only as they told me this afternoon, will be removed in the next couple of hours\" So if you try again now you might have better luck.., Australians are allowed
